Castle Kebab & Pizza in Wiltshire

Ordered via just eat, never delivered or attempted to phone. They cancelled order after 2hours of waiting

Ordered home delivery and the driver was polite and kindly waited for me to answer the door in my wheelchair. Great food and price was very reasonable too

Never received my order, but payment was taken. And on the just eat app it said delivered. So I called them up and they said didn’t you know we sent you an email to say your order was cancelled. I received no email of the sort?

Me and my partner went here last night to get a cheese pizza and a mixed grill kebab wow we definitely will not be going here again The pizza was over cocked and well the kebab was horrible the meat was so dry gray and left an horrible taste in my mouth it left a think greasy after taste, we had one or two mouthfuls of it all and it all went in the bin. One of the worst take aways we have had

Yet again a great service from what I belive is the owner of castle kebab, remembered me from 2 years ago in my old house and the food was perfect!

The chicken kebab tasted awful. It's been great when we've ordered it before but tonight it had a funny taste and was not nice atall.

Product was good as per usual, their delivery time not so as per usual.

Was quite a long delivery time which I thought kebabs were going to be the quickest take away. Food nice though good kebab though

Awful pizza. Supposed to be ham & pineapple. Couldn't find the ham. I was told it was under the cheese. It wasn't. The pizza was so thin it was mostly cheese & tomato sauce slapped onto a flat base barely thicker than a tortilla wrap. Total waste of money. I was told I'd get credit the next time I ordered but I won't do that again. I have used this restaurant before but I think it's gone downhill. Very disappointed.

The delivery was early, which was great, but we had a wrong delivery ordered. Instead of a Castle Special kebab we got lamb doner, chicken shish and chips. As the Special Kebab is almost £20, I’ve asked for a refund on the wrong item. Having said that, it’s the most delicious kebab I’ve eaten for some time. I recommend the food, just check your order before you turn the driver away, just in case.

food was almost 40 late app told us it had been delivered at 11:15pm and when we called the restaurant they were really rude and said the driver was just leaving, it arrived cold and we didnt have our garlic bread and there was practically no cheese on the cheesy chips, i’d like a refund

It's the worst kebab I ever had.

Not happy, ordered a mixed DONER kebab. Received the wrong item? Received a lamb DONER with chicken shish kebab and the lamb DONER meat was over cooked, burned and hard.

Best place in Trowbridge i love the food there, their food is great they make the best pizza. I Recommend it.

The food arrived cold and had to re-heat it, not the standard expected, the wraps had so much salad you couldn’t find the chicken, pizza and garlic bread where stone cold and had to be heated in the microwave causing it to go sloppy, overall very disappointed with the order

Favorite place to eat, the owners and workers are so lovely and friendly. Best place to eat in the whole of Trowbridge if not the whole of Wiltshire. Really recommend especially the cheesy chips😻 Its also so affordable!!

I just had a great pizza, it is the best in the whole area, The person who makes the pizza is a pro. choose the toppings you like and test the magic, highly recommended.

pre ordered for delivery 17.30. App was showing no updates from the restaurant at 17.37 so requested an update via just eat app. received a text a few minutes later to say my order was on its way and now estimated to be with me at 17.50. its a shame the restaurant can't send updates if they're running late I'm sure it would save complaints from customers wondering whats going on with their order. even tho it was late, it was still warm

Seccond time ordering from here. Had a phone asking to go meet the delivery as apparently not given clear enough instructions to find us on the instruction bit. Had burger asked for no sauce but had hot chilli sauce added

First time ordering from here, the food was luke warm, bap was burnt and like rubber, puzza was burnt,forgot the pudding rang them up and took them half hour to send out the pudding which my partner had to hgo fetch from the car

the munchie Box comes with the sauce all over when it states its a pot of sauce on the menu, so i ordered the pot of garlic mayo and then another sauce separately for her. I had a guest that can't eat mayo so I called the take out and it was dealt with well, the box was changed to one without sauce and replaced all within half an hour, good service and the food was good! Will order again

Awful experience they put bbq sauce instead of ketchup when I made them change it they put so much sauce it was inedible looked like they chucked a bottle over it and the sauce was watery and tasted like vinegar poor attitude from staff rude and disgusting food

Sent me lamb doner I ordered chicken

I used this shop for a delivery using Deliveroo. The pizza was horrid. Way too much cheese and no tomato topping. Mozzarella cheese has bearly any taste and so this much made the pizza in edible. Use less cheese and more tomato base topping, your pizza will taste better and you will make more profit as cheese is expensive. That’s a win win.
