It came an hour late and I am very disappointed with the service

Awful, cold when it finally turned up. Had to heat it up in the oven waited about an hour. Don't waste your time and go to dominoes instead

says delivery time 19.20. it's now 19.36, but no food!!

Ordered, never turned up, on more then one occasion. Manager was rude on the phone same excuse every time. Vow never to use this store again.

Best store every with great quality products

Delivered 2 pizzas 1.5 hours late and cold and promised 1 free pizza next time, phoned up for the free pizza and the manager says he never said it, I don't waste time trying to get a free pizza so enjoy your 1 star review and I will never touch papa John's again!!

Never order from here. I placed an order at 12:31(Lunch time) and was told no driver will come to collect your food until 4pm. Called multiple times and have never come across such unhelpful and rude people in a work place. At 1:09pm I was lied to by the workers (who refused to give there name) and was told they found a driver and food is on it ways, this did not happen. I called back at 2:07pm and was told that my food will not be coming until a driver collects at 4pm, I told the worker that this unacceptable and his response to this was to hang up on me. I tried to call back multi times but had no response. At 2:27pm I had a call back from the worker telling me your food will be coming soon, I feel this was only done as I threatened to report the worker to someone higher up in Papa Johns on the 2:07pm call, on that same call I asked for workers name again and worker refused to give it so I said I will be coming to the shop to find it out myself. Only then did they send out my food, and once the food arrived I realised they forgot my dip which cost 0.79p, my halloumi fries were cold and horrible as well. I have never had such a bad experience with a fast food company in my entire life. If you’re reading this I highly suggest not ordering any food from here. 1 week later I have had a call from papa johns asking me to remove the review as it looks bad for them, awful company never buy from here

Food was ok but considering it was over an hour late, with no apology, its wasnt worth it. I called the restaurant to ask where it was at about the 20 mins late mark and was told it be delivered in 5 mins. It wasnt! Not ordering for here again.

The pizzas came but sides didn’t I couldn’t pick sides on my order being missing but yeah

Thank goodness I added pineapple otherwise I would have found it very hard to discover anything else on this 'festive' pulled pork pizza. Disaapointed this time.. usually superb.

Papa johns has good prices and tastes amazing, i will however only order through the app as I see too many negative reviews from just eat. Also they used to deliver on time however that has slowed down over the past two years. Plus the app is just a general time frame, so don’t rely on it.

awful service. pizza had barely any topping or flavour. cheese 'topped' potato tots had no topping just sat in a pile of crusty burnt something...cheese? won't order again.

I came to the store and i had a lovely experience and great service by chandan patel, definitely come back Highly recommended.

We had an order scheduled to arrive at 17:45, took 45 mins to deliver and they forgot two of the sides. The person on the phone wasn’t helpful at all and couldn’t give us a refund expect for a “free large pizza”? Why would I want that if the pizza is gonna be 45 mins late and cold? Really unprofessional customer service. Wouldn’t bother ordering from there. Bunch of tools

Ordered in store. Overcharged for a deal that was available. Dirty floors. I asked but: No napkins. No cutlery.

I've just had a stunning veggie pizza down Papa John's. Beautifully cooked, and the toppings were fresh and delicious. Can't recommend it enough! We were in and out in under 20 minutes.

Did not realise until i came in how bad this place was. I looked on here once i had ordered. Guy behind the counter was rude. Chair holding the door open because he wanted to leave. When i asked if they were open he qas very rude. When i offered cash he puffed because he had to count the change (not a local). I got my food and didnt eat it to be honest. He spent the whole time cooking on the phone and looked like a dirty scruff . Never again. Dirty place dirty people.

Absolutely shocking! Placed an order. An hour later we had an email saying there was a problem with our order. Phoned the store to be told they hadnt received our order....even tho the money had left our account and we had an order number. Got told to ring back in 10 mins. I phoned. Took them over 5 mins to answer the phone.... was told again then didnt have our order.....they explained id get a refund......even though they hadnt received my order??!! Told them i didnt want a refund....we wanted our order. Was rudely told i had to reorder on the app..... they then told me they had a power cut.....so now being told 2 different things...... i asked politely if i placed another order could they make sure it was delivered ASAP as we had already waited an hour....to then rudely be told no as other people were waiting. I hung up and ordered dominoes and got my pizza in 20 mins. Avoid this place!!. We better get our refund or ill be taking this matter further.

Living in the outer villages of Chippenham we don’t get delivery option, I always order in advance on the app - it’s ready in just over 10mins (the time it takes me to get there) and always had friendly staff in the store

Delivery was half hour late, the driver didn't apologise. Food was rubbish. Ordered a choc chip cookie, debatable.

Extremely unhappy with the service I have received. I had a notification to say my order was here, I have waited outside for 25 minutes and still no order. I’ve also called the restaurant who have said the issue is with the delivery company. Terrible service. Will not be ordering again!

Original delivery time was 7.25. This was amended to 8.35. It arrived at 8.45. I have asked for money back.

Over an hour for the food to arrive! when I rang up to find out where the order was I was told they care for the customer, I pointed out I was the customer and was told I need to wait. Driver couldn't read the instructions for delivery. Shoddy, wouldn't bother

Good food and staff are always polite

Extremely long wait times. They mark the delivery as completed at least 20 minutes before it arrives. Called to ask when the food will be here was told 10 minutes. Called again 15 minutes later to be told it's just left and will be 3 minutes. When it does finally arrive it's cold and the order is wrong. Complete waste of time. There needs to be tighter rules and regulations on these franchises.

My delivery was marked as delivered but arrived 25 mins after being marked as 'delivered'. When I called to find out more details or if they were having issues locating me the staff were rude and spoke over me I was barely able to get a word in and then when I called back to complain again and ask where my order was they hung up on me! They lied to me repeatedly about the delivery times and when the order had left the shop, as they kept contradicting themselves. They said they accidentally marked it as delivered but this happens on every order so must be a tactic they use to make thier stats look good. It took a hour to get the pizza. Food was cold when it arrived and the cauliflower wings were mostly uncooked cauliflower stalk, and tata tots were raw, completely inedible

After waiting waiting for so long we finally received our food only to have over cooked hard chewy pizza you can barely eat

Ordered 2 different pizzas through Uber Eats but received two of the same and they even over-wrote the receipt on the system. We are one vegetarian and one meat-eater so would never miss-order two meat pizzas. We tried to check the order and the receipt didn't show the details and was clearly in process of re-writing it. I am sure that Uber Eats can see the amendment made from the shop end on the system, if they investigate. We should've checked the tripadvisor review before placing order. We never use them again.

I have had pizza from Papa John's in the past and they were okay Tonight I had chicken Barbecue and bacon pizza, garlic bread. The garlic bread was okay, the pizza was really awful, shameful to be honest NO finesse. Just barbecue sauce chucked over a pizza base, tiny amount of chicken and bacon no peppers or onion and totally tasteless 18.00 Would I go back. Never

Ordered a large double pepperoni with extra mozzarella cheese and extra bacon and extra spicy beef. I had 4 bits of pepperoni no bacon and no mozzarella and no beef so a basic large pepperoni with none of the extras ordered. First time they have messed up so will try again once more and see what happens. 🤷‍♂️

As ever over 25 minutes late and cold. Claimed to have called but they did not and they make things up when you call them. Last time I am ordering from them.

Waited about 2hours for my food to be delivered because apparently there's lots of traffic due to roadworks which is understandable however when I called papa johns the person I spoke with was really rude. When I finally received my pizza the delivery guy didn't apologise or anything he just legit threw the food and drink at me and run. The food was cold...

The driver was early and was very rude! He had to phone me as I hadnt arrived home yet, which was why I stated 22.45 and not as soon as possible. I was only 2 minutes away and apologised when I arrived. At this point the app was still showing an estimated time of 22.50! No need to be rude and ignorant!

Wrost and bad service. Late delivery and have to wait for like 2 hours for food to be delivered. And the store didnt receive call as well.

Papa John's are usually good but today it was delivered late, driver refused to come through gate to front door and phoned me. Also missing dips.

Doesn’t allow me to selected over 60 mins for late delivery it was actually 80 mins late and food was freezing cold £70 wasted what an absolute disgrace this company is
