The food was good, but a "fast production" defenetly is the wrong word. Wasn't hungry anymore after a medium pizza.

Absolutely awful place! AVOID!!! Waited an hour, delivered wrong food and the manager wanted the delivery driver to go to the previous house to retrieve our food and give it to us in his words "if it hadn't been eaten" we requested a fresh pizza for hygiene reasons and as it would be cold. We asked if there's anything he could do for us for the mishap and wait time, like a refund. He said he can't do that but he can make fresh pizza. We have waited 2 hours called them again to ask if our pizza is on its way and the staff said the manager hadn't even told them and he's left to go home!!! But they will make it for us now. So we have waited a total of 2 and a half hours and our pizza has only arrived. Awful management! Staff were friendly and trying to be helpful on the phone but management clearly has no care and it makes me question the quality and standard our food being made. For the price of the pizzas I'd expect a much better quality of service. NEVER AGAIN!! I'm going back to dominos.

Ordered all meat pizza. Came without nuch meat on. I called up the restaurant and they were very accommodating and were willing to immediately send out another pizza. I asked for it to be delivered on another date and told them my time. I rang then on the date specified to double check and they already had my pizza in the oven! Mishap in the order itself, but my missed was dealt with greatly 👍🏼 will be ordering from here again!

Just Don’t . You will end up dissatisfied and disappointed. As per all the recent reviews it’s hard to believe they are allowed to trade. The reviews are just a snapshot of how bad this place currently is. Using personal phones whilst handling ingredients is not hygienic also high levels of hand to face to food witnessed. Even when you drive to collect you are met with untruthful statements and rudeness. They don’t pick up the phone . Try speaking to customer services and emailing is futile. You will need to do this as they won’t refund you no matter how cold, late or terribly prepared your food is. Should you pursue this your reply will be a cut and paste email……. It was over an hour but a LOT colder than the 15mins it took them to travel two roads at the end. The quality of the pizza was also surprisingly bad. The driver was very polite but do yourself a favour and avoid.

Best folded pizza in Salisbury.

Sadly- we didn’t check out the reviews… absolutely rubbish. This tasted like a frozen pizza. No tomato base, burnt, mushroom topping- looked like one mushroom sliced for a large pizza. The profit margin on pizzas is still enormous- regardless of “ pressures on the catering industry “. This place takes zero pride in their product. If they think they are catering to students or punters that don’t care about any quality- they aren’t. This isn’t the only chain taking the mick.. people- demand more. This is sub par

Do not order from Papa Johns, you get better service, deals and quality from Dominos. They make you wait 1hr and 30 minutes for your pizza then once it arrives the pizza isn’t what it says on the box or what you ordered so then they have expected us to wait another 1hr for our pizza. So it’s gets to the point where paying the delivery is just pointless and that we should of picked it up ourselves, they have refused to issue us a refund as they also refuse to take responsibility for their fault in service and quality of food. Very terrible experience and I would recommend anyone to avoid this place as it’s no where near as good as they promise.

Expected us to wait 1hr and 30 minutes for our food and got it wrong, would not recommend this place to anyone as they sent us out another pizza but it took over 1hr again which arrived cold. Dominos is the exact same distance but gets it to us easily in 30 minutes and it’s still piping hot. Would not refund us or take any responsibility for their poor service! Best go to dominos or Pizza Hut as both has far better service than this.

Ordered the pizza around 7pm came at 8:30pm. The pizza came cold and when we opened the box we had found little hairs across the pizza and olives which weren’t asked for. Very disappointed won’t be ordering again

One of the worst meatfeast pizza’s/pizza’s I’ve ever had, ’no better than a microwaveable Chicago town pizza from Tesco. And, it was late and just about warm and for a meatfeast pizza there was about 2 pieces of meat per slice (that’s being generous). Embarrassing really. Never again will I eat from here!! Pay slightly more and get a domino’s or pay less and get a Tesco value pizza for the same quality

Over two hours and me calling them 8 times just to be given excuses and excuses, but no pizza ever arrived and the store refused to refund. Kept being told 'they will call me back' awful, do not use.

Absolutely shocking place!! Delivery takes hours and staff are rude and ignorant. Pizza took nearly 3 hours to arrive, after numerous phone calls, being told 'it was in the oven' after an hour of waiting, 2 hours later another phone call, 'its on its way' then refusing to answer the phone when still no delivery, when the food finally arrived, it was cold and the side dishes were burnt. Trying to actually talk to a manager of some sort is impossible and I never got anywhere. Certainly will not be going there again!!

Terrible pizzas arrived, was meant to be stuffed crust but no cheese. So few toppings you couldn’t tell what the pizzas were meant to be as well as being burnt and hard. Told that a new pizzas would arrive in an hour and when we rang one and half hours later still with no pizza was told they were busy and to ring the following day for a replacement. Half a dozen phone calls later (they obviously have caller id and stopped answering our main phone but answered immediately when called from another number) we still have no assurance that a replacement pizza is coming and am resorting to going to the store to talk to a manager. Horrific customer service and food quality. We are normally massive papa John pizza fans!

Absolutely awful. Ordered food and tracker said it still wasn't out for delivery 1hr 30 mins later. Tried calling several times and no one picked up. Eventually decided to go collect the food ourselves. Food was still at the branch and we were given the awful cold pizza in the attached picture. We declined this and they made it again. At this point we had waited 2 hours and had to go collect when we paid for delivery. We asked for a refund at least for the delivery fee as we had to go collect and the refund was flatly refused. Not sure how a business can justify keeping your money for services that were not received? This branch needs to be looked at as the reviews are all awful and I'm surprised it still survives.

Never get the “special garlic sauce” it’s tastes like melted margarine, utterly vile.. but the “garlic and herb” sauce is lovely. Pizza very nice, good consistent quality, friendly drivers. It’s true that the tracker is not accurate and delivery times are random but have ordered three times so far and pizza has been hot on arrival and tasty.

Ordered a pizza for delivery through just eat. They didn’t bother delivering but told just eat it was delivered so no refund. When I complained to the restaurant they were extremely rude, interrupting me and refusing to help. I will never use them again and will be following up with a complaint to head office.

Just took £39 out my bank account , I got a conformation email saying they got my order , to then receive a phone call saying they can't deliver it , and told me to go email them asking for my money back , fuming, rude, unhelpful member of staff , would never order again !

Pizzas used to be good but at some point recently they have changed how they make the bases or something like that as the crust is paper thin and stuffed crust has the absolute minimum cheese in it, feels like regular, the crust and base are so thin and flaky it's very strange and ruins the meal, they used to be really good and dought but shortly after they reopened something changed, other papa johns don't make pizzas like this so it's very confusing

Ordered on just eat app the food arrived 1hr 20 mins late the restaurant wouldn't pick up the phone kept hanging up or just letting the phone ring the pizza was freezing cold and they refused to give a refund as they supposedly gave me a free item off the menu which I never received the driver also said "blooming heck no need to use any decorations for Halloween as their is plenty of cobwebs" can't control nature disgusting service from disgusting restaurant

Ordered the food twice over the last few months and it took 1 hour 45 minute to arrive even though the app said it had been delivered after an hour. Manager was not helpful and just replied with your food is with the driver. Food was over cooked and looked like it had been sat under a heat lamp for 30 minutes. Overall I would not recommend ordering from this papa johns.

Shocking delivery experience, 1 hour late, Luke warm food. The pineapple portion was about 6 pieces on a large pizza and the vegan pepperoni the same. Will never use them again Just an update on this, I contacted customer services 4 times and have had no response despite their alleged 5 day turnaround for complaints. Perhaps the shop in Salisbury can deal with this directly because customer services are, quite frankly, useless.

Paid 30 odd quid for the order to never turn up and then when I called the restaurant they refused to refund us saying that we would have to contact Papa Johns online to try and refund the order. Absolutely shower.

We ordered a delivery and they called to say it was being prepared, and it was never delivered. We called and they didn't pick up because they had closed. We called next day and they offered to give us the food and when we went in to pick it up they told us 20 minute wait. We went to a shop and came back and they hadn't made it saying they weren't sure we wanted it so we had to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes for our order. Pizza was alright but the sides were disappointing.

The worst pizza I have ever had. You could not pay me to eat it. The margarita was dry cold and stuck to the bottom of the box from the grease. They forgot to even put tomato sauce on it. It was a cheese on toast full of grease.

After reading some of the previous reviews this should not be allowed issues with online orders, we will call you back no call. Rang again didn't receive the order we will refund you only 2 hours after waiting. Told me i will not recieve my order as websites having issues. Shocking. received no refund. Lie after lie and absolutely no responsibility taken at all. First and last time I will be using this company!

Absolutely ridiculous waiting times - not just once but every time I have ordered from here. The website says it is delivered a lot earlier than it actually is, so you end up sitting around for an extra half hour thinking it should be there. The food is fine when it arrives (some is warm, some cold) but the wait times are unforgivable.

Just an average paper John's I would recommend using the app to save some money.

I would give it less than one star! Do not order from here! The service is terrible and the staff lie and have no care for the customers they serve. We ordered three pizzas which were 40 minutes late, and when we phoned, they said they were stuck in traffic. Waited 20 minutes and rang again, they said they were stuck in traffic. Food arrived cold and we were missing sauces and an entire pizza. Rang them again, only to be told they do not issue refunds. We challenged them to get us another pizza, reluctantly, and it was 40 minutes late again! I say late, it never arrived. They lied to say they had engine trouble. Then they were too busy to serve people! Then they mentioned they had two drivers and we should wait longer if we expect pizza! The staff refused to give us anything and only offered an email to get in touch with someone! Disgusting! Not a papa John's. This is a joke!

Ordered on line. Tracker said food had arrived. It hadn’t. I phoned. Apparently a website issue. Then it was a driver issue. Asked for a refund. Unable/unwilling to do that. No apology, no ownership, no service and no food. Just lies. Use this shower at your peril,

Utterly useless. Ordered online for delivery. Called after an hour to check where it was (online said it was out for delivery for 40 minutes before an error occurred with the tracker), was told it just left the shop and should be 10 minutes. Called 30 minutes later to cancel the order and request a refund and was informed they were incapable of refunding the money but should send an email to head office. Never again.

Do not order here! Ordered for delivery at around 7:50 on a Sunday night. An hour later checked the tracker and it said it had been delivered (it hadn’t!), called the shop and was told it would be with me in 10 minutes (it wasn’t) called back again and was told he’d call the driver and get back to me (he didn’t) called again and was told if it didn’t arrive in 1-2 minutes he’d give me a full refund and free pizza. Food finally arrived at 9:30 cold. Called to complain and was told I’d be given 50% off on my next order. Kindly informed him there wouldn’t be a next order. Was also told two delivery drivers cars were broken - if that’s the case don’t accept orders for deliveries. All I can say is thank goodness for air fryers!!

It took 2 hours for my order to arrive. I had to call 3 times and was fobbed off each time. My order online showed as out for delivery for an hour, then delivered. When it did arrive an hour later, it was cold, the cheese was congealed and one of the pizza boxes was empty. I paid £32 for cold, disgusting food and didn't even get my order. When I called to tell them one of the boxes was empty, the staff told me to call back again in 10-15 minutes, that they could not issue me a refund either. When I asked what I should do about the missing pizza, he said I could just eat what I had. Really rude! I will not be ordering here again.

I recently had a vegetarian pizza and it was absolutely delightful! The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, providing a great base for all the toppings. Speaking of which, the variety of fresh vegetables was impressive. The pizza was topped with a generous amount of vibrant and colorful veggies like green peppers, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, and olives. The combination of flavors was simply fantastic. Each bite was bursting with a harmonious blend of the natural sweetness of the veggies and the savory notes from the cheese and sauce. It was a truly satisfying and well-balanced pizza. New Management is Real Good Love it❤️

First and last time using Papa John’s delivery service - appalling! After nearly 4 hours waiting we still didn’t get any food - children unfed - just ridiculous excuses - no drivers / oven on fire / no order received - a complete joke run by a bunch of clueless individuals. Back to Dominoes from now on!

Ordered at 19:10 , on the web it was saying delivered but nothing arrived , drove there after 1 hour and 20 minutes of waiting to get my refund cause nobody was answering the phone after 7 calls , when i got there i was told that the manager is not in and didn't got any money back...yet..will see tommorow for the refund i'll advise to avoid......it's been over 10 days no refund , nobody contacted me will seek further advice about the issue....

What an absolute shambles!!! 5.45pm - Ordered the food via the App and watched whilst the food was made a then delivered, then the trouble started!!!! The food, when it was finally delivered, was cold. When a call was put into PAPA Johns Salisbury, I was told, "We will send you another one". After explaining it would be to late, and I wanted a refund, I was told that "WE don't give refunds", BUT if the new lot of pizza is late or is cold on arrival, then a refund would be made. 35 minutes later, NO PIZZA, so another call was made. This time I was told We are very busy, and we will deliver the pizza...TOMORROW EVENING!!! COULD NOT, WOULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND On explaining this was totally unacceptable, was then told pizza would arrive in 20 minutes, its now 8.25pm!!! nearly two hours after the food was ordered!! Food finally arrived at 8.45, 3 hours after the original order! and wasn't very good even then!!! Will I use then again....NO Will I recommend them....NO Will I be taking the complaint further....ABSOLUTELY!!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!

They take your money then tell you they cant deliver to your adress and get cute with you over the phone when you ask for your money back, telling you they cant hear you and your signal is breaking up, then that itll take a week to get it back?

I wouldn't bother. The food took over an hour to arrive, was lukewarm, chewy and tasted like it had been cooked and then left on top of the oven for 20 minutes before being delivered. Had to call up to find out where it was because the online tracker was telling me it had been delivered. Won't be using them again.

I am currently waiting for my order on deliveroo. I made the order at 17:03. I got a phone call shortly after my order claiming there is a 2 hour food wait. Which is ridiculous!! I called up the place, met with a very rude employee seemed extremely uninterested with my concern. After over a 2 hour wait my food was finally out for delivery at 20:03. 3 hours after i ordered my food. It takes approximately 15/20 minutes to get to my home from the establishment. It has been 50 minutes since it has been out for delivery it has still yet not been delivered!! I will never order from here ever again!!!! 😡 **Update(22:45): my food never came i had to go all over the place, contacting papa johns with no luck, claiming i had cancelled my order which is false. I also got in contact with deliveroo, they called up the restaurant and said i had to wait a further 10 minutes. Which the food still never came so i contacted them again and finally got my refund. All this for 3 items!! Horrendous!!**

Ordered from the salisbury branch as its newly opened back up again I would suggest if your thinking of ordering from here not to bother its an absolute shambles I ordered all the meats with pepperoni stuffed crust and it came with just cheese stuffed crust also the amount of toppings on the pizzas was dismall we tried to phone immediately after delivery but nobody would answer the phone we tried for 40 mins we have also emailed several times and spoke on Facebook to complain and have had no reply

Phoned to order and collect, told no Dough! Phoned the next day and told no orders between 7:00 and 9:00 because they have over 100 orders. Tried to order for after 9:00 but no joy. Said I will come in and order, did so the place was empty no pizza cooking at all and came back 10mins later, all cooked. It appears to me the staff are bonkers on the whole. We discover from a previous review that one of them is called Ravi. Give it a go, try and order, the entertainment value is super high. As long as you are not hungry.

I was part of a large group who ordered a lot of pizzas. They arrived on time and were hot and delicious. As a vegetarian I was very pleased to have a good selection of pizzas to choose from.

Our New Forest based cricket club had our annual pizza and quiz night. We needed a company that could deliver 47 pizzas on time. They did exactly what they said they would do Deliver on time 47 pizzas of different types and flavours. Great service and would recommend them Google only lets me give 5 stars, providing the service they did is worth 10 stars in my experience

Absolutely appalling one pizza turned up cold the other was large Hawaiian with six pieces of pineapple for my daughter and partner When I rang to complain I was told they wouldn’t bring another pizza to replace the cold pizza or the one lacking pineapple...

1 Star (actually Zero Stars but I’m not able to select zero!) summed up in my one and only visit to Papa John’s Salisbury. My wife asked me to get her some tasty pizza for her birthday, so I went in to be greeted by a rather upset and almost angry looking worker, whose first words to me were “Is it a large order?” and when I replied that I hadn’t even looked at the menu, he said “well we have a £200 order to complete so we’re not taking any orders in store..”, “see how busy it is and we are understaffed”. I said “ well, good day to you sir” to which he just stared at me and looked away to his line of raw pizzas! So, they could be great pizzas and I just picked the wrong moment to call in person, or the quality of the pizza matches the poor service (more likely) and he saved me from a terrible fate (and bad indigestion)! Good luck to you if you meet the same guy when you go there. I certainly won’t be going back!!

I ordered through JustEat and order was accepted then received a txt to say order rejected. so i called to have the phone answered in a terrible manner and then to be told have no drivers, after being put on hold i suggested that i would just come and collect and to make the same order and i would collect. wasn't interested in this! I can see why they have poor reviews! the recent reviews that are positive seem to be very similar and very suspect! Poor From Just Eat and POOR from a Papa Johns Franchise! loath to even award one star!!!

Thought it was going to be different this time but once again, we got our pizzas super cold, almost one hour after the tracker on the website said it was delivered. Last time we order pizza from Papa Johns, here, in Salisbury.

Appalling service. Waited over an hour for a delivery. Called them only to be told that the driver knocked on my door bur got no answer. I was sat by my door waiting for the food 'cos I was starving.

The tracker never works and they always make it seem like the order is going to be delivered on time, but they end up pushing it back 20-30 minutes later. It really is frustrating as this happens every time we order!

Honestly a very good experience, friendly guy on the phone. Pizza is better than Domino's for sure.
