Chesters Chicken And Pizza in Blackburn with Darwen

Ordered 2 16 inch pizzas, the ingredients were thrown on carelessly and in large clumps. The bell peppers weren’t even properly cut, and the extra cheese topping I ordered was missing from 1 pizza.

It was cold, I noticed the 'you order is being delivered' was on for a long time. Master Fu's comes from other side of town and it's always red hot, Chesters is 2 mins away and cold.

order was 50 minutes Late and Sauces had spilt all over the can.

wrap meals were so skinny, flat and small, not the usual 1z i used to get.

it was absolutely awful you call them and the calls divert to Pakistan somewhere I actually got stomach problems all night the fries were like cardboard the chicken was cold we binned it after a few bites ........

If items arrive open or seem like they've been tampered with, you'll see this feedback from customers. An insulated delivery bag can be a great way to secure items, keep restaurant packaging intact and prevent spills.

the food never came, i phoned them multiple times asking what was taking them longer then they said they would take and i never got an answer, all they said was "it will be there any second/minute now" and then they outright lied to me saying the driver had already been and i "wasnt in" despite me being outside waiting the entire time and the front desk of my building also said no one came in to deliver food

Didn’t enjoy the food , pizza there was no toppings not cheese and also all the food came cold . I ordered this and it came an hour later . The burgers were low quality and the buns were not fresh won’t be ordering again from Thai takeaway my family didn’t enjoy this at all horrible food

It was 42 mins late I tried asking about it and the reasons they gave where invalidated by driver and receipt and when asking they hung up the phone on me and I didn't get the food that I paid for tried asking about that and they said the extra money accounts to the same size only an additional few so if I could be formatted a refund process would be appreciated as said was hung up on before sorted out.

we been told different excuses until at the end we got our food. we ordered via Chester Blackburn and end up hardeez chicken Blackburn but delivery driver said he delivered but someone's took our food . 🤔 but they delivery again and got our food

absolutely fantastic Chester's chicken is by far the best in my eyes I leave a little description how I like my chicken wings and they do exactly how I ask and same with my chicken breast top guys ❤️

Food arrived early and was piping hot. The gravy sent out was bisto beef gravy granules, shocking really considering it’s a chicken shop. The strips was the frozen ones you get from any standard takeaway and the chicken wings was soggy wouldn’t order again.

Food came over 50 minutes late. When the driver called he was asking where he is delivering too and then said he is 6km away after already being late. We then called Chester’s who said drivers busy delivering and they hung up and weren’t helpful at all. Not a good experience at all

ORDER NEVER CAME!!! Payment taken.. Notifications of being processed, prepared and on its way.. And still not received 2.5hrs later.. probably due to the 40%off offer.. Absolute jokers

Placed an order thinking that the latest time the food would come would be 9.10pm. I rang and asked where the food was at 9.15pm and the man on the phone said 5 minutes away. I ended up having to ring again at 9.35pm and they said they were 5 minutes away now. No apologies, no nothing. My children normally are in bed for 9.30pm but that didn't happen and they had come back from swimming so were really looking forward to it. It also arrived cold.

Ok so it’s Saturday night - guess very busy. Pizza wrong and cold. Chicken slimy and greasy cold, fries the same, wrong Pepsi. Wings ok. Good job we have an air fryer to rectify the issue……..sort of. Still not enjoyable at all. Thankfully that little plastic bit on the pizza was used box was flattened. Below average.

Food was cold when it arrived therefore we did not take the order. Trying to contact the restaurant was horrific and when I finally did get in touch with them they told me the driver had just left but when the driver arrived he said he'd been driving round for 20mins looking for our house. Terrible customer service all round

I was not happy at all, my food was due between 10.15pm and 10.35pm, it came at 10.55pm, I ordered a pizza meal, there was only half of a bag of chips, hardly any, they had already been warmed up by the looks of them, I had to warm the chips and the pizza because they were cold when they arrived. Was very disappointed and most of it got left, there was only half of a portion of fries, it was ridiculous.
