Everytime I use Domino's I always have great service and great food and quick delivery.

I love the app, easy to navigate. Got an extra dip xx Also got a discount on my first order on the app. Delivered asap. Well done

Food Poisoning the next day, Disgusting.

We always order from here and haven't ever had a problem! Always super fast and friendly delivery. Today grabbed a pizza for collection and was surprised how clean and organised it looks! 👌

Disgraceful customer service. I accidentally made an online order for collection to this store instead of the store nearest to my home so I instantly phoned the store to ask if the order could be sent to the store nearest to me or could they cancel the order and refund me which I didn’t see would be a problem as there would have been no way the food would have been prepared yet. I was informed that the food was already in the oven ( 2x large pizzas, wedges, garlic bread, chicken strips and cookies) which was an obvious lie as there was only a 10 second gap between me ordering and them answering the phone for me to cancel!!!! I was told I could only have a 50% refund disgraceful. So my partner has now driven 1hr round trip to collect the family dinner. I will never order from any domino’s again. The manager at the Tunbridge wells store needs to have training in simple customer service.

Sadly the pizza was clearly overcooked as it was just snapping whenever we tried to pick it up. Not enjoyable at all so hard to order from another pizza shop too

Most of the food was alright, dominos is usually spot in with their scran however this instant i was highly disappointed, specifically with their chips, they tasted absolutely terrible, as if the potatoes were unwashed or straight up gone off, i highly doubt those ingredients were fresh, honestly someone should get a health inspector round there coz somethin aint right! This was not dominos first offence of having dodgy food items (in my familys experience) so watch out!!! Definitely not worth all that money

Store Manager Was Rude On Phone When We ordered 2 Pizza First And Again 2 More Pizza. He Start Judging Over Tha Phone We Gonna Pay Or Not. He Was Denning To Make Order RUBBISH SERIVE BY CHANDRA ORDER NUMBER WAS 641467 At 11:40 Sunday

Try to order a number of pizzas over the phone rude staff asked me to place order online I'm on building site with my staff with poor Internet access. Also told me they is no offers on weekends. Also I am not sure why they don't accept cash payment in store.

We love the quality and the price! Super fast delivery and easy to follow through the app. We collected at the store too and the service was super fast. Excellent!

Pizza is always 10/10, only one occasion I wasn’t happy. Ordered stuffed crust two separate pizzas same size large same toppings both were delivered with crusts looking like a thin crust. They were stuffed but just flattened.

I usually would not review a domino's take away but this has to be the worst dominos's pizza I have ever had. The pizza arrived 20 minutes after ordering it on a Friday night which should have told me that people do not buy from here anymore. This is the most greasy and bland pizza I have ever had from Dominos. The idea of a chain takeaway is the quality is the same no matter what area you go to. The Tunbridge Wells Dominos fail to grasp this basic concept of business.

Still waiting for delivery and its been an hour and 15 mins, we're 5 mins drive from Dominoes.

Food arrived really fast. Unfortunately though both myself and my partner were then ill all weekend, it was confirmed today we had …SALMONELLA…poisoning likely from the chicken wings. Rang the shop to let them know hoping they would look into it but was met with a defensive rude response from the manager saying he checks fridge temps himself and the chicken is pre cooked. No concern for our illness and not really very educated in that you can still catch salmonella from badly re heated chicken which looks like this is the case. We hadn’t eaten anything else that day hence ordering a take away after a long day so it is certainly from them. And I wasn’t going to leave a review as such but due to this bad customer service afterwards and the un-willingness to look into it I feel I must warn other people. Don’t eat here if you don’t want to be ill all weekend afterwards. They don’t care about your health. Will be informing relevant authorities also now so maybe they will look into it instead…

This is awful. The pizzas are as close to McDonald's food as you can get. It is awful, tasteless, slop. And very, very expensive. Even with the pseudo-deals, it's still totally over-priced. Not worth it.

Tunbridge Wells branch , manager said his name is “Mark “ Very disappointed with the customer service received . Tried to order through App some pizzas for me and friends and as had some issues with the app didn’t manage to order an extra big dip so called the shop after placing an order of over £30 quid and asked to be sent 2 with my order and I can pay de driver or online via telephone by card to which answer was abrupt “Is not Possible “ and that I have no other options ……asked to talk to a manger to which he replied he is , asked for his name and initially refused as he said is illegal to give me his name ……..to me a paying customer with an order number on hand and unhappy , really ????? and went on that his a manger for years and bla bla bla , disappointed to say the least , also my friends Will def not order soon and won’t recommend Covid situation will go away and will see how they behave when you need customers ….. Management reply was sorry will retrain the staff , have a good day ……..honestly ???????

Awful. Truly awful. There are authentic pizza restaurants in Royal Tunbridge Wells and there is this place that delivers slop, 50 minutes late after driving around delivering two orders - which were further away that a direct delivery - and arrives is cold, putrid something or other. Not pizza as the Italians would class them. Follow-up gets a free pizza voucher. Not acceptable.

DONT USE. Not a true representation of the Domino’s brand. Should be closed down. I have used these guys on a number of occasions and don’t usually take the time to review but.....If I could give these guys a minus rating I would. Terrible customer service. Disgusting food! And waiting over an hour for food that not even prepared then to be told it’s not their fault or problem they haven’t cooked my food??? Rude staff and gutless managers that won’t come to the phone to deal with complaints. Worst place in Tunbridge Wells to get food from.

Because of COVID I wasn’t allowed to be handed some garlic sauce. Seriously! You can make a pizza with your hands box it up and pass that over without wearing a face mask or visor but you are not allowed to hand over sauces any longer. Crooks. Misleading delivery times, and lied about a refund. Quoted 25 - 35 minutes for delivery. Over 1 hour 15 later I called to ask for the whereabouts of my pizza. They said it would be another 10 minutes. I asked to cancel and get a refund, they said that would be absolutely fine and that they would send a confirmation of this. I never received the confirmation, I never received the refund, and I also never received the pizza. Needless to say, I'm not happy.

Amazing pizzas Highly Recommend! But they sometimes find it hard to find my address. They should add an option to give your What.Three.Words address (An app that gives every one meter square in the world a three word address) in to help the driver find you. I have to stand out in the road when the app says is near. But despite that an amazing place!

Ordered 2 pizzas over an hour ago for my kids and when I check on the progress it just says it's still in prep stage how long does it take to prep 2 pizzas

A week ago, we went into the branch and were shown the menu and offers on the counter. 2 medium pizzas with 2 toppings £11.98. Last night, we went in again and the same laminate was on the counter in front of the serving member of staff, with the same offer, same prices. We tried to order the same . Firstly we were told, no orders being taken over the counter, presumably as they were so busy, understandable, with nobody going to restaurants, more people ordering takeaway. No problem, we found the app and ordered online but using the same deal, the price kept appearing as £17.98 not £11.98 I asked why and was told the prices on the counter were out of date ( they were still on the counter when we left the shop) and the new prices were because of the Coronavirus because they had to make up for lost revenue. Really? There's no seating the Dominos, they only serve takeaway and they now have more customers. Ingredient prices are not in short supply yet, clearly they are just profiteering and we won't be going back.

All good so far. Enjoy their pizza, taste fresh, good topping coverage🍕, prompt delivery and good offers early in week. Love super thin crust option.

Whilst I can’t prove it my debit card details were used and several further attempts after placing an order over the phone, my daughter had been poorly all week and I didn’t mmmm hadn’t been shopping. I had to use my card over the phone, which is very unusual but as I hadn’t been out, hadn’t got any cash. That evening someone used my card to purchase online goods and attempted to pay their gas bill. Again whilst I can’t prove it my bank agreed it was very coincidental. Will not be using them again ,not only because they appear to have a shifty member of staff on their team with absolutely no morals but also because the pizza took over an hour to arrive and was stone cold.

Staff are rude and unprofessional to the public.

They decided to deliver 1hr 15 over the specified time, tried to call but the phone must of been unplugged as nobody answered after 3 attempts. Told the delivery chap it was too late and to take it back, didn't even get an apology he just said 'Ok' and walked away. Already paid with Paypal so i'll have to chase a refund. They used to be good, but I have noticed delivery time and quality slipping further and further and this just 'topped' it off. Don't bother with this branch!

My son was intimidated by them and left scared to call us in case they could see. The note was not fake and when challenged the staff showed us a completely different note which they had in a wallet under the counter.When challenged again the following day they tried to give me a torn and completely unusable note with fake note written in large letters. My complaint to Franchise manager and CEO not taken seriously - just an offer of a free Pizza from them which was of course declined. Dominos do not care that their staff behave this way with children so in my opinion avoid this place at all cost! Absolute disgrace - staff were rude, dishonest, untrained and unprofessional - please educate your children on the potential of scams.

It's great pizza. Also opposite the George Pub, which is a useful stop off before taxi home - Fresh out of the oven they taste even better... what's not to love!

Owners are stupid as are the staff. Both parked outside badly, taking up 4 spaces with 2 cars, watched me try to get into a very tight space, I'll not bother again their ignorance lost then a 4 pizza order. Would have left 0 stars but couldn't, not worthy of a single star!!!

The staff got my order wrong twice . Waiting tie was very long from initial order and phone staff were disorganised . Girl with L name that sounded like lou something was expetionally rude and smirking when i complained . She should not be front desk service as childish . Finally got my pizza and it was wrong but only saw thus once half way home

My daughter and I ordered pizza, haven’t used Dominies for months ..pizza came ok but the delivery driver tried the oh I haven’t got any change at all chestnut ..after I stood my ground and said oh what a shame I was going to give you a tip anyway,can’t believe they sent you with no change he then produced coins out of his pocket and claimed to have forgot !!!! Cringe... !!!

I asked for two SMALL pizzas with the home alone deal, which includes TWO sides of potato wedges She charged us for two small pizzas with ONE side of potato wedges and as a result the whole thing was more expensive. Awful customer service, but food is great.

Ordered a takeaway and almost ended up in hospital!!! My 3 year old and 1 year old have terrible sickness for days! They didn’t care, apologise, and all the head office have done is offer a half price pizza!

Generally have home deliveries with almost every other order being supplied incorrectly, whether it be mains, sides, desserts or dips. Probably the only thing they do manage to get right is the drinks. I really don't have the time (or probably space here) to list everything they have managed to get wrong. The bigger problem though is the attitude of the staff when you call to inform them of THEIR mistake. They couldn't show less interest if they tried and as for correcting their mistakes, despite what they tell you... forget it, it won't happen. Not surprisingly, this seems to be the theme for most of the other reviews here but I would question how a company this big and busy has so few reviews? From experience, any complaints made to Dominos HQ would appear to be forwarded back to the offending outlets to deal with... Need I say more.

Will never use again. Food OK, home delivery OK, order accuracy appalling. Phone to tell them and they will show little interest.. tell you they’ll correct it and send it out... then just not bother. Worst customer service ever. Strongly advise to go elsewhere.

A very efficient store with nice staff and always seems to be clean. When ever I've ordered from them the delivery drivers have always been quick and the drivers are nice; more than willing to break into a conversation.

Este es un enorme franquicia, con publicidad y campañas de marketing casi fantástico que ofrece la tierra! A mi reciente visita, lo que recibi fue muy lejos de lo prometido. La primera cosa a decir es que el menú era como esperaba, pizza de muchas variedades con varios lados y unas cuantas opciones del desierto, aunque escasa variedad de bebidas! Precios es donde este lugar realmente mal, es muy caro para lo que es, yo ni siquiera consideraría este caro si era un lugar de Londres. La pizza en sí era normal en el mejor y el costo de cambiar un trozo de ferias. Hay ofertas mucho mejores en la ciudad, uno que oír literalmente en la misma calle! Si se ajustaron sus precios iría de nuevo y darles una oportunidad justa, pero hasta entonces no regresaré prisa!

Soy un cliente habitual de esta tienda y no he recibido mi comida esta noche menos el salsas que debe venir con la pizza. Esta no es la primera vez! ! ! En contacto con el tunbridge wells tienda me informaron de que el salsas no son gratis, lo que es una mentira. En la inspección más cerca de la pizza uno de ellos tenía un enorme pelo incrustado en ella. Me he quejado a la tienda de nuevo, tras descubrir en profundidad y era cuestionaron a antes de que el administrador fuera acordada otra pizza y el salsas que se supone que deben ser complementarias. Estoy muy decepcionado con el servicio de esta tienda y la calidad de la comida es también anti-higiénicas y contaminados con cabello humano. Si quieres un argumento y mala comida, asegúrate de que el fin de este lugar.

If only I could give zero stars! Their dangerous and incompetent drivers think they have the right to park on private property, obstruct junctions by dumping their cars wherever they want and have a serious attitude problem when being asked to move their cars. Don't bother complaining to management they are as useless as the drivers who really have no clue. Sooner this place shuts down the better, won't be long until a serious road accident is caused because of this place!

I have been a huge fan for many years but the last 3 times I've had dominos from this branch I have been left dissaponted 2/3 have been delivery and it has taken over an hour for the order to arrive, I receive a text which is amazing service saying it is on the way - and it takes up to 40 minutes to arrive when it's a 20 minute drive at most! Having given up on delivery my partner and I decided to collect as it would be much quicker! However we weren't left satisfied with this service either. After placing our order they tried to charge us full price when they offer two for Tuesday - which it was or upon collection it's also buy one get one free. Upon arriving home and opening the pizza boxes we dissapontingly noticed we hadn't been given the chilli oil for their Italian style pizzas which frankly ruined the whole thing, something so miniscule but it meant the meal was left incomplete and unsatisfactory.

Was order at 11:45 am and was delivered ar 1:53 pm. Very could and with sorry. And this is not service with my money. No thanks.

Have normaly been happy (not really happy but no real complaints). unless we have friends over unplanned we normally only ever go for 2 for Tuesday, last delivery came and was wrong so i called and was told that they will make a note for a free pizza on our next order, now the problem is if we go for our usual 2 for Tuesday then they will not give us our free pizza which means we have to pay for one pizza to get the free pizza, this means we have no benifit from the messed up delivery unless between the two of us we want three pizzas!! very dissapointed so we will now start using Papa Johns or Pizza Hut.

Average Domino's, food was fine.

Terrible I called up made a £40 order from 3.5 miles down the road. After 20 mins of placing my order was sent a text to say my food had left for delivery. Myself, my wife and two year old waited another hour before I picked up the phone to see where my order was. I was told it was just leaving a bit disgruntled I accepted this and waited another ten minutes, then I received a call back from domino's to say they didn't deliver to this area (3miles away) this was also now an hour and 45 minutes from me placing my order. Now very angry and hungry I decided to go and collect my order. Within ten minutes I arrived at the shop to find 8 people standing behind the counter doing nothing. I asked for my order, after hunting round for five minutes they found it but had still not cooked my second pizza. That was enough for me I exploded at the manager explaining how bad they were at they're jobs the manager responded with lies and even tried to tell me they had driven my pizzas to me but could not find me. He then asked me for the money which I threw at him and asked for a discount. He responded with a six pound discount. 15 minutes later my order was complete I returned back to where I was staying to open the boxes and find my order was wrong and bits were missing, the food was also very poor quality. I made the best of it and decided to eat it as it was now 22:00 and my two year old was still yet to eat. Avoid this place like the plague, the staff are poor at there jobs and the manager is a prat.

Worse than useless! Lost order placed through app. Waited 30mins in shop until they retook my order (wrong) and then proceeded to try and over charge me by "forgetting" the discount I'd used the app for in the first place. Definitely don't bother.

Pizza quality is impecable, but when it came to service the workers didn't not work at the full potential and took over 30min to both take the order and prepare the meal
