Ordered a number of times from this place everytime there is something wrong either to cold missing bit or wrong things it's beyond a joke I know how they work there as I use to do the driving but boy once again cold and missing garlic dustinno dips as well beyond a joke now even tried to call a number of times

Ordered chicken strips.. received bbq chicken wings. Which no one in house eats.. when called was told they had run out of chicken strips.. then was hung up on.. very rude

I rang them up as my food was very late and it said that it had been delivered there said it would be 5mins, 5 mins had past so I rang again this time I got told something went wrong the food had been damaged so will have to make a new one that took about 45 mins the driver then when to the wrong billing so I was waiting out side in the cold for 10 more minutes and the food was cold I’m never getting a pizza from there again

The pizza is great and rly good

I called the St Albans store to ask for help with ordering. I have the student free personal pizza deal on my app and when I’m trying to order it says coupon is no longer valid. It says it’s valid until the 31st October. I called up the store to ask for help and the man kept on interrupting me. He said he can’t do anything to help and it’s all online and to contact the customer service. I said the customer service line is closed and he told me to try again tomorrow. I asked to speak to a manager and he informed me that he was the manager. I tried to explain the issue again and ask for help and the man continued to cut me off, I asked him to let me continue speaking multiple times and he refused, then hung up the phone call on me. I am horrified at the ‘customer service’ from this man who is supposed to be a manager.

Getting fed up with Domino’s sending out pizza or cinni dippers or anything that should come with a sauce when they don’t bother to include them. Not once, but repeatedly doing it. Drivers don’t want to go back for that.

Very nice workers they put extra toppings for free better than dominos

Definitely coming to papa johns again! We have had so many bad experiences now with dominos so decided to try papa johns. You was so much better!

Asked for chilli sauce wasn’t any with order

The bread was so bad and the food was very cold . I have to chase the driver to let him know wheather he have my food and the answer was no as soon as I walk off he then call me and said where did you order food then that’s the time he gave me the food if I was not on a night shift I would have return the food, that’s my second meal as we are on Ramadan. Disgrace!

Absolutely terrible service! Food was ordered over the phone. After an hour's wait (estimated delivery time was approximately 50 minutes), I contacted this takeaway to get an update on my order. The male on the phone abruptly replied that my order will arrive at my doorstep in the next minute or so. This did not happen. I contacted this takeaway again, but there was no answer. Money had been deducted and no sign of delivery. Avoid orders from this place!

Service was quick, food tasted great will defo be ordering again
