The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

I am a repeat customer..is how I liked the place.. the taste and the affordability is really nice..

Took 45 mins to arrive and the shop is 10 mins away. Pizza cold on arrival. I will not use again and try to understand the guy who barely speaks English on the phone

Ordered vegi supreme and 2 portions of chips. Domino's took our money and told us it would take 30 minutes. Received a call after 15 mins to say they didn't have the toppings for that pizza. (No onions, no tomatoes, no mushrooms and no garlic!) We agreed to alternative toppings. The pizza did not arrive for another hour and when it did it was cold, there was only one portion of chips which were also cold. My cousin rang Dominos and very politely expressed our disappointment with this service. She was greeted with a complete lack of concern or interest, no apology, no offer of a refund. We are frankly astonished that a company of such renown has provided substandard food, substandard service and clearly does not care about its customers. We would never recommend Domino's based on this experience and it is apparent from other reviews that we are not the first to receive such appalling food and service. We expected at the very least a partial refund.

There are no seats but it is a takeaway service and the service is quick and excellent! Advised! Top 5 stars

I didn’t even receive my order… 30 minutes went by after expected time before putting that they completed my order…. Called the restaurant snd they didn’t pick up

Imagine having 4 children under the age of 4 one who isn’t able to walk and because I live in a flat they can not enter the property due their policies. They told me that if I was disabled and lived in a flat they would not deliver my food. From such a big company how disgusting

Shockingly inept. Don't answer the phone, chasing up order after being left for ages. Won't be ordering again. Shame as it used to be good.

First person I spoke to said he couldn’t take orders for pizzas as he wasn’t trained! I then waited 5 minutes for a trained assistant to take my order, it wasn’t even busy. Seem to be collecting a lot of poor reviews

Worst chicken kebab I have ever eaten in my life, by a country mile. They couldn’t even bother to fill the pitta bread, they literally put the salad in the box, slapped a few chicken breasts on top (which is the cheapest chicken I have ever tasted, it was revolting) and left the pitta bead outside of the box. They literally couldn’t be bothered to make it properly. Shocking and will never again visit in my life

Pizza was thrown together !!! Hot & spicy pizza there was no meat on there & hardly any cheese just loads of Peppers & jalapeños … wish I just stuck to big johns because one thing about them there pizzas are on point 🎯 Best thing were the cookies !!!

Grandes porciones eran de tamaño mediano en el mejor de los casos. ¡Acusado de quejarse ante lo cual es irrelevante y ni siquiera sucedió! Mala actitud del personal. Un montón de comida para llevar decente en York - evitar este.

8 years buying from this shop and this pizza is always great, i tried other papa jhons around london and they are way less tastier than this one, my fa papa jhons pizza ever, so tasty and full of ingredients, please keep up with the good work. Updates: Today, I have to say the pizza quality has declined. It was dry, with minimal cheese, oil, and toppings overall. Unfortunately, I can only give it 3 stars.

Pizza was nice, just a little over cooked

Lovely clean tidy meals everytime, on time and friendly delivery driver, highly recomend
