The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

Such a disappointing and devaluing experience.... I live local and ordered by phone and went to collect when the order was declared "ready". I arrived to collect and stood at the counter; there were 2-3 staff working in the kitchen/back-bar area and all basically acted as if wasn't there (one was sorting deliveries I think). Someone eventually shouted over "be with you in a couple of mins" (or words to that effect - was hard to distinguish right from the back of the kitchen). My order was showing "ready" - when someone eventually came over I said I was here to collect my order for XXXX and they said "be a few minutes" (the order screen was showing "ready" - this got quickly deleted by a member of staff). I waited several more minutes and observed two more customers come in who got similarly ignored so at least it wasn't just me. Meanwhile the food being prepared back home was ruined/overcooked as the order took at least 35 minutes from point of order where the phone app states get ready for "pizza heaven" to collection (supposedly 9-14mins). In future we will support smaller local businesses where you can get better quality food, for less, and served by someone who will treat you as a fellow human being.

Ok the pizza is not so hot but hell the atmosphere, the cocktails, and the music is the best - what a great night out this is. shhhhhh though its a secret. Lots of fun and hidden surprises Must be pretty good I've been here three times now and i normally say i don't go back to the same place the first time it was the destination the last two times have been to finish a good day night out with friends

Muy mal servicio, hizo que la pizza se equivocara y me entregaron el teléfono 3 veces. Quiere pizza de vuelta cuando ya estaba en el contenedor. Sigue preguntando ven a la tienda

Excellent donor kebab and chicken shish. I get a takeaway from here regularly. Its now called Fulbourn Kebab. Premises are clean and food is very good. Would recommend.

Useless place. Constantly cancelling your order. Don't understand their problem. No point being on just eat if you're refusing orders. Hope the place shuts down due to lack of custom!

Great kebab from this shop. Generously portioned and very nice. Best kebab I've had in ages. I would use them again. If I am in Aldershot

had takeaway pizzas and a side of jalapeno cream cheese which were amazing. food was delivered on time

The worst thing that ever happened to me was getting food from here. It made me so ill I thought i was truly done for. Should be closed down

From good pizza go worst pizza in no time. Never the same flavour. Too much salty and over cooked. Awful.

Nous étions une quinzaine de personnes, personnel agréable et compétent. Service rapide et efficace, beaucoup de choix sur la carte et prix très raisonnable. À faire si vous êtes dans le coin.

Placed an order for delivery. When arrived cheesy chips instead of plain freezing cold . Lamb wrap instead of lamb kebab. Rang and explained told they would send new order. Waited an hour rang again told that we were out when they tried to deliver even though we had not gone anywhere. Also told they had spoken to our neighbour which was very clever as they were out! At time of writing this it's been an hour and a half and still no delivery. Husband diabetic and blood very low otherwise would have collected. Never had trouble with them until this time. Very very disappointed and usually our favourite take away!

Terrible customer service. I ordered some pizza deals. Food arrived and the pizza deal you ordered come through wrong. Ring them to try and resolve, to be told it's my problem I didn't select large from the drop down menu. I replied with when it states any large pizza for £9.99 delivered then you automatically believe it's going to be a large. The man then come on and shouted your problem next time ring and tell us and not order online. No resolved problem. Now lost a loyal customer as won't be returning to them. Shocking!!! This used to be the best pizza ever but lately the pizza is burnt crust is hard now all the time cheese is always over cooked wont be going here no more after 6 years 😮‍💨
