Ordered food from here, to be delivered to a business (which has CCTV outside). Food never arrived. Called 3 times after 1 hour, no answer. Called back the next day to ask what had happened, and the VERY rude man who answered the phone said that the driver had left the food outside (which he hadn't), and that he had called the business, and someone had sworn at him. He then said that I was a 'dirty customer', and that he would not be delivering to the property anymore. Incredibly rude, incredibly strange...

Ordered 2 large pizzas at around 12am, and was given the time of 1:05 for these pizzas to be delivered. After waiting around until 1:30; tried calling the mobile number to figure out where the pizzas were. We had to call 5 or 6 times until we were finally put through the line, only for the person on the other end to tell us that they were delayed and was given the new time of 2:05 for them to arrive. 2:05 rolls around and the pizzas still hadent arrived yet. tried contacting them and they wouldnt answer their phones. Pizzas finally arrived at half past two; the delivery driver was very apologetic, but still doesn't excuse the food being 2 and a half hours late. The pizzas were quite cold and pretty dried out.

After a few beers after work I thought I'd treat myself to a chicken kebab. After placing my order watching and waiting in anticipation for the guy to slice me off some of the sizzling crispy chicken donor on the spit he goes over to a pot and proceeds to give me pre cut chicken he must of done earlier or the week before as it was slimey multiple colours and a funny smell coming from it. Absolutely gross. Avoid even if your under the influence and starving

What you see is exactly what you get with pizza go-go! When you are spending £5.00 for a pizza do not expect Gordon Ramsey level food. However, the food is extremely filling and the value for money is outstanding.

We get pizza from here a lot as they do a great deal any size pizza for a low price. The pizza,s are always very good and they do a quorn pizza that is excellent

I just been there to order pizza and one of the female staff talking in Hindi language and saying why they are checking the menu if they wanna order same pizza like what they had before I been there to order pizza before but that’s doesn’t mean I will eat same pizza every time when I go there and she shouldn’t be talking about customer like that! I understand her language but what about the other people who doesn’t understand Hindi language! This is how you treat your customers when they come to order food from your restaurant! We pay for our food and you should respect your customers! I’m so upset how they treat me today and I think the owner/manager should teach them about customer service Such a bad manners staff

111-113 Victoria Road 2 Townstead HouseOnce again ordered from this branch of Dominos, my last review complained about the lack of cheese back in 2019 here we are in 2024 and nothing has changed what is problem with this place we had extra cheese on our pizzas and you could barely see or taste it. Toppings were ok just no cheese. To the muppets who put these pizzas together PIZZAS HAVE CHEESE ON and lots of it. How hard can it be seems like there are a lot of bad reviews about this place never again for me

8 WestgatePretty poor tonight. Came here in the evening on a trip with the family. Was sat for around 15-20 mins before our waiter even came over for drinks/ordering. Waiter was nice but clearly overran with poor staff around him. Only one other lad "helping"/clearing tables who was pretty useless. Almost an hour from sitting down before our starter doughballs and prawns came. Starters were ok. Had to request plates because they were forgotten. Another 30 mins wait after starters before mains finally arrived. No extra asks for any drinks etc. the whole time. Wasn't exactly the fault of our waiter really. Actually felt for him he was pretty much trying to take care of the entire place with almost zero help and the kitchen staffed looked completely disorganised. The lad who was clearing plates came after finishing. We asked for a diet coke. It didn't arrive. One pizza was way too greasy and poor standards which was removed from the bill after the main waiter came across. He was apologetic, and also had to remind the other lad about the diet coke (he eventually ended up bringing it across himself). The other pizzas were ok. Nothing special. Wouldn't return
