Domino's Aldershot in Rushmoor

I just been there to order pizza and one of the female staff talking in Hindi language and saying why they are checking the menu if they wanna order same pizza like what they had before I been there to order pizza before but that’s doesn’t mean I will eat same pizza every time when I go there and she shouldn’t be talking about customer like that! I understand her language but what about the other people who doesn’t understand Hindi language! This is how you treat your customers when they come to order food from your restaurant! We pay for our food and you should respect your customers! I’m so upset how they treat me today and I think the owner/manager should teach them about customer service Such a bad manners staff

Didn't get what I ordered. I ordered a medium cheese pizza and I got a medium cheese with no sauce on the pizza

Ordered two pizzas and a loaded fries, both pizzas were wrong and told couldn't be fixed due to them closing, one pizza was drowning in the bbq sauce and the other had the wrong toppings and the solution offered was the free dip which was meant to be included with the pizzas anyway! Asked for a refund for the pizzas and was told they would have to take away the whole order which was disappointing considering the fries looked good! Made the decision to take the dip as i thought the pizzas didn't sound like too bad of bad combinations but wish l'd of had my money back because the lot was awful, the fries were tasteless and the pizzas were clearly meant to be made the way the menu is set as what they created was disgustingly wrong! First and last time visiting this dominos!

I visited this Dominos almost every day during my week-long stay in England. The quality of the food I ordered was consistently good, and the service of the staff was excellent, in my opinion. And the staff, from my observation while waiting, were both quick at work and seemed to have fun! All around a great Dominos, I think.

I had a fantastic experience with Domino's Pizza recently for my son's birthday. Ordering through their app was incredibly easy, with plenty of customisation options and great deals. The delivery was impressively fast, and I could track my order in real-time. When the pizza arrived, it was hot and delicious, with a perfect blend of toppings and a crispy crust. The entire process was seamless, and it made my son's birthday celebration even more special. I was very satisfied with the quality and service. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!

We ordered 12 pizzas for our daughter’s party and cannot fault the food or the service received! We spoke to the branch to confirm and told to order online. Ordered the food the morning of for a timed collection. I arrived to collect and they were all cooked and piping hot and bang on time. Thanks everyone for the fantastic service and ensuring the food for the party went ahead without a hitch!!

The price you pay for the service is much rather support local businesses that do provide a good service not to mention the amount of times iv ordered from here the money I spent with them yer I’ll go somewhere else ALSO THE FRANCHISE OWNER IS TERRIBLE WITH HIS STAFF SO THAT MAY BE THE REASON FOR SUCH POOR SERVICE GO SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS

Ordered Christmas pizza it looked nothing like the picture. Several items didn't arrive.very poor

Terrible. Saw a piece of ham fall into the cheese tray but staff just picked it up and put it back in its own tray. Offensive to vegetarians. Fluent English lacking. Abrupt telephone staff. Hassle to make a phone order. Pain to make a payment for phone orders. Will not process an order if not paid for In advance. On one occasion I drove from Aldershot to Farnborough branch and back again because service was so bad. Will not order from there again.

Avoid this one, even deliveries, delivery driver tried to tell me what my address is. If only you train your staff to be able to read the address of the pizza box instead of your internal codes with a day course of basic english and basic manners. Rude, incompetent, disgusting... Not again.

Absolute joke ! Aldershot gave the wrong order when calling up none of the staff can speak English including supposedly the manager !! 2 hours to wait and then get it delivered cold …..there not even worth a 1 star

Ordered 2 pizzas, 1 was incorrect and upon phoning they were already aware of the mix up!! Could have been resolved much sooner but my daughter was sat with no dinner for another 30 mins! They wanted the mistaken pizza back and even asked us to open to box infront of the driver before they gave us the correct one...probably going to someone else!

The Pizza has an amazing taste, the Staff are polite and helpful, can get a bit stressful during the weekends but still it is well managed and orders are still delivered on time.

Be wary when they give you the 50% off deal. I clicked on that and it took me to another page and a month later I had £15 taken out of my account by complete save for a subscription I wasn’t aware of!

Really good food and super friendly, helpful staff

Ordered online for collection, arrived at the store after 15 minutes but they did not even start making the pizza. There excuse was that they were busy but they were not at all at 10.30pm! Really poor customer service.

The Dominos store provides classic quality as expected by the franchise. On the times I've recently frequented the store, the staff can seem a little timid and sheepish.. But as long as you're clear and direct about what you're asking for you'll get the answers you require

Normally get pizza from another place. Decided to go here because my son wanted the cheese burger pizza. Got to say its worth the extra money. Crispy base amazing sauce and toppings. Baked to perfection

Need to seriously work on services and DOMINOS. Takeaway ordered online and had to drice there. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ What is DOMINOS?? Many things to change on a pizza. Need improvement 👌 However, the sweet thing - Got an extra Garlic bread as compensation - needs to work on Garlic break as well 😅.

They need to improve customer service

Delivery was quite quick, and food was hot and fresh. But I didn't like the fact that the driver unpacked my food on the floor and left it there. I was standing at the door! Why didn't he hand it to me like other delivery drivers do? What if I wasn't able to bend down to pick it up? Is there no regard for hygiene? Needless to say, when the text came through afterwards asking me to leave a tip for the driver, the number was blocked immediately. Improve your standard of delivery, and I might edit this review AND leave a tip next time.

Worst customer service. Worst domino's in the whole UK, maybe in the world..Wouldn't recommend this franchise. Seen this branch go from great to worst..pizza undercooked. Chicken kickers half raw.

Worst pizza ever. Trust me if you want herpes infected food then this the place to go. The staff even said they would rub and tug for an extra £10 if I took one of the special offers they had. 0/5 stars. EDIT~~~~ The current manager called Trifon is the worst manager to ever set foot into the establishment. It used to be good back in the day but now it is full of yes men/women and dweebs.

Been Sent a 50% off code thought it would be nice to treat the kids but for the code not to work so phoned the store to be told sorry but we won’t accept the code or honour the code so tough, manager said we won’t accept the code end of conversation good bye dominos. Really bad customer service

I'm shocked at the lack of help. Order via website online. Clicked the deal ( any pizza any size 9.9 online only ) I requested a Large pizza and a personal turned up. Order confirmation says a personal, I assure you I didn't click personal as the order was for three people. I spoke to the delivery guy and he explained he couldn't do anything and to call the store which is totally understandable. I called the store to ask for help as it's clearly an issue with the website. They shut me down immediately with only one thing to help.. buying another. So I would then be paying double? Great deals great website 🤨 Won't be ordering again. At least we can all have a small slice😁

Ordered a box of 4 cookies, and got 3! Can you do maths?

After 1 hr and 15 minutes waiting time the girl on a phone confirmed my order will arrive only in 20-25 minutes. But promised waiting time was 35-45 minutes through their app. Very poor customer service. In addition, they don't pick up their phone straight away, it took about another 10 minutes to get through.

They missed items in my delivery and no one wants to pick up the phone. Ordered gluten free crust pizza, it is definitely not a gluten free crust. We remained hungry and wasted 25 pounds on food that was a waste! I want my money back.

I've been using dominoes every Tuesday for 10 years. Now it's under new management the quality has dropped substantially. now the final straw is today i ordered my usual order and an hour later called dominoes to see where it had gotten to. Only to be told that it has only just been put in the oven! No sorry just told oh it'll be 90 mins. I will never use dominoes again.

Staff were working very hard as lots of orders were coming in. Chose 2 pizzas. One was nice but the other was probably one of the best I have EVER TASTED. It looked a little overdone but the taste, texture and flavour were awesome. It was the pepperoni passion with Italian base. Something had caramelised on the base which turned it into something special. Scared about going back as every takeaway is never as good the second time around. 😀

18.20 we ordered pizza, rang 19.30 told it was on its way no pizza by 20.00 so cancelled order wont be using them again ever

Wrong order overcooked pizza not enough cheese

I can't actually praise this one at all. The pizza was overpriced and considering their popularity, not that good. And delivery was late.

Always a favourite when we cant be bothered to cook or go out. Delivered fresh to your door, pizza's are so so but at least you know what your getting, and much better that Pizza Hut pizzas.
