Placed an order for delivery. When arrived cheesy chips instead of plain freezing cold . Lamb wrap instead of lamb kebab. Rang and explained told they would send new order. Waited an hour rang again told that we were out when they tried to deliver even though we had not gone anywhere. Also told they had spoken to our neighbour which was very clever as they were out! At time of writing this it's been an hour and a half and still no delivery. Husband diabetic and blood very low otherwise would have collected. Never had trouble with them until this time. Very very disappointed and usually our favourite take away!

Waited an hour and a half for the food to arrive GREASY, and also for my kebab to be smothered in pink CABBAGE rather than the lettuce only that I asked for. Disgusting.

Great staff food serviced hot chickin is great also the pizza are well cooked kebabs are yummy not greasy like other places Iv eaten happy to return think I may return tonight

Great food outlet with a good selection of items. The mixed chicken and lamb kebab is my favourite but the fried chicken and pizza is good too.

We ordered two large pizzas including a half and half. When delivered, the one half of the order was wrong. We called the store, was told a replacement would be made and sent out, but we had to keep the 'wrong half' to return to the delivery driver. Half an hour later we called again to be told our pizza was with the driver for delivery. By this time everyone else other than my partner had eaten...she was still waiting. Half an hour later we called again to be told it was still out with the driver. I asked if we could eat the 'wrong half' and was told no. The guy on the phone couldn't have cared less. He blamed it on new staff and actually said 'why are you blaming me, you do know I'm not actually Papa John'! The driver arrived as we were on the phone an hour and 15 minutes after the original delivery. And he didn't even want the 'wrong half' back!! Shame as it's great pizza when they get it right but the service and urgency to put mistakes right is lousy.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our entire meal. Our server was especially helpful, offering recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. The service was prompt and efficient, but never felt rushed. This, combined with the lovely ambiance, made for a truly enjoyable dining experience.

25 Surrey StreetI travel from Bognor to this kebab restaurant. Service good, friendly staff, good portions, I cannot find fault. Food cooked fresh. 100 percent recommend this takeaway to family and friends.
