Good food, good temperature, will order again

so cold still pink rude driver quality bad only one thing turned up

After multiple phones calls with driver he still couldn’t find us I sent 3 location pins for him to follow. Food was cold on arrival, tasted terrible. Driver got very aggressive when I was trying to explain where we were. Will never order from them again

Ordered 2 wraps but they came in a box with the meat but with chips, other than was as ordered, cheesy chips cold

Will definitely order again my burger and chips was delivered hot and tasty.

The food was lovely, the service was great, we ate in and I must stay it was VERY tasty, we had the platter meal and starters, there was nothing left, we would definitely recommend and return, don't BELIEVE everything you read! Great price for 3 people 👏 Thank you 😊

Disgraceful.!! Stone cold kebab meat but hot chips. Wrong sauce on the meat as well. They clearly do not care about their food here! Avoid. I will be reporting to environmental health to see what they say

I'm very upset! We ordered food with salad and garlic sauces, but they only brought the meat. Very bad impression. I called and asked why my order didn't include the salad and sauce, and guess what they did—they just hung up. This is simply unacceptable... terrible. I don't recommend this place at all.

ordered 2 large donor kebabs with chips, chips were freshly cooked and piping hot but the kebab meat was taken out of a pot on the side and was stone cold. i understand we were early to visit (10.45pm) but to serve cold kebab meat is not acceptable. will NOT be visiting or ordering from here ever again.

The address was wrong and I called twice about it, was hung up on twice, and was told the order was canceled. I still haven't heard anything about a refund and am Waiting for my 21£ back

I ordered the wings, they were a mini meal in itself. Came with rice and a daal style mix. I also had a chicken kebab. Everything was fresh from nan to veg etc. tasted great too!!

As soon as the order was placed they marked it off as out for delivery. From this it took close to an hour for the items to turn up. Food was cold and had to re-heat

Asked for a mixed chicken and doner kebab with chips got home and all I got was chicken and chips, too late to go back and change it but waste of money!! I was the only person in there so how they got it wrong I don't know!!

Very good food, it was a bit quiet for a Saturday night which is a shame

It is one of few halal locations in the area, and in my opinion average , some items such as the chips beans and cheese is extortionate for the size,quality & quantity.

chips were over done ( or the oil wants a change?) and the donner greasy and tasteless, not the usual good food from Bognor Grill :(

Advertised 1.5L bottle of diet coke and gave me 1.25L bottle instead. it's not really a big deal but at least label it what it is

Maybe a little onion in the kebab and just take out the chillis- no option to say none. Delivery driver was brilliant. So friendly

kebab was pretty much all salad. I counted 9 chips. the meat was crispy mot nice at all. kids burger was fine kids nuggets 4 over done.

Food was fairly cold when it arrived, and had to be reheated, felt like it had been sitting around fora bit. Usually have no problems from here.

We get the mixed donners with yogurt mint sauce salad, chips with a Turkish flat bread on the side. Always packed with meat and fresh salad. Their homemade chilli sauce is up there with some of the best! This is the only kebab shop in Bognor where you can get a good kebab everywhere else cater for the intoxicated crowds leave the pubs

Me and my friend where sitting and the chips where super crisp gourmet chips and they where amazing and the service was amazing.

Delivery driver was so lovely, couldn’t find us at first but waited until we found him! Such a great guy

Wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered, the food arrived stone cold (mixed doner kebab , chips and cheeseburger) riang and complained , was told they would sort something for me next time , would never in a million years go back there ever. Tried to ring again to get refund and told no because theyd already said they would sort next order for me , steer clear everyone

Food was cold and terrible. Donner mix tasted horrible as if it wasn't cooked fresh but reheated on a microwave. I don’t think it came off a fresh donner grill. i used to love this place but I think it’s not the same management. I’m taking time to leave this review as I feel sick and nauseous. Waste of money!

Disgusting customer services! food wasnt what was ordered, called to get it corrected and they promised to return call within a couple of minutes, but never called back & refused to answer the phone after! Fuming! , i do not recommend this kebab ive never experienced such rudeness and i use to order very frequently from here but NEVER again , barnham kebab is the one

Wrong items, ordered a large chicken kebab. However, I received only meat and chips.

Meat was cold and not very tasty. Not a large amount of onions which was good as usually have huge amounts.

I am extremely happy with the service and amazing food I received at this restaurant. It has an amazing atmosphere and its low light ambience adds a beautiful touch to the rustic Turkish decor. It is child friendly and is perfect for a day out as a family , amazing food and good service I would definitely recommend! Cok Guzel 😊

Have just ordered food from here the fish well wouldn't feed to my dog if u want a decent meal by it from Iceland its disgusting full of grease asked foe money back only returned 30 out of 47 quid said to keep food but still to returned it and got charged for it

Still the best place, after 22 years! It was the only halal kebab place when I was studying there and when I returned back to visit recently, the food quality is still the same. So happy to see such a good place maintains its quality.

Food not there when I arrived - no one answering phone when I called

The food seemed to be cooked a while ago and then just put in the microwave, chips were soggy lots of condensation in the box. The bbq wings didn’t taste of bbq and had hardly any meat on them. The mixed doner was supposed to be extra large (paid for XL) but was a very small portion and the box was mainly taken up with bread. The burger had hard bits in and very soggy. Overall was edible but not enjoyable to eat. Only good thing was that the soft drink was cold

Absolutely appaling service. Ordered through Just Eat! We ordered just after 5 p.m and it said it would be delivered between 6:10 p.m and 6:30 p.m. At about 6:30, our food still hadn't arrived. We gave it another 10 minutes, as we tried calling the restaurant and the line was busy every time. Then we asked for an update about our food through just eat. Finally the restaurant says it will arrive by 7:10 p.m and the driver is on the way. Just eat sends a message saying that we can request money back, and this won't cancel our order. So we did that. About 2 minutes later we get a refund and a message saying our order has been cancelled. I finally get through to the restaurant and they said that just eat told them that we asked for our order to be cancelled. Then I said no, just eat said if we request money back, our order wouldn't be cancelled. Then he says that he cancelled the order and why should we get our food if we want a refund. After 2 hours of waiting, we never got our food in the end and had to reorder from somewhere else. Avoid at all costs!

If you want food poisoning then this is the place to go to. Order their Meze mixed grill which was ridiculously expensive £16.96. Then got home the food smells awful , the salad was made with rotten tomatoes, the rice was spoiled the meat was poorly spiced and not fresh . In total the entire food was stale, had to throw everything down the bin and stoa he kept hurting after eating . So pls AVOID !!!!!! And save your money .

Thought there wasn’t much meat on the mixed kebab, ( hardly any doner meat) very expensive for £14 and then to be charged extras for salad and garlic sauce. Then extra for delivery and extra for card payment! Not great value. Would be put off buying from there again.

Unfortunately this order was inedible, the chips tasted stale. The fish seemed reheated and batter like rubber. Nuggets again were like rubber. Will not order again.

This place used to be amazing. However. My last 2 orders were both missing stuff and the food was cold when delivered. Was assured by the driver it came straight from the shop so must have been sitting around in the shop. When I called they did offer to send a replacement but by which time it would have been too late. Was advised to get a refund through Just Eat. Not very helpful for something that was their fault. Delivery time on ordering was 30 mins which changed to 90 minutes when the order was paid for maybe that’s the fault of Just Eat though bragger than the shop. I’ll be looking elsewhere for my food now.
