The food takes a while to come but at the end of the day, good things take time. Delicious food, good service. The guy cleaned our table twice and the floors are always cleaned by them regularly. Glad they lowered drink prices too. The only reason I put atmosphere 4/5 stars is because last time I went, there was wind coming into some air vent and it sounded like something straight outta a horror game😭🙏

Will never order again!!! Had to bin a whole wrap kebab due to stinky chicken meat. While I was waiting for my order I saw how one of the team guy dropped the bread on the floor picked it up and wrapped it for the client! Discussed!!!

Food was freezing cold. Called the restaurant he told me traffic was bad. From charcoal grill to hawthorn lane on a Wednesday night. Good one. No attempts made to rectify this situation. Poor. Go to King Kebab next time

Ordered our meal to take out . When we got home , my mixed diner wrap had no garlic mayo inside. And my partners dish didn't had pita bread ,but it was double chips portion instead . so he called them to say what they did wrong , so promised to send it ,(bread) never received it ,and when when he called back , saying :don't worry about pita bread my meal is cold already 'So on other side of the phone reply was dry and rude ,no manners . Won't be back there .

I don't get people complaining about the fish and chips or burgers. Why would you even order that from a Turkish Restaurant? The kebab with rice I had was actually decent and it's not too expensive. The hot sauce also seems to be made by the restaurant. I am currently based in Birmingham and it's much better than whatever I had there.

visiting Bogner to do a gig. we played a place with "bar & grill" in the name, expecting to order some food, but they weren't doing any... so, driving out of town at 1am, on our way back to London, we saw this nice-looking kebab shop and decided to stop and partake. the grill, fryers counter area, extractors, etc. were all clean and tidy... always a good sign! 3 of us had a small Adana wrap, with Turkish salad, a can of Pepsi, and shared a portion of chips... excellent kebabs, cooked perfectly with a nice spice hit in the meat. chilli sauce had a good kick, and the chips were hot, crisp and plentiful. as we were late and had takeout, gave 4 for atmosphere... but the food was excellent, and service too

After multiple phones calls with driver he still couldn’t find us I sent 3 location pins for him to follow. Food was cold on arrival, tasted terrible. Driver got very aggressive when I was trying to explain where we were. Will never order from them again

Ordered 2 wraps but they came in a box with the meat but with chips, other than was as ordered, cheesy chips cold

You could tell the fish was frozen and so were the chips, no quality to them at all. The only items which tasted fresh and nice were the kebabs but as a result my food came 20 minutes after everyone's. The bread for my dish came straight after placing the order wheras my food came over half an hour later and we were told the bread that came at the beginning was supposed to be with my dish and if I wanted more, I had to buy more which is extremely ridiculous as there was no indication who the bread was for so we assumed it was for the table as most Turkish restaurants do. It makes no sense for them to arrive so far apart. We called upon the staff several times and were ignored. Overall, aside from the grilled meats, everything else was rather poor. They had no fresh drinks, only fizzy and bottled water.

The food was lovely, the service was great, we ate in and I must stay it was VERY tasty, we had the platter meal and starters, there was nothing left, we would definitely recommend and return, don't BELIEVE everything you read! Great price for 3 people 👏 Thank you 😊

Disgraceful.!! Stone cold kebab meat but hot chips. Wrong sauce on the meat as well. They clearly do not care about their food here! Avoid. I will be reporting to environmental health to see what they say

I'm very upset! We ordered food with salad and garlic sauces, but they only brought the meat. Very bad impression. I called and asked why my order didn't include the salad and sauce, and guess what they did—they just hung up. This is simply unacceptable... terrible. I don't recommend this place at all.

ordered 2 large donor kebabs with chips, chips were freshly cooked and piping hot but the kebab meat was taken out of a pot on the side and was stone cold. i understand we were early to visit (10.45pm) but to serve cold kebab meat is not acceptable. will NOT be visiting or ordering from here ever again.

The address was wrong and I called twice about it, was hung up on twice, and was told the order was canceled. I still haven't heard anything about a refund and am Waiting for my 21£ back

I ordered the wings, they were a mini meal in itself. Came with rice and a daal style mix. I also had a chicken kebab. Everything was fresh from nan to veg etc. tasted great too!!

Asked for a mixed chicken and doner kebab with chips got home and all I got was chicken and chips, too late to go back and change it but waste of money!! I was the only person in there so how they got it wrong I don't know!!

It is one of few halal locations in the area, and in my opinion average , some items such as the chips beans and cheese is extortionate for the size,quality & quantity.

Maybe a little onion in the kebab and just take out the chillis- no option to say none. Delivery driver was brilliant. So friendly

kebab was pretty much all salad. I counted 9 chips. the meat was crispy mot nice at all. kids burger was fine kids nuggets 4 over done.

We get the mixed donners with yogurt mint sauce salad, chips with a Turkish flat bread on the side. Always packed with meat and fresh salad. Their homemade chilli sauce is up there with some of the best! This is the only kebab shop in Bognor where you can get a good kebab everywhere else cater for the intoxicated crowds leave the pubs

Me and my friend where sitting and the chips where super crisp gourmet chips and they where amazing and the service was amazing.

Delivery driver was so lovely, couldn’t find us at first but waited until we found him! Such a great guy

Wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered, the food arrived stone cold (mixed doner kebab , chips and cheeseburger) riang and complained , was told they would sort something for me next time , would never in a million years go back there ever. Tried to ring again to get refund and told no because theyd already said they would sort next order for me , steer clear everyone

Food was cold and terrible. Donner mix tasted horrible as if it wasn't cooked fresh but reheated on a microwave. I don’t think it came off a fresh donner grill. i used to love this place but I think it’s not the same management. I’m taking time to leave this review as I feel sick and nauseous. Waste of money!

Disgusting customer services! food wasnt what was ordered, called to get it corrected and they promised to return call within a couple of minutes, but never called back & refused to answer the phone after! Fuming! , i do not recommend this kebab ive never experienced such rudeness and i use to order very frequently from here but NEVER again , barnham kebab is the one

Meat was cold and not very tasty. Not a large amount of onions which was good as usually have huge amounts.

I am extremely happy with the service and amazing food I received at this restaurant. It has an amazing atmosphere and its low light ambience adds a beautiful touch to the rustic Turkish decor. It is child friendly and is perfect for a day out as a family , amazing food and good service I would definitely recommend! Cok Guzel 😊

Have just ordered food from here the fish well wouldn't feed to my dog if u want a decent meal by it from Iceland its disgusting full of grease asked foe money back only returned 30 out of 47 quid said to keep food but still to returned it and got charged for it

Still the best place, after 22 years! It was the only halal kebab place when I was studying there and when I returned back to visit recently, the food quality is still the same. So happy to see such a good place maintains its quality.

The food seemed to be cooked a while ago and then just put in the microwave, chips were soggy lots of condensation in the box. The bbq wings didn’t taste of bbq and had hardly any meat on them. The mixed doner was supposed to be extra large (paid for XL) but was a very small portion and the box was mainly taken up with bread. The burger had hard bits in and very soggy. Overall was edible but not enjoyable to eat. Only good thing was that the soft drink was cold

Absolutely appaling service. Ordered through Just Eat! We ordered just after 5 p.m and it said it would be delivered between 6:10 p.m and 6:30 p.m. At about 6:30, our food still hadn't arrived. We gave it another 10 minutes, as we tried calling the restaurant and the line was busy every time. Then we asked for an update about our food through just eat. Finally the restaurant says it will arrive by 7:10 p.m and the driver is on the way. Just eat sends a message saying that we can request money back, and this won't cancel our order. So we did that. About 2 minutes later we get a refund and a message saying our order has been cancelled. I finally get through to the restaurant and they said that just eat told them that we asked for our order to be cancelled. Then I said no, just eat said if we request money back, our order wouldn't be cancelled. Then he says that he cancelled the order and why should we get our food if we want a refund. After 2 hours of waiting, we never got our food in the end and had to reorder from somewhere else. Avoid at all costs!
