Rosmarinos Pizza in South Oxfordshire

The worst thing that ever happened to me was getting food from here. It made me so ill I thought i was truly done for. Should be closed down

The pizza itself is fine, but I won't be ordering for delivery again. The website says orders take around 30 minutes; I'm writing a review after it took over 90 minutes for the pizzas to arrive, and it is not the first time this has happened. This time, they arrived still hot, so clearly the issue is with the restaurant rather than with the delivery company they contract it out to. That said, my previous order, a few weeks ago, arrived lukewarm (although within an hour). On previous occasions, it's usually been around an hour but sometimes 90 minutes or so. If they gave a more honest time estimate, or offered any kind of tracking, it would make a massive difference.

As a family treat , I ordered pizza for us all this eve at 7.02 pm To be told it would be 30-45 mins . It's now 20.42 as I write this review . I have called this outlet 28 times . Out of the 28 Times I have got through once to be spoken to with such rudeness and the most horrific attitude I have unfortunately had to endure from a takeaway outlet . The person also decided to hang up on me when I asked how Long more the pizza would be ! We have used this company many times before and have recommended to many colleagues and friends within the area . I can honestly say that as a paying customer I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of customer care and communication that we as a family celebrating a birthday this eve had to endure . Shocking , disgusting and downright Rude !

Had sis and kids over, got the pepperoni and Margarita pizzas, soo tasty, everyone loved it so much the kids for once finished it all, will be ordering again, the next best pizza after Pizza Go go, better than Dominoes 10/10 for the amazing service

Great pizza and service, one of the Best in the Area. We usually order from Dominos but this time we order from Rosmarinos and it was excellent
