Ordered a create your own with extra pepperoni and extra cheese £30 plus for this... same amount of pepperoni as normal and such a rubbish amount of cheese the dough was cooked and dry underneath

Love the food from here. Especially the garlic pizza bread and chicken strippers.

Do not order from this place! The service is awful, they don't like doing their jobs and taking orders over the phone even tho you explain you can't order online because the app and Web site won't pick up your address which is 5 minutes away from the store! Domino's has really dropped their standards, order from Farmhouse if your in Didcot!

Order arrived after an hour. Called the store who said they didn’t receive my order for 30mins after I ordered; I have my order receipt that proved otherwise. Contacted customer service; still haven’t got back to me. Poor service.

This used to be the best pizza place in didcot, always delivered hot and fresh and often within 30 mins. Now it is the opposite of all those things, my last order didn’t even get delivered, after the app saying the order was out for delivery for over an hour i finally got them to pick up the phone to tell me it was raining and they are busy, On their screen the driver was at my door. After another 10 mins I called back it was clear that the guy on the phone was not interested so I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. I used to be loyal to didcot Domino’s. Now I will never order from there again.

Called the shop to ask if I could order a meat pizza with vegan cheese. They said they could do it and to order through the app. The app only lets you put veg options on a vegan pizza. I tried calling back to put the order through and it took over an hour to get through. I complained through their website and their response was terrible, they clearly don’t care.

The pizza was cold, tasteless and frankly a waste of money. This isn’t the first time it’s been like this. I thought I’d give it another try but it was just a waste of money. Thrown it in the bin. It was vile.

Ordered yesterday and ordered today. Hot pizza delivered + in time, you guys should try Domino's + Euro 2024 😄 + they have 12£ deal for a large one, amazing.

I recently ordered some pizzas on line for a work lunch. The delivery time meant that I need to change the lunches at work from 12:30 to 12:45 to ensure they would arrive in time. They didn’t They arrived late which meant half the team went out for lunch and had gone by the time they had arrived. When they did arrive, albeit possibly 5-7 mins late, they weren’t hot So I spent £50 on like warm pizza that were late. Not happy to be honest. Think it’s poor service and time delays meant half were left so also a waste of my own money.

You order the Pizza and it turns up fast and still hot. Job done.

I have never had to write and complain in the past 20 years about Dominos pizzas but unfortunately today I was very disappointed with what I received!! I ordered thin and crispy base but the base was so wafer thin it was like a sheet of paper. I also order extras which were mushrooms, onions and green and red pepper. At £1.80 for each extra that’s £5.40 in total . But the extras were very scarce in fact there was hardly any toppings or cheese. I’m bringing this to your attention Dominos as for the price of your pizzas even if it was in the meal deal ( quality should not be affected ) it is a very bad reflection on your reputation. I think you should check your qualify control, especially during busy periods. It could be that the chef forgot the extras ? But what excuse is there for the very Wafer thin base so thin you could almost see through it !!

This guy. Robert. He's the best person I've dealt with over the phone when ordering anything. In store even better. Friendliest fast food worker over ever met, and I eat out a lot in a lot of different places. I'm writing this review before eating the pizza. Let's be honest it's dominoes so it's probably going to be the same as anywhere else. It's a brand. But Robert's customer service was so unparalleled it warrants an immediate 5 star. If he's not a manager he should be!

I ordered a pizza to be delivered, and used the tracker so that I knew when it would arrive. The tracker said it had been delivered but nothing had arrived, so I phoned the store. The first person who I spoke to hung up, when I called back the man I spoke to said the driver had just left (he wasn't interested in my concern about the app). After another 30 minutes I phoned back and found out the man I previously spoke to was the manager - he did not care that my product had gone missing, no apology, no solution. Said the driver wasn't answering and I could either have a new pizza (an hour and a half after ordering the first one) or a refund which would take over 2 days to come. I went to the store to try and get a better solution and the manager spoke on his phone for most of my time there and ignored me. The driver came in and we discovered it went to the wrong address, he at least seemed apologetic. The manager still didn't seem to care about this - no apology, no solution, and therefore no pizza!! At least the fish and chips next door did the job, sold with a smile and they tasted great! I got my refund 5 days after this debacle.

We use Domino's all the time, because working hours mean we don't always have time to cook, but mainly because... we love them! ❤️ They have never let us down, and even on one occasion when something was forgotten on the order they arrived with it in minutes. It's always hot, tasty and delivered in no time.

There’s a reason why they change staff every week. Let that be a red flag and leave it at that. Support your locally owned shop. Not these clowns

The pizza was uncooked, prepared with complete disregard to customer satisfaction and product quality. Delivery service is poor and delivers partial orders. they should lose and are losing business to the competitors

Worst dominoes iv ever had. Not only did they forget my dough balls then had to wait 15 for them to arrive the pizzas were cold. And the double decadence margarita I order had no double decadence sauce inside. Complete waste of £35

Decided to try dominos instead of our usual pizza place and we were very disappointed in what we got. Pizza was not hot, lacked flavour and it was just bland, it also made my partner feel very sick for the next 24 hours. The size's of their pizzas are also very small for what you pay. We will not be using dominos again.

I am a massive Dominos fan and always have been. I love the cookies and get them every time but on this occasion it didn’t taste right. I called dominos and the response from the manager was awful. He laughed at me twice and although he gave me a refund for the cookies, I had to ask him if he found this funny and why? I rarely complain. I expect my complaint to be taken seriously. We won’t be ordering from them again.

Having had a Dominos pizza for months due to them stopping GF during lockdown. Sadly not improved. Overcooked and cold pizzas with part of order missing. Won’t be ordering again.

Rubbish customer service. Ordered food, part of it was wrong order. Tried calling for 20 minutes and no luck. Someone finally answered and said they replaced my original order because they didn't have my other food in stock! No phone call to ask if this was okay or tell me they were doing this, nothing from them at all until I chase them after it arrived.

Decided to have dominos as a treat tonight, ordered online on the app, and surprisingly the food arrived on time and wasn't cold for once! Usually deliveries are hours late and stone cold. So it's a nice change, but would recomend going elsewhere to be safe.

Pizza is fine, but please be aware that if you order takeaway from Domino's, you'll be spammed on your phone and email several times a week.

Absolutely terrible beyond belief. Poor customer skills, seriously slow and unreliable service, would give half a star if I could. Driver delivered our food after 1 hour of waiting to the wrong place, nevermind not contacting us to let us know the food had been "delivered". Had to phone to find out my food had been paid for but eaten by some stranger. How something like this is even possible I have no clue, but something has to change, it's like this every single time.

Half an hour between text to say pizza had left the shop until it was actually delivered. Lukewarm and chewy chicken dippers and soggy, lukewarm pizza. Not nice - and chap on other end of the phone not bothered !

I cannot rate Domino's in Didcot highly enough. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They catered for a large party and everything went superbly. 37 pizza's were delivered on time, well cooked, were all hot and absolutely delicious. Regularly take up online deals and order online (very slick) but collect and designated time - it's never late. The pizzas have improved over the years and consider this one of the better pizza take-aways!

We ordered two pizzas, one a pepperoni passion. The pepperoni pizza came with no cheese in the entire centre of the pizza, however, I called and they immediately rectified the situation. The remake of the pizza came with a TON of cheese haha. Overall, we were very happy with everything.

WANTED ME TO PAY TWICE. I placed a small order online and a larger order in store and decided to pay for both together, as I was there. While waiting, I went to the nearby shops, came back 10 minutes later and was told the online order still needs to be paid for. I explained I'd already paid the guy that was here 10 minutes ago and to go ask him. Was difficult for them to understand as it seems their command of the English language was very limited. I was told that's fine but by the expression on their faces it seemed like I had got away with murder. Luckily I had requested receipts, I went back in after picking them up from the car and showed them and said I don't like being falsely accused of not having paid, he then said "it's okay I spoke to the other guy". Still not okay to accuse someone like that, label up your labels correctly, or send staff back on training. I've used them in the past, but this will be the last time I set foot in that establishment because of this experience. As another reviewer here stated, there are better places nearby.

We’ve ordered a pizza for takeaway and it was a disaster. Half of the toppings were on the side of the box instead of on top of the pizza ( don’t know if poorly made or takeaway driver was too fast) and they tasted horribly. We couldn’t even finish. Definitely won’t be ordering here again.

Orderd a £28 meal deal and the food came on time and was fine. However the delivery guy demanded £28.38. As the football was just about to kick off I couldn't stop to argue but as an after thought I wondered if he did it every time with an odd number so you would hand over 50p or £1 it would soon ad up. Next time I'll PayPal rather than cash.

Ordered a few times, each time hoping it will be ok. Its been hit and miss, we've had 2 good ones out of 5 orders. The last two orders have been well over an hour waiting for the delivery.... And this was on a Monday night, not an apology for being late and it was cold. We also felt sick after eating it. There's better dominos elsewhere.

The same as any other Domino's Pizza place! You've seen one, you've seen 'em all... There's free parking in the street outside, but all of the space are usually taken during the day.

They have a nasty habit of fudging their stats to theain company by saying pizzas are delivered 30 mins before it actually is.... This has happened 3 times now...

Well it's a dominos and 2 for Tuesday £21 for 2 pizza isn't at all bad, delivered, on time, hot, and the app is very good

Not 1 of their drivers speak English.. So when they call for you to explain where to go they don't understand so I have to wait extra half hour for them to figure out where I live.

Waited nearly 90mins for delivery of overcooked garlic bread and Luke warm pizza. Not impressed!

Tonight we ordered one large pizza. 2 hours and 10 minutes later and it still hadn't arrived so we rang up. The guy on the phone said it would be five minutes. We let it slide because we knew it was busy. Another 35 minutes later and it turns out they "delivered it to the wrong address". The guy said we would get £10 pound off outer next order but to be honest, we won't be ordering from them again so asked for a refund. He seemed very reluctant but in the end agreed. Never have I had to wait so long for pizza. Awful service...

So tonite I have ordered a pizza and collected it once I arrived home to my surprise the pizza is incorrect . So I rang and asked why I seem to have the wrong pizza ??? Instead of apologising they blamed me and said I ordered a hot and spicy !!!! I ordered a New Yorker how do u get the 2 so incorrect . I also stated they calls are recorded so please check the conversation clearly as I have never eaten hot and spicy . So me being polite asked can they deliver me a new one and was told can take up to 40 mins . So I decieded I will be a nice person again and go collect it . I asked if they would like this pizza back aswell and they said oh yes please and I reminded them legal thy can not resell it . I asked if I can please have a free upgrade from medium to large for all my inconviance and the blame and I was told this is not possible . Hahahaha got to say what a joke and rubbish customers service seems I have to run around after them and remind them how to do there jobs .

You can't beat dominos pizza in my opinion so maybe im a bit biased. The Didcot store always has really good deals on which makes the Pizza taste even better haha.

I am quite surprised that some folks are displeased. We live in Blewbury and they deliver on time and the quality is good. What's not to like?

We had seen a few bad reviews on here and were touch and go about the order but no problems whatsoever today. It was hot, it was quick and it was tasty. No complaints.

Bad just bad I had to explain how to get here all trough they had the postcode and full address. They don't talk English..and they ask for the address and postcode if you want to pay on card..how weird is that?

Food was easy to order online. My daughter and I like the order tracker facility. Delivery was quick and you get what you expect from Domino's. Only slight negative was that the red onion on my daughters pizza was burnt.

Ordered Pizza online and used one of the Meal Deal maker . Online ordering system was very easy to use . Unfortunately the pizza we ordered was a bit over done and burnt ! I have used Dominos quite a few times and i hasten...

Have had pizza from here three times over the past 6 months and have been ill every time. The staff have been observed handling raw ingredients then handling cooked food without washing hands. Will never eat there or another dominos again. waiting time is always triple what they say it is, and service is always terrible

This is the second chance I have given this company. Where was the topping? On a medium pizza I did not receive as much as one full small mushroom, a tablespoon of sweet corn or quarter a chicken breast. They want £15 pound for this. Total rip off. I will never use this company again.On the plus side, the service was quick, ands the cashier was courteous.

Shocking. Really shocking. Frequently takes more than an hour to arrive, is undercooked and/or cold. Staff are rude and condescending when you phone up. Stuck with them, though as no-one else delivers to my neck of the woods.
