Outstanding fast delivery pizza cooked to perfection found my new takeaway stunning will try kebab next time but no I can't fault it good work lads

Kebab wraps were dry, curly fries were soggy, chicken wings were tiny and churros did not look fresh.

Caprino's in Didcot are always consistently good with my Pizza's, much prefere them over Domino's.

Damien was very helpful, kind and caring. The atmosphere was pleasant, food arrived quickly and was very tasty, I would highly recommend.

I normally love the food from here but these jalapeños didn’t have any flavour at all and the wrap had soggy chips in that just made the whole thing taste like bland potato. I was disappointed but hopefully it was just a one off cos normally it’s fab

It's a shame that the largest pizzas are now only 15" and the prices aren't as reasonable as they used to be. That said the food and selection is nice enough and the staff are pleasant. This is definitely for take away, I wouldn't recommend eating in.

Ordered a donner wrap and chicken wrap. I wanted to try something new so I ordered that and I didn't have a good experience at all. There donner wrap was so salty and chicken wrap had salad. I didn't expect that experience, I am their old customer, love their Pizzas and wings but I would not order their donner wrap, big waste of money.

Pizza good but a few Mac and cheese bites were not properly cooked in the middle

The chips were awful. Have to have been microwaved and no chipotle sauce. Overall completely bland and lacking any flavour so whatever. The mac and cheese bites were extremely bland and could not taste, literally, anything. Everything was pretty sub standard but the mac and cheese bites and the “loaded” “chips” were specifically bad and I would’ve sent them back in restaurant and would not have payed for them.

After two tries and hoping for a better experience, I'm saying ciao to this place. The pizza was just okay—nothing special. If you're looking for mid-level pizza, plenty of other places in Didcot will meet the baseline without the hassle. But the reliability? Let's just say it's as elusive as the last slice of a supreme pizza at a party. Ordered expecting a 45-minute wait, but ended up in an almost 70-minute limbo. First call, they assure me it's en-route. Second call, suddenly it's 'just ready'. Final Thoughts: If you enjoy waiting indefinitely for mediocre pizza and getting inconsistent answers from customer service, this is your spot. For everyone else, steer clear. Lost for words, and appetite. Won't be dialing their digits again. Rating: ⭐️⭐️ / 5

Not sure what has happened to caprinos used to be a decent place to order pizza but now it's terrible you order online which is ok you specify what crust you want and without olives to which no one seems to read. You then phone to complain that the order is wrong.the lady on the phone was helpful to say we can send a new pizza or we can get a free one next time as we already had our other pizza it would get cold waiting to get another pizza and have the wrong order taken away we choose the free as good will.Then around five minutes later my partner receives a phone call I can only assume is the manager saying we have ordered wrong they are right we can send the pizza back as it's our mistake. Have to say customer service is beyond a joke with there (his) attitude. Used to really enjoy caprinos the food is good when you get the right order just need to improve there customer skills

Amazing service great asian clasic pizza

Food was worst. We ordered few times in different sites as this is one of the halal restaurants. The pizzas are full of oil and not crunchy at all. The wings have no flavour as well. We keep ordering because of the halal tag but the food is honestly 2/10 quality sorry to say.
