The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

I would actually like to order there but according to the Domino's app the store is closed, possibly permanently.

Advertised as open on Christmas, random guy who barely knows English on the phone isn't aware of this and tells you that you must wait for 'boss' to come in to refund it. How can you be spending so much time on social media and not updating your opening hours on every app on arguably the most busy day of the year? Like most of them they'll take your money for a service they can't fulfill half the time.

Ordered a delivery at around 11.30. Was delivered about an hour later. The order tracker was at the quality checking stage for at least 20 minutes meaning that the food had been sat there for that time. When it finally arrived it was just about warm. The pizza was overcooked. Expected much much better from a huge chain like this.

They charged me twice I phoned them them on 3 separate occasions and emailed back and fourth they keep saying the same thing I have had 1 email so I have been charged once but every time I tell them I have a bank statement that says otherwise they call me a liar and refuse to refund the extra payment the bank refunded me in the end as they can see I'm not the liar and they are 😡

Thought I’d order in tonight. I honestly regret it. I initially picked the cookies, but then saw the cinni dippers and chose that instead. If you ever think of ordering it, do yourself a favour and don’t. It’s just buttered dough. It has absolutely no cinnamon on it. Y’all take peoples money but provide rubbish quality. Never again will I be ordering from Dominos.

Not worth the price and not good attitude

Disappointing!! I ordered The Waveney. The crust was too thin and hard. I couldn’t tell what topping was what, it all looked burnt. It didn’t taste good either. I lived in Italy for years. This is not how I like my pizza! I will not be going back.

I had an unpleasant experience with the customer service at Papa John’s Pizza in Gerrards Cross. The lady working during the 5 PM shift was unfriendly, which made the interaction uncomfortable. While the food itself was fine, good customer service plays an important role, and this experience left a negative impression. I hope the management looks into this to ensure a more welcoming approach in the future.

PapaJs is better than pizza hut

Multiple parts of the order was wrong and the food was luke warm. When I called up the woman wasn’t very helpful nor apologetic and asked me what I wanted to happen before offering a refund for one of the wrong items. Very disappointed as was looking forward to the new festive range and feel I was dismissed.

We had the most lovely delivery driver, it was his first delivery and it was amazing to see such enthusiasm!!

3 hours wait for a dry warm pizza why take the order if you can’t fulfill it, rang 3 times to be told it’s on its way very disappointed

This is my first order with Pizza Hut Northwood. The pizza delivered was uncooked and stale. I called them, and they said we can't help, complaint on the website. My daughter started to feel unwell after taking a bite. We had to discard the pizza into the food bin. I will never order with Pizza Hut. Please be careful.

Worst delivery ever. No pizza and money, they robbed me. Absolutely criminal
