I could actually type here loads of things but after trying I’ve decided to delete as there’s too many negatives and thought what’s the point! Honestly don’t bother! Get yourself a pizza or go to an Indian cos this was terrible…..bland, no effort, couldn’t even get prawn crackers right! I actually don’t post as a rule as I don’t eat many takeaways but due to working away etc sometimes it’s a nice goto but unfortunately this was terrible…..if you want to waste your money then crack on 👍🏻

Amazing! Food was fantastic, quality, tasty! Arrived early and they delivered hot right to our house (which is hard to find and many struggle). We’ll definitely be ordering again

Delivery took 2 hours to come! Once it finally arrived we dished up and the chips were stale, crispy chicken wings seemed liked they had been microwaved and the beef had no flavour at all… very disappointing

I had to go and collect after no delivery and 1.5 hours waiting... then when collected the food wasn't good at all and cold where it was waiting around. chow mein isn't s typical chow mein. not happy

Worst chow mein I’ve ever had. It had no flavour and the noodles were like instant noodles. Salt and pepper chips were soggy but not bad

Never had a problem before but 1 hour 40 mins delivery…food was only warm and no real taste..

35 minutes early, no sauce with the sesame prawn toast, barbecue spare rib were burnt to the point of being black and very dry

After almost 2 hours of waiting and 15 calls to try and get through, we had to go down to the takeaway ourselves to see what the issue was. Food had been out for delivery for a long time so was cold by the time we eventually received it.

Honestly AMAZING. I was a little dubious based on the reviews on here & Just Eat, but we wound up in the blue Bell where a customer there was RAVING about how good it was since new management took over, so decided to give it a go! Got pork fried rice, beef in black bean sauce, won tons & prawn toast. Blown AWAY!! Holy Heck! Food all tasted so unbelievably good, i was more than happy. Every bite was like heaven. A little greasy - but isn't take out supposed to be?? 10/10 will be using this place for my Chinese takeout in future!!

25 mins late with delivery but that wasn't the problem. There were no crispy noodles with my Yuk Sung which made it taste so fatty and it was just disgusting. I could't eat it and I normally really like Yuk Sung and was looking forward to it... So disappointed now.

really enjoyed the meal (special curry and chips), it arrived on time and hot.

Each time I order, I have to pay the maximum delivery fee and I feel that this is because there are drop offs before me because at this time of night it should take 5 minutes to get to my house!! I am now waiting and it’s 15 minutes later than the notification that the order is in its way!

Food was delivered over 2 hours after order was placed. They claim there was heavy traffic in Kidderminster on Easter Sunday at 9pm!! When the food arrived it was hot but tasted awful, the rice was dry and hard, the fried chicken was chewy like it was cooked days before being added to the sauce. The items that were meant to be hot and spicy had next to no flavour let alone any spice. The Chow Mein was tasteless and the noodles used were closer to vermicelli than noodles. Absolutely will not be ordering from here ever again! Just awful.

We waited over an hour and 15mins for our food. When delivered no apology as the driver sent a young child to the door with the order. The food came and was cold so most of it was spoilt. I had to call the restaurant 8 times, at 21:50 they decided to stop answering the phone, our food arrived at 22:00 when the shop was closed

First time ordering from here as we have just moved to the area, was very disappointed with the delivery time, we waited 1 hour 45 minutes and had to call to chase up. Food was marked as delivered but still took another 10 mins to arrive. Wasn’t expecting much but food was actually very nice. A little on the expensive side for what we would usually pay for a Chinese and delivery time was excessive. May use again but would collect instead.

I was a bit reluctant to order after reading some of the reviews, but I needn’t have worried. The food was lovely and still hot when it was delivered. Just a shame they don’t do salt and pepper tofu.

My food was 45 mins late from agreed time , my girlfriend went to work starving , this is the 3rd time they have been ridiculous late , normally nice food but my curry tasted burnt and hardly any meat for a special curry , this will be the last time I order from tiger bowl

Shocking food. Will advise all my 14000 Bewdley followers not to use this place. Also many local takeaway users. Called to ask why my food was 1 hour later. Was told that’s just tough, asked for refund of £10 as half my friends gave up and ate rather than wait, was told “it’s not our problem” great services folks

Very late!!! Estimated delivery time was 35-50 mins, then as soon as I placed my order had a notification to say it was delayed. In the end it took 2 hours and 10 mins for my food to arrive! When eventually arrived food was very salty and chips were dry.

Food not received! Ordered at 18:24 and almost immediately the delivery time changed and status said there was a delay, delivery time was estimated at 19:55. Once this time passed the status changed to 'enjoy your food'.......I've received nothing.

Updated my review. Last time was shocking ordered through uber and had really bad good. Tonight I went in to order and collect. The place is dated needs decorating. However food was actually really good tonight. Massive improvement. Really enjoyed the food. Duck curry could be slightly thicker sauce if i had to pick a fault, although tasted really good. Chow mein is tasty and won tons really good.

I ordered my food 8:30pm. Est. Delivery time was 8:50-9:15. It is currently 9:50pm and I am yet to receive my order. I have called the restaurant 3 times and all they can tell me is ‘any minute now’ or ‘there could be traffic’ - I’m surprised how this place is still open!

Took 2 hours for our food to come. Called to chase up and they said the food had left with the driver along with 8 other orders! Food was cold when arrived over 45 minutes after phone call.

Had a notification that the driver had left an hour before he arrived. Food wasn’t as hot as usual. Nearly a 2 hour wait in total from ordering. No response from restaurant when asked for a part of the money back on this app. When called them through this app went straight to voicemail so had to google a different number to call. Absolute nightmare.

Ordered 6:45 advised 7:35 delivery for it to arrive at 8:50. Shame as food is normally very good. Disappointed

I've ordered from tiger bowl a few times now, always been good but this time I just had to write a review because it was great! I was shocked by how quick the delivery was on a Friday night and the food was better than ever. Well done!

I ordered a takeaway. It arrived quickly etc but it was tasteless , horrible. What a waste of money. Sweet and sour sauce tasted of vinegar. Chicken with beansprouts and water chestnuts completely tasteless. Rice also tasteless.

Piece of metal in fried rice, chips obviously reheated from yesterday.

Within minutes of the order coming through it said it was delayed, if you know that quickly then the original delivery time should reflect that. It then came even later than the updated time. Food was mediocre, sauce was vinegary and overwhelming. No prawn crackers either

Ordered at 6pm quoted 7:20 delivery , called several times . Turned up at 8:15 cold glad we paid cash as told them to take it away

Food never got delivered and not received a refund !!!!!

Supposed to be an anniversary treat but highly disappointed. Food was not only late but cold and bland. Char Sui with hoisin had hardly any hoisin and box was filled with soggy bean sprouts. Rice was cold and hu yu gai po was a complete waste of money, chewy chicken (similar to jerky). So let down after such a long wait.

Great food as usual with super quick delivery....

Chips over cooked or had been re fried ...... Prawn crackers were softer than usual, so obviously an old bag of them. Otherwise rest of order was decent.
