Tiger Bowl in Wyre Forest

it's been the same with our orders recently. the sauce seems heated up rather than fresh, it's jelly like rather than a sauce, the tofu was off, and the chow mein tasted odd, as if it wasn't cooked properly. have not enjoyed the past two orders. which is a shame since we regularly order from here and probably won't bother again for a long time.

the quality of the food is superb and the delivery driver is always very nice and apologetic, expect to wait they are always bust

Food was estimated to be delivered by 7.35-7.55pm at 8.11pm the food still had not been delivered and still waiting.

As per usual, late delivery. Food was luke warm. Original deliver 8:00pm, then moved to 8:15pm, i got an update to say food was being delivered. asked for update at 8:25pm, got a message to say delivery was moved to 9:10pm. So what happened.with original delivery message? Food eventually turned up at 9:25pm.

Still waiting for this- ordered at 6:30, expected at 7:45, it’s now 9:25 and still not here. I’ve rang 30 times, no answer, absolutely diabolical. Why not provide an update? Why not answer the phone? Extremely poor customer service, will never use again. Have now cancelled in the app because this is unacceptable. Plus went to order from Golden Wok after not receiving this, and the same order was £11 cheaper!! BYEEE!!!

order was late and when I call the restaurant the call was never answered even after calling them 5 times. Don't think I will be ordering from here again !!

Took 2 and 1/2hrs to deliver, food was stone cold and refused to give a partial refund. Said to driver it’s a shame it took 2 1/2hrs and he was like “yeh I know shocking”

Then, the food was: cold, incorrect and the worst we had ever received from them - not sure what has gone wrong here, but would NOT recommend ordering from them again. Ruined a family evening - so very, very disappointed. We were given the manager’s number, who said wasn’t his problem - contact just eat (not sure Just Eat cook/deliver the food?) interesting they were DISSOLVED by a voluntary strike off in April 2020 -

Terrible, terrible service and food - so disappointing, We have ordered from Tiger Bowl for a number of years and today received the most abysmal response from the manager through the Just eat app - waited well over an hour after the app advised our food was with us???, food was cold and wrong dishes arrived. Upset the family evening. Also the food we received was definitely not up to their usual standards. Really not sure what went wrong today but have never had cause for complaint before.

Yuk sung was watery. Duck in plum sauce was duck and pineapple, with only a few slithers of duck. All food was cold which needed to be reheated. The food was over 1hr after it said it was delivered. Think twice

although it was quite late, not their fault they were extremely busy, the food was superb as always, we always use Tiger Bowl.

Food was late, one dish was wrong even though we had put notes on the order for specific request to leave an item out. Called to get it sorted and it took an hour for replacement to arrive and they had sent the wrong meal. Won’t answer the phone to my number now after the first call. Will not be ordering again

Spring roll wasn’t that great, smelt like boiled cabbage. The remainder was very average. Nothing like proper Asian food. Much better last time. Shame.

I think I would say this was the best Chinese I've had in many years

james is a very good employee, he helped me with ordering and told me about the menu and what he recommends. He’s very helpful and very professional and deserves something in return of his helpfulness.

Ordered 2 large spring rolls that should contain meat in them .....nothing but beansprouts inside ! Since the new people took over the quality of the food has literally fell of a cliff ! Not happy at all

The food was not great, seen to have been warmed up.

The crispy duck definitely wasn’t crispy last night; it was quite soggy and fatty - definitely not up the usual standard.

I’ve read some negative reviews about Tiger Bowl, but I have to be honest I’ve now ordered from them twice in the last few weeks and haven’t been disappointed. The food is lovely, and delivery is really quick, with the food arriving hot. Just wish they did more tofu options for example in Szechuan sauce. But no complaints here 😋

The best Chinese in Kiddy. Curry sauce is amazing and really good quality food.. Our new favourite Chinese, do need more delivery drivers when busy though.

sadly my meal was not great. the chios were barely warm and tasted as if they had been cooked for a long time and reheated. They were soft and unpleasant. The curry had a very thin sauce. I have ordered many times from this Chinese and was dissapointed by the quality of my meal of which much was wasted.

Chicken balls with sweet&sour sauce were lovely, nice crisp with great flavour. Chicken udon noodles were absolutely flavourless, just tasted like boiled chicken and vegetables with watery noodles, absolutely 0 flavour.

Chefs can't read English. If this was an allergen how on earth do they know???

Sadly sweet and sour sauce was inspid and the chow mein noodles were thin and watery. Will sadly have to rethink whether I would use this restaurant again.

I had to call 3 times to chase the order, the food eventually came at 9.10pm, and it was cold. I asked gor some money back but surprise surprise no response.

I ordered egg fried rice chips n curry sauce... #no curry sauce dry as hell n chips were burnt n. No egg. In the rice... Very disappointed

Second time this week I have ordered from here and tried to call the restaurant 7 times with no answer. I live 2 miles away and you would think I live in Timbuktu. Fuming!!

Placed order for 19:25. That time comes and goes. Updated to 19:55 delivery time after chasing via JustEat. Called restaurant multiple times to get update and nothing happened either user busy or the phone just rings out. It’s now 20:15 and still no update but apparently my order left at 19:55.

not so much about the time but i specifically left a note for the driver to call me instead of knocking because someone was sleeping in the living room. but he goes off and knocks anyway- the driver clearly does not read the notes given.

Ignored the messages about wanting no onions in one dish and another dish wanted as extra hot. So no point in asking. The food was bland. The two of the chow mein dishes that should have been different were so much the same you would have difficulty telling them apart.

order didn't arrive. ordered at 5.30pm, delivery said 6.20-30, 6.45 came around and no food, rang up was told it was on the way 15 minutes ago (so out for delivery at 6.30). it's now 7.50pm and no order to be seen.

They never read the instruction notes. I asked for no vegetables in one of the dishes, it came full of onions.

I could actually type here loads of things but after trying I’ve decided to delete as there’s too many negatives and thought what’s the point! Honestly don’t bother! Get yourself a pizza or go to an Indian cos this was terrible…..bland, no effort, couldn’t even get prawn crackers right! I actually don’t post as a rule as I don’t eat many takeaways but due to working away etc sometimes it’s a nice goto but unfortunately this was terrible…..if you want to waste your money then crack on 👍🏻

Delivery took 2 hours to come! Once it finally arrived we dished up and the chips were stale, crispy chicken wings seemed liked they had been microwaved and the beef had no flavour at all… very disappointing

I had to go and collect after no delivery and 1.5 hours waiting... then when collected the food wasn't good at all and cold where it was waiting around. chow mein isn't s typical chow mein. not happy

Worst chow mein I’ve ever had. It had no flavour and the noodles were like instant noodles. Salt and pepper chips were soggy but not bad

After almost 2 hours of waiting and 15 calls to try and get through, we had to go down to the takeaway ourselves to see what the issue was. Food had been out for delivery for a long time so was cold by the time we eventually received it.

Honestly AMAZING. I was a little dubious based on the reviews on here & Just Eat, but we wound up in the blue Bell where a customer there was RAVING about how good it was since new management took over, so decided to give it a go! Got pork fried rice, beef in black bean sauce, won tons & prawn toast. Blown AWAY!! Holy Heck! Food all tasted so unbelievably good, i was more than happy. Every bite was like heaven. A little greasy - but isn't take out supposed to be?? 10/10 will be using this place for my Chinese takeout in future!!

25 mins late with delivery but that wasn't the problem. There were no crispy noodles with my Yuk Sung which made it taste so fatty and it was just disgusting. I could't eat it and I normally really like Yuk Sung and was looking forward to it... So disappointed now.

really enjoyed the meal (special curry and chips), it arrived on time and hot.

Each time I order, I have to pay the maximum delivery fee and I feel that this is because there are drop offs before me because at this time of night it should take 5 minutes to get to my house!! I am now waiting and it’s 15 minutes later than the notification that the order is in its way!

We waited over an hour and 15mins for our food. When delivered no apology as the driver sent a young child to the door with the order. The food came and was cold so most of it was spoilt. I had to call the restaurant 8 times, at 21:50 they decided to stop answering the phone, our food arrived at 22:00 when the shop was closed

Food was delivered over 2 hours after order was placed. They claim there was heavy traffic in Kidderminster on Easter Sunday at 9pm!! When the food arrived it was hot but tasted awful, the rice was dry and hard, the fried chicken was chewy like it was cooked days before being added to the sauce. The items that were meant to be hot and spicy had next to no flavour let alone any spice. The Chow Mein was tasteless and the noodles used were closer to vermicelli than noodles. Absolutely will not be ordering from here ever again! Just awful.

First time ordering from here as we have just moved to the area, was very disappointed with the delivery time, we waited 1 hour 45 minutes and had to call to chase up. Food was marked as delivered but still took another 10 mins to arrive. Wasn’t expecting much but food was actually very nice. A little on the expensive side for what we would usually pay for a Chinese and delivery time was excessive. May use again but would collect instead.
