Poor food. Won't say what. Phoned to discreetly complained. Not interested. Avoid. Sad nice people. Need to up there game. They know the problem. Dont envisage they well survive. Shut down before. See it happening again

Can never fault the food from here! We always order using the as soon as possible option knowing we always get our food before like 45mins! Also their korma pizza is a must try. Used to have one a week but trying my hardest to resist the cravings for it. They’re so good! And always the nicest delivery drivers too!

Love carpool, they do a bit of everything. If I want a curry or fish n chips partner can still have his donner or pizza. Win win

Fantastic pizza especially the chicken tikka massala pizza it is the best pizza I have had ever (I have had multiple times and is my go to item) . You must try it! Also love the cheese garlic bread pizza and the naga donner meat. Delivery here is really good from there own website.

Chips an curry cold an items missing

We can honestly say that was the best indian meals we have had for a very long time and we do eat a lot of indian meals, that was definitely the best 👌 we shall definitely be ordering again.

Order was 30 minutes late when it did arrive we we’re missing a pizza, which took a further 30 minutes to arrive.

Just received our food, the burger was burnt and still raw Inside, the kebab was swimming in Oil, one of the kids meals my daughter found a hair in the box the other kebab had plastic inside. When we phoned up the man was quite rude and said they would send more food but not refund us,why would we want more food!!! We will never use you again !!!

Tasty quality pizza again tonight

Beautiful crispy battered fish n chips. Yum yum yum 10/10

Had king prawn Malayan was nice but disappointed on quantity of prawns as there was only three. Not good for the price.

We ordered an extra large jalfrezi pizza and we expected some level of spiciness but the pizza was so hot that it was impossible to eat! Not even a vindaloo reaches that level. My partner managed to eat some of it but had a bad belly all night. The rest of it went straight in the bin. Sad. Just not good enough.

Paid £120 for food, worked it out before hand was only £105, whether they were trying a fast one or ? Even told us they'd knock 55p for us. They also charged us for delivery, we collected the food. Won't be returning anytime soon, food was okay, had better and cheaper from elsewhere and local.

Amazing food, as usual! The driver is always nice, and was pretty on-time this time! All around, very enjoyable!

Thought we would try out marpool diner as we had three people with different tastes and the selection here was fantastic. ordered a curry, pizza and burgers... All good. Long wait time predicted which was fine as I run a pub and was waiting to clean up anyway. Marked as accepted and then 1.5 hours later marked as out for delivery, great stuff! 2 hours later still no delivery, no answer from the restaurant either. I can only assume they closed without doing the order which is fine but why accept it and keep updated with delivery etc I'd you had no intention of sending food. We have now had to go without food after a long day at work. Not very good!

Didn't appreciate being told my food was delayed until half an hour after its estimated delivery time. Food was unusually an hour late. Also noticed they're selling Rubicon mango cans from a multipack. You know, the cans that say on the back "NOT FOR RESALE AS A SINGLE UNIT"?. Its not illegal to do so, but considering you can't read the can labelling over the web it is a bit sketchy to not disclose this beforehand. That said, the food was piping hot and as delicious as usual. I guess the heat gets to everyone. Won't stop me from ordering again sometime.

Lovely food as usual, and everyone was pleased with it - my mum especially recommends the south Indian garlic dish, but my comfort food is butter chicken. Kind staff too; very grateful.

The butter chicken was oddly sour this time around, I think too much tomato paste must have been used, but other than that the food was really great as usual!

Awful food was burnt things missing from my order chicken was mushy very poor food however when called up they sent the missing items and cooked different chicken . Overall very disappointing and quality of was appalling

Ordered onion rings and received calamari. Large pepperoni pizza was cold and had to re heat in the oven. Chicken pathia was okay and rice.

Again amazing Tikka Massala pizza, never take this off the menu. It's the best pizza in the world!!

Fantastic food and delicious too

I ordered a chicken madras which is a dish that I expect to have some heat in it. I do not expect it be so hot that it is inedible. I thought a good curry is a dish that allows you to savour and enjoy the flavours, not one that causes actual pain. I have had so many enjoyable madras meals previously from this kitchen it is a shame that I will not be ordering any future meals from here for fear of permanently damaging my taste buds.

A very busy 6pm Saturday evening Walk-in and was advised 20mins for pizza and kebab & chips. They were really busy and constant telephone orders coming in but, 20mins later, food was all ready. Getting home, pizza cooked perfectly (and huge) and the mixed kebab meat & chips were great with a very fresh salad. First time using Marlpool Diner and can't fault them - very good prices for quality of food served.

Hot quality tasty pizza’s delivered on time but still charged 10 p for a bag never received restaurant has probably had £5 off me over time for this and everyone is paying it ! It all adds up I think they should look at this as a16” pizza won’t fit in a plastic bag it comes in a hot bag
