Hollywood Pizza in Wyre Forest

i ordered through just eat, got delivered to the wrong house on the other side of kidderminster even though i put my address in on just eat the delivery driver then charged me an extra £10 for the drive to the RIGHT address then i get given the food, only when i have payed, to be greeted by the complete wrong order, food was stone dry and completely cold and the service was utterly disrespectful, the person who delivered my food was rude on the phone shouting at me to listen when i was asking how much extra i would be expected to pay, the pizza is chewy and pretty much raw i cannot believe the way we have been treated tonight by delivery drivers and the restaurant itself as i tried to ring but no one would answer my call, honestly disgusting i do not recommend, will NEVER be ordering from this place again

I have been a customer for a while. Great food and quick delivery. Once delayed food which was sorted next day.

We always order from here never had an issue but couldn’t eat any of mine the pizza was dripping wet I put it in the oven to do more an it had a horrible off smell ordered one pice chicken an chips an the chicken was that small only got a few bits of meat off it an that tasted vile only thing that was ok was the chicken nuggets an chips an the drink rest went in the bin 20 odd quid in the bin an going to bed hungry not very good at all

I usually absolutely love the food here no problems before but theirs a first time for everything.when I opened the bag of garlic bread it was cold and hard you could break a tooth on it and when I turned a few pieces over it was brown/over cooked I complained to just eat and they credit me an insulting £1.50.the chicken was disappointing one big piece i ate some of was more bone and chicken and didn't taste great and the other piece of chicken is a joke feel most of it went it the bin! I feel cheated out of £9.98 I won't be ordering again.

All I wished for was more flesh…..😩😭 a full chicken can come in bigger size innit? Even a few strands of fries ain’t t so bad😏. Grilling on point, arrived hot, packaged smart and a lil on time, but size matters…..!

Really poor service, waited over an hour after the order had been accepted and told that it was going to take an hour and half because they hadn’t received the order! Lies, the service use to be good but has gone down hill and won’t buy from them again!

Food didn’t come at all, they said they sent another driver but didn’t.

Very disappointed as we could always guarantee them delivering early and just when we need it early they are late not good hollywood pizza not good at all. Was informed only after i chased my order up that they had a break down

Hot and fresh food as always and impeccable customer service - for some reason the DD left this order (3/11) outside by the front door without knocking. It was only when Hollywood Pizza rang me themselves to tell me it was outside that I knew. Of course, it was cold but they were kind enough to send me out a freshly made order within 15 minutes! Really appreciated!

Ordered for the first time and it was disapointment. Pizza had no taste and a double pepperoni i a joke. I ordered extra pots of a garlic sauce but I thought that I would get 4 all together with the ones that should be given with pizza but I only got two. Every other shop gives free sauce to a pizza apparently this one is not. For the same price I used to eat better pizzas. Not ordering again.

Delivery drive was rude. I paid cash and didn’t even get offered the change. Moaned because I missed the call but went straight down to answer the door. Not the first time the driver has been rude to me

Food was nice not sure about the crackhead that was trying to swindle free food from the place though when I went to collect must happen quite a lot though cause of where they’re located so I feel for the guys having to deal with that 💩 thanks though see you again soon

Usually can’t fault this place. But the pizza turned up cold. Driver tried to deliver to wrong house and delivery took a lot longer than normal

Ordered food at 7pm and was scheduled to arrive by 8pm. Called Restaurant after 8pm for update and they said it would be there shortly. Called half an hour later and still no update. At 20:50 still no food had arrived. Used this restaurant for years now and never experienced anything like this before.
