Awful. Ordered a thin pizza got a brick. No flavour , and the dish had layers of burnt dough from previous pizzas. A lot of the salad trays were empty so little choice. Had to ask to get the toilets cleaned as they were disgusting. Expensive for a chunk of flavourless bread .

Staff so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble

The service and staff were very helpful and friendly, a credit to the company. Very polite, the restraunt was very clean, and the staff kept the tables cleared. Nice experience.

There are not many pizza huts left but the food here was superb. I had a chicken pizza with jalapenos on, it was the tastiest pizza ive ever had (with thin italian crust). Salad nice and fresh, with cherry tomatos not tomato slices like some (slices dont stay nice for long).

Ease of ordering, good selection on salad bar....the whole place was clean enough, nothing dirty left on the tables..... Not enough veggie option pizzas available for the buffet.though ......that was the only downfall

Haven't visited in years. The pizzas are so small and so very expensive. Can't imagine I'll ever visit again. The service was great and efficient. However £45 for two soft drinks and two small pizzas is just too much.

As a single mom, buying a pizza takeaway is a luxury. As a treat I bought my son just a plain margarita deep Pan. When I got it home and opened the box I could not believe how small it was. For £13.49p, it was about as big as a small side plate. Took my son about 4 bites to eat it. Really disappointed as we've had them in the past and it's never been as small as it was last night. The staff are lovely but I wouldn't go back.

Great lunchtime deal..unlimited salad, unlimited drink and a pizza for £14.99. Food was lovely service was brilliant, Amy was amazing! Place was spotlessly clean and plenty of comfy seating. Highly recommended!

I have not been to Pizza Hut for a while. Staff were friendly and didn't have to use my phone to order from the app. I didn't like that. The food didn't take long to arrive 👍

After a hectic day, all I fancied was a pizza. With having difficulties with ordering online, Kelly was happy to help me get me order right and was very friendly answering my questions- thank you so much. The pizza was well needed and well enjoyed!

I have not been to pizza hut in a while. And I don't think I will return soon. Service seems to have been replaced with app/online ording. Felt more like an overpriced trip to McDonald's. The salad bar and food was good but I believe good table service makes it a more enjoyable experience when eating out.

Really nice pizza and was hot. Always had nice pizza from here but used to find Pizza Hut expensive compared to others. However, others seems to have increased their prices so there isn’t much price difference.

Can't fault..we had the £14.99 deal, didn't realise how big an individual is! Pizza was hot and very tasty, they've dwindled the salad selection down but still an adequate choice. Nice airy restaurant with comfy seating. The service was outstanding..My young grandson was ill and Mia was amazing..she's really worth her weight in gold to the place. Hadn't been to this pizza hut before but would definitely return.. Thank you so much Mia!

After visiting Safari Park we went to this Pizza Hut. Staff were friendly and very welcoming, not to mention helpful. Ordered food arrived in good time and overall experience was nice.

Really friendly team, every person we spoke gave the impression they were genuinely happy to interact and look after us. Had one of the oilest pepperoni pizzas ever though so couldnt eat much, but what I did eat was nice enough. Bizarre they supposedly stopped doing garlic and herb dip, so eating a pizza with just plain mayo felt odd. The place is quite echoey, so the kids birthday party in the corner feels exceptionally noisy even though the kids were well behaved and just being kids. Other than slightly cornering an area off, an improvement would be wall mount acoustic panels, ceiling tiles etc. An easier win though would be to label the sauces around the salad bar, because you don't know what you're getting into which isn't for everyone. I still prefer the competition for Pizza, but at least you can eat in somewhat comfortably here and the pizza buffet is generally really good - the pasta is actually amazing!

I love coming here for the buffet on a weekday, which good value for money and the staff always very friendly and attentive!

We really enjoyed how as soon as we arrived we were noticed and seated as soon as possible and asked how we were with the ordering through QR codes for us we were fine with it but it was nice to know the help was there if needed

Booked 2 tables for my daughter's birthday (actually ended up using three as extra people came) and the staff were fantastic as we tried to contain the chaos that was 9 children under 9... We were not aware that one of the children didn't like pizza, pasta with sauce or salad until we took them up to the buffet, but the manager was great and provided me with a menu and got his food ordered rushed through. Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff, thank you all so much.

Expensive, a distinct kack if toppings with only 7 inchs of a 9 inch pan pizza being covered. Cream side was a can at over £3 a tim. Restaurant was grubby and in need of refurbishment and resembled a canteen rather than a restaurant.

Nice restaurant. We ordered using the qr code. When we saw staff they were helpful. Salad bar was well stocked and drinks came quickly.

Pizza was good but it was cold and the Cheesey bites were kind of grim. Stuck to the box and just not very appetising.

Absolutely better than domino’s pizza Deal 22.99£ was perfect for 2 with unlimited salad bar.

The deal for four is £5 more and offers you 2 bite size cookies… rip off.

I ordered on Uber eats send my order never arrived (no surprise). And never got any correspondence from them. Shame on you Uber eats. So I called the team at Pizza Hut to check up on my order in Kidderminster they were apologetic saying no one arrived (not there fault). And they gave me the pizza and a voucher to compensate for the inconvenience. I think this was a lovely touch and the Pizza Hut MGMT team should recognise the kindness and empathy there staff at this restaurant portrayed I was having a bad day and they certainly went out of there way tonight. Well-done guys!! I’m very touched. Richard

My wife and I had a buffet and my goodness it is excellent value for money. We were attended by Kelly who did a marvellous job of making sure everything was to our satisfaction.

Staff was very helpful and foodbwas very fresh

The £19.99 meal deal. Good value and helped my autistic son choose what to eat as it was explained clearly. Kelly was fantastic very friendly and helped with allergy information. Food was quick, tasty and salad bar well stocked fresh produce. The whole team worked well together. Will definitely ho again and recommend to friends.

Freezing cold not a lot of topping all smashed up the one side of the box and stuck to the lid won’t order again they have no card for their food

Meal deal was good, liked customizable pizza option on app. Pizza was tasty and very enjoyable to eat. Onion rings great Salad bar good too. Drinks fountain was nice and cold. Cleanliness very good including toilets. Staff friendly and helpful.

The greeting welcomed us well, we were dealt with very quickly and nothing was too much to ask for assistance. Food was great , well prepared and cooked, service was 1st class performance by the team at Kidderminster!

The driver did not deliver the food, either handing it to the wrong people without properly checking, or lying about it.

Pizzas are nice and options and variants create variety. Salad table is OK, but not going to set the world on fire. Service is OK too but since the dawn of the app isn't really the same in terms of engaging with your server. That said it's a shame so many restaurants have gone.

This place is ok, not what it used to be, though sadly. I was told they do not accept cash payments only card,(which was ok on this occasion for us). The buffet pizza deal we decided on was ok. I just wanted a few more choices. the salad bar was limited, and repetitive options were spread out to make it look fuller. Ice cream factory was just ice cream, sprinkles, and 2 options of sauce/syrup. It filled a hungry space, but I've had better elsewhere at a cheaper price.

We went to wildlife safari and while ciming back tried this Pizza hut, first impression was so polite and humble staff. We ordered Veg pizza, Mac&Cheese and drink and all the things were good in taste. Overall good experience. Thank you for serving us good food.

Easy to understand menu and offers. Good value children's meal with 3 courses (salad, main with side, ice cream factory) and drink, no complaints.

Salat-bar Washington nor good, everything mixed, no name on dressing som not possible to identify what was what , slow service by a kid on mayby 19 year, did give u a table and thats it, a another lder staffmember did come after a while to get the order.

I ordered a takeaway tonight about 9pm and the lady that served me was absolutely lovely! She had the best customer service I’ve ever received from anywhere! Was 10/10! She offered me the best deals & offers to make my order as cheap as possible! She was very friendly and very polite. All the staff here are lovely and I’ve never had a bad experience here but tonight was brilliant. Well done team

The food. Fantastic quality, well presented, great taste a good tonic to brighten up a dull day. Kelly P the server spot on. Great lass, looked after us superbly, couldn't have asked for a better server in all honesty. Value for money was good £40 for two pizzas and bottomless drinks and salad bar. The only thing that lets the score down is the building is starting to show signs of age and could really do with a refresh as doors and floors were worn, toilet out of order and other toilets pipe work stained not dirty but stained from age related marks. The area was clean but just tired. However Kelly P brightens the day up and was a superb waitress Thank you very much

I'm reluctant to give food quality three stars because the fault was not with the restaurant but with the delivery. Unfortunately the star ratings are a blunt instrument so I don't really have another option. Delivery was on time and food was prepared perfectly well, but when food was delivered it had not been properly handled - one pizza had lost a lot of its toppings and the other was folded over. JustEat have no interest in this because the food was edible - presumably because their delivery driver was at fault, not the restaurant.

Excellent service, great variety of pizza's and pasta. Fresh pizza cooked even though it was busy. The salad bar was fresh and tasty too. Best Ice cream pizza Hut has had for ages, creamy and delicious. Well done to our two waitresses today too - Kelly & Alice.

Hasn't even arrived. Watched the driver pull into our close and then disappeared, then say delivered. Restaurant and just eat have been 0 help. Just said was given to the driver 10 mins ago and offered no other help (about the time it said delivered). Someone's lying.

Didn’t even receive my food! Took my money and didn’t get no food and said I can’t get a refund

The delivery was late but worst of all my side was stone cold and my main was only lukewarm, I’m quite disappointed really.

Food was okay nothing spectacular, service was also just okay but guess big brand place like this you would expect as such however overall average.

Chicken chunks were a little hard on the outside.

My food came back cold so I had to re heat it but it did taste good.

Hi, we visited the Kidderminster Pizza Hut yesterday. With everything online now, we made a genuine mistake to choose a non-veg Pizza option. When pizza arrived and we checked with staff, they were quick to assist and replace with vegetarian option. The manager waived our charge too on his own. Very helpful staff and manager. Strongly recommend.

Toppings are a little stuck to the lid but always on time and still delicious.

We decided to go out for a pizza, by we, I mean my dad, my sister and I. We were actually looking forward to it, but when we parked up we noticed that the restaurant was practically empty and we thought that this was unusual for a Saturday evening. I mean restrictions have gone and people still aren’t confident which I get since infection rate’s high again and cost of living has risen to unprecedented heights the day previous. Back to the experience, we parked up and walked in and there was maybe one or two working there at front of house, the female server walked past us despite getting her attention, but this was to quickly do something then she led us to our table, it was the tiniest booth ever, but alas we sat there. Upon arriving to the table, she said we had to order on the app. Ok, we scan the table and there’s a number, what this tells the customer is they’re just a number to the staff, very valuing. We even had to ask if the salad bowls were still with the meal. I should’ve read previous reviews because I visited another hut in 2021 where the salad bar was ordered rather than unlimited due to Covid. I was in charge of the ordering since my dad and my sister weren’t great with technology, I made a mistake on my order so my dad went without a side dish of chicken wings, this wouldn’t have happened if the app was not a thing anymore. To give you an idea of the clunkiness of how things are done now, they couldn’t even rectify it because they had no table number, what world are we sleepwalking into?! To top it off, if we order through the app, payment immediately and to have the cheek to have an option to tip which they had to preface with “100% of it goes to the servers”, I mean wow, unbelievable, we were there for 15 minutes considering going elsewhere, but we decided to stay, I couldn’t tip them, we were left to our devices, how an OAP would’ve coped with this system I will never know. We ordered 3 bottomless drinks, sharing pepperoni and jalapeño, stuffed crust meat feast, stuffed crust margarita, chicken wings and cheesy garlic bread. The glasses came instantly, the server didn’t have much going on due to the restaurant being completely empty apart from a couple tables. We went to the salad bar, standard stuff. We filled our drinks... I know it’s unlimited, but £4 and change for squash? Really, that’s what my dad had and honestly ridiculous. The only other alternative was a fruit shoot which I noticed was restricted to 12 and under, why? Why punish 12 and above with the bottomless? I had cherry Pepsi Max and I can tell you I have been here before and it certainly didn’t taste how it tasted on this occasion, it had a sort of blackcurrent taste to it and it wasn’t even an option so I don’t know how that’s even possible. So our pizzas come out and we discovered that our order had only one portion of wings, when asked, the server said there was only one portion, I looked at my order and indeed there was only one portion, my bad, but that wouldn’t have happened if the server went to us individually to get our orders then there’d be no screw ups. Imagine if my entire family were here (7) what a pain to do through the app. So our pizzas and the two sides were given and oh dear, I thought 6 pizzas were bad on the ring booth, here there was no room, in hindsight I should’ve gone individual too on my pizza, but alas I was hungry so... then there was the issue with how cramped the seating was to the table, my dad barely had enough space to use his knife and fork to eat his pizza and I had to use my pizza pan as a plate because no room. The food was good, but that doesn’t save the overall experience though. When we commented to the server about how it’s being run, I can’t knock her, she was honest and didn’t sugarcoat anything. I commend her on that and that she’d go talk to the manager, we didn’t see her again after that though so not sure what happened. We finished our pizzas and the manager was sweeping up? I thought the front of house did that, not the manager, when finished with that, he came over and my dad must’ve saw the manager tag on the shirt and he spoke to him about everything and from what I could gather from the explanation was: 1) When Covid hit and they were forced to be takeaway only, it was contactless delivery 2) When they were reopened, it was still fairly contactless and no salad bar and no ice cream factory 3) The app allowed less contact with servers for Covid reasons and never really dropped that service after restrictions were eased. 4) The menu was restricted because of social distancing in the kitchen, but items never returned once they were eased Reasonable explanation, but uh the legal restrictions are gone now and they probably should be reintroducing items again. We told him that we didn’t feel welcomed nor looked after, forced into a cramped seating area despite the restaurant being practically empty, my dad has a life long injury to his leg and space is the essence for that alone and overall comfort. We were shown to the table, told to order off the app and went away, gave no time whatsoever. He apologised and said they could’ve done it manually if we preferred, I held my tongue because I would’ve gone completely off the rails at him. You employ waiting staff to do what exactly? Clear tables, take out food and that’s it? Oh heck no, serving staff should make it a personal goal to give customers the experience they are after so they feel compelled to return in the future, ordering off the app ruins that and mistakes can’t be rectified easily. Then there’s zero interaction with your server, this is so wrong on so many levels. Hospitality has taken a hit with Covid I get it, but that’s no excuse to deliver shoddy service. He even said we could’ve gone to another table, it’s not rocket science I’m 6ft 1 and my dad’s got leg issues and need space to feel comfortable, the lacklustre attitude of not recognising this is why the chain is in free fall at the moment on the stock price, why go out to be practically ignored? You go out to get an experience and something you couldn’t do at home, that’s why people go out to eat. As for this place, would we return again? It’s a hard no from all of us. The fact that this was my favourite place growing up, hurts me to say I wouldn’t go back. Some quick fixes might improve immediately the experience: 1) Ask customers whether they want to order manually through the server or from the app upon showing them to the table and be attentive if they choose the app to solve any problems with the options etc. We never got that so it just felt like we walked in and ordered off a touchpad kiosk than be in a restaurant. 2) Recognise customer requirements, tall people to sit in free standing tables and not a booth. 3) If possible now restrictions have gone to reintroduce starters again so there’s a buffer between the courses. 4) Separate the soft drink bottomless from squash, in my opinion squash and water are not overly expensive and to charge it the same as carbonated drinks is scandalous I don’t care if you’re a chain, you shouldn’t overcharge on squash. We expect friendly and attentive service, but what we got was very little and needs a big change. A lot of restaurants are going to apps and I dislike this practice, let hospitality return to normal, I might be in the minority, but I still like a server taking our order on the first instance. If you can’t even offer that then what’s the point in eating out? If an OAP or a technological illiterate person was shown this they’d walk out no joke. I’m not in those categories, but it’s becoming a complete joke that servers don’t take orders willingly anymore. Only to then be advised after the fact that we could’ve asked to be done this way, nah sorry that’s just ridiculous. Won’t be returning sorry.
