Superb pizza, friendly staff! 5*

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. No gherkins on the hamburger pizza, rations on the cheese, one piece of pepper per slice on the DOUBLE pepper pizza i ordered, and a very uneven slice on my half and half. i will never be ordering again. i am very upset.

Ordered pizzas tonight in kidderminster.first time.they were vile hard based no flavor or taste..went in bin..well overated domino's never will have again..waste of money.

Don't think they give a toss down there. Spend all day at work to come home n have food. For delivery driver to take 20 orders out at a time. Then tried blagging it to me he's just started the job. Won't be going back here. Can't even put the order together correctly

There pizza is so bad. I also ordered chicken it was so salty. Don’t try it.

I have ordered a couple of times from this domino’s now and both times have been good. In past other dominoes have forgotten the dips but this one hasn’t. The pizzas have been freshly cooked both times and the delivery drivers were polite and friendly.

Excellent pizzas very tasty and hot plenty of toppings overall most excellent pizzas prices are bit expensive but I always look for the deals

A little expensive but totally worth it. Ordered for delivery and it arrived quickly and arrived hot. Very tasty. Nicest pizza we have had for a while

Ordered four large pizzas for collection 2 pepperoni 1 texts bbq and 1 vegetarian. Be mindful I have had to educate staff that if you are handling meat pizzas without gloves on you need to wash your hands.If I was not here to witness this myself I would not have believed what I was witnessing. I will be speaking to head office regarding this shocked is an understatement.

Order from here 2/3 times a month, never had a problem, always decent and delivered hot.

Food prepared quickly and on time for collection.

App wouldn't let me order and told me to call the store. Called the store and heard someone pick up the phone only for them to hang up instantly without saying a word. Terrible service so I wouldn't even bother if I were you.

Ordered 3 pizzas and shocked as it’s an absolute rip off £9.99 for 4 slice pizza , never ever will we order from Domino’s again.

Unusual for dominos, but both pizzas were slightly undercooked. Resulting in the cheese not melting properly.

Used this branch for years and the quality of food has definitely got worse in the last 12 - 18 months. Food is greasy and lacks flavour, looks rushed. Delivery is always slow with Luke warm pizza. Tbf the delivery was better when we didn’t pay for delivery now there is a charge it’s worse 🤨

Has my first Domino's pizza. Menu was a bit confusing to a beginner ! However managed to navigate and got a couple of nice Pizzas on a buy one get one free deal. All was good and only had to wait 10 minutes for them to be made.

Great deal £5.99 any size and kind of pizza thu-sun collection only. Fast service and great pizza.

I don't normally write reviews for dominoes as I find them pretty awful overall. Look at our previous experience in Shanklin. Anyway suffice to say the Kidderminster branch was pretty damn good. Pizza great and a big shout out to Sam who delivered it. Totally professional and so polite. So Kidderminster Dominoes you have my approval and future custom. 👌

Lovely pizza but a very unprofessional delivery driver called "Jared" delivered the pizza and instead of passing the pizza as all the boxes he passed them 1 by 1 and was staring at my girlfriend in the eyes while passing it and calling her beautiful then got her number and starting messaging her asking to meet Out Of Order and not happy at all.

Ordered the meal deal, two pizzas, sides and cookies via the App. From ordering up to delivery the service was excellent. Driver was very helpful, even helping with door as I was balancing the boxes. Everything was hot and cooked perfectly. The pizza toppings were also very generous.

We were staying for one night in a hotel and as we arrived we saw someone else getting out of a car with a few dominoes pizzas and thought that not a bad idea, save us going out and looking for somewhere to eat and clearly the hotel doesnt mind but we see. We checked in, they did have a restaurant normally but it was closed because of covid and only doing grab & go breakfast to eat in room so we thought well in that case cant mind people eating in room with a take away! We settled into our room and googled where this dominoes was in relation to our hotel. It wasnt that far to drive so we rang up and placed our order for the pizzas we usually have from our own dominoes. We normally get ours on a deal thing but they didnt seem to have this deal but hubby said they are francaise so might have other offers. It wasnt much more and so they said how long it would be and so it was just a bit longer than it would be to get there and not knowing the area we set off straight away and parked where we thought was fairly near but turned out it wasnt as near as thought and there would of been better parking other side. collected the pizzas and paid and came back to hotel and they were really still very hot and just the same as what we have from ours. so we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The last couple of times we have ordered from Dominos, the quality of the food has been horrible, the pizzas are not up to scratch, soon as you pick the pizza up all of the toppings fall off, the pizza is soggy as hell and just didn’t taste very nice at all, and it’s so expensive even with the deals on! Stourport dominos is so much better than Kidderminster one and so much cheaper as well which is unfair that the prices are much more expensive, it’s a chain so should be the same surely!

The wife and i really fancied a pizza from dominos the closest being half hour away haven’t had one for a long time! So grabbed kids for a evening drive to Kidderminster to collect our pizzas we ordered got the deal buy one get one free great! I really fancied the cheese burger one with stuffed crust! Wife had catalan chicken and chorizo stuffed crust. All in all with other bits for the kids 35 quid (not cheap). Order ready to collect wife goes into get it, comes out we drive half hour home, starving can’t wait sit down to tuck in and f me they have given us two of the fing same pizzas and sadly it wasn’t two cheese burger ones it was the Catalan horrible my opinion! Well no point ringing them half hour away what the hell they going to do! Deliver me one I don’t think so. Will never use again and will tell other people not to bother, by the looks they don’t train there staff to check there orders very disappointed customer! I doubt they care anyway! Maybe dominos will give my money back and fuel costs to get there, jokes! A holes....

Ordered 6 pizzas to collect just after midnight on a Saturday, and they were ready less than 15 minutes later, all correct and tasty. Impossible to fault that kind of service.

After checking out a few reviews before was a little nervous about what sort of pizza’s we were going to get. Did a collect. The lady who handed over the order was very diligent in checking the order and have to say when we got the pizzas home they were great.

Way over-priced compared to other chains, but lovely pizza's. Usually delivered fairly quickly. Thank goodness for discount codes!

I had to wait 1 hour for my order and was promised a refund which i am still yet to receive.

Probably good value with good service

The title says it all. Pizza 1 - no drizzle. Pizza 2 no drizzle garlic bread undercooked and cookies overcooked. Not the first time I've had issues but they have been bout the cinnieippers

First time we’ve had a domino’s pizza, and we were quite impressed that it came so quick and piping hot.

Decent pizza shop. Staff very friendly and the pizza is consistently good. I would recommend the shop to others for a quick and tasty meal.

Excellent pizza! Hot and fresh and not too long to wait! Wedges were a bit undercooked but other than that, the food was spot on!

Often get our order wrong and most often the food is cold because is has been sitting there instead of letting the customers know their order is ready.

Most interesting. We never booked a guide which i would recommend to do because with a guide tour you would be better informed about the history and told what certain rooms were and who stayed in which cells.. The little hand out we were given was brief description really but very interesting place indeed.

First time using Dominos. Ordered using the app, delivered correctly, and piping hot within 20 minutes! Outstanding service, will definitely return again. You have gained a new customer!

It's alright. Not as good as it used to be. Bought a large pizza for the family. Turns out I should of got one free in that days deal. However I never. Didn't know till no got home and saw the deal that day. Would of thought staff would of told me. Foods tasty, kitchen a bit of a mess. It is what it is.

Great pizza from here never had a problem menus change through out the seasons and has many deals always running can cater for larger familys at a low cost or even partys foods always been good pizzas to the size ordered and to the quailty you would expect from a chain can be exspensive if no deals are on but can still be great

Good customer service great stuff

This place needs to close down! Absolutely appalling! They don’t take complaints seriously as they don’t seem to care, all they care about is taking your money. Everything is NOT worth what you pay for way too expensive and most of the time it isn’t good quality anyway cookies are always burnt too and you pay £5 for 4 burnt cookies!!? Most of it seems like it’s been re heated anyway and tasted it too. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody

Absolutely awful experience. Pizza took over an hour to arrive. I had to chase the restaurant to see where the food was. Eventually after an hour I had a phone call from the delivery driver who did not have the address. Couldn't find it by the postcode. I was staying in A large hotel in an area I did not know. He kept asking me where I was in relation to Tesco's. I had no idea. Eventually after an hour and 10 minutes I ate a stone cold pizza. The worst dominoes I have ever encountered.

Customer service is terrible walked into store and ignored directly for at least 5 minutes. Had to shout to staff to gain attention and ask about pizza. Won't be ordering from this store ever again

I only live across the road, but when I got home the girl I was with said,"I'm not eating that rubbish.I sat down to eat mine and ad soon as I tried to eat,it quickly became apparent, that the pizza had been warmed up. I can state for a fact. WORST PIZZA EVER

It's okay from here. The food is always hot and the delivery is okay... BUT... BUT there's always something missing! A dough ball, a topping (missed the goats cheese off my pizza even though it's on the front of the box.), a bottle of oil dressing. Always something. We even found a bit of plastic on one pizza once! Nearly broke a tooth...

Full of flavour as you would expect, and reliable on delivery - rarely if ever late - but quality is hit and miss with some pizzas looking like they've been dropped, and cookies occasionally burnt - and the garlic pizza bread without any pizza sauce. Very expensive, so best value to collect or wait for a really good offer.

The quality of the pizzas have gone down hill! I ordered 2 pizzas and cookies to be delivered, 15 mins later it arrives, it takes 10 mins from dominos to where it got delivered to!! It didn't look good enough to eat when it arrived, far too expensive!! I DO NOT recommend this place. buy a £2 pizza from Tesco they are much nicer! We won't be ordering from you again Dominoes, appalling

good food, think its a little over priced these days and overs a lot of deals the 2 for 1 is the one I use otherwise it works out expensive just for a pizza!

Sin duda debe probar Dominos, es muy sabrosa y deliciosa, el precio es perfecto y barato. No vayas comprar pizza de tesco u otros supermercados ... Demasiado caro, Dominos son perfectas para todo el mundo. Far too expensive when you can buy a pizza from tesco for £2 and its just as good. Very tasty pizzas and good service but far too expensive!!! Dominos sort your prices out please!

If you are late back, cant be bothered to cook this Domino's is the perfect option.. In the centre of Kidderminster but never more than a 15 minute wait if you are prepared to collect. Always an offer as well such as 2 for 1 on collection

The pizza is the most overpriced pizza you'll ever eat and most certainly is not worth it for the absurd money you're paying, but not even that, the staff inside are rude and take no effort in hiding their own misery of working there. I can even remember a time when I walked through the door and the guy behind the counter just kinda looked up and said "we're closed". That was literally it, he even seemed mad about it too that some potential customers walked through the OPEN door and wanted to hand over money for food. Ridiculous, avoid if possible.

I ordered pizza on Sunday 22 February, didn't wait long for it to arrive, I ordered a meal deal which was 2 pizzas and a side of cheese dough balls to be delivered,which came to a total of £21.98, when the delivery driver arrived at my house he said £22, well correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think extra money should be added on top of the ridiculous amount of money I am already paying! Then the man short changed me, giving me £2 change when I paid £30, then he argued with me trying to say I didn't pay £30! The pizza isn't anything special unless you like your food greasy and I definitely won't be ordering from here again!

First and last visit my family will ever make here gave us all food poisioning made us all bad. However i visit chinese opposite and there always very busy so it cant be that bad but i will avoid.

Food was fairly cold and without any real taste, very nearly 1 star.Luckily have now found considerably better alternative.

Really nice pizzas, bit slow on service but the food was very good. Only ordered as its what my daughter wanted for her birthday dinner but I won't be paying £20 for a single large pizza again! There are other pizza places local to me that have tastier, cheaper pizzas with quicker service.
