Lovely place on a sunny day and dog friendly

Good food and selection of drinks.The Pizzas are definitely worth trying. Gets very busy sometimes which slows down the ordering process. You order from the counter and we had to queue for around 25 minutes. That being said, the fact that it's busy creates a good atmosphere. Family friendly place so lots of kids running round etc.

Great burger and fries, but pizza was undercooked, tasteless, and floppy.

Although England lost tonight, the real winners were the staff tonight. Absolutely fantastic service, amazing food, great prices for food and drinks.

I ordered a takeaway for 6 on the app to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, the football was on so I didn’t think we’d get a table. Despite it being so busy and a gorgeous day, the food was ready on time. The queue for ordering food was out of the door. The girls who served me were friendly, helpful and professional, the food as always was hot and very tasty. I was very impressed with the service on this extremely busy day.

I always attend the Rustic Kitchen in Bewdley as the warm weather approaches with my family and we love it. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. The food is fantastic quality and is so delicious.

Visited for lunch, staff were friendly and attentive, food was incredible, kids loved the pizzas, we loved the loaded fires and chicken tenders, burgers also looked amazing. Great choice of beers as-well and a some beautiful views as well.

We hadn’t been for about a year but my craving for a cheeseburger pizza drew me here but wait what no cheeseburger pizza!! Can’t believe it as it is pretty amazing but hey go anyway had a meat feast and buffalo loaded fries washed down with nothing bound beer Food was great and tasty 2 pizzas and 2 lots of loaded fries came to about £30 which I think is great value Shame weather was pants as they had a singer on outside and would have preferred a outside pod but didn’t book it till day before so it is what it is Well worth the drive over Thankyou guys

The best place for food and a pint in the DY Postcode ❤️ We go all the time and the food is always great and service is always with a smile. Obviously when the sun is out or a bank holiday, it's going to be busy but what do you expect when it's on a camp site. 100% go! DOGS ARE WELCOMED 🐶🐶

We have eaten here prior to this weekend and had a totally different ecperience to what we encountered this weekend. On the Friday we ordered just some nibbles and of the 2 items we ordered one of them was incorrect. IT was offered to be changed but we decided to keep it rather than wait again. On the saturday we had booked a table inside to eat our evening meal. We ordered some starters and then requested the pizzas to come out 20 minutes after. WE were told this was fine and there wuld be no issue, we clarified this twice as if this wasnt possible we would not have had the starters but were told it was fine. As we suspected this did not happen and were told that there was nothing that could be done as all items had been prepared together and we would have to have everything at once. There was no real apology and basically meant we didnt really eat the starters. My son had ordered a Meat Feast pizza when he was half way through eating it he discovered that there was a piece of something he was eating that didnt seem right in his mouth, he pulled it out and on inspection we discovered that it was a piece of string which was quite alarming as not sure what that would be doing on a pizza. He then stopped eating the pizza. I requested the bill at this point as it had put us all off the rest of our food and reported it to a member of staff who did not apologise, took it away in his hands and I presume he was going to come back. I sat there for a further 10 minutes with no approach from anyone, I saw that it had been reported to the kitchen and the manager but still sat waiting for a response and then bill. N ne came over and eventually I went up to the desk. The same man that I had requested the bill trudged over to the counter and I infored him that I had been sat waiting for over 10 minutes with no response and he looked at me and mumbled an apology and produced the bill and informed me he had took the pizza off the bill which to be honest is the least they should have done! I paid the bill and we left but its fair to say we wont be returning again....very disappointing was to be dealt with and a complaint to be handled!!!

We always enjoy rustic kitchen and have done for many years. We spent the afternoon listening to live music and enjoying some yummy pizza.

If you're thinking of going for food, don't bother. Now, the food looked amazing and smelled superb. Unfortunately, we didn't get to sample any as after being seated and deciding what we wanted to order, i was told the kitchen had closed due to high demand. Ok, if we had turned up on spec, but we had booked a table in advance. Maybe tell us before seating us. No ok Maybe ring so we could make alternative arrangements. No. Customer service at its finest.Now trying to find somewhere for a party of 6 at 20-30 on a Saturday evening. If people are making the effort to book for food at you're establishment at least make sure you can accommodate them.

Really really disappointing. We booked a table for 17:15 on a Sunday for an outside table. This was advertised as outside but ‘all reserved tables are covered.’ When we arrived we were told that people had sat in the reserved seats so we didn’t have a table but we’re trying to sort it. They asked if we minded sitting inside but then got told they didn’t have a table inside so took us outside to a bench which was uncovered. We wouldn’t have minded this but it was due to rain and as it was described as covered seating when one became free we moved onto that table. The lady who served us then came to our table and said we could sit here but had to be done by 19:00 which at this time was an hour and a half. Next we ordered the food on the app at 17:35. The drinks had still not arrived by 18:00 so I explained that I knew it was busy but I’m waiting 25 minutes just for drinks. He then brought our drinks over and said he had to jump on the bar himself to make them as it’s really busy. At our food then arrived at 18:35. This is an hour after we ordered the food on the app. It’s really disorganised and since reading other reviews this has been an issue for a while but I thought I would try this place as I’d hoped they had sorted these issues out. The place is way too big for what they can manage. When we just finished our food at 18:55, a young waiter approached us and asked us to move tables as this one was booked. I explained to him the issue we had and that I had booked a table and I explained that it’s really disorganised and so many customers are going to be complaining. He smiled and said ‘I know, can you move over there please’ I explained that we won’t be staying and something needs to be changed. He then said Thankyou and walked away. Really bad experience. Went to Nothing Bound Heightington last night (5*+) and had a burger from these guys. Wow! Absolutely delicious. The best burger this side of the Atlantic! Well done. 👍

The food and staff are amazing . However I do feel they need to get on top of the reserved tables . We reserved a table only to be told once we were there someone else was sat at our table, and had already ordered food. The people who sat there agreed their name was the name on the booking . Maybe proof of booking with the email confirmation should be seen? To prevent further misunderstandings like this in the future. Also could do with more vegan options maybe?

A great restaurant for families, groups, couples and friends. Relaxed atmosphere and plenty of outdoor and indoor seating!

4 starts for atmosphere only because it was cold and I had to wear my coat to start with. Otherwise - rustic, clean, spacious and cosy when warmed up. Outside space is beautiful too. Food was good. My teenage sons loved it

Fantastic place. The service is so great, extremely friendly and attentive. The food is "fast food" in a way, burgers, chips, pizza, but really good quality and extremely tasty, not unhealthy. The burgers are exceptional quality. Great value for money. Lovely seating area outside, very nice and clean inside. Live music every Thursday.

This place really is spot on. We all had a burger and no question tell me a better burger in the whole of Worcestershire. Washed down with a local ale and some spot on service you really cannot complain. Keep it up guys

Lovely pizza even if it takes a while.

Quiet but a lively atmosphere, great background music and songs preformed by local bands. One of my orders didn't properly go through, however the staff were absolutely incredible in fixing the error and were very accommodating, I wish there was more customisation in the orders but that's only a personal opinion. What they do now is already high quality.

Been here a couple of times now. It is situated in Hopley's campsite. Always busy so, recommend that you book in advance especially on weekends. Food is well presented and cooked to a high standard. The bar stocks ales and ciders from local breweries which is good to see.

The rustic is a nice little venue, good space inside and outdoors overlooking the lovely countryside, the service was good, friendly staff. However; the food was disappointing. The burger was quite small and had far too much sauce in it and was very messy to eat, it was lukewarm. The pizza arrived burnt and was very thin. There was nothing to it. The presentation was pretty dire, it arrived in takeaway boxes as though we’d been to the takeaway shop or we were at a concert, which you might expect to have it on a plate served properly sitting inside. Overall the food was poor so I wouldn’t eat there again and it was a little pricey. If it was better quality then that would be understandable. We waited a while for the meals to get to the table and no check back was given so we could have said something about the food. The only reason we ate it was because we were quite hungry. I really wish I’d saved my money and just gone to a chain restaurant where you know the food is going to be good value for money. With that said you have to try these places out to find out. Nice place for a drink, nice atmosphere and again the staff were welcoming just a bit of a shame about the food.

Chilled atmosphere, great tasting food, Pizzas, Burger's and Fries. Beer Cider and all drinks served chilled but great staff. Very popular get your table booked ahead of time. It is certainly worth a visit if at Hopley's Family Camping or just Visiting. So good we ate twice here during our stay.

Now I’m not a foodie critique nor a connoisseur but I likes what I likes and honestly the Smokin Burger is probably the best burger I have even eaten. It holds itself well in the bun but just ever so slightly messy enough to make it a proper burger (without half of it dripping down your sleeve). Meat itself was packed full of flavour, juicy and moist but perfectly chargrilled and nicely smoked. The Buffalo Fries were immense, with great flavours and a little bit of heat. Found the staff and waiting team friendly, welcoming and warm. Nicely laid out venue with Indoor and outdoor catering. We dropped in on Wednesday without a booking to find it was quiz night Wednesday. Quiz nights are not really my thing but wasn’t too loud comparing, subtle and non invasive if you just wanted to eat. Food and vibe was so good we went back the following night to Thursday Open Mic night. Great music, some amusing singing attempts and others worthy of X factor performance. An all round good family restaurant with lively fun vibe. Rustic Kitchen draws not just holiday maker crowd but the locals too. Will defo go back

Great food particularly the Korean chicken burger, although obviously more limited menu to pizza and burger, but worked well for all of us. Kids enjoyed the fact that the ice cream wasn't just vanilla. Really friendly welcome when i needed to find a spot to work before dinner and they were just opening. Couldn't have been more accommodating. Perhaps time to move away from the disposable plates and cutlery but understand why they do that given amount of orders and size of place. Would recommend popping in even if not using the campsite.

Well …. Never again !! That’s for sure !!! You need to queue twice !! Separate for your food and separate for your drink , and after all that you need to queue again to pick up your food , tables dirty no cutlery, napkins. How is that relaxing ?? This place it’s absolutely chaos !!

This is a local restaurant to my family, we thought we would try as was local and we should put back in to the community. Worst decision we could of made. We have been camping on the site as we wanted a small break have been treated fairly by the campsite but by the Rustic Kitchen very poor. The weather has not been the best today so decide for a meal on site. As it was the graze festival we thought we would try the Rustic kitchen. Bit of a busy weekend being a festival and understood no table service and not being able to book. They set up two sides of the bar one for drinks only and one for food and drinks as long as food was ordered, after ordering our food the waitress (Deb) asked if I wanted anything else,so I proceeded with my drinks order and she rudely said you need to stand in that queue.(drinks only) but on the sign it stated drinks if ordered with food. This was questioned to (Debs) but I was rudely pointed to the drinks only queue. After paying for my food and moving to the drinks queue, that was out the door. My wife noticed while I was queuing they cleaned the sign stating drinks ordered with food. There is no organisation of the collection of food and you have to hover around the kitchen pass to make sure you hear your number, you also block the queue or entrance to the toilets. Hopleys has not been as busy as the Hopfest,but extremely bad service, rudness and not a happy experience. Good Luck to the Hopfest this year they need to train the staff intensely before this year's Festival. Let's hope improvements are made and customer service is improved.

One of the most refreshing places I’ve visited in a long time, amazing atmosphere, brilliant menu and a great choice of drinks, the bar seems to have a lot going on in the way of entertainment with the most welcoming staff I’ve had the pleasure of conversing with, an absolute must do if you visit bewdley, will definitely become a regular visitor ☺️

It was excellent from start to finish - setting is beaut, food is fab and drinks are reasonable (maybe go to the bar direct when busy😊) We had an elderly guest that struggled with the bench seats but the lovely lady allowed us to get him a chair - so impressed we are coming back to STAY with our dog as we love it and the facilities❤️

Came here with my boyfriend and we loved it! We ordered a cocktail each, both of which were great (especially the spiced rum + ginger beer one), then a pizza each which were also great! They were very busy but we still had excellent service (Kiya, the manager was our waitress and was fantastic 🤍), and the food and drinks were also very reasonably priced - will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone in or near Bewdley!

Absolutely love this venue. Great food and atmosphere. They do get exceptionally busy, due to it's popularity, so in busy times there will be a wait. This isn't an issue for us as there is entertainment, a play park and plenty to drink! We have visited twice and the freshly made pizza and loaded fries takes around 45 mins to an hour to come out, but like I say, they are a busy team. Food is exceptional.

2 years ago I wrote this review. I can say hand on heart that the service has improved 10 fold . Staff are attentive and alert, aside from the obvious ques and wait times when it busy this place is a dream ! We did the quiz for the first time weds and it was BRILLIANT ! Food is still consistently AMAZING! 10/10! ****************************************** (2years ago) The first thing I want to say is that this would be a 5 star review if I was solely talking about the food. Have never been dissatisfied with anything we have eaten from The rustic. All the food is exceptional. That being said I am so so let down time and time again by the service here. On numerous occasions when placing order for take away I have had an extended wait for pre ordered food. ordered for pick up at a Specific time. Today I have stood and waited for 15 mins with no acknowledgement from any of the staff here. I approached the bar after 15 mins, who then radioed the kitchen and told me to go back to the window. My food was presented 5 mins later. It wasn’t as warm as it would have been at 6 when it was likely ready and waiting in the kitchen. but still the burger gets a 10! I am not unreasonable and I have worked in hospitality myself for many years so am not trying to be harsh. But just to acknowledge the presence of a customer would go along way in my book just a simple “we will be with you shortly” or a “we’re running a bit behind” The staff are so friendly and I understand it’s busy I think some more basic training would go a long way. 🙃

We have been here a few times. We love the food. Today we tried the smoking burger and the chilli cheese loaded fries. The burger which was well cooked and juicy came with bacon, cheese, garlic mayo and caramelised onion chutney. The chilli cheese fries was a big portion topped with plenty of delicious chilli con carne, cheese sauce and jalapeños. 10/10

Layout was brilliant and the staff were amazing. all staff loved the dog and he even got some treats, safe so say our human food was a lot better though. Would definitely recommend

We ate here two nights as we were staying on the caravan site , the building itself was lovely looked amazing at night with the lights outside , inside was just as nice and most of the staff were very helpful and friendly especially a girl named Kiera she went out of her way to help us and was extremely friendly ! The food was lovely although only serving there winter menu there wasn’t a-lot of choice but the food was still really good would definitely recommend if your in the area! We will be going back again even if its just for food & drink

Online ordered 3 take out pizzas as had heard so much about the place. Mistake - since they weren’t ready - well one was and then it took 15mins for the third to be finished by which time the first was cold and hard. The premises and bar is inviting and spacious, the one member of staff I met friendly and if you want a break from having to make conversation with your family/friends then the very loud live “singing” is a good excuse - a perfect venue for camping - which I wasn’t.

Came here for a work function and good selection of well priced drinks (for Bewdley) nice live music although a little loud when seated so close. Food was not only delicious and fresh but the portion sizes where very ample (dont go buying a family portion of chips for 2 adults 😁) would highly recommend for lively atmosphere and great food!

Bad organisation, the service was slow and a staff member had a bad attitude, sadly the pizza had a terrible soggy pizza!

Yet to have a poor experience here. The food is good, menu decent and service always excellent. We visited on a warm Sunday afternoon and there was live music on which was very nice to sit and listen to while having a beer and some chicken wings. The kids play area is useful for restless little ones too. Occasionally we've turned up and the menu has been quite limited so perhaps phone ahead to check what is on but we love coming here and it's great to have a different dining option than the usual pub grub. For a place that specializes in pizzas and burgers they also do a mean salad.

Food was good although the attitude of some of the young female staff was just plain bad manners and poor customer service. Vile tone. Although the food was good and very tasty.Still a one star experience. Other campers on the site said they were also spoken in vile uptight tone from a member of female staff and chose to eat elsewhere. It wasn’t just us who had been made to feel uncomfortable. Wait time was also 30 minutes for drinks and an hour and 15 for food. Lovely food and setting, so yes a big let down.

Been here a few times. Great for the kids as there is a playground visible from the outside tables. Great for adults cos we're able to have a beer while the kiddies play. Also bizarrely almost every time we come there is some sort of festival on, either food or live music. Awesome. Plus I had one of the special burgers last time round and it was honestly in my top 3 ever. Pizza is the go to though, cos they have a dedicated pizza oven. Kiddies love it, despite their insistence on wanting pineapple pizza (which is frankly just wrong).

Fab to have on camping site with big spaces and lots of outdoor room, unfortunately all he staff seem young and in experienced-lots of delays and asking for items that never came- asked for them to take drinks order and then they disappear. Also asked two staff members about the local area and neither had a clue- food was okay but seeing as it took so long seemed rush with hardly any toppings- kids menu was just pizza....no burgers or anything so very limited if you wanted to visit more then once while staying

Waited one hour and twenty five minutes for burger and chips. The burger was nice but the chips tasted like they had been out all day.

4 stars for the food. Excellent burgers and pizza in a lovely place. However, 2 stars for the service. We waited for almost an hour and a quarter for our food. Yes it was a Saturday night and fairly busy, but the wait times are awful. Either more kitchen staff needed or they need to spread out their orders so the kitchen isn't overwhelmed.

Had a meat feast pizza and fries takeaway. It was absolutely disgusting hardly any meat or cheese had the biggest crust with nothing on it. Fries were greasy and both pizza and fries were nearly cold. Not even worth 1 star. Love the campsite. Not the rustic bar. Waited 45 minutes for it.

Been here 3 times. Last 2 times had pizza and it was excellent pizza. This time however I had the smoking burger, it was probably the best burger I’ve ever had. The burger was perfectly cooked and super juicy and the sauce and fillings went really well together. The staff here are good and there is a great atmosphere the quiz is pretty good too. Highly recommended. Will be coming back next year.

Great burgers and fries, enjoyed the evening but would probably choose a different time, next time, when they don't have a quiz on (which I think is normally Wed night, I'm not sure) Good app for purchases although had issues logging on to their WiFi which made it difficult to place orders initially, especially since my 4G signal was v poor, however it all worked out in the end. So I'd avoid Wednesdays unless you want to quiz, in which case get there by 6:45pm to get your seat, but otherwise its worth a visit.

We attended one of the Rustic's food festival events and it was lush! Great choice of really tasty food, brilliant bar service via the app, drinks arrived almost instantaneously and tables were cleared as soon as food and beverages were finished. Live music was fab and would have been even better if the social distancing rules prevaling at the time hadn't prevented dancing!

Pizzas are amazing too! Hidden inside the Hopley campsite Rustic Kitchen is a well thought out expansion of their original pizza offering. The burger menu is great for variety but not so long it becomes impossible to choose. Loaded fries and critically the best veggie burger ever! According to my picky 10 year old son. An accolade indeed. Service is great. QR codes and on line so easy to do. Highly recommend.

Ordered chicken strips and they use a (whole) chicken THIGH, that was apparently cooked at 155degrees so they must have left it in for half hour to look the way it did. The fries were all stuck together not shaken when put in fryer and heat was far to high as fries full of grease no potato and crispy oh but James was ok. Manager was rude when she came out, didn't take the criticism well, redone the fries and came out same as before but were in 1 less minute than before. Your oil temperatures too high. Paid just under £50 for 2 kids meals and 2 burgers and could have easily gone McDonald's and been more satisfied and had change.

Upon arrival was sat at a nice table between others, advised to scan the QR code on the table to begin the ordering process. Ordering process simple, food and drinks arrived promptly and was very impressed by the hot and high quality servings! We were looked after throughout our visit and would likely visit again for some affordable, high quality goodness!
