Pizzas are always tasty, have never been disappointed yet,

was at a party , got a bit snackish at night online it says shop closes at 1am. at 12 i rang twice no answer I decided to walk down to the store. The man in store was very rude and said they had closed. Frankly if you need to close early for your selfish workers put it online.

Pizza looked like it had been warmed up curled up at the edges and very dry will not be using again

Was quick to make no waiting orderd via the app by time it was orderd and I drove to collect it was ready and waiting for me got it back home was piping hot and very tasty

Very tasty pizza. Staff are curteous. The shop is quiet with a seat whilst you wait of your pizza being made.

Food was a mess for the third time now an absolute joke and was £50 , avoid at all cost. Pizza was inedible and kickers has no coating how they sent me this after ‘quality control’ I’ll never know

Incompetent doesn’t cover it. They sent me the wrong pizza so had to call them up to be told they will send me another, only for them to send another wrong pizza. I mean seriously, how hard is it?

Pizza was nice and hot on arrival which was super! Just a shame they held out on the toppings, I thought pizzas were supposed to have cheese on? To pay £20 for a pizza for them to skimp on toppings isn't great.

Orederd at 8 pm still waitng called to ask why only 1 driver .then why say be delivered in 40 mins oh n put phone down in me when say not happy 😡

Ordered a 9.5” pizza. Took quite a while to turn up. When it finally did they’d made a pizza not much bigger than my iPhone for reference just a little bigger than 6.1”. Little one was starving so he’d already started digging in before I realised. Regardless I’d managed to snap pictures prior to. Phoned up to complain and the lady who answered couldn’t have cared less. Opposed to apologising knowing full well they’d sent a much smaller pizza size after paying close to £30 which was a joke. I asked to speak to the manager who said just claim it back from just eat. Apparently ordering Italian style merits a much smaller pizza? Yet in other dominoes I’ve been to it is just essentially a thinner base. But I have gladly contacted just eat, & will be posting this out telling people to avoid. I’ve also emailed it into their head office as it’s just sheer laziness from the staff, and a lot of money waisted. I’d just go to pizza pier instead, a lot more money friendly, staff are friendly, it’s family owned and they don’t stuff you over. More so if your ever not happy they fix the problem asap.

Ordered on the app, pizza arrived four hours later. During this time I was not able to cancel my order, nor was I warned about the long wait period. Despite filing this complaint, and having confirmation that the delivery time was not stated as 4 hours, I have been ignored since. Bizzare.

I ordered a margherita pizza with extra cheese state of the pizza was disgusting! It was that bad i thought the cheese was coming out their wages considering 80% of the pizza had no cheese at all on it

Pizzas are always great, and some good deals to be had, but the app, general ordering and no cash system is utter garbage

Might as well be called Domino hope. Still waiting on my order after 2.5 hours. Staff at the store obviously can’t be bothered answering the phone and when I finally get through I’m told it’s 10 minutes away; that was 35 minutes ago.. no doubt if and when my food comes it’ll be colder than my fridge. Christmas will be here before the food is. Joke of a store (Leigh). Ran by zoo animals.

Probably the worst pizza I've had in a while... Price doesn't seem to match what you get for the money. Wedges were close to raw and cold. Staff on mobiles, seemed bored or generally not interested in being there. I paid for a pizza, something like £12 then I noticed on the box they'd stuck a leaflet which had a deal on it... Supposedly I could have got it cheaper. WHY didn't they tell me when I ordered? I will definitely not be using this place again

Just ordered last . Waiting over 1.5 hours for my order . The order can’t be eaten by a human. I ask for or refund no one doesn’t contact me or something like that . Worst service ever.

I ordered the metal marinara for the first time this evening and what a special pizza that was. Still piping hot when the driver arrived with the food. Got some cookies and Ben and jerrys ice cream. Class pizza

Never had an issue with the leigh store before until today, placed an order at 6pm, got a text to say it was on its way at 6.25pm 7pm still nothing I called and they said it was 10-15mins away and the text had been sent by mistake. 7.30pm still nothing and they stopped answering the phone so we went down and were told it had been on the road 13mins and everyone was in the same boat. Its looked really busy, if you cant handle the orders take delivery off until you catch up. We got home and still nothing. (The house wasn't left unattended just incase it came) 8.20pm and still no food and no answer. Can't even call to cancel and get a refund to go elsewhere as no one is answering Update... Managed to get through at 8.25pm and they said it's on the road. Went quiet and it's defiantly on the road. Refused a refund and I asked them to cancel but they insisted its definitely on the road. Very poor service and rude phone manner We use this store every Tuesday but I don't think we will be for a while now

Very poor pizza, almost no cheese.

ordered at around 6:30, at 7:21 I get an email asking if I wanted to tip the driver, 7:30 I ring the shop to be told its still on the way and that it won't be a minute. 7:50 I ring again, this time they say it actually hasn't left because they are busy and no delivery drivers. Finally at 8:10 it arrives, almost 2 hours for a stone cold pizza. Honestly guys, what are you doing there......

Disgusting service I placed an order over an hr later still not here go on the app and it says delivered its not been to rang the place about 15 times no answer so they taken 40 pound of my money and I can't get it back or complain coz no 1 will answer phone

Worst dominos pizza shop I have ever been to. Ignored at the counter for 10 mins and spent £19.99 on pizza to get 3 pieces of onion, 4 peppers and two bits of chicken.

No manners, no decency, no care. Not good enough at all. - So they say the pizza is ready, you set off and it's not ready at all so you're left waiting. They then hand you the wrong pizzas which you find out when you get home. Phone them up for some 'lady' to answer the phone in the most rude manner; so rude my wife pulls them up on it so they chicken-out and hand the phone over to someone else. They explain the issue and start making our pizzas again. They won't deliver to make up for their mistake so we have to go and pick them up again. Various staff glareling so rudely at us as though it's our fault. The pizzas are not the best either, they have a tough base that they haven't bothered or managed to cut through, a childish reprisal perhaps ? Not much of a treat tea after all.

Delicious, delivered fresh and hot and friendly delivery driver. Slight mistake with some of the order but was quickly sorted with no issues.

Food arrived 15 mins after placing my order.. that’s not always a good thing!! soon as I finished my food I instantly felt sick.. today I have been sick 5 times. My partner has been feeling the same too. It’s definitely the food from here that has made us feel unwell as that’s the only food we had eaten, just be careful when ordering from here. No food should be rushed out within 15 mins of placing the order I would have happily waited longer for food that’s cooked properly. Absolutely disgusting, I really wouldn’t even waste your money here

Made an order for a couple of pizzas one needed to be a BBQ base they sent a regular tomato base so I rang up to see why and they said sorry and our the phone down really rude

My young Daughter ordered a take away from here and when she answered the door the delivery driver swore at her and threw the pizza at her… she felt very intimidated! Our porch was also ruined and needs a full redecoration!! We are still awaiting recompense…I would hate any one else to receive this treatment so please order from somewhere else!!

Wrong order twice In a row. Only came back because head office gave me free pizza. How can you miss the chocolate off a chocolate pizza is beyond me my sons not happy. Back to head office with the recommendation they retrain you

Terrible... the place has declined rapidly.

Extremely poor service. Phoned up to order and was advised it would be 30 to 45 minutes. After waiting for an hour and a half the guy said it said an hour and a half online and that they had set off 7 minutes ago. He then hung up before I could speak. Two hours later, still no delivery. Very dissappointed. I will take my business elsewhere in future.

Got told 35-45 minutes delivery when order placed at 6:05pm , now nearly 2 hours later and still no sign of the order. And when rang up to find where the order was, they hung up when the time was queried Very poor service.

My order included a drink which they forgot told me they were gonna come back never did! Not impressed

Really rude and unhelpful customer service. Rang up and was told very bluntly they could not take our order over the phone, all I wanted to ask was if they could put toppings on one half of pizza. They refused as they did not do half and half anymore. How hard is it to only put toppings on one half of a pizza? You think you would do this for a customer. Lost our service went to papa johns instead.

Not a great meal. Delivery on time had issues previously so been a while before ordering recently (19/11/21) Not much topping (2 pizzas) and cheese nachos £28 ... Looked like they had been sat on. Think this is the worst take a way we have ever used !!

We order regularly from here. Pizzas are nice and so is the garlic bread and the dip they do. It's Just really expensive even when they have deals on. Sometimes pizzas can be burnt or not cooked right however they are always quick to send out a replacement. We will continue to order from here as the flavour is unique, can't really get it anywhere else. Closest rival in taste is papa John's.

Ordered online... swift delivery, order missing an item. Immediately informed driver. Immediately entered info into how did we do message. No return contact. Waited three days, phoned shop... oh it takes a few days to refund.. over ten days later no refund. Messaged on Facebook Messenger no response. Not sure they have even seen my message. Will not be ordering again.

Been a few times. Kept giving it the benefit of the doubt. Came yesterday with next to no cheese. So I rang to let them know this time as it's regularly not as good as all the other dominoes... They sent fresh new pizzas, with cheese. I was content but it should have been the case the first time. I then found a piece of blue plastic as a topping. Brill 🙂.

AVOID! Never had a good meal from this branch. It varies from “sloppy and horrible” to “food-poisoning”. Worst Dominos I’ve ever been to. And I did give it a couple of tries. Getting horrendous D&V was the final straw. Customer services weren’t interested and implied I was lying about it. AVOID.

Pizza arrived it only had toppings on one side. Gave them a call spoke to Dave and he used the excuse they are busy (this has happened in the past but gave another chance). Not acceptable and told I can wait 45 mins for another or have a refund in 10 days and they will collect pizza in an hour. Disgraceful you should shut down!

I wasn’t a fan of pizza before coming here, now I love it. 1st occasion the toppings were very sparse but good regardless.Tonight I had 2 pizzas and omg they were delicious, not sure about the stuffed crust, it’s a bit tasteless tbh but what a great place.Thanks Keith

Much better than Twentymans, pizza is made with real cheese rather than imitation and service was much quicker. I know where I'm taking my working class family next time I'm in Leigh, which is all the time because I live here!

Everytime I have ordered from Domino's they have always brought my Tuesday deals too me with no trouble at all. Today I got served by Stephen the Unstoppable and he was brilliant and very kind, thanks again mate 👍

Pizza never came but took my money anyway. So I spoke to the delivery driver confirmed the address with him, obviously he went to the wrong address he then huffed and puffed and put the phone down, tried to contact the store to get my money back never answered the phone. I can say for definite I will not order from this place again. Still waiting for my money back.

Absolutely awful service. ordered at 19:00 and it came at 20:45pm. Order was completely wrong and it was cold. Took over 1 hour to be cooked and i said ASAP delivery. I tried 5 times to call the place and no answer all 5 time. So so overrated and this isn’t the 1st time this has happened.

Never get the correct order, domino's in general is nice but, orders over the past 12 month from the leigh branch have been so poor, poorly made pizza usually missing topping or just wrong order in general, shocking customer service, when phone to have orders corrected staff do not care. We have had vegetarian pizzas come with bits of meat on in the past. No apology, management are rude and dismissive. Decided to review as today was the final straw. Will no longer order from here again.

We ordered for our office as it was a member of staffs birthday- asked for it for 12pm it came at 1135 all staff staff in a meeting and the food went cold as it was delivered early Spoke to staff at the takeaway they did absolutely nothing!! Poo service - won’t use again

Overrated and overpriced, toppings were sparse, poor base. Do not recommend to anyone, better to go and spend money in another pizza company.

Received wrong pizza ,rang up was told it's what I ordered very argumentative.would not change it ,the week before I ordered a tub of ice cream received the wrong one ,didn't bother ringing up over that .they need to step up on customer service ,no one knows what they are doing .

As you can see from the photos not a great pizza. Only got 4 /5 meatballs and not even all over the pizza. (All on one piece just looks like it’s been thrown on) The pizza should be even all over with its toppings. A little poor really, the pepperoni pizza was very greasy / oil running off the bottom. Half the cheese in the middle on one and not even.

My pizza arrived & was clear there had been cross contamination. My partner doesn’t eat pork & after eating some of the pizza we found some ham. It wasn’t part of the topping, so clearly had found its way there by another means. Called the shop to complain & was offered fresh pizza. However I will not be eating from here again. Just a good job we don’t have allergies

Brought the wrong order, I never recieved part of the order and rang asking for a refund. They agreed as long as someone came to collect what had been delivered. This was done and still waiting for a refund.

Ordered a meal for one, waited for over an hour and when I rang up my order hadn't come through to them but the money had already come out of my account. Utterly useless

High quality. Buy on an offer and it's not to much more expensive than a local place.

I just think it's over-rated. I have had similar products from other suppliers that are just as good, if not better, tasting for half the cost. The staff are lovely but the pizzas are nothing special

Repeated issues with orders. Manager isn't bothered, promised replacement for order on next visit and told company policy is not to replace at another time. Just avoid and spend your money somewhere else.

Order placed at 19:30 for large pizza, wedges and garlic bread. Arrived to home at 19:55 with the pizza undercooked and not edible. Called to complain at 19:59 and spoke to boy on the desk, explained to him and he would pass me to a manager. He passed me to another boy who I explained again the problem, he then said he would pass me to a manager. Spoke to assistant manager who seemed unapologetic and told me to send pizza back. I explained that I wanted another pizza to be made and a full refund, she agreed to refund the pizza but nothing else. I agreed to order more wedges my family had eaten them and recook another pizza which I had ordered. I waited another 40 minutes for delivery driver to arrive without any pizza but only wedges!! I called store and spoke to assistant manager at 20:41 who told me that she misunderstood and thought we didn't want a pizza at all!! I decided to go to the shop and speak to her face to face. At 21:00 I arrived at the shop and spoke to assistant manager, I explained that I did not do anything wrong as pizza wasn't cooked and only eaten wedges and garlic bread as pizza not arrived at all. I explained I wanted full refund and didn't want 50% off next time as I wont be ordering again. Whilst at the shop I witnessed customer food being dropped on the floor and still served and staff taking food from customer order to eat themselves. Assistant manager attitude was disgraceful and did not care that I had waited 1.5 hours and still had no pizza.

My thanks to the store manager who told me to go to pizza hut if I wasn't happy. Wow, Pizza Hut pizzas are so much better! After using Domino's in Leigh for many years for out Saturday take out night. We must have spent quite literally 1000's of pounds over the years. When an order arrived a small pizza short the store manager was intransigent and insisted it was not ordered. As I know I ordered it and my confirmation email showed it there was clearly a glitch in the system and asked him for the benefit of the doubt and just send me the small pizza as a goodwill gesture. He would not budge and insisted I was asking for a 'free pizza'. On pointing out I had actually paid for the pizza it just didn't reach him for some reason he then shifted the blame from me to the Domino's system and proudly boasted that he didn't work for Domino's, they were a franchise and the owner of Domino's Leigh owns 46 stores. He said that if I wanted another pizza I'd have to pay for it and repeated he doesn't give away free pizzas. I was getting nowhere so said to him that if this is the caseI may as well go to Pizza Hut and buy one there. At this point he said "OK go on then". I did, the Pizza Hut pizza was quite brilliant so I will be going there for my Saturday Night take out from now on. Thanks Domino's!
