Had to wait 3hr or more food was cold and tasted terrible. Will never go to this takeaway again.

Food was terrible, had to wait 3hrs, wouldn't recommend and we had to warm food up in microwave. We have been ill since this ordeal

Service is terrible I orderd food Saturday 2hrs later still not delivered. I cancelled order and they never sent money back Robbery keep the money will never use this takeaway again

We ordered breaded mushrooms and received plain mushrooms with garlic on top so I rang the takeaway and said it was wrong where they then explained to me that the breaded mushrooms are plain mushrooms with garlic on and if I want the ones with the bread on them I need to order garlic mushrooms, I then asked for a refund and the girl on the phone said she will, we went back and then was told that I ordered the wrong item and aren't allowed a refund, the worker was cocky and told us to leave and waved goodbye. The food is wrong more than half the time and service is atrocious don't go here

I have ordered my food at 6.10 pm they said it will be an hour it came at 7.45 pm got jacket potatoe with cheese and butter ask for a strawberry milkshake when it got delivered my food was cold and never got my strawberry milkshake. I would not recommend this shop

Always been our go to place but will be finding somewhere new from now on, food was later than estimated (can live with that if they are busy), hair in pizza & bone in chicken kebab. Also spent £43 and didn’t even get a free garlic bread 😔 Very disappointed this time round, can’t leave a review elsewhere as ordered on WiganEats!

Great takeaway place local to me and food is always nice and hot when I ring up before hand. Top tier food and staff.

Ordered online. Delivery was meant to be 45 to 60 mins. 80 mins later it arrived. Firstly chips like rubber. Secondly I asked for no salad. The default on the order system says no salad but yes to the individual salad items so obviously I change all these to no. But I end up with a salad on my donner. I ring up and get told no you ordered salad. I send proof by what's app and then get told because I selected no it created a double negative soni go salad. The order I can see shows salad items in red. The receipt.hw sends me has a minus infront of salad items and a plus in front of mayonnaise. My husband item has a plus all salad. How can that be misread. Finally offered the reduction of the cost of my meal off my next order. Won't be going again so they're quids in and I'm hungry and out of pocket! Disgusting to try to blame the customer when there's written proof.

States online a free garlic bread over £12.. £30 food derived with no free garlic beard and when I rang I got a arrogant person on the phone !! Down right rude and disrespectful!

WAITED A HOUR AND FORTY-FIVE MINUTES FOR A PIZZA AND DRINK, WHEN THE DELIVERY FINALLY ARRIVED THERE WAS NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY IT HAD TAKEN SO LONG, ACTUALLY, THERE WAS NO DIALOG AT ALL, THE FOOD IS NICE BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONE EXISTENT.

My go to takeaway for a donner kebab! Last few times I've ordered they've been earlier than the stated time. Sometimes they can be late but always polite enough when you ring them to see how long your food will be. Their sweet chilli sauce is amazing!!!

My partner n son enjoy the food I only eat the pizza but I think they change the Tom base coz it's not as nice as b4 and Donna meat is too peppery for me but the others enjoy it so its down to own taste xx

Seems like they've changed their cheese that they use on the pizzas, completely ruined it for me. It's a shame as I used to order here quite frequently, but now will be looking for elsewhere. Would rather them put the prices up than change ingredients to keep costs low.

Great food but found a 2 foot long black hair in my food. They hid my feedback on just eat.

Placed collection order which wasnt ready until 15 minutes after stated time, got home to find parts missing and had to go back for another 15 minute wait. Food is always good and normally no issues, just a bit of bad service as when I got back home again my food was freezing cold - only a 5 minute walk between shop and my house.

I placed my order online at 20:30 and its currently 22:10 still waiting. I rang them up said its still cooking rudely on the phone. Avoid

The fact the food is actually really good is the only reason i use this place. 10 out of 10 for food no question. BUT the service and delivery service is beyond shocking, its by FAR the worst by a long shot. You are told it will be 45 minutes at the most and your extremely lucky if you receive your order in under 2 hours. EVERY single time without fail. Constantly ringing to chase your order up and constantly told the same thing. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out if your taking more orders then more delivery drivers are required. Its a shame to say ill no longer be using Munchies after the last few experiences. VERY VERY POOR

Ordered donner meat burger chicken nuggets and chips was told 45 mins got to an hour and a half phoned them the girl said my food was still being cooked I asked why she said the got really busy so in other words they dealt with people's orders after I ordered an stuffed me off the food turned up just over 2hours after I placed my order will not order here again

i ordered my food at 6:01 exactly it is currently 8:10 and were still waiting for are food! ridiculous! every time we ring the person who answers tells us the same thing! itll be 10 mins or 20 mins or what ever.... the service is horrendous, fair enough it gets busy but christ dont accept any more orders if your already drowning in orders!

Waited 2hours 20mins for our food, the website said it would be between 45-50mins then recieved a email saying they need an extra 30mins which is fine at least we're informed. But this aint the 1st time its took over 2 hours. We pay via paypal so i guess when you have already paid you go to the back of the queue, i suspect if you pay on delivery it would arrive on time. I certainly would of cancelled my order if i hadnt paid in advance. I would avoid ordering unless you want to wait 2hours+.

Always a weekly treat 1st day off work staff are very friendly always up for a laugh and a joke. Food always fills me up definitely recommended

Owners are a bit dry some reviews call them grumpy and rude but this is simply untrue. Engage with them they are very friendly and warm . I went to collect a breakfast everyday after working a night shift as visiting Nurse, everyday the food was prefect. Varied menu and perfectly cooked at the best prices. By the end of the week they treated me like family fantastic people and I will use everytime im in the area Would highly recommend this place its also spotlessly clean

Waiting for delivery for 2 hours and 15 mins in ridiculous cant believe it its only up road get more drivers in or they are going to lose all customers. Plus food wasn't the best the time I have been waiting. Definitely not going there again dont even want give them a star

2 hours waiting for 2 pizzas is beyond a joke. I could nip to the supermarket, buy the ingredients, make them from scratch and cook them in less time.

It is nice to find a takeawy kebab shop that sells quality food at a fair price, I waited 60 mins for my food and that theses days is good.

Still waiting for part of the order we have paid for.... Been waiting 4 hours now... Not looking hopeful.... Maybe it will come tomorrow.

Ordered for delivery. came half an hour late! Phoned the takeaway and the woman I spoke to was polite enough but No one else was! Delivery driver was rude and my order was wrong! When i phoned to tell them i waited another 40mins for the correct food to come! the food is good is average with other takeaways. Its a gathering of kids when you walk in. If you want a takeaway I'd recommend somewhere else

not had it for hear for a long time. Ordered for last 3 weeks on saterday can only say best pizza and taste and there chicken kebabs i have had.

Been going here every friday for 6 years and occassionally they got the order wrong, but tonight i rang and complained and they wouldnt replace the order, said i could go back and pick uo the chilli sauce that was missing and expect to not replace the kebab even afyer a 40minute round trio, well tonight they have lost a loyal customer, shocking customer service

Actually can’t belive I ordered my food from here at 6 and said it was going to be here at 7 but ended up being an hour late with missing items, this is not the first time it has happened, they sometimes have good service but recently have gone down hill and I have been a regular customer for a while, but I don’t think I will be ordering from here anymore. My fillet burger was burnt and there was no mayonnaise which I asked for, the chips were also cold and they missed off the garlic bread, we rang back several times asking how long they would be with our food and every time we rang they said they would be 5 minutes which was a lie and I was extremely annoyed, really wouldn’t recommend, meant to be fast food but that’s the longest I have ever waiting for food.

If you're hungry and are thinking about ordering from this take away choose somewhere else as on more than 2 occasions I have waited for over 2 hours and the last time I ordered I cancelled the order after phoning Nearly 2 hrs after placing the order only to be told it would be a further 20 mins., oh but they did say that they were busy!!!!

Now and again we order from this shop not all the time if you going shop an order it's quicker if you order on line you could be waiting an hour or more but that depends on how busy they are at times every days different I just love there salad wraps. Ordered food at 5 o'clock and I was told 1hour 30 minutes total time for food rang up at 7,30 to be told that my food was cooking and would be another 30 minutes owner was shouting abuse in the background girl on the phone was not helpful at all won't be ordering again

I’m a vegetarian of over 30 years-ordered a little pizza with 3 Toppings, mushrooms, fresh chillis and peppers got chilli beef instead of chillis! Complained and the owner refused to speak to me and hung up-absolutely livid that food places these days cannot understand a simple food order like that and that I, as a customer was spoken to in such a disgusting way. **never order from here**

Always over an hour late. Constantly burnt pizza. Always forgetting red salt when asked and remind. And forgets garlic bread half the time. Ask for no salad come with everything. Say allergic to tomato ketchup so dont put any on com3s covered in the stuff call and complain. Say they sorry but thats it no food to cover it. Not polite over the phone at all. No offer of a refund at any points. Used to always order here but last few months it sucks so won't be ordering anymore.

Wait is over an hour and that is pick up ... delivery over 2 hrs on a saturday night ... depends on chef how tasty the food is ..

Not only was the food look warm it weren't very good at all and didn't bring kids meals then when I rang up was very snotty and didn't care that kids meals were missing on phone with me I'll be going elsewhere in future

Well the only thing I can say is that the food is got was dry chicken chips that was soaked in grease and Donnar meat that you could tell it wasn't fresh and it was all reheated food with the order wrong with no chips and it stayed free garlic bread which we didn't receive will not be going back

Orderd tonight and they said 30 minutes after 1 hour we rung them and they said it will be another 15-25 minutes. The food was only warm when it came aswell. There was no apologies for it being so late or anything offers free for our wait. We WILL not order from them again.

used to be a great takeaway but not any more ,, i live four hundred yards from the shop and two weeks on the run ive ordered my food to be told one hour , then one hour and forty five minutes later ive had to ring to ask where my food was to be told its on its way then it turns up burnt and dry with hairs in it !!! i have been a customer for years , if this is how they treat there regulars i dread to think what the rest get. sorry to be brutal but youve lost this customer..

Order took 1hr 45 mins after 2 phone calls finally got delivery. Food was very over cooked all we could taste was burn. Would not place an order ever again, food terrible and delivery time ridiculous, never again.

Nos alojamos en la mejor kebabs. Los chefs supervivencia kebabs en pan Naan era enorme y rellenos de donner, cordero y pollo. La porción era enorme, pero la calidad también era genial. En sólo 12 libras con pepperoni pizza y pan de ajo fantástica no lo puedo recomendar lo suficientemente. Sin duda hacer de esto nuestro restaurante normal de entrega de ahora en adelante.

buena comida en cuando te pica, pero tardó 2 horas y 10 minutos. Wen nos decepcionó que dijeron que 45 minutos. Así que ya no estará pidiendo desde allí han perdido nuestra a medida ya que ha sido igual 3 últimas veces nos decepcionó a ellos y también en 1 de ellos ocasiones parte de la orden estaba equivocado.
