Oliva in Wigan

Awful food, ordered Donner kebab turned out to be cold as for the salad you got 1 piece of tomato and 1 piece of cucumber some onion cabbage and that was it not worth the price paid will not be returning to the shop must be better places to go

There a few good takeaways on whelley close to where i reside,oliva is my number 1 go to while at home . Fast delivery time ,good quality. their pitzza dough is something different,i really wish to know their recipe! Try them meat feast ,the meatballs are quite something. They also have kebabs which i tried once and it was amazing .Friendliness is the key to keep customers coming back to your business,they are the master of it . Thank you sir

They are such fun staff always have a good laugh with them and food is great too

The staff here are all extremely friendly and the service is relatively quick, usually a 10 to 15 minute wait for your order. The food here is very good for price and the pizzas are easily the BEST that I have ever tasted! Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Well mannered...clean...offer a wide range of dishes....not just kebab and chips and burgers....they do lasagna and chilly...

Love the food and order regularly. However, the delivery driver is a thief. He gave me the bill and I gave him notes but said I'd grab an odd 10p for him. I left the door open while I went to get the 10p.came back and he had gone with my change. Not acceptable. They've also stopped doing the free garlic bread and minimum order is £17

Got a Calton it was cold and cheese was not even melted never go again

Always order a mixed kebab from here and its great. Garlic mayo is fantastic and delivery always quick.

Saturday evening I bought a pizza in this place! Rude staff and the pizza was so hard and impossible to digest! I will not come back anymore

Oliva is local for me and is awesome. Everything is fresh, especially the pasta dishes, which are both amazing and massive.

They sent the wrong pizza and won’t change it

Foods amazing wouldn’t go anywhere else for a kebab! Pasta is very nice too Prices are really good and portions are filling . Always get a free cheesy garlic bread with every order too !

Got a pizza last night but it wasn't right so had to take it back, yes they did replace it with another but not what was ordered so had to go back again, to be met with insults and violence not just towards myself but my partner who is pregnant, the pizza was thrown at me by the people in the shop then they came round the counter and started with a woman and myself absolutely disgusting behaviour, I will never order from here again

Waiting for pizza 1h 30 min and after calling them they have the arrogance to said is already delivered. This is how they respect there clients..... very bad

£8.50 for a sub standard mixed Kebab. Worse than poor. Lamb inedible.

Always been a regular customer here. Ordered tonight for collection at 17.56. Confirmation to pick up at 19.11. OK they must be busy. Collect at said time only to see receipt states food had been ready for 1 hour therefore is cold. Went to complain and told its my fault for being late. How can I be late if I went at 19.10. He said I should ignore the collection time. Wouldn't do anything about it . Well you've lost yourself a good customer.

Ordered from Oliva and within 40 minutes our meals were at the door, hot, brilliant food at a quick delivery with no delivery charge. will definitely be ordering again!

The pizza had the consistency of wet cardboard and the tortellini was inexplicably bland. This place clearly does not care about quality

Spot on will definately be visiting again, i can recommend the chicken Kebab and folded cheese garlic pizza.

Waited 90mins for order to arrive, when I phoned up to see why it was delayed I was told very abruptly that they were busy. I also pointed out that I had been charged £2 for delivery and service and was told I hadn't and then the person hung up the phone. When my order arrived I showed the driver my receipt to prove I had been charged and he told me he knew I had because it was on his copy of the receipt. Due to the attitude of the staff I wouldn't use them again which is a shame because the food was quite good.

Love this place. The food is always delicious. Sometimes it does take a but longer for delivery but I think its because they are so busy and popular. I love their Shish Kebab best one I have ever tried. Staff are very friendly too.

Whats the point in putting instructions on delivery notes if they don't read them... over an hr late delivering food then for the driver to ring and say he's returning food to the shop as cant find house I directed him from where he was and still he was moaning to me on the phone. Then when finally got here no sorry but my partner made the mistake of saying if you would have just put the road we told you to in sat nav you would of found us the delivery man then threw the food at my partner like thst wasn't going to escalate an argument disgusting service I've called the shop got a sorry but nothing more. still won't be eating pizza that's been chucked on the floor... First time and last time ordering here...

Best pizza/kebab/pasta shop in town.

This food was almost 2 and a half hours late, they forgot our drinks and all the food was cold not happy with this place at all.

I've used this fast food restaurant for years.when It opened it was excellent, it was fast tasty and good value. Recently the last meals have been sub standard to say the least to the point where I said I wouldn't use them again.i decided to give them another chance but once again the meal was poor.the service is good and delivery is fast but I think the quality of the ingredients is of a poor standard this time I ended up not eating the kebab because of the quality of the donner nearly had my fillings out.

The food is good but cant help but feel we are being ripped off. we telephoned ordered from the menu and the prices given to us were not the same. we are being charged the prices from just eat as opposed to direct from them also the menu states free delivery over £8 there are a few of us that order so orders are between £30 and£40 but still there is a delivery charge. they have rounded up the prices it may only be a couple of quid difference but when there are a group of us ordering regularly a few times a week it soon adds up wouldn't like to think how much extra they have had of us

Ordered from here a few times prices are never the same. In store prices and online prices are two completely different things as well as the shop rounding prices up when you order by phone. When questioning the owner about this all as he did was ban us from the shop

Waited over an hour and half on Sat ended up having to phone order arrive part of it was wrong and some missing. The delivery man said he would return but never did. Normally a regular here but will be trying elsewhere next time.

I called 5 times and each time they said it was noise and I don't understand what I'm saying, but the noise was in their store. And they hung up the phone, I've been a customer for 2 years but it was the last time, congratulations

Absolutely a joke ther sai 30 to 40 mins fo delivery, 1 hour 20 mins later no sign , I rang back and they went through my order again they said it would be ready soon, not even started it , I’m up at 5 am and ordered to make life easy now waiting from another takeaway which I should have gone to anyway, now I remember why I didn’t order from them for a good while, menu ripped up never again total waste of space and grease is unbelievable on kebabs be aware , please don’t waste your money

We went to Oliva for my son's birthday celebrations(his choice). We ordered over the phone and asked for the food to be delivered at 6.00pm. We had pizza and kebabs and the food was hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. Excellent service and excellent food. Definitely recommend.

Decent food, friendly staff, they do a mean kabab and some of the burgers are huge, great value for money and they try to stuff you full by always putting free garlic brad with cheese on your order

Never fails to impress the kebabs are so tasty and grease free. Always clean and you can even watch them cook your meal

Having tried many kebabs in and around Wigan. This is by far the BEST! And for under a tenner they will deliver too. Great takeaway!
