put note on saying no mushrooms due to allergic and the calazone still come with mushrooms, had to throw away, waste of money.

Amazing food Low price Fast delivery

No issues with the food delivery and the pizza was tasty. Ordered at 1AM and food came at 2AM within the allocated delivery time for a busy Friday night. The only thing that possibly could have been improved was more availability with answering the phone with order update

Food was cold and was over charged I only received 10 % discount instead of 40%

Shocking service, 2 hours+ still no food, called the place twice (they didnt answer multiple times) to ask where order is and get the generic "its 10 mins away" struggling to understand what I'm saying, joke of a place

Ordered from here at 12:30 am and never received my food. Multiple chances to contact the restaurant made by myself and Deliveroo and no response was given. Shop closed at 1am so I highly suspect that they accepted the order and didn’t finish in time so just left it? No explanation or attempt made to communicate after we left our number on the voicemail. Was made to wait until 3am until we decided to give up and accept the fact that the food wasn’t going to arrive. Unprofessional, disgusting and lazy.

Pizza was undercooked chips were cold

They only delivered half of the order instead of ham and pineapple pizza twisty chips we ended up with chicken strips and chips

Food cold and tastes like it’s been cooked then cooked again, delivery was shocking

mixed reviews nicest food I've had from a takeaway in wigan bar none. BUT delivery took 2 hours and staff wasn't helpful when called also forgot bottle of coke and did not get this delivered.

The pizza that was ordered had no tomato base what so ever! gutted because the previous pizza ordered from here was perfect! so not sure if they just ran out of tomato base or just couldn't be bothered to add it.

Donner kebab had no bread with it, chicken wings were cold and chewy with fat on them still. chips were soggy and piri piri sauce wasn't spicy enough

Food delivery was late and we did ring the restaurant but when it arrived it was lovely. Hot and great quality. The 500ml milkshake turned out to be a 400ml yazoo but apart from that and being late. No complaints

waited over 2 hours still no food

BAG OF ******!! Missed off one full kebab meal and 2 cans of drink. Rang multiple times to either have the called unanswered or put the phone down on me... Donner meat was burnt, garlic bread was over greasy and one of us left hungry because off missing meal. Don't not recommend and will be opening a dispute case with uber eats.

the app left me waiting from ''weve got it" so I just had to keep checking my phone ,never updated but the food was amazing

Ordered from here a couple of times now, I used love this place but then went off it…. The food has gone brill again, does the best chilli sauce and their pizzas are brill

I wasn’t made up with the portion sizes and when queried the staff wasn’t sure if it was small or large but would still take payment for the large portion, I had an hungry child at home so had to settle.

I didn’t receive my order I rang the shop itself & told them and they buttoned me told me to go through my just eat app for a refund also spoken to the delivery driver and he was saying I passed it the wrong address mines no.3 he passed it to no.1

speed of service was great, food tasted great too, however left very cross as the driver didn't read the message to driver, asked not to ring doorbell but call when arrived and instead chose to ignore that. very disappointed will not be ordering again for this 1 reason

I always order from pizza planet as I am always happy , today I changed my delivery time from 7 o'clock -8o clock. I rang at 8:30 and they had forgotten about my order, the pizza was just warm and no garlic bread.

No prawns or garlic sauce which I paid extra for Way Too much base sauce in both pizza Chicken was dryer than the bottom of a bird cage. Normally really good but tonight it was horrendous 10pm website said it was on its way. 10.05 got a call to say no prawns so they hadn’t even started making it. We ordered just b4 9. Very disappointed

Waited nearly 2 hours for food, rang three times. Rude and disrespectful on the phone and several times said they would be 10-15 mins and they took over 3.5 hours to deliver. Myself and Deliveroo were unable to reach the restaurant via phone on several occasions and they didn’t seem too bothered that we were complaint about our order. Once the food arrived it was cold and bland. Most of the order was incorrect and not what we had ordered. The place left our stomachs feeling off and unwell for a few hours with us fighting for the toilet all night. I will not be ordered food from this place again and would not recommend it to any of my family and friends.

Always ordered from here when we lived on Woodhouse Lane, then the new delivery driver put us off big time, food took hours to come and he couldn’t care less. Tried it again as staff are always lovely, food good, not overpriced etc.. glad we gave it another chance and the delivery guy must have been sacked 🤣

Ordered a Mexican pizza which was delcious - Good job it was because the Garlic Chicken and Sweetcorn pizza was literally a garlic bread pizza - which we got free anyway. £18 for 1 9inch Mexican and 2 garlic breads. Useless.

I had ordered food 2 hours ago, and still not received the food. I called up after I was told the time when food should arrive, to be told by the person on the phone that the driver would be with me shortly. The food still hasn’t arrived an hour later, I have tried calling again for an update but there is no one picking up the phone and hasn’t done for the past 15 min

The lamb kebab was overcooked and tuff!! Could not eat it

First time I have used this place. I had the double chicken fillet burger (1/2 lb!!) and I would have that over KFC!! My son had a large chicken tikka kebab and said it was delicious. Only thing I didn't like was the chips with the burger. Nothing wrong with them but not my type. I was too full after that burger anyway!!

Never received my dinner meat salad

By far the best cheesy garlic bread I've had in a long time I got a meat feast with chilies and olives think they forgot the olives but it was lovely the chips were soggy but I live far away from the restaurant the garlic sauce was nice but the chili sauce tastes of tomato sauce ketchup which I didn't like and the kebab was lovely the meat was juicy not dry and lots of flavour I would definitely recommend that you order from here and the stuff were helpful and the delivery was well within the time limit they said.

The lamb and chicken was good, however the chips where stale and the donner meat tasted like it was out of date so only half my meal was edible.

I usually hate trying new places because I seem to get disappointed every time. However, this is the exception. The estimated delivery time was 1hr-1hr 20 mins. It came after 50 mins which I wasn’t expecting as it was a decent way away from us and a Saturday night at 1am. We ordered a calzone, cheesy chips, Curley fries and a king burger. Every single thing was amazing! It was all hot and cooked brilliantly. The size of the burger for the price is amazing too. The best part was in our food, there was a wrap that was sent for us to try, and I can honestly say it was the nicest chicken shwarma wrap I’ve ever had! Me and my fiancé probably loved that the most. 10/10 will 100% be returning. And I will be getting that wrap! Would also like to add that the driver was so lovely and polite too, they didn’t just basically throw the food to us like some places do. Honestly cannot fault this place and im glad you have change my mind of trying a new place!

If I could rate zero stars that still would not be low enough! Ordered food took nearly two hours to arrive, was told countless times “food was on the way” and “we turned up” despite standing outside waiting for the food and no one was there at all. When we rang up to complain about the waiting time and the food not arriving we were lied to and made to believe our food was on the way. Rang them a final time after nearly two hours waiting and my partner was hung up on. Uber eats and Deliveroo should not allow a “business” who can not deliver.

I ordered a few minutes before closing time,which I won't do again because I think it caused them some stress...sorry guys. Delivery was late but they gave extras to make up for the delay, which was very kind of them. The man that delivered was nice too, a credit to the place.

Worst pizza my son has ever had!! Been a customer of here for years but something is definately going wrong lately. Ordered a Mighty Sausage pizza which is supposed to have spicy sausage, garlic sausage, smokey sausage and pepperoni got i pizza that had chunky slices of raw garlic on it!! apparently they don't stock Garlic sausage so they thought added sliced raw garlic would be the same....Who the hell chops down on raw garlic slices. If you don't have the ingredient, take it off the menu or just tell people when they order, don't try a botch job. Chips tasted wierd too..either old stale oil or they have been left sat in polystyrene tray for a while.....Sorry, You have just lost a long time customer cause i won't be back🤢🤢🤢🤬 That's £20 straight in the bin!!

Food was awful. Nuggets not cooked properly, chios were vile and the garlic bread cheese pizza was rancid. No mozzarella cheese was used, some disgusting cheddar cheese was used instead.
