Really cold and chicken you couldn’t chew it was so hard.

Food was late. However was lovely once it arrived.

left the wet floor in rain and the driver didn't bother knocking or rang the bell just left the food on the floor

food was amazing, came on time and was piping hot.

Very disappointed with our order tonight, we usually can’t fault planet pizza and order often but our pizzas were stone cold on delivery. Hopefully it’s a one off 🤷‍♀️

The food was good and on time. But the last three orders I have placed were only warm and not hot, and no matter which way you try to warm it up (microwave or oven) it changes the texture which is a bit disappointing.

Never ordered from here before. Would order again. The pizza is really nice!! One of the best take out pizzas I’ve had. 5 mins late but was still worth it. Would order again! Keep up the good work Pizza Planet!!

didn't bother ringing the bell or ringing my phone to let me know the food was here it was just left on my bin it was only when I looked out my window that i noticed my gate was wide open so i went down to find it on my bin barely warm

Was really cold tonight and pizza ( hot&spicy )was loaded with cheese 😞

Food is brilliant and price is great

The meat in the kebab box was very dry. Chicken was over cooked. Pizza was soggy like it had barely been cooked. The packaging of the food also smelt damp and musty. Not nice at all

Pizza base was thick and doughy. Undercooked. Barely any tomato sauce. No fresh tomatoes as advertised. Lacking flavour.

i had called the restaurant and they had my food ready but the driver hasn’t set off yet.

Placed order 17.15 today it's now 19.00 still no food rung them up said on way ya ok won't be using this place again bet driver gone bradford

Always been good food from here but today has really shocking. Food arrived 15 minutes late and half our order was missing. Tried to ring restaurant and noone answered. Half family not eaten, can't speak to anyone - even emailed through their website direct and no call. Shocked at this poor service!

I left a review on a more recent order where there were issues. Turns out the driver forgot half the food, turned up again about half an hour after. Luckily food was hot and of the normal high quality so I'm fixing my review. Good food, usually fast service and affordable. Can't really complain - just need someone to answer the phone 😀

part of my order was wedges with cheese but on arrival I found there was no cheese on my wedges. not really a big issue as I understand the shop was really busy tonight and minor mistakes sometimes do happen

Ordered a kids meal pizza and chips never got pizza order wrong just extra chips that I never ordered

put note on saying no mushrooms due to allergic and the calazone still come with mushrooms, had to throw away, waste of money.

No issues with the food delivery and the pizza was tasty. Ordered at 1AM and food came at 2AM within the allocated delivery time for a busy Friday night. The only thing that possibly could have been improved was more availability with answering the phone with order update

Food was cold and was over charged I only received 10 % discount instead of 40%

Shocking service, 2 hours+ still no food, called the place twice (they didnt answer multiple times) to ask where order is and get the generic "its 10 mins away" struggling to understand what I'm saying, joke of a place

Ordered from here at 12:30 am and never received my food. Multiple chances to contact the restaurant made by myself and Deliveroo and no response was given. Shop closed at 1am so I highly suspect that they accepted the order and didn’t finish in time so just left it? No explanation or attempt made to communicate after we left our number on the voicemail. Was made to wait until 3am until we decided to give up and accept the fact that the food wasn’t going to arrive. Unprofessional, disgusting and lazy.

Ordenado desde aquí a las 12: 30 am y nunca recibí mi comida. Múltiples oportunidades de contactar con el restaurante hechas por mí y Deliveroo y no se dio respuesta. La tienda cerró a la 1 am, así que sospecho que aceptaron el pedido y no lo terminaron a tiempo, ¿así que lo dejaron? Ninguna explicación o intento de comunicarse después de dejar nuestro número en el buzón de voz. Nos hicieron esperar hasta las 3 de la mañana hasta que decidimos rendirnos y aceptar el hecho de que la comida no iba a llegar. Poco profesional, asqueroso y perezoso.

They only delivered half of the order instead of ham and pineapple pizza twisty chips we ended up with chicken strips and chips

Food cold and tastes like it’s been cooked then cooked again, delivery was shocking

mixed reviews nicest food I've had from a takeaway in wigan bar none. BUT delivery took 2 hours and staff wasn't helpful when called also forgot bottle of coke and did not get this delivered.

Cold food had go out walk round lookin for him binned it was cold

The pizza that was ordered had no tomato base what so ever! gutted because the previous pizza ordered from here was perfect! so not sure if they just ran out of tomato base or just couldn't be bothered to add it.

Donner kebab had no bread with it, chicken wings were cold and chewy with fat on them still. chips were soggy and piri piri sauce wasn't spicy enough

Food delivery was late and we did ring the restaurant but when it arrived it was lovely. Hot and great quality. The 500ml milkshake turned out to be a 400ml yazoo but apart from that and being late. No complaints

waited over 2 hours still no food

BAG OF ******!! Missed off one full kebab meal and 2 cans of drink. Rang multiple times to either have the called unanswered or put the phone down on me... Donner meat was burnt, garlic bread was over greasy and one of us left hungry because off missing meal. Don't not recommend and will be opening a dispute case with uber eats.

the app left me waiting from ''weve got it" so I just had to keep checking my phone ,never updated but the food was amazing

put this order in. got the pizza I asked for. but no big bottle of pepsi with the order. I wouldn't mind but its £2.99. can I have the money refunded rather than cause a fuss please.

I didn’t receive my order I rang the shop itself & told them and they buttoned me told me to go through my just eat app for a refund also spoken to the delivery driver and he was saying I passed it the wrong address mines no.3 he passed it to no.1

I wasn’t made up with the portion sizes and when queried the staff wasn’t sure if it was small or large but would still take payment for the large portion, I had an hungry child at home so had to settle.

Over 1h:30 of wait, no communication...no proper updates regarding the delivery

speed of service was great, food tasted great too, however left very cross as the driver didn't read the message to driver, asked not to ring doorbell but call when arrived and instead chose to ignore that. very disappointed will not be ordering again for this 1 reason

I always order from pizza planet as I am always happy , today I changed my delivery time from 7 o'clock -8o clock. I rang at 8:30 and they had forgotten about my order, the pizza was just warm and no garlic bread.

No prawns or garlic sauce which I paid extra for Way Too much base sauce in both pizza Chicken was dryer than the bottom of a bird cage. Normally really good but tonight it was horrendous 10pm website said it was on its way. 10.05 got a call to say no prawns so they hadn’t even started making it. We ordered just b4 9. Very disappointed

Waited nearly 2 hours for food, rang three times. Rude and disrespectful on the phone and several times said they would be 10-15 mins and they took over 3.5 hours to deliver. Myself and Deliveroo were unable to reach the restaurant via phone on several occasions and they didn’t seem too bothered that we were complaint about our order. Once the food arrived it was cold and bland. Most of the order was incorrect and not what we had ordered. The place left our stomachs feeling off and unwell for a few hours with us fighting for the toilet all night. I will not be ordered food from this place again and would not recommend it to any of my family and friends.

Always ordered from here when we lived on Woodhouse Lane, then the new delivery driver put us off big time, food took hours to come and he couldn’t care less. Tried it again as staff are always lovely, food good, not overpriced etc.. glad we gave it another chance and the delivery guy must have been sacked 🤣

The lamb kebab was overcooked and tuff!! Could not eat it

Ordered a Mexican pizza which was delcious - Good job it was because the Garlic Chicken and Sweetcorn pizza was literally a garlic bread pizza - which we got free anyway. £18 for 1 9inch Mexican and 2 garlic breads. Useless.

I had ordered food 2 hours ago, and still not received the food. I called up after I was told the time when food should arrive, to be told by the person on the phone that the driver would be with me shortly. The food still hasn’t arrived an hour later, I have tried calling again for an update but there is no one picking up the phone and hasn’t done for the past 15 min

Horrible time of delivery. Chicken wings are dry. The chips taste just as horrible. Worst experience

First time I have used this place. I had the double chicken fillet burger (1/2 lb!!) and I would have that over KFC!! My son had a large chicken tikka kebab and said it was delicious. Only thing I didn't like was the chips with the burger. Nothing wrong with them but not my type. I was too full after that burger anyway!!

Use to order from hear but not been for a while due to orders being wrong, tried again and yet again items missing. Informed driver who didn't care, tried to contact resturant but no answer. Won't be going again.

Food was late and the phone was constantly engaged so we were unaware of where our order was. The restaurant finally answered the phone after 45 minutes and the food arrived 10 minutes later.

Thin crust ordered. Thick crust came. Order said delivered but wasn't. Tried to phone shop no one answered. Came 20 minutes late

Food was very tasty! Great garlic bread too! Only criticism is maybe a bit too much bbq sauce on the pizza! Other than that..great takeaway

the mighty meat had one piece of pepperoni on one slice waste of money was cold and the mozzarella just tasted of tomato sauce
