Delivery 45 mins late, stated delivered even tho wasn’t. Was rang from topway to say on its way despite saying was delivered. Wasn’t the best tasting either. Put us off reordering

Absolutely shocking how I got spoken to on the phone, I rang up to order a tray of donna meat and chips then he just said ok bye, I wanted order more items, I rang back n said how come you put the phone down mate, n he said u done with ur order so I put it down, I said that's not how you speak to customers. I went inside the shop to confront them and they was all argumentative. By the way if you order a donna kebab from here, the kebab is rock hard and it tastes like it's been out in the open for several days. I was a good customer until the new owners taken over.

Honestly this place never disappoints., I’ll not order from anywhere else. Every single time it’s spot on

2nd time ordering and gotta say probably one of the best kebabs I've had in a long time, everything was great and delivered piping hot. 5 star guys and thank you 😁👍

I was told my order would arrive by 19:40, it is now 20:59, my order hasn't arrived and I can't get in touch with the restaurant. 😤 The food was a treat for my son who did well at school. He is now off to bed hungry instead as our food was not delivered.

Very quick delivery time but food seemed very hastily thrown together. The sandwich had so much sauce on it that it was difficult to see or taste the tiny pieces of meat. The steak, chicken and chips special meal is actually just little pieces of meat thrown together with some sauce and a heap of salad so don’t expect an actual steak or anything! It was more like the insides of a kebab without the wrap. Definitely wouldn’t order that again.

I ordered a cheese burger with sweetcorn relish and tomato sauce. I received cheese burger with bbq sauce (I hate bbq sauce) Chips were like rubber (miss the old chips you used to serve)

A lot of food was either cold or wrong

I received the incorrect pizza, I also ordered fries with cheese and mushrooms, I don’t recommend this at all, the package was condensation filled so it was soggy, it also didn’t taste of very much, and it was all stuck together - grim. We didn’t end up eating the pizza, we ordered a vegetarian one for a reason - really disappointed to find chicken on it, very frustrating experience, won’t order again

Was really pleased with size of portion . Food was nice and hot when it arrived . The only thing i wasn't happy with was that the sandwiches were made with tiger bread which gives me terrible heartburn and cannot eat it . Is there anyway that you can let customer know what bread is used ? On the whole well done

I have ordered 2 kebabs, 1 burger, 6 hot wings and fries. When i received my order something was missing, i contacted the restaurant, the guy on the phone seems completely lost asked me 3 times the same questions. He did not apologize and said i will send my boy. Then when i wanted to start to eat my food, the fries were cold, the portion for £2.50 was ridiculous, the kebab was cold, the burger was cold, it s 22.45 pm I still waiting the missing food!!! Today they lost another customer. I do not recommend this place!!!!!

the garlic bread is so good from here could do with a bit of extra garlic but always still really nice and cheesy always enjoyed our food from here 😋

Excellent takeaway that my neighbour thankfully made us aware of. It is definitely not the nearest to our home, but it is the tastiest.

Order at 6:30pm for it to turn up at 8:30pm. Half the stuff I ordered didn’t come up. Food was freezing cold. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

Food arrived and only edible item was the burger. Chips were not nice at all and cold and had a strange taste. Was not a great experience at all.

The food was phenomenal. I ordered a double cheeseburger and it tasted incredible, no complaints there. The delivery time was less than desirable but I can understand its due to cold weather.

Steak,chicken chips and fried onions was amazing first time having that from here will be defo doing it again probably ask for more fried onions they made the meal

Food was late, which isn’t great but it was still warm so not too bad, the food itself was extremely disappointing, the calzone was wet and greasy, practically falling apart when I picked it up, garlic bread was fine not great but no real issues either, cheese cake was terrible, warm and wet from contact with the pizza, cheese fries were fine, might order again but not these items

Ordered the cheff special with chicken and was AMAZING! highly recommend. Also ordered 2 burger meals witch where also fabulous. First time ordering but definitely not the last. Massive thums up to the cheffs.

Always delicious, always hot & always on time, you can’t ask for more. However my husband thinks the portion sizes are smaller than other takeaways. I personally think the chicken twister wrap is the best I have had from anywhere, especially with the choice of salad & sauces.

Ordered food 2 hours ago - still not here. Phoned the restaurant to be told 20 minutes, then 10 minutes, then it’s on its way. Then no explanation just sorry we’re really busy. Stop accepting orders if you can’t keep up with the demand.

New owners do not care about their customers. The food is vile, the chips uncooked and raw, pizza deal had hardly any toppings, and the quality of the food and amount is poor at best.

First time ordering, ordered at 7:10pm, a couple of hours passed and no sign of my food, I called multiple times and no answer... I ended up going to a drive through because I was starving and had nothing in, got back and heard a knock at the door at 10:40pm with my food - 3 and half hours for a kebab and chips? I appreciate you must have been busy but shouldn't of accepted my order if this was the waiting time!!!

Was over an hour late so 2 hours in total from ordering the order, I tried to ring the shop on multiple occasions no answer. I give them the benefit of the doubt due to the same experience last time and it happened again, i will not be ordering again! Unless you want to wait HOURS for your food I wouldn’t bother!!!

Been waiting nearly two hours at the time of writing this. Where’s my food? Why was it marked as delivered over 40 mins ago. Can’t get in contact with the restaurant either. Really looking forward to finally getting my stone cold chips 😍🤢 would’ve got here faster if they’d stuck em in the postbox

only managed to get food as my son went down, they hadnt even started cooking it over 2 hrs after the order. then they got the order wrong. food although hot wasnt top quality so needless to say.. wont be ordering again.

Said to collect at 8.40 and went up in a taxi and it wasn’t ready. They said they would deliver it. Paid for a taxi there and back and food never turned up. Not answering the phone. Absolutely shocking. I better get my money back.

Best takeaway we’ve had in a long time!! Pizza’s were perfect, and the kebab meat was spot on!

The chicken kebabs were pretty boring. I asked for salad, there was none. Basically chicken with a pitta bread. Disappointed

Don’t often leave reviews on here but felt compelled to tonight, First time using Top Way but definitely won’t be the last, Probably the best Takeaway I’ve had in years, everything cooked perfectly and really tasty, plus great value for money, genuinely no complaints and will be using again.

The best pizza around!! Absolutely amazing! They did send us chicken wings instead of chips but we rang and they immediately sorted it out for us and sent us our chips! Definitely a new favourite x

Cancelled food as didnt want to pay on card and thay have tryed to take my money 4 times and today the money has gone out just rang the shop and spoke to the manager and he was so rude to me ans couldnt even help and hung up on my thia is a disgusting the way thay treat people thay should be ashamed

Not been here for a while but omg it’s not worth a miss as we orderd 2 baguettes position of chips and a 1.5lt Bottel of Pepsi came within the half hour piping hot and very tasty would definitely recommend keep the food standards like this and you will go a long while keep it up guys see you on the next

Ordered two American baguette sandwiches the meat was pink didn't like the taste the only thing was good was chips garlic bread with cheese I've tried it and. Won't be going back again

I have used topway on and off for years but this is my first return for a couple of years. I ordered on their website which said the pizzas were on offer, I had also received a discount offer which enticed me to return. firstly the order turned up over half an hour later than the time stated on the website once the order had been received. secondly the pizza i ordered turned up wrong, i asked for a meat feast and got a chicken and sweetcorn. Having already phoned to find out where my order was my son said he was ok to eat what had been delivered rather than what i had actually ordered, even though he isnt keen on chicken! i will not be using this company again in the future

Food an hour late and then wrong size pizzas turn up- ordered 12 inch and got 9- paid by card too so got charged for the larger ones. Topway used to be our favourite takeaway now the last few times we’ve had wrong orders, late deliveries and cold soggy food. Won’t be ordering again I’m afraid.
