As a frequent customer, I can support the fact that they never seem to mess up with orders compared to bigger corporations, and when they have done so, they have immediately rushed to bring a replacement. Love it here.

Food arrived late, poor quality, missing items and small amount considering the price. Called the shop, bad attitude. Sent out missing items, delivery driver was very confrontational... definitely won't be ordering from these again.

Took 1 hour 20mins for my food to arrive. The Jacket potato was pretty dry. The garlic mushrooms was the nicest part of the meal but even those were fairly soggy. I suspect it's because the food was sitting on a counter for half an hour before it got picked up which ruined the meal, i will never be ordering from here again - only gave it a try 'cos of its high rating.

Usually really good food and delivery time, my food was really disappointing, chips super soggy and nann bread solid, also was missing tub of sauce ordered.

We always order from De Roma as the food is always hot and tasty 😁 The only small issue we have is they normally forget 1 of our cans of pop, but besides that they're great 👍🏻

The Coleslaw had gone sour which was really off putting, I ate one peice of chicken but it was soggy (everything waa soggy) and I was really put off by the gone off Coleslaw as I questioned the standards of hygiene accross the whole meal. I have now seen they have a 1 star food hygiene rating so I'm glad I stopped eating!! Unfortunately would definitely not order and warning to others, check hygiene ratings first!

Only been here a handful of times and it's always on time and piping hot when it comes also tastes delicious. Best takeaway we have had in a while 😀

Unfortunately I can't upload video, fries soaking oil, it happens when in a cold oil putting fries and heating till frying temperature, they running business but I need to tell how it shut be done right

I would avoid De Roma and try somewhere else. Poor quality food. I know its only takeaway but it's bad. We received pizza with hardly any topping and the bases were burnt. A portion of soggy chips. To add insult to injury the food was bland. There are plenty of other pizza places in the wigan area. I'd try somewhere else.

Ordered a meal deal, One pizza burnt underneath, one pizza had barely any tomato sauce, chips were disgusting (luckily it was only a tiny portion) and the garlic bread was pure cardboard.

The only place in wigan I can find a banging fillet burger meal. Pizzas are also boss

The best pizza in town. I had a 12" chicken and mushroom and it hardly touched the sides. The wife had the ¼lb cheeseburger and it didn't let her down. Their chicken on the grill kebabs are also Wigan's best.

absolutely disgusting. Family have ordered from deroma for years. Last time i ordered they forgot the chicken from my meal. My dad rang and explained yet got sweared at on the phone and got the phone put down on him. Without an apology etc. We let it go as we ordered other things and they came fine. Ordered again today at 9.20 and get told it would be a 30 minute wait, which was perfectly fine. 45 minutes had passed so we rang again just asking where abouts it was. They told us the delivery driver had broken down and we would have to come and collect it, even though we paid delivery fees. We said no as we had paid, they told us it would be 20 minutes. We waited another 45 minutes then rang again. We got told our food wasn’t even made and they had no pizza bases left (we ordered two pizzas) and got told they couldn’t understand us. We arrived at the shop as they previously told us to collect? to see them closing the shutters on us. Tried to ring again yet the phone got put down - the lights were still on and the workers was still inside. Absolute disgrace.

Pizza tasted spicy when I didn't ask for any spice. Likely due to contamination due to poor hygine.

I paid for extra Donna meat and there was barely a sliver of meat on each slice of pizza, always very tight with their portions!

Ordered a takeaway on their own website and was accepted at 1630 for delivery at 1730. 1935 and nothing and no one answering the phone. Terrible service. I will never order from these again.

Hot wings best in wigan. Not the big KFC style ones just super crispy chicken skin hot wings. Chilli sauce amazing

Really good food, best pizza we've had in a while. But the delivery driver when I opened the door said I'm really far, I said oh sorry and he said you're 6 miles away. That's not really my problem? You set your mileage on the app? Made me feel super awkward.

They confirmed it had been delivered on time and hasn’t and donor burger was just donor meat on bread no burger. Curly fries and chips are soggy

The food was ok, but the pepsi they delivered was flat and not cold, when we looked the pepsi was out of date by over 12 months. Usually happy with the service but this was a let down.

The kebab was swimming in grease there was a pool of it in the corner - really unpleasant, cheesy chips where cold meaning cheese hadn’t melted properly and I pretty sure that if I would have order the quarter pound donner bark it would have been the same size.

pizzas great, ordered 2 desserts( cheesecake and gateau ) they were rock hard took 3 hrs to thaw???

My pizza was freezing cold and couldn't be eaten and there was no pepperoni on it

The 1/2 pound cheese burger was greasy, the deep pan pizza was tasteless also didn’t taste like a deep pan and the chips where tasteless with no salt. I don’t think I will be shopping here again.

The food was excellent. One of the nicest kebabs and calzones we’ve ever had. Unfortunately the awful weather meant it was over 1 hour late so it was a bit cold. But this was out of the restaurants control.

We have been a loyal customers for years and spend alot of money each month so obviously i rate the food and service in the past but on NYE there was a big chicken bone in my kebab with actually broke my back tooth in half. I went into the shop to let them no in case there was anymore in anyone's food and bring in my broken tooth. They wasn't interested, apolitical and at one point was going to say I never ordered off them(till they realised I had the justeat emails) They took my details and said the boss would ring which never happened, I wouldn't of wrote this reveiw if he had 👎 but just letting folk no to be carefull certainly with small children..I'm now waiting for a dental appointment for a tooth extraction 🦷😬 and I won't be ordering again which is a shame..

I ordered from here for the first time for a party we ordered 12 pizza which arrived bang on time and the food was absolutely perfect best pizza for a long time . Will be my new take away from now on thanks guys 🍕
