Was OK. Bit too much sauce on the pizza base

Awful experience. As approaching the entrance we could see it was quiet and the waitress who was cleaning could be clearly lip read as saying ffs. Entered the restaurant and greeted with 'its card only' by the miserable waitress. As she showed us to our seats she told us we had to order our food via the app. At this point I said to our party should we go somewhere else. The youngest of our party wanted to stay. We ordered 2 sharing pizzas and an individual. When it came the sharers were about the size of a 10" and the individual was 7" basically a child's pizza for £18. Presentation was terrible, looked like a toddler had made it. When biting into the individual the pizza dough was still raw in the middle and tasted Awful. At £18 for a child's pizza. Will never return, service Awful, food Awful and all at an extortionate price.

Got our order wrong twice, even tho you order on the app . Forgot item, then we got them later when we had finished everything else. The food was ok

My daughter and her 2 friends went for my daughter's birthday. Great service. Staff looked after them.

Pizzas and food are great. Not a fan of the online ordering system, going out for dinner and you’re forced to sit staring at a phone for part of it. Bringing back actual human interaction.

Very quiet when we arrived on Saturday 7.30pm. Not a fan of the "order on app" but it worked ok and service and food quality was good

I haven't had Pizza Hut since the States over three years ago. UK Pizza Hut is better in fact. The only thing is they assume you are going to run out without paying the bill, other than that, the pizza is amazing and they have the best salad bar in Greater Manchester.

Good food and good service staff friendly

We called in here before a gig at Wigan Warriors. Our server was a new girl, she was lovely and very competent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the salad bar was clean and fresh, the food came out piping hot and was excellent qqaa

Over priced for substandard pizzas.. Was hardly anyone in the place and took almost 45 minutes for 3 pizzas. Seems to be prioritizing take away orders.

I ordered medium pizza and fries. Order arrived stale, cold. Food was for my kids. I've been charged £25 for 7" little pizza, few old fries and small Pepsi. It's scandalous. I never had situation like this one. £25 for rubbish old, cold food, portion like for a small child. They took my money in seconds. I put everything in the trash as I will not risk. It was for my children. Shame how they rip people off. I will never ever buy even a water from this company. It's appalling.

Able to choose from the buffet which suited party with learning disabilities

Went for the first time in years and it was not good at all. Firstly, the food was SO overpriced. Secondly had to order on my phone which was not ideal as I wanted to pay cash and am not great with ordering online. There was 3 staff stood behind the bar which I found quite pointless as the drinks are self serve and you place your own orders. Also it made me feel quite uncomfortable because they was just looking at us the whole time as they had nothing else to do so felt pressured to order. On the website the pictures make to food look decent, however when we ordered the food was SO much smaller. The mac and cheese comes in a dish however, it is less than a centimetre deep two spoons and it’s gone, and the cheese bites were tiny and hollow had barely any cheese in. Also the sauce on the salad bar smelt gone off. Honestly a let down.

Sorry, and sad to write this as we used to love the Pizza Hut experience. Also this isn’t limited to Wigan as it happened in Blackpool too, so must be decisions at a higher level. As soon as you walk in… ‘we only take cards’ something I never understand, i was going to pay by card anyway, but believe the choice is mine not theirs. Ushered to a seat and then given the option to down load an app and order online.. this is the craziest request ever as we are in a restaurant as a treat and not ordering a takeaway.. After that request there was then an option for the waiter to take my order. Menu complicated, pricing not clear. Have to get our own drinks, no ice. Offered no salt, pepper, tomato sauce etc.. All in all not a experience I would want to repeat. Shame as Pizza Hut used to be right up there..

The sharing pizzas can turn out expensive, as one that feeds two is around £25 depending on what crust you want and any extras this can turn out a bit pricier than a traditional Italian restaurant. However, I pay these prices because the cheesy,garlic dough balls you can choose as a crust are amazing! This is an additional £5 to have as an optional crust, you get about 4 on each 'crust' per slice. The dough balls are self explanatory, cheesy and garlicky. ( And very tasty ) There is also the salad bar, which is free, this is just average nothing special but a nice free option that is for anyone who dines in. I can't comment on the service because everything is on the app. Atmosphere is a bit dull but it was 8 o'clock at night and including my self and partner there was around 3 others tables with people on it. I think you'd get some meal deals and money off by using pizza hut through just eat or deliveroo but I didn't see any on the app when dining in.

I have not been for years, and i have to say it's not changed at all. The food is still good but expensive, the service was good. I'm sure if the restaurant had a make-over, it would be a better place for it, and prices would be justified.

Visited yesterday before the fa cup match Wigan vs Manchester United. The place was packed with a queue outside. I'd like to say that the manager and staff were absolutely fantastic. They kept their cool under massive pressure and gave us a great experience. Congratulations, you are a credit to pizza hut. 👏 👏 👏

Pizza Hut always used to be one of those places where the pizzas had a taste of their own and used to be tastey. This meal was awful. Tastless. That also goes for the sides we had. And this ordering food on your phone lark is very frustrating when you have staff waiting around just to give you your drinks. Not in a rush to go back.

Three young ladies attended to us on our visit. There was an ingredient missing from my pizza, and they were so attentive and rectified it right away. They had a great attitude, and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring we enjoyed our visit. We were really impressed with them, and will revisit based on them alone. They deserve high praise for their superb customer service! The salad bar was fresh and clean. The pizza was tasty. The staff went above and beyond. Thanks ladies. We’ll be back soon.

Everything seemed to work well, I came at a very busy period, staff seemed to work really hard to make sure everyone was happy, the manager looked friendly approachable and looked like a great team leader, food was excellent, clean and tidy, 10/10

12pm on a Tuesday in Wigan, this is the £15 buffet I've paid for?!?!. Was asked to use the app to order which I declined. I had to ask for additional pizzas and pasta to be made, as they were too busy trying to sort their staff rotas out than serve the customers

Mollie was really helpful, especially explaining the meal deals and her professionalism with the children. Kids loved the food and hardly left a thing.

Salad bar had clearly been their all day with no rotation of fresh produce. The crispy onions, for example, were stretchy and very, very chewy, staff were profesional, speedy, and gave great services they sure did deserve their tip

The food was diabolical I had the meaty pizza and it was burnt and dripping in orange fatty oil and my partner had the lasagna and that was burnt and tasteless won't be going there again.

We came here today around 16.00pm , we ordered the melts meal deal £9.99 with the unlimited salad bar . Paid £20 for two meals. The melts wrap was very tasty , and large fries portion. We had a really friendly service from Lewy , he was polite and very welcoming. It was my first time here and I will be returning again. Keep up the good service lewy

Normally my go to and favourite place for a pizza. I love the salad bar but due to being busy no lettuce. Got home the pizza was burnt. I could not eat the crust and the rest was not much better. Was to far to go back and due to end of local football match traffic was horrendous. I will go back as never ever had a problem in the past but will check before I leave

Went last night with a party of twelve, for a twelfth birthday celebration. The food was good, salad bar fully stocked and the staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the lady I believe was the manager. Happy to recommend and will come again.

Limited pizza buffet options and it wasn't quick to be replenished.

Food was nice and hot. Family all enjoyed it. Massive shoutout to the staff who were really nice and went above and beyond when they accidentally made the wrong pizza for my girlfriend. They let her keep that one for free and made the new one. Totally recommend.

The place was dead, had to leave the bolton store (Horwich) due to having very little food left, most things out of stock, the Wigan store had what we ordered, food was OK but some of it was cold, they put all of the salad bar away before we even finished our meal was unable to get anymore, ppl who arrived after it was put away was unable to get salad, as for staff they was few and far between was ignoredby a staff memberwho was sweeping up and closing a part of the seating area, our server must of finished their shift and just left we was waiting around for about 20mins to pay the bill before managing to get someone at the counter so we could pay

We stopped off here for a meal. There were 4 adults, 3 had the flat bread, 2 vegetable ones and 1 chicken, and the other person had stuffed crust pepperoni, chicken bites. we also had bottomless soft drinks and free saled bar access.We ordered on our phone which was really easy we also used my blue light card discount this saved us around £13 on our order so with the discount the meal for four was around £55. Wasn't very busy but it was a Wednesday night around 5.30pm.

Food taste like cardboard but service was amazing

Absolutely fantastic customer service. All pizzas were hot and fresh. Oh and delicious. Salad was all tidy and fresh. Toilets, very clean. Nothing out of place and a very nice friendly atmosphere.

This Pizza Hut seems to be going down hill! Half the restaurant in darkness, they had ran out of fries and no longer take cash !! Walked out, will spend my cash elsewhere.

Would like to thank the staff yesterday for providing a fantastic service under pressure from the amount of people in the restaurant. I visited from sunderland with my nephew before the game. The food was amazing and the lady that served us was extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks again.

Food was good service Was horrible not being told what to do and felt targeted the workers are stood staring whilst I was trying to relax and eat I felt on edge and uncomfortable

So disappointing, we visited the restaurant at Robin Park Wigan. When we (4 of us) arrived there was no one else in the restaurant. We had problems ordering with the scan code so I asked the assistant if she could take the order, she came over and showed us what we were doing wrong and left. We wanted to pay cash, we were told no. The food arrived, well 3 meals. We asked the assistant were mine was, she said it wasn't ordered, we were sure it had. We placed the order and it eventually arrived (Time was passing). We had been for our bowls of salad and before we had a chance to get refills it was all cleared away, without asking us if we had finished with it, so that put an end to continuous salad. We dine out quite regularly we know what good service is like, this certainly wasn't. Everything seemed like too much trouble. We have been many times over the years but after this fiasco never again.

Always friendly, food is consistently the same. If anything is missing from salad bar, staff refill very quickly. Have eaten here several times over the years. Firm favourite with my kids because of the salad bar & self-service ice-cream corner. It is clean & staff are quick to clean-up & tidy areas that need it. Loos are clean. Went in one day, told staff one of the loos needed cleaning & to be fair, they sent someone in to sort it. If they know there's an issue (ie. no loo-roll), they do their best to correct it.

Service was terrible, the individual servers are really nice and attentive. Just to few of them to run a restaurant!

All ordering is done in the app now. There's a lack of personal service. To be fair, When we did have someone come over they were polite and friendly. The price no longer warrants the experience. On top of that, as you now have to pay prior to food being brought over, it was a bit off to ask if you want to leave a tip. Why would you tip prior to service?? Compared to previous visits this was a bit of a let down.

Went to pizza hut Robin Park with the family, paid £27 for a pizza absolutely ridiculous prices, paid extra for the cheesy bites, which resulted in a smaller pizza and also thin crust! Not sure how the place is still open spent over £120 on 2 sharing pizzas, an individual pizza and a kids meal..

To be fair the service was great here but is it just me or do the pizzas not taste as good as they used too? Order via the online app which they push. As you order before you pay it asks for a what tip you want to leave!! How do you know how good the service and food is before you’ve had it?? Surely that how most people decide how much tip to give if any. Overall a good quick service meal pizzas are ok if a little over priced.

Freezing cold , bigger kids chicken nuggets and chips (up to 12 years old) consisted of three nuggets and 5 chips. Queried it and staff were shirty about it. Other food was OK but don't think we'll be back

Not cheap, but good pizza and fast service. We ordered on the app at the table. Food arrived in 10 minutes. One star lost for soggy onion rings but salad bar was fresh and unlimited. Kids got unlimited refills and unlimited ice cream.

4 star only coz the waitress was nice and kept updating us about the variety of pizza about come. She was nice...otherwise the buffet items took so long to come. If its not ready at lunch time they should probably change their opening time for the buffet!

Thought the whole ordering your food through an app was gone along with covid. Was really frustrated trying to order on my phone when there were waitresses standing there. Signal was bad so it was taking longer. Eventually gave up an went somewhere else. It's really disappointing going out to dine and having to do all the ordering yourself, for people who are not great with technology it is very isolating and unfair.

Came about 8pm , the internet says it closes at 11pm. The salad bar was closed. The pizza just wasn’t nice like it used to be. It didn’t taste like it was cooked properly. Disappointed.

Always get a god pizza and great service here. Never mad busy. Always have gluten free bases available. Just be aware, it's card only, they don't take cash!

The title says it all. Since changing ingredients to cut costs and speed up cooking time, the pizzas just taste bland. So disappointing as it used to taste so good.

My daughter and I shared a pepperoni pizza. When we returned home we were both ill with really bad diarrhoea!

Not had a pizza hut since covid came in. The memory was amazing pizza that nobody could touch. The reality on Saturday was looked and tasted like a greasy £1.99 frozen supermarket pizza. Absolutely no flavour, all the magic has gone. That's it im afraid never going again.

Hey guys, I just finished a meal out with my mum here (Wigan). I wanted to let you know about my experience. It’s not that I don’t recommend but there seems to be some cross communication regarding the salad bar. Let me explain…. Mum and I spend almost £30 on 2 pizzas and fries. I went to the salad bar but she did not. I filled one bowl of nachos. Usually I leave a couple of slices at the end and so I asked for a box. As it states on the menu, the salad bar is unlimited and I had one measly bowl of nachos, so before I was leaving, I put my pizza left overs in a box and added some more nachos into the box. Bear in mind that we had no where near an unlimited amount and my mum had zero, so I was taking her share home if you will. Well apparently not, the manager lady come over and said that I could not take salad stuff home and I was so embarrassed that I didn’t think to tell her that I had only had a measly bowl of nachos and my mum had nothing from the salad bar. I left pretty mortified as it was in front of other people. I offered to give them back and the whole debacle was unpleasant. We went here to celebrate, after a wonderful all clear at the hospital for my mum, and it really messed up the day. I felt awful after and I do not see anywhere that you can not take your share of the salad bar home, if you don’t finish or want more. It probably won’t be my first choice to go there anymore. and by the way, I have been here when they are cleaning and closing and the amount of things in the salad bar that they waste and throw away is disgusting and a paying customer that’s spent £30 and goes often can’t put some nachos in her takeout box.

Tbh I don't like any restaurants where you now have to order your food through an app. What's happened to customer service ? Food was OK, salad bar was basic and wasn't being refilled regularly. The bottled beer (budweiser) was flat.

Friendly staff and a typical pizza hut

Staff were friendly and helpful, however, the pizzas were average at best. We used our Meerkat 2-4-1 and the bill came to £20.00 which for the quality of food was ok to pay, if we'd have paid full price it would have been laughable for the size and quality of the food. Pizza Hut are still using an online ordering system which when they're in a location with poor Wi-Fi and non existent phone signal is a challenge at best.

Disappointed we couldn't take the few slices of pizza on our plate home as it was from the buffet.

Pathetic!! Rang up to check it wasnt too busy and nothing was said about payment. Turned up with a wallet full of money and my party to be told NO CASH ACCEPTED. I explained i only had cash and they said they could not serve us. Pretty sure its illegal to refuse legal tender!

Don't think I'll ever choose to go back to a pizza hut. Food was "meh" at best, and I've had some decent experiences in the past. Ordering through your phone when there's waitresses waiting by their computer to bring you the correct glass or plate is a disaster as it's never clear what you need to add on as an extra, like a drink! Couldn't get out of there quick enough.
