Took ages to deliver it but the food was good

My food has been delivered Stone Cold, no one cares that it’s 1 hour late. Pathetic service

Yummy!! Just ate our usual 1/2 & 1/2 XL pizza and it’s the best pizza shop in Wigan - possibly the universe. The guy there is superb, friendly, and always puts a perfect amount of toppings & cheese. See you next week 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I ordered extra toppings on my pizza. I was charged for these but my pizza arrived without them. I was disappointed as u usually enjoy my pizzas from Papa John's

We have only bin using Papa as we have usually had Donimos, well the kids have. But we have found Papa way better then any other delivery in the area. Fresh hot 🔥 and very quick. Well done John's great food 👍

Ordered on a Saturday night at 8pm. Food arrived at 9:25pm. 1 hour and 25 minutes. Bear in mind I live 10 minutes from store. Food was as dry as sandpaper and missed my 3 extra sauces that I ordered. Will never order from here again. Shocking

Ordered via Uber Eats and won't be ordering from here again, £48 on food and it turned up stone cold, utter rubbish, don't bother (05/01/25 Order No #FE231) only thing worth eating was the donuts. Disgraceful from papa johns....a bit more planning with when to get the food ready for collection....

Es triste decir que la comida se ha ido cuesta abajo. Pedí tots de patata con tocino queso, estaban fríos, desnudos y secos. Nada más que una gota de queso y una raspa de tocino. No estoy seguro de lo comestible que es el papel a prueba de grasa, la pizza estaba prácticamente pegada a él y era casi imposible arrancarlo.

Everything was overcooked so hard to eat ...also no cheese or very little on sheese sticks

Called the lovely guys at the wigan store as we had a specific dietary need. The guys were Brill and accommodated our needs. Food came fast and hot very happy family.

Made an online order tonight from PapaJohns wigan and I did not receive my confirmation email.. I decided to call them to ask if my order had been received, it hadn’t. They explained that there had been trouble with the online app and asked me to give them a call back in 10 minutes to check again. I did this and again my order had not gone through. The lovely gentlemen had already contacted their IT team and was waiting for them to contact him - he then said “ he did not want us waiting around any longer and that he would send out our order anyway, and if the problem was not resolved we would receive our order and potentially a refund also” 🥰 the food arrived as promised, was lovely and hot and also was enjoyed by all… Big thanks to the team for going above and beyond 🥰

Love ordering from here they never let you down with quick HOT tasty well presented food and often get a good deal from the offers on the app. Staff are incredibly helpful too. Even ordering here for years.

Bought two pizzas. Not that great at all really... The toppings didn't start until 3rd the depth of the slice from the outer crust edge. Thin, and the toppings quite sparsely spread. When you buy food, you sometimes get an impression as to the state of mind of the people who've prepared it. I've had Papa John's from Preston before and it was lovely.. You really got the impression that the person who'd put it together actually cared and wanted you to enjoy it. This pizza from this place in Wigan... Nah. No frills done on the cheap. I can't recommend. Save your money and go somewhere you'll enjoy instead. 👍

Ordered quite frequently from here over the last few years. Never an issue. Always super quick service. I’ve made a mistake a couple of times when ordering online but quickly rectified when I’ve phoned and been able to easily amend the order. £23 fol a flat bread very very little toppings and I went for the fully loaded never again

I ordered a pizza with extra cheese for which I was charged extra. I would pay this price in a restaurant but as I like papa Johns I was prepared to pay extra. When the pizza arrived if this was extra cheese then I wonder what they put on a pizza with normal cheese. Don't get me wrong the flavour is great but I am really disappointed with a really thin pizza that I paid nearly £15 for.

Absolutely awful. Ordered at 7:25, arrived at 8:45. Cold and chewy with a very odd disparity of toppings over both pizzas. Rang to complain and the staff are rude. Delivery driver darted quickly as he knew he was delivering cold food. Fuming. Go to dominoes.

Ordered at 7 and at 5 to 9 still didnt arrive. Phoned a total of 4 times and was ignored, the 5th time someone finally picked up, i asked about the wait and they said they were busy and it would be another hour, so i cancelled.

Order for delivery at 19.20, chased up at 20.20, food still not arrived at 21,20. When called got told there really busy on a Thursday night. If you can't keep up don't take the order or money.

Got the order wrong asked for no olives on the Greek pizza turned up with olives and my pizza turned up with tomato base sauce I piade the extra for BBQ sauce

The food took a while to arrive, which is expected on a Saturday evening. My pizza base was hard and dry, what I can only describe as a stale texture. The pepperoni and ham were really hard and dry like they'd be overcooked. The cheese and crust didn't look overcooked though. Really disappointing. I've had far nicer frozen pizzas for a fraction of the cost. My friend said their pizza was 'average at best'.

The food turned up cold and the cookie and not only that I made a specific request in the notes section of the order. When the order arrived it was wrong so I rang the store and a guy told me that they don’t read the notes and I should’ve have rang. What is the point in having a notes section if they don’t read it! They replaced it but they wanted the wrong PAPADIAS back which was absolutely fine because we were allergic to one of ingredients. We were spoken to appalling and won’t be using again

The service was the best part which only lasted a maximum of five minutes. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, regular chicken wings and the garlic bread sticks (a basic order). When opening up the boxes everything looked greedy (and was dripping excessively). The garlic sticks were the worst of the three having what i can only imagine is the cheapest cheese known to man with some garlic butter wouldnt recommend at all. Now the chicken wings- chewy and burnt- they were smaller than the average wing making me question what type of bird it really came from. Finally the pizza a basic pepperoni where each slice seemed to hold as much liquid as a water bottle, the grease was starting to leak through the box. The cheese was the same - horrible. The only nice part was the crusts. Hardly any go eaten. Probably the worst takeaway i’ve ever eaten.

First time ordering from here I have to say they are such a Amazing pizzas and the delivery driver was so lovely would definitely recommend papa Johns and the papa Johns special sauce is out of this world 🤤😋😁
