Very nice food that I’ve got from here

the wings were alright and so was the milkshake, however i ordered a. burger with ketchup on it, and the “ketchup” was very very watered down and not ketchup at all and it drowned my burger so i couldn’t even take it off, the chocolate cake didn’t taste like chocolate cake, and i ordered a bottle of 1.5L of diet coke and paid for a 1.5 however i only got a 1.25L bottle, very disappointed

Food was ice cold when I got it, chips were unseasoned and lifeless, and the calzone couldn't have been thinner. used to be a regular place for me to order but they have fell off and lost my business

Food is OK. Ordered a peri peri chicken kebab. Ended up with donor meat on it, which I did not ask for .he was too busy chatting up another customer to hear what I ordered .instead insisted that's what I ordered.

Delivery service is an absolute joke! Ordered 3 times now and every time we have to chase after waiting an 1hr. You ring the shop and they blame everything under the sun, the weather, new staff, God! Diabolical.. the weather! It takes them 1hr 30mins to deliver a pizza that takes 10 mins to cook We're 0.75m away!!!! You're an absolute joke!!! As soon as you ring them your order arrives 10 mins later. What they do is leave you until you chase the order and then they finally make your food and it's with you in the next 5 mins... what a coincidence!!!!! NOT!!!! LAST ORDER YOU WILL EVER GET!!!!

Absolutely dreadful....this place was our go to Friday teatime treat until COVID struck. It got refurbished, then reopened (eventually) and we assumed it would be business as usual. We were wrong... The kebabs are dry and the pizzas are undercooked. So sad, it was great once but not now...avoid

Great experience eating this food. There was no option for cheese on the chicken wrap so we asked for it in the extra notes box and sure enough, the cheese is on the wrap! Free of charge! Belting service thank you big mama ❤️

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE! I've ordered a donner kebab, since the moment I've eat I've been sick. It makes sense as my kebab took one minute to be prepared on shop, they must have the food ready and waiting for orders to sell. But looking at the reviews this isn't a surprise Give 1 start just because can't give less than that!

Seems like service is really dropping at this place! Been a regular for over a year, ordered the other night and got a decent meal but was missing a drink. The next night I call up and let them know they forgot my can, and that I'm placing another order so could they put it in with the meal. He agreed. Meal arrives and not only did I not receive the can they owe me, but then proceeded to give me a rushed, undercooked popcorn meal that was unedible. Thanks guys, another customer lost. By the looks of your reviews you'll hopefully be gone soon enough 🙂. Don't trust this place, they are just your typical overpriced scamming takeaway

What a disgrace!! Food full of grease!! Hairs in food!! Driver apparent didn’t know why it took 30 minutes to get to us when we’re less than 10 min drive away?? Strange that seeing he was the one in charge of the vehicle!! When calling to see why the order took so long staff didn’t care, I’m sure they would when they don’t get paid?? Pizza was dripping in fat and stone cold “Steak” I use the word loosely was cold, smelling and found several hairs in it Chips looked like they were just shown the fryer let alone dipped in them The salad well all I can say is my dead nan has more life and she’s been cremated Let’s just say won’t be ordering from here again

I wouldn't even begin to rate this place its the worst takeaway we have ordered. Ordered two pizzas and a lamb steak meal and it was awful. The delivery took way longer than expected, and the time it was saying it would be delivered. We rang on numerous occasions to ask where our order was and got told it was on it was on its way, and it took 3 times as long as it should have done to arrive. The kebab meat was dry and tasted awful and was grizzly. The chips tasted like rubbish, they wasn't fully cooked and was also soggy. The pizzas we ordered was also awful. And then to top it off to find hairs within the food definitely puts you off even eating any of it at all. An awful food place and definitely will not be ordering again. Service is terrible and the food is awful

Ordered from here a few times and I've never usually had a problem. My pizza tasted very strange and wasn't nice I've been left hungry. My chips also had half a piece of chicken that had been eaten so it looked like , no complaints with my malteaser milkshake. Won't be ordering again.

Calzone is better than some restaurants I've been to - can't fault the food at all - my only criticism is that deliveries are always twice as long as quoted and had to delay other plans - but food wise - can't complian.

Best kebabs round this neck of the woods

This is a chicken kebab with salad and yoghurt sauce. Chicken good. Pitta from Aldi. Missing quite a bit. This place really needs to sort it's self out (in my view). £7.50 is a rip off.

Ordered by phone using the online website, then got the bill and BOTH the pizzas were £2 more than the online order, called the shop while the driver was with me and they said the price is different online than it is if you call up. Argued for a few minutes but they insisted that the higher price is right. These guys are literally right round the corner from me and the owner is a liar and deceitful coward. Please guys DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They didn't give me a refund or compensation they are LIARS and the food itself it's average at best. There is much better takeaways around Walkden/Tyldesley DO NOT USE THIS ONE! LOOK AT ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU ORDER..ITS NOT A COINCIDENCE!!

Order: fries, pizza pepperoni, kebab Baby lord jesus, what a depressing dish. Started with the fries, soggy, wet and oily, looked like seaweed punched by a heavy wave. Tasteless and oily like the bum of The Rock in the new Bay Watch movie. Pizza Pepperoni: The godfather would turn in his grave, base as tough like my Stansmiths after walking the Chinese Wall and the cheese as tasteless as Cherloid by SherLlyod. Peperoni was hidden better than Nessy in Loch Ness. Then the kebab meat. Whatever died for this, lamb, chicken, cow or even pork, i feel sorry, no taste, cold and looked like a condom from Glastonbury1989 when Donna Summer hit the top 40. All and all, great disappointment wish McDonalds still delivered.

Ordered a chicken Tikka kebab on naan. The naan was nice and soft and there was plenty of salad on the kebab, it could have done with a bit more garlic mayo as you couldn't really taste it. The Chicken Tikka is not like a traditional Indian Tikka, I don't really know how to describe the way it is cooked but it's definitely not Tikka. Overall the kebab was nice but nothing special

Ordered a late night treat for me, hubby and teenage son and have to say it was awful. Ordered a sharwama on pitta and one on Nan and they was that greasy not only was the paper it was wrapped in was completely soaked the bag was also dripping it in. Pitta and Nan were both soggy beyond eatable and the meat was more fat than anything else. The chicken wrap was also greasy and soggy :( defo not for us

Just unbelievable bad service awaited for my food from Uber eats for 3 hours when called the restaurant they said it’s on it’s way will be with me in 8 minutes awaited another 30min after the call. Only order from them if you wanna completely destroy your evening

i ordered from here via deliveroo waited 3 hours just for my food to never appear, i checked the deliveroo app and it shown that the food was delivered i immidiatly tried contacting the place but they used a fake number which did not exsist due to this i went and used customer support through deliveroo which they responded saying that they will try contact the restaurant and see what happened. 72 hours passed i was left with no explanation and no updates on what happened to my delivery/refund , i had to contact deliveroo again for them just to tell me that apparently they did try delivery my food and left me plenty of missed calls (they lied). I have several cameras around my house and can confirm that they didnt bother delivering the food at all. i did manage to obtain my refund after a helpful call with the deliveroo customer service but this restaurants need to be reported and closed as its a scam.

Just came in here for the first time in years. The new owner has really cleaned the place up looks lovley now, the service was great, food was piping hot and fresh. Will definitely be back soon.

So yeahh I ordered a large oreo waffle with ice cream which with the delivery cost £9.46 altogether. Said that the order would take 35 mins and the restaurant is only 1.6 miles away, I waited a whole 2 hours for the order to come and to my surprise, I get a notification saying the food should be delivered (which it hadn't been) So I call up Deliveroo and ask for my refund because clearly, the food wasn't coming. Was put on hold for 5 mins because big mamma uses their own delivery drivers. The woman from deliveroo comes back on the phone saying that Big Mamma is claiming that the driver came but couldn't get ahold of me so he left. for one, no car came as I would've heard it, and for two I got no phone call or knock on the door. The Deliveroo woman then says she'll escalate it and I'll hear back from them within 48hrs, after 4 days no call. So I call back today and the new woman from Deliveroo says my refund was rejected because they now claim that they were waiting for me to send my address which I had to tell the woman is on the whole receipt of the order. In the end, she granted my refund after only a bit earlier claiming there was nothing that she could do. Although after Big Mamma clearly lied twice I don't think she had a choice plus I was getting more agitated and clearly wasn't backing down. Disappointed in Deliveroo for making me have to fight so hard for a refund and completely disgusted with Big Mammas Shakes and want them taking off of all delivery services. I clearly ain't the only one they've robbed, cos it ain't Big Mommas that gave me my refund it was Deliveroo.

We ordered pizzas last night for delivery when the pizzas arrived and we opened them all we could taste was cardboard I have emailed the pizza shop to let them know and even messaged them still no reply I feel we wasted our money and I won’t be ordering again from them

I ordered 2 chicken tikka kebabs with lettuce. They arrive as two non tikka covered in salad and MAYONNAISE absolutley disgusting couldn’t eat any of it! Also got short changed off the delivery driver. Meal should of been £12 however the driver only had change for £14. 1st and last time visiting!

Took almost 2 hrs to arrive. I ordered a waffle, it was as small as a baby’s hand and ROCK HARD that I couldn’t put my fork through. I pushed so hard it broke the plastic container it came in. This is how I received it. Terrible !!! Worst that a homemade waffle !!

Todo se estaba congelando como si ni siquiera estuviera tibio, en realidad estaba frío y las patatas estaban empapadasNo volveré a ordenar desde aquí.

He comido aquí y bajar en algún tiempo y está bien. Nada especial, pero perfectamente comestible y buena relación calidad-precio. Lo que me ha molestado es que cada vez que hemos puesto un teléfono/comer solo orden, es equivocado! Si es recogida o entrega, no es cierto! Así que acabé con la segunda entrega, tener que regresar o simplemente sentarse allí esperando comprobar aunque habíamos pedido. Yo creo que aguantar esto si era especial, pero como no hay nada que hace que destaque de los demás llevar dudo que estaremos usando de nuevo!

Todo el personal es muy perezoso e ignorante excepto uno chaval que es muy servicial y parece estar haciendo todo el trabajo.
