Ordered cookie dough I paid nearly 15 quid for 2 and it had about 2-3 mouthfuls each and not even that it was extremely soggy and small any they was all scrunched up when I opened it as if it was thrown will not be ordering again

the peri wrap at this place is delicious!! My go to place every weekend. I can’t get enough, hot and fresh everytime

we always order from here, however don't know what's changed them smashed burgers were dripping in grease. maybe they deep fried them 🤔

Added an extra 40 mins on the order for some reason at the point it was supposed to be delivered. Food was cold, first time ordering and probably my last after that. 😤

Never listened to the notes I put, burgers really really overcooked and dry, garlic bread is shocking looks like it’s been sat there 10 months, normally okay the food this time a waste of 35 quid

We do order from Als quite alot TBF, and not had many bad meals. I can only advise, don't order via the App on a Friday. Almost 2 hours and when it arrived both meals were stone cold and the free garlic bread was burnt and rock hard. Warmed up frozen chips are just horrible.Obviously being a loyal customer counts for nothing. I understand it's busy at weekend, but don't tell me it's gonna be 5 mins and it be another 40 mins. Not impressed. Update: Thanks to the manager for the apology and phone call.

Won’t go again, dry chicken on the chicken burger, and the kebab… rock solid pitta breads, dry donner, shawarma like no other, didn’t taste nor smell great and the seekh was inedible. Disappointed. Thought we would try somewhere new and won’t return. Delivery driver friendly and garlic bread with cheese was good.

My order was over 40 minutes later than the time given on their app. The order was wrong and the food that did arrive was awful. Avoid this place. It’s a shame I can’t give zero stars.

Food was really good, very hot, delivered on time. Fried chicken was really tasty with crispy skin, chicken wraps were lovely and free garlic bread with cheese was delicious.

Very disappointed with the service food took nearly 2.5hrs to arrive I had called the takeaway after an hour and they said they had 4 orders in front of me and they couldn't give an ETA even though I'd ordered through deliveroo and at that point it was 45mins past that time and then the food arrived the driver was full of apologies and when we sat down to eat the plain garlic bread I'd ordered was cheesy garlic bread which both me and my son don't like so the whole experience didn't leave a nice taste in my mouth this was my 2nd order from them and the 1st was good but not this time, why is so hard to find a takeaway that is consistent this was poor poor poor

Probably the best burger I've ever had no joke, a little pricey but buy 1 get 1 free evens it out. I will certainly be ordering again from here.

I ordered a bottle of Pepsi and I received a bottle of Coca-Cola (I'm don't like coca-cola), also it wasn't even English Coke it had a Czech label not an English one. I'm sure it's illegal to sell products with labels that aren't readable by the general population and to all this off my pizza had an unwanted extra topping of onions 👎🏼👎🏼

Food was cold we ordered at 5.10 told be delivered 5.50-6.10pm then 6.15-6.35pm only arrived near 7pm

The just eat apps always says delivered well before it arrives which is annoying when your upstairs listening for the door but other than that foods good

When the food arrived it was really nice but it just took so long to deliver. I got an email asking me to rate my food half an hour before it arrived and I had to ring the restaurant to chase it up they did apologise and gave us a free bottle of coke.

Nearly over 2hrs, app updated delivered and still not even delivered. Had to call the takeaway to find out what was happening.

I ordered from here from Wigan eats was told my food would arrive by 6.50 at the latest it didn’t arrive been over an hour late now and every time I ring the restaurant to speak to someone it goes straight to answer phone will not order again and want a full refund I have evidence and have started a case with Wigan eats avoid this place at all costs

i hate to leave a bad review but am sorry to say the food was rubbish the chicken burger was under cooked and the bun was soggy from the Lettice, same as the chicken the coating again under cooked even the dogs turned there nose up. will never ever use them again i really cant say what i want to but lets just say never again wasted £20 tonight only to throw it into the bin

Don’t order from here if you’re hungry! This is my 8th time ordering and was over 2 hours every time. Food is nice but if you’re wanting it to be on time I’d order a couple of hours before you want your food. So annoying

Ordered a chicken and donner kebab but it had no chicken in.

Honestly such a shame the food wasn’t bad but was freezing everything was reheated I had 2 call the restaurant twice to chase the order up but would of probably tasted so much nicer if we hadn’t of had to re-heat it all

I love this place. Always deliver on time or early. The food... brilliant by far the best smash burgers in the local area they really are divine. They always throw in a small pizza for free as well. We have tried the kebabs and they are lovely too - and huge! We don't go to anywhere else for takeaway night.

Food significantly delayed. Not.had it yet.

Honestly I had a kebab that big I could have hollowed it out and moved in a family of 4. Not only did it resemble the Ark it was really nice as well. Really tasty. And that big I'm eating the rest tomorrow for lunch and may be Monday possibly Tuesday- probably still be eating it in September to be honest...

Over 2 hours and missing drinks, food wasnt hot Restraunt didn't seem to care. Won't be returning.

Took 90 minutes to deliver, had to call to chase after 70 minutes as well past the estimated delivery time of 45 to 55 minutes which is the 2nd occasion this has happened.

Since we have had our first burger we have been back to this place loads. Its burger Friday in our house. These smash burgers are the best in the area. Just get one and thank me later. I'll be have many more.

Ordered special kebab which came with free pizza for over £15 order before 6pm on a Tuesday and shop is less than 1 mile away. Took over 90 mins to arrive despite shop updating order to on its way and then delivered before it had arrived which I assume was to stop just eat algorithm adjusting estimated delivery times and put people off, I had to call after it was showing delivered to enquire to be advised they would bring it now.

Awful. Food tough, greasy, wrap had a strange sauce on, definitely no mayo like ordered. Driver didn’t bother getting out of the car so we called - staff are rude and not helpful. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This is the second time in as many weeks I have ordered from Al's Peri, and the second time it's disappointed me prompting this review. Food was estimated for 19:15-19:30 but didn't arrive until a few minutes after 20:00. Last week I ordered a kebab, this week I ordered a wrap and both have been terrible. The wrap was slimy and after a few mouth fulls I threw it away. The kebab meat was poor last week too. The chicken strips were a little gristley too, those went to the dogs. The Wings were very nice though, I will say that though and the two diced fillets were very nice so i'm told! So im not completely bashing the order! The food was also piping hot and the girl delivering was very pleasant, had a lovely smile and happy demeanour. However, I don't think I will be coming back to Al's Peri going forwards as both experiences have been disappointing for me personally.

Must say wasn’t as good as the first time we tried it just a heads up when u use the cardboard boxes for chips they come out soggy and not very nice the first time we ordered they came in the polystyrene tray and they was nice and crispy so definitely recommend u use that for chips and the garlic bread with cheese could of done with more Cheese but other than that we enjoyed the food but again wasn’t as nice as the day before when we ordered for the first time we will try again soon xx

Awful food my chips were that soggy they were wet they were cold the chicken wrap was sweating so the wrap was just falling apart and soggy awful food will not be ordering again

Will definitely order again, despite delays with delivery. Compliments to the chefs, Food arrived piping hot, prepared close to perfection and the meal was delightful. We highly recommend; the bbq bacon loaded fries. Fried chicken was fresh, full of flavour and falling of the bone... complimented by the spicy, sweet, succulent corn on the cob. Restaurant service and great despite technical issues and the delivery driver was such a lovely gentleman. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟 🌟

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE very poor service waiting over 2 hours and food still comes cold. Food was the worst I have ever had. Do not order from here...
