Took my girlfriend to Milano pizza and she is a vegetarian, we ordered a cheesy calzone with peppers and sweetcorn for her with extra emphasis on the no meat. There was donner meat all in her calzone causing her to violently throw up. As for my meal, what a joke that was, I got chicken wings and they’re pink! Service like this is an embarrassment to the hospitality sector and these standards of food will get someone killed! £30 no option of a refund as they couldn’t wait to get us out the door so they could turn the lights off! What a disgrace!

Very good value for money, I got a kebab and it was around £8-£9, it came in a large tray with lots of meat, salad and pitta or naan, compared to other takeaways that do kebabs you are getting a lot for what you pay for . Delivery was quick but I was only down the road anyway, they also do milkshakes. Free garlic bread and cheese with the order, this was very nice!

Food was alright, paid extra for olives tho and missed them off... :( calzone could have done with being cooked abit longer too.

ordered chicken burger and cheesy chips with red salt it was absolutely doused in salt un eatable and the chicken was pink and tough as old boots uneatable won't be going there again

Fantastic food! Will definitely order from here again! We had a chicken and doner kebab and a garlic margarita with added meatballs. Trust me! Get this combo! The price is great the food is unbelievable Our new favourite take away!

Food was freezing when it arrived the pizza was rock hard , the chicken was all stuck together and the cheesy chips were cold and didn’t even have melted cheese .

Food quality was sub par. Onion rings in thicken burger were over cooked and hard, the base of the bread was soggy, edges of the chicken were too hard and rubbery.

Asked for a kebab without sauce, sent full of chilli sauce so couldn’t eat it all.

The food was cold, he took the change without giving me it and the order was wrong. We wanted 2x cokes and got 1x coke, 1x Pepsi. Aswell as missing a bag of chips. The food was stale.

The food was amazing. Their new Beef heatwave burger was very tasty and the addition of tortillas chips to give it an added crunch was a great idea. The peri-peri mayo complimented it really well. I will definitely be ordering it again 👍

Iv ordered from here for a good few years. The food we received on the 22nd was outstanding. The quality of the food was top notch even the chips where hot and crispy. Very impressed.

Ordered Donner and cheese folded pizza well it's never seen cheese and the chips must of bin in and out fryer as there still hard and undercooked. Use go hear alot and it was always good then stopped having takeaways but thought tonight we would have a treat and very disappointed

used this place a few times now, best kebab around I think, good portion size, chicken and chips meal is also good size, and the pizzas are always great!! delivery time usually early (only ever been late once at that was only by 20mins) great food!

Never had issue with Milano but tonight, my pizza was wrong and the ice cream I ordered to. With us being hungry we decided to eat it. I hope it doesn't happen again because we love Milanos. We will be ordering again next week so hopefully they get my order correct next time.

Always delicious food and usually delivered very quickly, it was just a couple of minutes over the time scale given but worth waiting for.

Very disappointing, the meal was very cold.

It was delayed from the original time specified but good communication to say that it was going to be delayed before the first time slot. It then arrived exactly on time for the updated slot. As always, the food from Milano is really good

Early than expected time, I was shocked and happy

Food took over two hours to arrive which was a hour/hour and a half longer than delivery estimate which we wouldn’t have minded but the food arrived cold to the touch and the pizza was solid. The chips were cold and inedible too.

My food arrived 2 hours late and was cold 🥶 really I shouldn't have accepted the order and drivers don't speak English very well when he phoned me 2 hours late 🙃 😑

Bit disappointing with being late but Milano are usually really good for timing so a one off is fine for us. Food really good as usual

The wrong order was delivered to my address, I called the restaurant and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They were very apologetic and couldn’t do enough for me, they prepared my food and delivered it within 20 minutes of the phonecall and allowed me to keep the original delivery also. Again the delivery guy was really apologetic and friendly. Food was fab this is my go to kebab shop never had a bad meal from here. 10/10

The food is excellent. My only feedback is that recently the calzone's have stuck to the box and you end up with it all over the place and eating half of the cardboard stuck to it. Doesn't usually bother us as we normally order normal pizza's which tend to be fine. If they can find a way to stop it sticking it would be perfect :-)

I ordered from Milano to give it a try, as my normal pizzeria has just received a hygiene rating of 1, which frankly is scary as major improvements are necessary. OK, so where to start with Milano... The positives: the food came within the time range given on ordering. I received a free 9" cheese & garlic bread, as I spent over £20 and finally this takeaway has a hygiene rating of 4. Now, the negatives, I ordered a Mexicano Hot 12" thin crust pizza, and paid for extra toppings (mushrooms, sweetcorn, pepperoni and cheese). The Mexicano Hot consists of spicy meat, red onions, peppers, jalapenos & fresh green chillies, unfortunately, I didn't see or taste any of these ingredients on the pizza (very disappointed), there were elements of the extra toppings present, however, there were only a sprinkle of sweetcorn on the top of the pizza, so most of the kernels fell of while I ate it, some slices of pepperoni, and an abundance of mushrooms and cheese, so much so that is felt like I was eating a mushroom pizza. Next my order of potato wedges and onion rings were just a little over cooked and had passed the lovely golden brown stage and moved onto a dark brown colour. So I am now in a quandary, if a takeaway order is close the the £23 that I paid this evening, I will split the order and eat it over 2 nights, which I have done here, but I didn't enjoy my first half, so do I eat the other half tomorrow? Will I order from this takeaway again? The only answer to both questions in this case is probably not. I really do hate to waste food.
