best pizza I've ever had will be ordering again!

Little disappointing tonight from their usual very high standards…. Ordered a tripple smash burger but was sent only a double…. No chillie sauce as requested on my dinner wrap…. Ordered a buy one get one free zinger chicken and was only sent one….. maybe because it’s a Sunday night with less staff but not up to their usual high standard…..

food was late and cold veggie burger wasn't a veggie burger it was 2 hash browns and also it said we got the cheapest item free which we never very disappointing as I've been a customer of Milano for 20 years definitely gone down hill.

Payed extra for doner meat on pizza and didn’t get it. Luck warm at best

I ordered a cheese burger and asked for salad to be put in it , the only salad was lettu , no tomato no cucumber no red onion. If i ask for salad i ecspect more than just lettuce,

Amazing food when it comes to malano pizza, i got a donner and chips and it was the BEST food ive had.

Kebab was great but pizza was definitely not fresh, tested like it was warmed up... Shame because pizzas from Milano used to be great...

Garlic bread tasted chemical pizza was nice though

Loaded fries with chicken 10/10 - absolutely delicious 🤤 but smashed burgers… patties look and taste like they were steamed… I don't recommend it

Driver dropped food off to somebody else! I left a note to say ring when at the gate and I will meet them but he said he left food at doorstep which wasn’t where I was, what’s the point in having a pick up code if they’re just going to leave food on a doorstep in hope it’s the correct place, requested refund from just eat but still not heard anything back over a week later

Terrible donner meat and soggy chips but the pizza was good.

If I could rate less would have done… Food took 2 hours to arrive. Tried contacting them didn’t answer my phone call and when they eventually answered gave me an approximate of 5 mins wait but ended up waiting for 45 mins

Never had a bad meal from Milanos

Onion rings and chips were soggy and tepid. Burger had quite a few hard chewy bits in it. The donner was ok but hardly any sauce on it and mediocre. The only decent thing was the peanut butter cake. But was a small size for a fiver. Won’t bother again.

Good food , disappointed I ordered cheesecake pot , they sent cake stating it was better , I had paid a pound more for the cheesecake and wasn’t given the option of having something else , they just sent it . I didn’t like it

Worst experience last night. Ordered my food at 18.30, delivery time was between 19.20 and 19.40. They were late and changed it for 8pm. That would’ve been fine but around 8.20 still nothing. I’ve called them and some guy just hung up on me when I was asking about our food! Waited for two hours and I had to order McDonald’s with Uber cause Milano not delivered my order!!! Spent 34 pounds on food, and never received it! Very unprofessional service and a bit disrespectful.

After an hour late I’ve tried to call the restaurant asking where is my order, and they just switch me off! Never had a problem before with them but this is last time I’ve ordered from Milano… it was a bit disrespectful towards me. Thanks

We order from here quite regularly. Tonight was not a good experience. £47 worth of food all over cooked and burnt. We have had better from here. Wednesday evening how busy can they be?????

Took my girlfriend to Milano pizza and she is a vegetarian, we ordered a cheesy calzone with peppers and sweetcorn for her with extra emphasis on the no meat. There was donner meat all in her calzone causing her to violently throw up. As for my meal, what a joke that was, I got chicken wings and they’re pink! Service like this is an embarrassment to the hospitality sector and these standards of food will get someone killed! £30 no option of a refund as they couldn’t wait to get us out the door so they could turn the lights off! What a disgrace!

Very good value for money, I got a kebab and it was around £8-£9, it came in a large tray with lots of meat, salad and pitta or naan, compared to other takeaways that do kebabs you are getting a lot for what you pay for . Delivery was quick but I was only down the road anyway, they also do milkshakes. Free garlic bread and cheese with the order, this was very nice!

Fantastic food! Will definitely order from here again! We had a chicken and doner kebab and a garlic margarita with added meatballs. Trust me! Get this combo! The price is great the food is unbelievable Our new favourite take away!

Food was freezing when it arrived the pizza was rock hard , the chicken was all stuck together and the cheesy chips were cold and didn’t even have melted cheese .
