I didnt get my order. Where is my order

Did not arrive no one contacted disastrous

Delivery driver rung the doorbell. I answered the door and he was extremely rude telling me i should actually look at my phone which i had on since ordering and then rudely told me he was waiting for me for 10 minutes, abruptly shoved our order at me and walked off. I made sure i kept up to date on the app and received nothing about the order even being on the way let alone being outside so am extremely disappointed and upset about how l this order ended up being delivered

Never got my food and when I asked for a refund you guys turned me down awful way to waste £15 never using this app again as it’s a continuous problem that drivers can’t contact me etc causing me to spend more to get some food so unhelpful

Swimming in grease and doesn't taste that nice it's sweet I thought I ordered a regular pizza not a gummy one

It's hard to call it a pizza, the cheese is terrible, there is more fat than in the fries, I will never order pizza from this chain

The complete order was cold, the base on the sides were like rubber, very doughy, cold, poir quality abd minimal toppings. Have had better pizza from Lidl.

No communication between customer, restaurant and driver. I was told call Uber eats for a just eats order I’m laughing at how silly this sounds. The driver never called and the number that was given by restaurant was not applicable, I want a refund !

Hours Later called just to tell me they were out of Tomatoes and Cheese. They cancelled my order via Uber Eats without a refund stating the reason: PapaJohns had started preparing your order, hence no refund. Extremely Dissatisfied.

Horrendous service took my money never delivered any food whatsoever!! Not had a text or an email shockingly bad I cannot believe they’ve taken the money told me they’re making my order told me it’s out for delivery and nothing! Just worked a hard shift and got £50 worth of air to eat.

We ordered a Large pizza that was on an amazing offer. The service was quick. The staff attending us was very polite. The shop in itself has a very homely atmosphere and the pizza was just fabulous. 💫

Really good food and service, have absolutely nothing to complain about. I see that there are a lot of bad reviews on the wait times and quality of the food, but I gotta say that I didn’t experience any of these accusations so I don’t know what could’ve happened but I can confidently say that this is a good papa johns and you should come here for your lunch or whatever.

Always order online and never had any issues. Pizza is fresh and made to order. Friendly staff that greets me when I enter. £10 for a large pizza deal is perfectly priced. 5/5

The website said it was delivered 15 mins late but the driver didn't arrive until 40 minutes after the delivery time. The food was cold. NOT ACCEPTABLE!

We live closeby but thought we should order delivery since it would’ve been free. We waited 1h for 2 pizzas and it’s less than 10 min walk. When I called to ask if the pizza is on its way the guy told me it would be 5min but we waited another extra 15 min, the pizza was also cold. Very unsatisfied and disappointed!

The app told me that the order had been delivered long before it arrived. The delivery itself was late. The pizzas were mediocre: the crusts were hard rather than crispy and the toppings were not generous.

Pre ordered 6 pizzas. Eventually arrived 15 minutes after tracker said they had been delivered and 40ish minutes after booked time. Pizzas stone cold and crushed. Would never order from ANY PJs again.

I ordered a large pizza, tray off brownies and a tray off cookies… they sent me 2 trays off brownies and no cookies and they also said the food had been delivered after 20 mins however it took a good hour to arrive

Is my food even coming. Ordered a late night pizza. The online tracker wouldnt update so waited an hour. tried to call the store no answer happy to take my money and charge me but food never arrived

Ordered a collection today. First did not receive the sauce which was mentioned. The worst pizza taste. The base tasted stale almost and toppings literally fell off as I picked up.

Item order was wrong. Was given stuffed crusts despite not asking for it and arrived pretty cold and soggy.

Gave them another chance as last time my order was at 2am but again very disappointing I ordered 4 cheese potato tots I got dry cold potato tots with no cheese at all? The pizza didn’t taste fresh stale chewy crust and like it had been sat keeping warm for too long and also very little topping some slices with none at all when I payed £3 for extra chicken and beef? they were on time unlike last time but still not good enough won’t order from them again.

Hour late, I had to ring up to find that out, all food was cold and never got a apology from driver and was missing my bottle of 7up. Not happy.

Very good service and very tasty pizza!! I will definitely recommend this pizza out of everyone in Oxford. Other than that, the staff was just amazing and very good and served with a smile on the face, and even if I was there 30 minutes before they closed they had no problem to make my pizza and give it to me with a smile. Very good

Disappointed with the order , forgot the garlic dip , the driver said extra dip was inside but is was the wrong dip. I had to call to see where the order was. Food wasn’t hot.

Made both pizzas wrong, missing dips, an extra long wait the app said it had been delivered around 30mins before it actually arrived and barely warm may I add. We ordered the BBQ chicken and the chicken mushroom and PESTO. CAN YOU TELL WHAT'S MISSING? This is no good and with the other reviews I've read I don't think I'll ever be ordering from this branch maybe even the whole chain ((edit) soooooo I just noticed look in the bottom corner of the box with the mushrooms on the pizza what a nice thing to find in your food box an f-ing hair)

Not sure why my pizza and papadia are taking a swim in oil... I've never had issues before but this is not okay.

We ordered a pizza more than an hour ago, but what’s frustrating is that even though we paid online when ordering, the app says that the pizza was delivered half an hour ago but we never received it. I’ve tried calling the shop about 5 times but it rings and no one picks up so I paid for a pizza that never arrived, I’m not happy.
