i’m very thankful for Ali and his staff they provide me very good service. this is one pizza shop in oxford which food is very delicious and neat and clean . i like the one thing much as per my suggestion they make aa very thin base of pizza it was digest easily overall it’s brillant

Be cautious of their 'BUY ONE GET ONE FREE' policy. Despite expecting to pay £10 for a pizza and receive another free, I was surprised to be charged £15 upon collection. This pricing practice feels deceptive and unfair. I advise others to beware of similar discrepancies.

A man named salah, delivery driver gave food quick please give him a pay rise he handed me the food with a smile.

I used Caprinos multiple times 🍕 They do very good pizzas , they also do a very nice Chicken Kebab wrap and also their Chicken Fillets are top notch✌️

I just tried to make a order after I've had a very busy week of work I found a man very rude and abrupt all I wanted was a pizza and you've lost a good customer and have been coming to you for a couple years now .. whoever that was on the phone needs to be fired and taught how to speak polite and graceful English & not to work in a fast food place if that guy can't deal with telephone orders he wasvery rude and I'm very disturbed about this person making bad customer service and should be fired 🔥 full stop and I'll be making a bad review online only just for that employee that it at the Cowley road branch not the company... this was today at 420pm 28/09/2023

Good value for money and quick service , one of my favourite fastfood stops in oxford.

I like the starters menu here , and always get great warm pizzas in take aways too, love it for a quick meal.

One of pizzas i ordered was undercooked, soggy, stuck to box and disgusting. Absolutely not eatable. No replacement no refund been offered. Last time ever ordering from them.

Very rude and abrupt. Delivery was missing a pizza. The driver blamed restaurant and the restaurant accused me of lying. To top it off, the food that was delivered was left on my doorstep to get cold. I am still hungry and out of pocket even though my ring doorbell proves the food was left without knocking and pizza was not given.

Absolutely shocking.. ordered medium pizzas to find out they were a small when questioned them they said they had changed the size's . A medium is now a small. Do not recommend for the price they are charging

Caprinos on cowley has been my favourite pizza place for 4yrs. Order directly from them for competitive prices, freshly prepared and good deals. The people who work there are always friendly and prompt. Highly recommend over Domino's and other such chains.

We ordered food late on Saturday night / Sunday morning and the delivery time online kept jumping back. If Caprinos had just told us from the outset that their delivery time would be more than an hour later than originally stated, we would have saved our money and ordered elsewhere. At the very least, we’d have been able to prepare. Instead we were just sat waiting! After calling them, they said they had a new driver who was training - this is a fair excuse, but that should be specified BEFORE placing the order. Our food was cold when it arrived

Stop cutting corners. Please, don't waste your money or time. I and the family just ate trash for dinner. This will be the last order I place, and you know why. You have just lost a customer, and you know exactly why. Stop cutting corners.

Seriously not worth the price! 45 £ for 3 pizzas advertised as adult size but obviously can easily be eaten by my 5 years old! Over priced for what it is. Order through Uber eat. Very desapointed.

Disgusting. Pizza like this should cost 1-2£ from a street vendor, not a restaurant. I honestly can eat anything but really struggled with this one. Ingredients feel fake, old and either taste like dog food or nothing at all

Worse pizza ever, very poor quality ingredients... smells weird. They cheat on the sizes, overpriced and a "lovely" hair in one of the pizzas we ordered. Phoned them, denying the problems, told us to complain to deliveroo and hanged up on us. Please don't waste your money. If someone from Napoli will ever try their pizza they will have to change their shop name from Pizzeria tu Cazzeria!!!

When i order off deliveroo and you take the money from my account and i wait 45 mins to be called by deliveroo to be told you are closed and wont complete my order even though you are still open. Next time just say no to the order instead of making me wait 45 mins to be told i cant have it.

Delivery took over an hour. Both pizzas were burnt when they did arrive. Rubbish!

I was walking home from wheatley late one night and my phone ran out of juice not half a km from caprinos establishment. As i wondered through the darkness, i caught glimps of a faint green light appearing in the distance followed by the pungent reak of fast food. This rotten smell was infact eminating from the neighbouring McDonald's and not to be mistaken for the sweet scent of pizza produced by the fine caprino parlour. The time was well past 12 and the chaps gave me the all clear to charge my phone for about half an hour or so. Ordered a pizza to pass the time. The cullenry experience that ensued was overwhelming. All 9" of their 'chicken and bacon feast' pizza blew me away. Very kind of them to throw in a free garlic dip but i ended up tossing it. The experience overall was very pleasent and after an emotional goodbye, we parted ways. Very reasonable of the chaps to help me like that. Great stuff.

I arrived at the Oxford Cowley branch for the first time at 18:33 on a Sunday evening to collect a Hawaiian pizza, seafood pizza and a drink. I went to the desk and said I’m here to collect a couple of pizzas. The bald guy at the desk asked if I was here to collect phones. As an Asian female, this was clearly a racist remark he thought was funny. He not only repeated this ‘joke’ once but a few times and went to hand me over his phone. After standing there looking unimpressed, he said ‘Oh you are not here to collect phones, here to collect pizzas’ His remark was not appreciated in the slightest. I found it to be inappropriate and uncalled for. I will be looking to take this up with head office.

I think my expirience may have been a fluke because my service was rude and sloppy, too much cheese on one side and none on the other not to mention the fact the the cheese was rancid and unedible, the ham tasted like it had been soaked in salt water and the pine apple was obviously from a can, which yknow i can understand but at least dont over cook the pizza! Im sure that this guy was a first timer and just was just a bit stressed, and i might be biased because before this i had just gotten my vax and i was in a little discomfort will try again and hoping for a better expirience

So I have used caprinos for many late night feeds. No issues until tonight. I ordered at around about 2am and have been waiting ever since for my order to arrive. It is 4.30 and they have been prolonging the delivery time by 5 minutes roughly for aslong as I have had an order on. For the simple thing that I ordered I am not impressed and am probably not going to get any food tonight. I have already payed so will be expecting some compensation. I am in hospitality myself and hate to be a Karen but this is just stupid. I hate to comment on stuff usually but given the situation with no communication from the place I just felt it was necessary. Sorry not sorry I'm a tired hungry guy.........

This pizza and products fit well above pizza hut and dominoes as caprinoes offer superior quality because they focused on customer satisfaction rather than getting lost in the brand. Good proce point and better meal deals, staff are flexible in approach and friendly.

Hey guys , honestly where do I start? This is the worst takeaway I have ever had . Turned up two hours late and the chicken was raw . I do NOT recommend even if your extremely hungry 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣in addition to this , the guy on the phone ended it multiple times regardless of the fact I stated my feelings about this situation . I ordered an 15 pizza via uber around 1:20 pm and it showed delivered by 2:10 pm. But unfortunately it does not delivered even at 2:20, I called the shop and asked why it was taking longer time and will it be hot ( able eat ) they said pizza should be fine and Hot they kept it in box it will remain hot . At 2:55 I got the order it was cold and stiff .total waste of time and money

Absolute horrendous service from this company. Had to wait over an hour for my food and it still did not get delivered. The delivery driver was rude and did not care how long he was taking as he kept saying '5 minutes'. Avoid ordering from this place as this was my first time ordering from here and this is the level of customer service they offered me.

Ordered delivery, XL piZza 18” but by mistake they sent a 12”. I contacted them and they told me very politely they would send another pizza. I was expecting another 12” but instead they sent me a full 18” one. Very good customer service. Well done
