Domino's Pizza in Oxford

They just don’t care about their jobs . That’s all I have to say ! Horrible service !!!

After 4 years, I visited to the UK again. As a former Domino's staff I can say this service is still perfect quality. We ordered two for tuesday deal for collection. Two large pizzas, it has minor bubbly but it tastes fab. Girls were welcoming. Nice and tidy store. Keep up the good work Boys and Girls. Thanks.

Wow! Great people. Left an item in the store last night when collecting, and was able to get it back the next day. Also the pizza was pretty good!

Ordered a pizza for collection went to collect it and was told my pizza was taken and there is nothing they can do about it the woman serving me had attitude and my money was took and no pizza was given to me

Best cheeseburger pizza anywhere! Preparation quite quick and the staff is nice.

I ordered this through Uber eats but the staff were delivering and it has now been over 3 hrs and it’s still not here I am so mad as me and my partner waited so long for this! I can’t call the shop as no credit and there’s no option to email. I’m so mad I want a refund and I won’t be ordering again. I’ve clicked so many times a check up on where it is and no update from shop. My numbers on there aswell.

I ordered a large pizza last night waited more than 20 min it wasn’t busy but they we’re taking to some relatives I believe so and at the end they gave e me a small pizza when I said I ordered large the guy just lifted his shoulders I don’t know he said I was like I asked for a large no explanation or Ofer to make another one when I said I will complain one of the guys at the back heard me and as I was leaving he said do you want another one but I just left very very rude staff talking in their language and not paying attention of what you ordered or take your name nothing

Having placed an order on a Friday night, we anticipated a certain delay but were surprised to find that after an hour, our order had been marked as 'delivered', and so naturally we called to find out exactly where it had been delivered to. We were told that considering the time and date meant they were busier than usual, and that the driver likely marked our order as complete, we should expect it shortly. Having been told to call back in half an hour, we still saw no sign of our order, We called back only to be told it was now considered lost, and that they would be sending a replacement along with an additional 'gift' for our troubles - which we took to mean a free side. It must be noted, that a refund was at no point offered, even after asking for one. It was also not disclosed what had happened to the first order, where it had gotten lost or who has received it. So, we wait for our secondary order to arrive, which takes an additional 30 minutes, only to have our pizzas arrive, one burnt, the other undercooked and no free 'gift'. To make matters worse, we had to convince the delivery person that ours was indeed the right address, and that we had been promised compensation in the form of a free side. Making us look like opportunists.

Quick service normal Domino quality. Parking on the street so not straight forward

Constantly getting Luke warm food, getting the order wrong and last time got shafted with paying twice. I would spend about £1500 a year with these people. Now off to Pizza Hut.

Open late and food was made fairly quick, I did have to wait outside the front of the shop as the door was locked late at night

You could only pay with card, which would be fine if there was somewhere written down that this was the case.

Decent place to get pizza in headington. The atmosphere could have been better. There's not much option to dine in. Not very appealing. Good for take away

attendance took to long to take my order he kept talking then after 10 minutes he took my order i’ve ordered a large pepperoni with stuffed crust but when i opened there’s was no stuffed crust worst service i’ve already had.

Generally OK, but needs seats for waiting customers or those that wanna eat there.

Did your large pizza shrink in size? It may only be 1.5 inch smaller but that equates to 21% less pizza (surface area).

Chain pizza takeaway - you get what you expect. Not gourmet or super personalised but reliable and very acceptable. Kids love it. Good range of vegan and veggie options, much improved from pre covid era. Lower fat options on bases and cheese which we appreciate - tastes the same. BOGOF on collection is good value for a takeaway - 2 large pizzas for £20ish, feeds us as a family of 2 adults and 2 kids.

They have gluten-free bases and lactose-free cheese (vegan cheese), but ask for them together? Absolutely not. My partner is lactose intolerant and gluten-free, and when we ordered a gluten-free pizza, we found that we could not put vegan cheese on it online so we called the store to order over the phone. They said they couldn't do it. We asked why - they had no reason, just that the company didn't allow that. So we asked if we could have a vegan pizza on a gluten-free base? Nope. Okay, how about a pizza without cheese and a pot of vegan cheese on the side to melt at home? They couldn't do that either. Why? No reason was given, just can't do it. Dominos wants people to choose between intolerances. Absolutely ludicrous. Anyone who is gluten-free and lactose intolerant/vegan, just go to Pizza Hut. They provide that option and they have great deals. I will always order from Pizza Hut now!

1 ordered 50 percent deal pizza online from Headington Oxford the pizza which I ordered was 2x supreme vegetarian Very cold no taste and very poor customer service and I have never experience from dominos anything like this I firm believe it was all about money. Very poor customer service also the manager is extremely rude I would recommend go to cowley branch

WARNING! you may or may not to contract a Disease with dominos, its a 50/50 chance. Thanks to domino's I get so sick the sight or smell of pizza! I noticed the person who made my pizza wasn't wearing any gloves, i shrugged it off thinking he must of wash his hand! I WAS WRONG! less than 24 hours, I was in hospital with a serious disease, which could only be contracted either with dirty hands OR uncooked meats! I have already reported them to the city council they are looking into this.

Can't order over the phone and pay on delivery this is wrong and Domino's are missing out on a huge revenue stream sort it out fast or will spend money elsewhere

I would give a zero if I could. Worst tasting pizza and wings of my life. I ordered two flavours both were terrible tasting and not fully baked dough on the other one.

Very bad service.They send wrong order.I did tell the driver.He completely ignore me and walked off.I was keep calling him then he said in the end call in store.No one answered.In the end we have to throw out the stuff which one was wrong because no one like it.I never order from domino’s.

Can't get bored of the pizzas.delivery always on time. They have a cyclist delivery guy surprisingly, i guess dominos trying to be sustainable! I love the vegan nuggets. I support Veganism! Go Vegan!!! 😉

Ordered for delivery. 1 hour passed and nothing arrived even though the app said it was delivered. Rang the shop and they hung up on me, rang back (told them the issue) and all I got was "the driver is on his way" then they hung up. No sorry or we are busy (which I would have understood), not an ETA...nothing

Same as any other domino's, good service and good food. No problems here. They couldn't figure out the voucher code we wanted to use, but we just left it in the end.

Placed an order, waited over an hour, nothing. Checked the tracking and apparently it’s delivered. Call the store more than a dozen times, no answer over the very loud music. No sympathy or care no pizza. Avoid this branch at all costs

Waited an hour for a cold pizza and a missing item only to be greeted by a bad attitude from both the delivery driver and store when flagging that my order was incomplete. Unfortunately this is one of many, many mistakes made by this store but completely unacceptable to imply the customer is in the wrong when they simply haven't received everything they paid for. They did offer to send the missing item back out but appeared so irritated about the prospect I told them not to bother. Papa John's is my usual pizza place and will once again be getting 100% of my custom

Every delivery has had things missing or wrong .

Click and collect only, its good if you want to order online and collect. No menu inside the store.

Ordered 2 pizzas online and it said it will be ready in 7-15 minutes... 30 minutes later still waiting. The crooks had forgotten one of my pizzas. 🙄

Its a Dominos, exactly as you expect it. The staff were very friendly and even saw one of the ladies dancing as she worked

Went to domino's last night after returning from duty as a serving soldier in the british army, only to be refused service, and the reason why is because i was using cash, obviously i did not have my bank card or my phone but when has legal tender ever been refused! I will never have a domino's again and i am spreading the word around my barracks to get all of my colleges to not use domino's as well! Absolutely devastated have you ever sat with the guys talking about your first food when you get back, you literally dream about it! Cheers for robbing me of my one guilty pleasure!

We ordered the chicken wings and one of them was raw! We thought it was just a fluke, so we tried them again a few weeks later and there was a piece of blue plastic baked into the pizza. Not ordering from here again.

Food is Devine, amazing workers and a beautiful display of candles and warm lighting to welcome yourself.

Liability this place you ask for specific toppings and they give you something completely different to what you ask. I didn't want tandoori chicken I wanted normal sliced chicken! Also don't expect them to be able to do half and half unless the manager is there cause you get odd toppings of the other side on your side too!

Dominos has its own taste and style. Perfectly serviceable, but I think convenience is how it wins - delivery options and speed are brilliant. Pizza is like only Dominos. Personally I tend to eat too much and then feel slightly queasy every time.

Always on time with deliveries and pizza gets here piping hot. Never had a wrong order either - very reliable :)

Completely and utterly useless there more than happy to take your money, but don't deliver food phone to say there is a problem or apology. They don't answer when you phone the store a complete waste of time and will never be using them again and nor should anyone else if you have any sense.

Late, cold, most of the order missing, they didn't answered the phone after numerous attempts, no will to help from the driver...

Food is always good but how can a delievery driver have no change so my cost was 26.48 i gave him 40 as i had nothing else he said he got no change so i spent 13 pound more so please give ur delievery driver more of a float

We had guests over and decided to place an order for home delivery with dominoes in Headington Oxford, the online smiley face told us that the food was out for delivery (at 11 pm) however our food never arrived. My husband phoned the restaurant the next day and the staff member stated that the restaurant manager would be in contact to discuss this issue. In the meantime the restaurant had taken the payment from our bank account! The Manager never rang back so my husband went into the branch to voice his complaint, he was advised that it would take five days to reimburse the payment and he was not offered any compensation. We will never use Dominoes again and we have advised our family and freinds the same. Very disappointed on the service and lack of appologie.

Nice staff. Good food. The lunch deal is great- £2 for a personal pizza with up to 2 toppings until 4pm. Only downside is that it seems understaffed, so sometimes a long wait.

Never going to buy from Dominos again , very bad the veggie pizza was very dry not enough cheese the mushrooms was dry , we asked to add pepper and corn which they didn’t, the chicken pizza was dry not enough cheese. We asked for 3 sides , and they only gave us 2 sides . They didn’t bother to give us the wedges. Waste of money and time . Really disappointing

As dominos go this is a pretty good example. The staff are friendly and service is efficient. The current buy one get one free offer for collection is well worth it.

Ordered online, walked down 4 minutes, and it was just coming out of the oven. Not bad. Had the £5.99 special with an enhancement or two, and they don't overprice the drinks.

Expensive, slow service and bad quality of the ingredients. Almost without tomato sauce, the pizza with mushrooms have like 8 pieces of this ingredient. I order the biggest pizza and was actually very small. NEVER AGAIN

I think it is an insult to call what they serve here a pizza, or even edible food. There was not enough tomato sauce (and the quality of the tomato sauce they use is very poor), dry and burnt mozzarella (in such a small amount I could hardly spot it). The dough is outright gross. I had domino's pizza before but it wasn't so bad. I am not sure whether the problem is this particular shop or if they've changed something in the recipe. Surely I will never ever eat this horror again.

Quick, effective service, average to good pizza from a Domino's.

Great experience both delivery and takeaway. Fast and efficient. Like the addition of Italian Crust to the menu - maybe, it's not quite Italian, but an excellent substitute, and much more authentic than any other crust, including Thin Crust. Losing one star for unreasonably high prices, especially for additions and substitutes. (£1.50 for every change to a pizza on their menu, £2.50 for stuffed crust). Must respond to the market, and increase their selection of gluten-free offerings. E.g., why chicken sides have to be breaded/battered in wheat crumbs? Why is the GF pizza only available in Small?

This is a very good Dominos. Plenty of topping on the pizza and they arrive hot when they are delivered! Place is clean and tidy and if you order online it works perfectly

Average chain pizza place. Usually order for delivery. They do generally come quickly. The quality is not consistent, especially with regards to the various wing offerings. Sometimes they are good, other times they are greasy and unappealing. Still, it's a giant chain restaurant, so it's average for that.

Cada vez que visite el servicio de atención al cliente es una basura, tengo que explicar mi elección varias veces a pesar de que sólo el queso y tomate pizza sencilla y básica. lados Un par de veces les llamaba y si alguien no tan estupenda en el idioma inglés habla te poner el teléfono por si no entienden mi orden (he hablado a otros miembros del personal que han admitido que sus colegas para que con frecuencia.

Nos cambiaron de Pizza Hut para Domino's porque ellos brindan a nosotros y Pizza Hut no.

I love dominos pizzas! They are definitely one of my favourite in Oxford, no matter if its collection or delivery, always nice, warm and tasty!! And they have a lot of good deals as well.

The whole thing was terrible, food took over an hour to arrive, it was dry and lacked sauce. The chicken strippers weren't fit for a dog let alone a human, for the cost of a pizza you expect better!
