Been hungry so much and Adams deliver us nice food earlier as we been expecting...they forgot the drink but they call us after to apologise and offer next time free drink what we found very kind of them...thank you guys...

The delivery man was very polite. The food was nice, chips a bit cold but the burged and kebab was ok; would have been better if the sauce was seperate. Would order again.

Excellent food! Kebabs are top top drawer. Driver was very nice guy. Only problem was they forgot my chicken wings! Other than that faultless service. Thoroughly recommended.

Chicken kebab - great (but a bit skimpy on the salad and sauce so I added extra of my own) Fried chicken - skin was not crispy AT ALL, was super soggy Garlic bread - bland Would older again just for the kebab but nothing else.

I run out of good things to say about Adams. Try them and see for yourself

Best Pizzas and Kebabs for miles

Terrible. Claimed they waited outside for 25minutes and called me but couldn't get through. Phone had signal so don't know what they are talking about. Plus they said they left voicemails. I've had none! At all! I rang them 15minutes after the arrival time and they didn't seem to know much and said should be couple minutes. Then got a call saying they had gone back with the food. They tried claiming I gave them wrong number however they called me from shop to my number..so my number was correct! Then said they can bring food back but I'd have to pay another £1 and it would be 20minutes! I said it would be cold and they didn't want to refund me either. So lesson learnt. Dont order from them again.

They gave us the same food order of kebab when we order e different ones. The chips were chewy and it wasn’t particularly warm either

It was late due to snow but pizza wasn’t that nice!

Understand that there was poor weather and there was a warning about late deliveries. However, the staff were rude on the phone and unhelpful. Food still hadn't come after an hour and half so we rung and they said it was on the way, rung again 2 hours after ordering and they said the driver was just setting off - after saying it was already on its way. Very poor service which cannot be blamed on 'poor weather'. Very unhappy.

The guy who delivered it was late by a twenty minutes. Then he didn’t even get out of his car, he waited for me to come out and then he passed the pizza to me through his car window. And then he looked burnt for not getting a tip. Try bringing hot food to the door instead of sitting in the street with my meal as it cools even further next time. Also - the pizzas are REALLY greasy Ok if you want a filthy meal but not so good if you choose thin base to cut down on the calories and it’s still swimming in fat

Burger was nice, and that's it, the chicken donner meat was very fatty and greasy, not a good quality. No option to order chicken or lamb shish. We won't be back.

it took an hour to receive two kebabs. asked for normal mayo when prompted in the order. ordered more normal mayo on the side. the food came covered in garlic mayo and garlic mayo on the side. made food inedible. chicken was seasoned with something that tastes like mint which wasn’t good either. chips were over cooked to being brown. won’t order again.

Usually great but the driver took 50 minutes to find us and so the food was there for cold and disgusting. They tried to blame it on us. Disappointing way to treat regular customers

Hello, I have ordered from Adam’s a few times. For the first time I have ordered a pizza from Adam’s and I must say it’s one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. The pizza dough smelt and tasted sweet. I could not describe the flavour or smell for a while until I realised it was a very off putting sweet and a floral taste and scent. I won’t be ordering a pizza from Adam’s again. It was inedible.

2nd time we have ordered now and it has taken over a hour and a half. This used to be our favourite take away but after the 2nd time when we had guests that couldn't eat with us because it was so late, it has to be our last from here. Food is nice, just a shame about the delivery situation.

I got a text to say my food wouldn’t be long and it didn’t arrive for a further 35 minutes. Food was cold and didn’t taste very nice.

The driver was rude and inconsiderate and he made me walk upto our easy-to-open gate as he was "confused how to open" it and didn't care even though I look after my partner and shouldn't leave her alone. This is unresponsable as in the phone call before delivery, I said I couldn't come past our front door. In addition, Chips were overcooker but not burnt, "Kebab wrap" was misleading as all it was, was a small donna kebab, the donna meat was dry but smothered by sauce, the pitta bread AND salad was soaked in grease but atleast the coke was cold.

The burger was fine, the chips were soggy - probably a couple of days old and used to wipe the counter. The donner meat dry and bland. The tomatoes in the kebab were spongy. The onion slice on top was the only tasty element of the kebab. Also, despite asking to come through a specific road for delivery, they followed the sat nav and ended up to the back entrance, forcing us to go through a few layers of mud to get our food

Did not tell us when food was to be delivered. Pizza was good but chips were stale.

Ordered large Kebab , received medium portion The donner meat tasted like it was all day in pot then served for me , salad the same thing , fries were cold and probably refried to warm them up meaning? Not fresh at all!!! Delivery driver late 10minutes and knocking on the door like a bodybuilder ( woke up my little girl). Lesson? Never order again Suggestion ? Please if you did read this swipe your finger and get different restaurant!!! PEACE

Ordered the Adams' Special Chicken Tikka Pizza. It arrived 30mins early and piping hot. Tasted really delicious and super pleased coz it cured my cravings. Will defo come back again!

Food was fine. The guy was late. Wouldn't really class a large as a large, I've had mediums bigger than the portions here.

pizza had hardly any toppings on them but delivery was 20 minutes early!

Added an extra 10 mins on delivery time!!! Chips and cheese was nice but the kebab I'm not really sure The chicken was all dry and the kebab meat all dry on the ends and the garlic sauce well it didn't taste like garlic sauce Forgot to add extra sauce what I payed for though which is abit cheeky seen as though I payed for it

Got the order wrong sent one garlic mayo and chilli dip when it was supposed to two garlic mayo. Then they had forgot one of the drinks and when I rang to ask if they could drop it off they said next time I order with them I'll get 2 drinks for 1. When I said I didn't want This seen as I've paid for it now and I won't be ordering from them again, they said they couldn't get a driver to me so I've just paid for a drink I'll never get. Also food is bang average would defo recommend ordering elsewhere

Nice pizza but very small. Hadn't realised how small the small pizza was. The 7 inch is really for toddlers. Maybe supply free magnifying glass with pizza?

fries was abit soggy but this was down to. ad choice of packaging not due to poor quality food because they tasted good just the texture apart from that everything else was lovely and food was early. all round a good service with good food will be back again thanks x

First time we ordered it came 2 hours late and freezing. Thought we would give them a 2nd chance as all takeaways/restaurants have problems but 2nd time our order was cancelled after we were waiting for over an hour. Because it's a weekend they didn't have the time (courtesy) To let us know,we only discovered our order was cancelled when it didn't arrive and partner phoned to see where it was. So be VERY careful when ordering on a weekend and have hungry children in the house. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND STILL HUNGRY HOURS LATER as they don't have the common courtesy to inform you that they are too busy to take your order (even though it is accepted through just eat). BEWARE OF COLD FOOD AND CANCELLED ORDERS!!!

Always great food, always earlier than the estimated delivery times and always great service. We use the guys regularly and would recommend then to anyone. They're also the only place we've order burger and kebabs from that actually use the notes left on the order.

Excellent takeaway. Food is always very hot on arrival. Timing of delivery is always exact or early. Delivery drivers are always polite.

Driver useless, told him twice where to deliver (also supplied complete address and postcode) also then explained to the restaurant where to deliver, food quality im sure i would have rated higher if it were actually warm when we got it.ordered naan bread on both meals was fobbed off with pitta....no apologies made anywhere for the awful customer service
