Food was good and fresh, just generally find the mighty meaty sometimes too sloppy and not enough flavour but that's on the company not on the staff. tasted good the day after when it had dried out a bit. Very fast service - used the app and was ready to collect in 15min. Order was correct too. Can't say much about atmosphere as it was a takeout.

There is hardly any cheese or tomato on the pizza, some slices are almost bald. If you call to complain the staff aren’t interested, would be fine if a pizza wasn’t £20. When you order from a franchise it’s because you expect the consistent level of quality, this site falls short.

Quick and easy to order and to track the order too. Using their website with the coupon bot allows you to save a great deal of money. As soon as it was ready for collection I set off and on arrival they wasted no time in providing me with my food. Food is generally really tasty.

I mean, the pizza is good, good choice of sides too. But why have ridiculous deals such as 50% off when you spend £100, what! £100! On pizza! The pricing structure of this place is just daylight robbery, should all be serving in balaclavas. I do like a dominoes pizza, but it's hardly surprising its never really that busy when you visit.....a stark reminder that once you walk through that door, your pants are down and your over a barrel.

Absolutely disgusting services, took over a hour for delivery, for the driver to come and say he cant deliver to my door, I live above some shops and was stood at my door, he still wouldn't come up, I'm 38 weeks pregnant and this didnt seem to bother him, I have never had this problem, my food is now cold, staff and driver extremely rude, will not be ordering again from there.

Have always had good experiences here before, prompt and reasonable quality. However today I ordered 2 pizzas. The tracker app showed them as out for delivery, and then delivered, but no pizza had arrived. I tried phoning the store, but no one answered. When I hung up the phone rang again. It was a neighbour 3 doors down, ringing the number on the pizza box (which was mine), wanted to know why Domino's had delivered pizza he hadn't ordered. We did get our pizza, but was stone cold. Won't be ordering again.

Hi just want to say I have been reading other reviews on this page unfortunately don’t agree with some of you. My experience has & always has been 5star service the manager Ali is very good & understands the needs of a customer I am Muslim so I order halal toppings so they clean was & use new which I love. Can’t fault the store staff never had any problems hope your owners give you a bonus the delivery staff are very polite and friendly foods always on time. & no I am not getting paid to write this review it’s from experience of using them over a year now.

Ordered quite a large order for most of it not to turn up and for them to add a random pizza into the order that none of us requested, the food was almost raw and cold when it arrived, when I phoned up they denied that I had ordered from them being very rude and then only admitted that I had ordered from them when I handed the phone to a male friend, even then they kept denying that the food ordered had not came from this store... generally they were very snarky and couldn’t care less about the customers health or anything otherwise won’t be ordering from them in a long time unless they buck their ideas up, definitely not up to stardards

Ordered a large pizza with extras last week, it arrived with hardly any toppings. I rang to complain and was fobbed off by the manager, so I emailed Dominos head office who apologised and sent me a voucher for a free pizza. I ordered the free pizza last night but when I arrived it didn't have the toppings I asked for. So again I rang and spoke to the manager who got very confrontational with me and put the phone down on me. Completely unacceptable service and behaviour. I will never order from there again . This particular shop is ruining the reputation of Dominos.

If I could give zero I would. Late is one thing but two hours is a bit extreme? Same story as the rest of the reviews. You call and call and call to be fobbed off with varying excuses, asked for a refund and the manager is conveniently away and the only one who can do it. Told to call back later, he’s still away. Appalling delivery times from this establishment, delivery times of an hour are now the norm for this place despite them claiming delivery in under 35 minutes on the dominoes app. Staff don't seem to really care that they are taking forever to deliver, just try to fob complaints off with discounted pizzas in future but then when you order the next one it's late again. I cannot recommend this place, there are far better Pizza places in the area.

We tried to call to complain but surprise surprise, no-one was picking up. Took 40 minutes to deliver from when the system said out for delivery, and we live a 3 minute ride away. Driver got agitated when he couldn't find the address, he called us and was super rude trying to prove that we don't know our own address. When he came he brought the wrong drinks. Very disappointed, we'll get Pizza Hut next time.

Ok, I'm not just writing this 1 star review based on just one trip. I have been a regular customer here for over 3 years now (usually get the Two-For-Tuesdays deal most weeks) and it must be under new management because the service and food quality levels have gone right downhill on my last 3 visits.On the last 3 occasions I have gone to collect my pizza they have messed up my order and had to start again. This wastes my time because I order online and shouldn't have to wait another 20 minutes when I arrive.Secondly, what part of 'Extra Cheese' and 'Extra Tomato Sauce' do these people not understand? I pay extra money for tomato sauce because I want that on my pizza. The double Cheese and Tomato at this branch used to be amazing last year with a rich layer of tomato puree on every slice but clearly they have changed staff or management and they no longer care what you want on your order.I am including a photo of my 'Extra Tomato Sauce' from tonight (order number 170201077) and as you will see the pizza has barely any tomato sauce but that's okay because they have just made £18 from me. This has happened on the last 3 visits so I will no longer be visiting every Tuesday.Staff don't bother answering when you ring to complain.

If I could give this zero stars I would. We have ordered online this evening at 6pm. We got our delivery 45 mins later. That's where the good news ended. Upon arrival, our pizzas were incorrect. When I tried to contact the store they didn't answer and then after several more attempts, they took the phone off the hook. I contacted another branch to see if they could help, who could only say they would try ringing the store as well and they would ring back! I waited a further half an hour and they hadn't rang back. I tried to ring this store again and eventually got through (after a further 5 attempts!). After I had explained what had happened they hung up on me! Disgraceful. I rang back and complained and they did apologise and gave me a full refund (although they tried to buy me off with free cookies first!). The order was cancelled but a further pizza delivery man turned up a couple of mins later with the pizzas and cookies, so not all was lost. I am now waiting for my refund to go through.

This place has messed up 2 out of my 3 recent orders and on one occasion could have made me very ill (putting through a gluten free order as a normal; I'm not a fad diet person, I'm severely coeliac). I had had to order on the phone as their online system was down again so there was no written record of my order, just what the guy had put in my till. Therefore, it was deemed my fault so I was not offered replacement, refund or even a voucher. I will not order again as only 1/3 of gluten free orders have actually been done properly. I gave them two stars, rather than one, because the drivers always get here on time. The gluten free pizza base is much, much better at Pizza Hut (you'd never know it wasn't wheaty) and I was only using Dominos because Pizza Hut can't find my newly built house yet.

Tonight I downloaded your app to place an order for a Friday night treat from my local Domino's - (Horsforth, Leeds) as your mobile site was not working. I tried several times to place an order without any success. I tried my cash card several times and receive an error message...I tried PayPal several times and received an error message. Finally I phoned the delivery shop and placed the order over the phone and said I would pay by card. When the delivery lady arrived I gave her my card and the payment was declined. I was confused what had happened to my cash and a little embarrassed so I transferred some money from another account to pay for it. Not money I can afford to spend on a pizza order. The order came to a total of £30.67. I have since tried to make sense of the fact a big chunk of money mysteriously dissappeared from my account. It would appear that even though I receive an infuriating error message each time I tried to place an order you have still debited my account for each FAILED attempt. So far I have found my PayPal account has been charged TWICE. Once for £30.67 and again for £31.00 as I tried changing the cost (rounding up to the pound for your charity) in an attempt to have the order accepted. In addition I also tried the same tactic to get the order accepted with my cash card. I will now have to wait until Monday to see exactly how many times and more importantly how much has been charged to my card. I have contacted the delivery shop to explain the issue (I spoke to the manager Andrew) and he has assured me that NONE of the orders were received by them. I have tried to call your head offices to see when you are next open to find there is no one I can speak with until Monday, when I will be at work. To add further insult to injury whomever represents you on Facebook has informed me it will take 2-5 working days to even contact me! Disgraceful!!! I need this money putting back into my account immediately! This has been taken due to errors on your part and not mine. I feel this is absolutely unacceptable. A treat for my family after I have worked a 50 hour week has cost me (at a guess)£150!!!! Be assured that as a single parent with two children do NOT have that amount of money to waste or wait to be returned. Needless to say I am furious about this and feel this goes way beyond a 'small error'.

Ordered chicken Kiev 12” calzone and beef lasagne with onion rings. Onion rings were ok. Calzone order was incorrect but still ok ish until I got to the piles of badly dry chicken, thick with cheese
