The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

Food order never arrived. Called store and they couldn't care.

On the hygiene front the manager has a habit of scratching his face and running his hand through his hair and yes he was handling plates. We entered the restaurant and used the app so payed up front. All the plates were stone cold and coupled with other problems we decided to leave. Asked for a refund which was agreed but would take a few days. Quick to take money, don't care for customer service after. There is no way to phone anyone, blame it on social distancing and COVID. But customer care are working from home. No, they take your money and run.

I have visited this Pizza Hut several times in the last month for their “Bluffets”. They currently offer unlimited pizzas served to your table when ordering through the app, alongside a pasta dish and the sals of your choice. The pizzas are small but cooked fresh and hot!! On one occasion they ran out of the deep pan option after ordering which was annoying as I have never been a fan of thin base and therefore our lunch was not as enjoyable. However, staff here are lovely and hospitable. They work extremely hard attending to everyone’s requests with the new buffet system. Last week we were served by a waitress with red hair (who previously worked at the leisure park Hut) and she was just brilliant and an absolute asset to this branch, which made our dining experience even better. I hadn’t returned to this specific restaurant in years as the other hut would always be my go to as I felt the standards were much higher but this one has definitely improved over time.

Three times now we have had a takeaway and three times we have got home and not had what we have ordered. We will check next time I would suggest you do the same. Having said that it’s a nice pizza and not a bad deal and the staff are ok.

Buffet era una broma, no hay gran opción en pizza y tuvo que esperar, Manager trató de poner la excusa de no suficiente personal debido a la enfermedad.

Large portion barely served 1 person. Chips stale and overcooked. McCane are much nicer and way way better value. 4 meals ordered... Had to cook extra...so much for a cheap night off....could have had a meal deal for 4 with wine x 2.

Tasted of nothing and came late. There just isn't enough to say to fill out the minimum number of characters required to post.

Service was extremely friendly but the food was poor Chips were frozen and slightly undercooked, and everything was bland, cheap and low quality £15 for a few frozen scampi and some undercooked frozen chips is terrible value and there are some much much better options next door

Not Hot Stuff any more that was 5 star got a chicken kebab today with all the trimmings and seeing pre cooked chicken warmed up thrown onto a bread with only mayo was a joke

Ordered the pizza deal…x 2 pizzas, large fries and a bottle of drink. Only the pizzas arrived. When I called the restaurant they said it’s too expensive to do this deal now but they were happy to take my order and take my money…false advertising! I appreciate costs are rising but either withdraw the deal, increase your costs or communicate to your customer that you can’t honour it! Don’t just take the money and then only deliver half the order because it suits you. Rude and aggressive staff doesn’t help either

You all thought this would be a good review of a fun time at Pizza Hut, well it’s not. Don’t get me started on the staff, the table service was terrible, the “waiters” only relied on the website not knowing or informing me of the basics like: refill cups, buffets, deserts. Today the workers were hiding behind the till, reluctant to serve us being lazy and unqualified. I’m not one to write a review but you have forced me to create an account. Pizza Hut please fix your employment standards.

The melts are awful absolutely. The porting is probably the size of one slice of pizza. No sauce in the melt cheese and bread rock hard like a pitta that’s been in the toaster for three hours. Two slices of pepperoni and covered in salt that’s all I could taste. Nothing about this is a melt

Has someone taken over the Firezza we have known and loved for 2 years and replaced it with someone who doesn't know how to make pizza? I ask this as a return customer of many years. Our most recent order even arrived in unmarked pizza boxes (they have previously come in branded firezza ones) and didn't include a quarter of the toppings we had specified. What happened guys?? We really expected better and probably won't be ordering from you again after receiving such terrible acidic, uncooked, largely inedible pizzas. Did you just hand this order over to someone who hasn't never cooked a pizza at Firezza before? We usually love your pizza, which is why this order was so disappointing. One pizza was just sauce - no base to speak of and was so liquid it was seeping through the box when it arrived. The other pizza included bacon (which I hadn't asked for) and had replaced the usual high quality ingredients with the slop I'd expect from a late night pizza joint I used to frequent on a night out, as a plastered student (who couldn't tell the difference between pizza and cardboard with some sauce on top). You nearly ruined our romantic night in. Thank goodness we aren't one of those couples that solely rely on good food to set the mood.

Terrible pizza, wouldn’t give to my dog. Dry and tasteless and barely warm. Delivered within 40 minutes but a waste of money. Used to be a great company until they franchised it out. Only as good as your last pizza. I’m please don’t waste your money
