Pizza Hut in Hillingdon

Ordered pizzas etc and after seeing they’d supposedly been delivered rang to say they hadn’t, was told they were 2 minutes away. Rang back after 20 minutes to be told the driver must have gone off with them or given them to someone else! No chance of reordering so we had to go hungry and wait up to 5 days for a refund ! Terrible service !

This Pizza Hut closed in November 2021. It was otherwise a good and conveniently located restaurant. Sorely missed, but amazed this listing had not been updated.

Visited for lunch we were greeted very nicely during the meal we were informed the restaurant is closing this Friday.In spite of this the service was excellent ,salad very nice and pizza pipping hot our waitress is going to hayes branch and we wish her well for the future

Disappointed with the quality of service received this evening of my birthday. We visited as a family of 6 and initially was faced with the first obstacle of having to rely on a phone for all of us to order from, despite 3 waiters and a quiet restaurant, no alternative was offered, simply a QR code. In addition, we were only given 2 menu sheets between 6 and also, the app requests a tip prior to any service, which was inappropriate at this stage. Whilst waiting for our sides/starters, we went to fill our refillable drinks, to which the machine was out of order (with no sign) so we informed a waiter. The waiter then gave us a bottle of Pepsi max and some new glasses which was appreciated. However later on, we were offered an additional bottle of Diet Coke, considering we were a large party, but this never arrived. Another waiter was very abrupt when we asked for a pizza cutter, to which they took back the pizzas and delivered again, better cut, and blamed it on their new joiner. We also did not receive half of our sides/starters until the end of our meals - when we asked a waiter, they didn’t take on board what we had asked, they turned away before we could even finish our sentence and walked off distracted without apologising nor acknowledging our food was in fact very late. They later blamed this on the fact they had a lot of deliveries - again, unacceptable. Once the final sides had be received and it was time for dessert (at the same time due to delayed timings which prolonged this unendurable experience), we were informed that one of the puddings had to be reheated before it reached our table - the waiter joked but again, this was not appreciated and added to all of our dissatisfaction. I am very disappointed with the service received, especially as it was a special occasion and will not be returning in a hurry.

Absolutely disgusting service and food from @pizzahut in Uxbridge. We decided to eat in and ordered our pizza with pineapple it came without pineapple and this is how it came out ! We asked the manager for straws and he said “ can you stop asking for things ask me once” and started getting very rude towards us.

My wife, daughter, daughters boy friend and I visit prior to going to the cinema. I have been to this Pizza Hut many times over the years. But plan no to visit again. My daughters boyfriend asked for chips with his pizza and they did not turn up. He had for ask for them again. When the chips arrived some where over cooked and some under cook. My lasagne was tasteless and a minute portion. The meal cost 70 pounds for one main courses each and only two desserts. The high light for me was the vanilla cream soda which I have never had before

Before I went to Pizza Hut today I went into the restaurant to book a table for the evening and the man said you don’t need to book just come in. So I went in the evening and they said they were fully booked and that there was no way they could seat us! Then we got takeaway. It took half an hour to even take our order and one of the workers kept on screaming at us to get out the shop and wait outside. They said the food would be 15 mins. It had been 45 mins of standing outside then we asked how long. They said 5 more mins. After HALF AN HOUR of more waiting they called us inside to come get our food. Only 2 pizzas were there when we ordered 4. To wait for the other two it took another HALF HOUR.While we were waiting outside lots of people were saying to us they hadn’t got their food after waiting 3 HOURS. When we finally got home the food was cold and the pizzas had less cheese. This restaurant should be ashamed to call themselves Pizza Hut.

Uxbridge Pizza Hut is so good such good service ! Such goid food and delivery exceptional . Added garlic dips over the phone for me

Popped in for a bite to eat, after many years, I was pleasently surprised. My last experience at a Pizza Hut in Hayes, wasn't a good one. It wasn't busy at all, we ordered our food, and drinks, our bill was £33 ish. I had the chicken covered in mushroom and Montreal cheese, with fries and onion rings. It was very tasty indeed. My daughters thin crust pepperoni pizza was tasty too. We had a salad bowl each. The salad bar was clean, the food was really tasty, The waitress was really nice and chatty. If in uxbridge again , I will definitely come back here.

Today a group of our members and service users with a variety of disabilities visited the Pizza Hut Restaurant in Uxbridge. We were all were very impressed with the service we received. All the staff were friendly, supportive and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed and no matter what we asked for, it was provided with a smile. Popped in with a friend for a cheap lunch. The “as much you can eat pizza “ only related to a few basic varieties and the salad bar was again limited. Drinks had to be purchased separately on a unlimited basis, so what seemed like a good deal really wasn’t for 2 adults. More suitable for families with children.

I had yesterday a pizza there. They did not had all the toppings and the pizza was ridiculously expensive. That’s not the worst though. I had a terrible food poisoning. Sick all night, didn’t sleep at all. Thanks God it is Friday and I don’t have to work tomorrow. For your own sake. Eat something else

After trying out the frozen rubbish, in which Goodfellows came 2nd & a simple Flatbread & my own toppings winning, decided to up the anti. And go for the high street Pizzas. Expected a good result. Whats happened to this failing pizza chain. Rather below average pizza 2/5 rubbish

Lunchtime stop, arrived around 2pm, restaurant very quiet. Buffet menu, selection of pizza and pasta available, slow turnover so some pizza had dried up. Overall ok, staff friendly.

Your typical Pizza Hut, was empty when we entered and had the appearance of it being just a franchise store. Once seated it certainly didn't appear the case and by the time we left it was quite busy even though it was getting later on in the evening. Food was of the standard you expect in pizza hut, service was good and prices as expected. On a personal note, it is yet another store that my Pizza Hut app hasn't worked in.

Called on a Sunday evening just after 8pm and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Sadly there were no corn cobs available for my chicken melt and my friend’s side order of chips came 20 minutes before her pizza. Disappointingly they were soggy and the onion rings underdone. When we asked about them the server was apologetic and explained they don’t have a fryer so the chips are oven cooked. By this time it was too late to ask for them to be cooked longer. I had to ask for lettuce and tomatoes as the salad bar needed restocking. The waiters were straight onto it when I asked and offered to bring it to our table. It’s so good to find a town centre Pizza Hut but it could do with smartening things up a wee bit.

Ran into Pizza Hut at 2.30 hoping to still make it in time for some buffet food, luckily we were.Had amazing pizza & fortunate to be served by the most wonderful people.The Chef put more pizza’s out at 2.50 (even though the buffet was on until only 3pm) when my son went up to get some more, the chef came over to him & said if there is anything else you want let me know & I will make it for you! He’s only 10 so for someone to take the time to interact with him & offer such lovely customer service is really heart warming.You can clearly tell the team are very happy & working alongside great management!Special thanks goes to Conor, Rasham, Roman & the lovely female chef along with the rest of the team. (Apologies for not knowing your name)Thank you for making our Half Term day trip out so wonderful!

I was very disappointed that on 21.02.19 I arrived at Pizza Hut restaurant in Uxbridge high street with my family for a birthday meal at 6.45pm to see that they were closed I had checked the website before arriving and the website said open until 9pm. When I arrived the notice said ‘sorry we are closed’ however there was no explanation for this and our night was ruined. I would have appreciated and explanation or the website to have been updated.

Not been here for many years but had a voucher so gave it a try. Buffet lunch & kids meal. Lovely fresh salad bar, lots of pizza/pasta to choose & the kids meal was good. Friendly staff.

Always have a good experience at Pizza Hut Uxbridge, the food is always great and the staff are lovely. Great pricing and food is always hot.

Service isn't great and can be slow but this can be avoided if you go for the buffet. Kids love filling up their own drinks and creating their own puddings at the Ice Cream Factory. Staff are friendly enough though and this is a good place for a family meal if you don't want to pay too much for a fancy restaurant.

My family and I,wanted to go for Dinner at Pizza Hut. There was 20 of us. The Restaurant only had, about 10 other customers. So I don't, understand why they couldn't seat us on the tables that were available. One of the staff even got her manager. He asked if we'd booked which is ridiculous,as it wasn't full in Pizza hut!!! I thought that if a restaurant has a large group,then you wouldn't turn then away???

On arrival a lovely lady Ghadirh approached us and showed us to a table. The menu is limited just pizzas and little else. Luckily they have a few low calorie options, I had the chicken one which was tasty. Wine good value. The only disappointing thing is I like to end the meal with a cappuccino but they don’t have decaf! All deserts tasty but again very American choices. Ghadirh made the evening, very attentive throughout the meal.

A blast from the past! Been a long time since I have eaten here. Really has improved . They have a great salad bar with lots of healthy choices . Went for a garlic bread and breaded pepper poppers for starters Tasted good though portions could have been larger. Main consisted of an individual pizza with olives and goats cheese and deep pan too . Perhaps they are using better ingredients -tasted great Good fast service with plenty of advice and recommendation Used to take my kids to this branch-was really great to go back

Mi novia y yo fuimos allí el sábado por la tarde alrededor de las 12. 00 en la tarde. Para un almuerzo rápido antes de viajar a la ciudad. El personal dejaba mucho que desear. Gerente no parecen saber las mejores ofertas a ofrecer y una vez nos sentamos alrededor de 2 personal vino a tomar nuestra orden sólo para llevar la pizza mal sin los platos en la primera instancia, así que tuve que esperar 20 minutos adicionales para lo que pedimos, nos empujaba a tiempo, así que pedimos la factura que parecía llevar una eternidad. Me dejó allí con mi novia sensación decepciones y disatified. Sin disculpa. del personal. . caro. Servicio pobre.

I been for lunch with a friend, was nice relaxing, food OK, I like pizza with pepperoni was excellent. Staff was nice and friendly.

I took my Mum for dinner tonight (27/4/2017) in the restaurant & the food was lovely, the atmosphere was great & the service was brilliant. I'd definitely recommend.

Popped in with 2 colleagues for a quick bite late on a Monday night. Offers great value for money and good variety. The staff member servicing us was pleasant and helpful, advising us on menu choices and availability.

Fuimos para una pizza aquí anoche. Personal no muy amable chef no estaba vestido adecuadamente la vestimenta, veía pizza puesto en el plato caliente y después de 10 minutos llegamos a mí. Tenía secos. Fue una corteza de relleno, el queso seco como no fuimos dentro de la repostería que lo rodean. Pollo en la cima era el mismo. En realidad toda la cosa. Lo único bueno es que ya no tienes que pagar por la pizza cuando me quejé de esto.

El almuerzo buffet es excelente relación calidad-precio, pero yo creo que las pizzas necesita renovarse más regularmente. En un par de ocasiones había sido un montón de gente esperando para comer pizza, ya que estaban todas vacías.

Soy un gran fan de Pizza Hut, la pizza es siempre excelente, como los otros platos y la ensalada gratis es perfecta - si sin otro motivo que su simple y puedes poner en solo si quieres!

El servicio era muy bueno y la comida era muy sabrosa. Además, el buffet 😁 antes de pedir pizza es buena, ya que hay muchas cosas que elegir! ! Y hay un montón de bebidas para elegir así utilizando la máquina de bebidas. !

Good for lunches with the family & staff have always been good with the children, preferred the old aubergine parmiagana but.......... not on the new menu. great pizza though.

Me and my boyfriend always find this a great place to go on date night! Good staff, service and food. Very reasonable price too. We always go on a weekday and it's so calm its a great place to go for a calm and relaxed meal.

Perhaps a Thursday evening isn't the best time to judģe as the place was almost empty.Service was jusr below par. Pizzas arrived almosr as soon as the starter.Pizzas very average, nòt sure I expected any different.No atmosphere but no people.Convenience perhaps the onle thing on the plus side.

they put the tables together for their special treat and day..... pizza is always nice and the filling up of the different choice of salads ... .

I came here for the lunch buffet.The food was fine, and everything went ok until I noticed that the bill was on the table before I had finished my meal.When I asked the Waitress about this she said it was a standard thing and basically said that if I didn`t like it that was my tough luck.The next thing the Manager came and told me that I had upset his Waitress.He chatted to me for a while basically telling me that I had upset his stall member and that I was completely out of order.I had not made a fuss I just queried why the bill was on the table.The food and everything else were fine but I lost my appetite having to justify myself to a manager who was not prepared to listen to my side of the story anyway.

One of the first chain restaurants in town.Good service and average if overpriced food.Expensive beer.

Frequently dined here; held birthday parties here; grabbed lunch. Friendly staff always make you feel welcome and try to accommodate our obviously demanding younger charges. Definitely recommend.

Service,Very lovely, chatty staff. Took my boys to get some food before the cinema. Arrived about 1730 and we're seated straight away although the booths seating wasn't too comfortable it felt like you were slipping off into the table. Staff were helpful and friendly and explained everything to us. The food was prompt and was really nice and hot eventhough there was a big group party of about 15 people. Manager was helpful and polite and the restaurant is a credit to him and staff.

I ordered one large pizza last night and it took one hour and 40 mins to arrive. Once the delivery guy finally turned up the pizza was freezing cold. I did phone up to complain and was offered a free pizza code to use next time I ordered. I've just rang now to claim my free pizza to be told that my delivery will take up to 2 hours!!!! What a joke

Have eaten here a few times and the food is always good if you like pizza or pasta. Good choice of food and you can build a pizza to meet your specific likings

I stayed at nearby Travelodge recently, and used this fast food place as a change from pub grub from previous nights meal.The service was not quite as good as other pizza huts I had visited, but that could have been due to lots of people arriving at the same time, and not so many staff available for service.We ordered, and the pizza was excellent, both in value, size and appeal.....I really enjoyed my meal in there, especially with the free top-up salad bar....

We decided on Pizza Hut for a meal before our visit to the cinema. From the moment we walked into the restaurant to be greeted by a cheery little lady to the time we left we had a great experience. Service was excellent - the manager answering our questions - pizzas and Mac n cheese were piping hot and the salad bar had lots of variety. Ladies were immaculately clean. Would go again.just one point though we did think that the Mac n cheese - although tasty was expensive.

Don't choose the horrible low narrow bench seating (think someone thought it was a kids only restaurant). Slow service to start with as it only appeared one waitress was on her own. Usual can't use discount vouchers on a Friday and Saturday (even the in house P.O.S deals were Sunday to Thursday). Beer only sold in 330 ml bottles - working out at £6.02 a pint - so your usual rip off there. Soft drinks were however unlimited which is how it should be everywhere to be honest. Salad was salad! Food was prompt and hot but two of the four pizza's come out wrong so had to wait for fresh ones. Kind of ruined the tempo of the meal as while two people were eating the other two weren't. We did get the two wrong pizza's for free. None of the staff seemed to like answering the phone and was annoying hearing literally ring for ever (some keen people out there wanting pizza!). So for over £20 a head it's just your average Pizza.

My partner and I ate here after an afternoon shopping. We shared a large margarita which was ample. The salad bar was great! So much to choose from. The drinks machine was very cool, it was an iPad that you select your drink from :) Novelty

Usual standard of pizza hut. Good service. Food was great but I do love pizza hut pizza. Salad bar was a bit messy and we were entertained by kids using the ice cream machine. So free entertainment thrown in

We have been a few times, always very friendly staff, quick service and good food. All in all a consistently good family meal out. Never seems very busy though, but we go early.

Pretty much what you expect from Pizza Hut. Went during the lunch time buffet. Food was always available even with all the customers at the buffet. Quick and easy bite to eat.

Friday evening, not many guests in the restaurant. Maybe 9, the waiter kept ignoring us for 20 minutes. Despite asking the waiter to take our order we where ignored. ,ot with me pizza hut!

As far as Pizza Huts go, this is a good one! The food we had was nice, hot and arrived quickly. The staff were all friendly and everything seemed clean and well maintained.

This branch has exceptional staff, have always found them to be helpful and pleasant. Food is as expected fresh and of good standard. Busy during term time as Brunel Uni is close by.

As soon as i got there to uxbridge pizza hut restaurant you got the body langauge from the young waitresses that they were nit happy that we came. Smiling in your face but was in a hurry to get the orders in a hurry. Nice food but bad service!
