I'm so glad that many other customers also find this place poor on quality and service. I can't believe they're still open. No wonder Pizza Hut is struggling to survive. It's franchisees like this that are killing the brand and quality.

Today we ordered usely pizza but a taste, horrible, just warm, came out the cheese from cheese bite, very thick pizza pastry, So lm disappointed, l do know who did today but is horrible

Delivery arrived within 20 minutes and was still hot. Pizzas tasted good and the garlic bread with cheese was amazing. Update 9/23- pizza tasted good but was cut very unevenly and the cheese was going all over the place. The garlic bread was also overdone and they forgot the garlic dip with the wedges. 6/24- pizza took more than one hour to be delivered which is not acceptable. It was impressively warm though!

I wish there was zero star review because I would surely want to give zero star. I have ordered a collection and ordered half Beef and half vegetarian pizza. 1) The pizza was not cut properly I have to cut it by myself. 2) The beef sizzler is suppose to be on half side but it was covering almost all of the pizza which shows poor making of the pizza. 3) I spent £20 on a pizza which I cant even eat it as I wanted to have vegetarian side. 4) Upon calling them back for making a complain they refuse to accept it was their mistake and told they cant do anything about that which indicates poor service. 5) I asked for head office number to make a official complaint but the lady refused first and then the phone was handed over to the manager who told me that the head office number can be provided by big manager. I am not sure who they meant by big manager. Anyways, I would not recommend this Pizza hut to anyone interms of service, quality and the making of the pizzaa especially if you vegetarian.Thank you

Ordered online and the status says delivered when it hasn’t been. Try to call and you can’t get through. Useless don’t bother or you’ll never get your pizza. Rude customer service.

Don't give you any tissues because the dispenser is never topped up on purpose and they charge for sauces. For that you're getting 1 star. Money grabbers.

I am really annoyed that this is the third time off ordering pizza delivery from Pizza Hut in Northwood and what surprise has arrived late, I have asked for a full refund for the pizza delivery thst was delivered at 9.10 today. I ordered at 7.57pm and it finally arrived at 9.10pm.Will not ever be using this or any other branch again.

I saw a big rat right outside Pizza Hut door, and when I told my husband, he mentioned seeing one too. Also we gave their pizza a shot four years ago, but that was the end of it. The crust tasted like cardboard, and the whole pizza experience was just not good, both cold and dry.

Absolute rubbish. They keep delivering the wrong item and try to make you pay for it even though it is not the item ordered. Their customer service is disgraceful. If they are a franchise they should definitely lose it. They would have 0 stars if it was possible.

Disgusting soaking in oil what a joke

We bought two pizzas. When we checked , both pizzas were burnt. We told them to change. And the second pizza that they have us finally was burnt again!! Burnt Margherita is not what we wanted!

Me and my friend have visited 1st time today at this place and had very friendly behaviour with Mr. Ali Raza and he was a great human being he helped us in every way to choose the food and get to the station as well and yes the main thing made very good pizza for us as requested. Thanks a-lot for the quick service with quality food. Best wishes for future. Thank you again.

The are not answering the call Pizza Hut very poor customer service

We ordered a takeaway from the Northwood branch and a big NO as worst customer service, extremely rude over the phone, highly unprofessional, delayed delivery by 1 1/2 hours, not very tasty food. Looks like there was a huge shortage of staff and the manager (I believe her name was Sujata) couldn’t handle it. Definitely needs retraining or I would say fire her and get professional experienced staff suitable for the role. Only positives was the delivery fellow was extremely humble and polite, was apologetic for the delay.

The pizza didn’t arrive for one hour, they showed delivered and when i called the store to enquire the lady was yelling and saying she’s not IT. I am going to be reasonable and ask after one hour why it’s this delayed and shows delivered. There is tone and way to answer someone and not start shouting with the first word. You can be in rush hour but that’s literally the one job to manage the flow so northwood pizza hut whoever was answering calls needs some retraining. and don’t even think about coming at me saying i was rude or loud. i have spoken in the softest tone and have a recording for the call. please train or rehire your Staff. The delivery guy was apologetic and very nice. Your managerial staff needs to learn from the juniors. You are a joke at your behaviour and service

Pizza is ok but they don't do Thin Crust which is just madness and short sighted . They never answer the phone and when the lady manager is not around the service is terrible !

This is not a good pizza hut branch. Pizzas not cooked well and do not taste right.

Couldn't choose delivery but when i went to collect i saw multiple delivery drivers coming in and out with pizza. When i got there to collect i was told it be done in 2-3 mins, i ended up waiting over 10mins. I haven't had pizza hut in ages but was expecting a bit more flavor in the food.

Who doesn’t like a good ol’ Pizza Hut when having a fat day? Always deliver a piping hot moreish pizza (always deep pan when PH) and garlic bread with cheese.

Complete shambles, do not order from here. Why do you have a phone line if you don’t bother to answer it? Order arrived an hour late, cold pizza, and 10 unanswered calls. Complete shambles.

Ordered a pizza and paid online As you can’t pay cash anymore. Half hour later it said it was delivered even though it was. I called them today and they basically said call back later. Absolutely disgraceful

Ordered food at 6.15pm with an estimated delivery for 7pm-7.10pm. They are not answering their phones and it is now 35-45 minutes late and no idea if the food is actually going to turn up. Off to Dominoes or Papa Johns next time. I won’t go back. Be aware of this bad service.

terrible - very late, not yet delivered and phones not working. scam? Its for a party for children with issues. Arrived 2 hours late - every single item was wrong. Do not take order if you cant read or fulfil them. Its unacceptable - you cannot just get away with whatever you fancy! And of course phones always off until about 9:40pm

Take money, no delivery and when we try to contact them they turn the phone off. Don’t take orders if you can’t fulfil them, disgrace.

I am fond of the oldskool deep pan crunchy base that harks back to my much younger days, and this branch still makes it perfectly! Food always hot and tasty. Can't ask for more.

Ordered for delivery at 8pm. arrived a few minutes later but I was ok with that. Pizza was piping hot and the toppings were correct as per my changes on the website. Lovely cheesy garlic bread and stuffed crust pizza that tastes perfect, no where else makes a stuffed crust like Pizza Hut in my opinion. Driver was friendly and respected my property when he drove onto my driveway and was careful not to block the road for neighbours. Great deals to be had when you order online.

Useless. Order said it was delivered but as usual they tell you that the tracker doesn’t actually work. Called to ask what’s going on, they don’t even let you get the address out before they tell you it’s 5 mins away. After being told over and over that it’s round the corner, magically it still hasn’t arrived after 40 mins. Call again to cancel and they don’t even care, hang up the phone multiple times on you. Never order from here.

Not surprised reading the bad reviews here!!. This is third time in a row that we have been served cold & rubbery pizza.. almost as if they are serving old pre-heated pizza. The last time, we tried to report it, the lady on the phone was extremely unprofessional and undeterred by the fact that there quality was so poor, so on this occassion we have decided to leave the review instead.. Will never be ordering from then ever again!!!

Very rude lady at the counter. When you order 10 pizza's, you'd expect them to at least write what is on each one. I'd suggest people avoid, I certainly will.

Would rate 0 if allowed. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. The call bell on the reception is never working (been to this place thrice so far) and when after waiting for 15 mins, we tried to get her attention from the side door, she responded very rudely "can't you see, I'm in a middle of something?" Well lady, if you are so busy and understaffed thn, hire more people or alteast ensure your call bell is working so that the customers don't have to wait 15 mins and thn are forced to disturb you from whatever important stuff that you're doing.

Worst Customer service ever experienced and poor quality of food. The lady on the phone is extremely rude and unapologetic about it! I have read several reviews here saying the same thing about her! Well I can't disagree. Firstly, they charged me twice for the same order. When I called to enquire about the charges and delivery time, she said she does not have my order on the system . While I was on the phone with her, the delivery driver came to deliver my order- They had sent half my order. When I told her that things from my order were missing, she said she can refund some amount. I had a three year old waiting for food so I ordered more food so she could deliver the whole order. She was not sorry about the whole service but was practically shouting at me, put me on hold while talking to her staff about something else and then charged me for delivery again!! The food was stone cold and chewy. This is the second time that I have had a bad experience with them. I thought every one deserves a second chance but they clearly have no idea about running a food joint! Rude staff, missing orders, and bad food! I would suggest avoiding this place.

Very consistent product and service

I have ordered pizza from my phone on 18:00 pm,16/08/21 and the lady on the phone was so rude and harsh. Please tell them to talk politely and give information about the deals if they know and missing some of the things too.

Shocking customer service!!! Come on guys, it's just pizza!!!!

We were previously instructed to call to claim free pizzas (after our previous order was wrong), so we called the restaurant to order the pizzas and the phone was answered by an extremely rude employee who had a ‘can’t be bothered’ attitude from the start. He was huffing and puffing and sighing after nearly everything we said. In the end we said should we call back another time to which he replied “yeah” and just hung up. So we didn’t get to place an order or get our pizzas. Not impressed. Having worked in customer service myself, I know that franchise owners expect a certain level professionalism from their employees, which was not reflected in this instance.

Delivery was more than 40 minutes late, and almost stone cold. Driver was very abrupt... Completely unapologetic. We had exactly the same issue with them last time I ordered over a year ago... I raised the issue with Pizza Hut... No apology, no partial refund, no explanation.

Never had any complaints, always do a great job at making the pizza, and have been surprisingly fast with deliveries, nearly always quicker than their promised time in fact!

Ordered again from here recently and got great service as usual. Fast delivery time and great tasting food make for a great experience, as you'd expect!

Our experience of PizzaHut Northwood. BE WARNED! I have had reason to complain about the quality of the food delivered by this branch on at least 3 occasions in the past year and should have learnt my lesson. Everything including cold and burnt food, and to top it off tonight after I was asked by the Manager Mohammed on the last occasion to call him personally to order our food, the lady who answered the phone told me he had gone home in the most unfriendly manner. When I challenged her on her awful attitude she hung up on me, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We will certainly never order from this branch again, and I would strongly recommend everyone who considers placing an order with the Northwood branch not to waste your money.

First time ever we’ve been disappointed with a deep pan Hawaiian . It was overloaded with tomato paste and cheese which made the base soggy. It just collapsed into a soggy mess.

I ordered a vegetarian pizza. I checked the order slip at the counter. I took it home. We are vegetarian. Turns out Ham pieces nicely laid out through out the pizza just under the cheese layer. Very very angry and deeply disappointed. This is so wrong at so many levels.

Me and my partner ordered a pizza, we wanted ASAP. it was liverpool × spurs nite. we called the store and spoke to a guy called Suren who was very helpful and friendly. He arranged for our order to be delivered Asap and even called us just after the food was cooked to let us know it’s on its way. Thankyou Suren! :)

Very rude lady who took the call. Took the address wrong even though we clearly told her the address..also didn't provide us with the topping that I ordered, when I asked why it was missed I was assured will be taken care in next order, which I know from experience they never will. Will be looking some where else next time

If you want a cold and late pizza, combined with comedy and over-acting then this pizza delivery joint is for you. Order my pizza. Delivery confirmation states 35-40mins. At 45mins, no sign of my pizza. I call them up and the lady on the phone states actual delivery time tonight is 45-50mins. She also goes on to tell me that her best delivery driver is on my job so i should relax. I say to her, if this is your best delivery driver (as he is late) then i hate to think what your other drivers are like. At 50mins, still no sign of my pizza. I call up again. Immediately the lady goes into full bollywood serial over-acting mode and into state of disbelief. She cannot believe her best delivery driver is late. She then goes into concerned mode that her driver may have had an accident and hangs up on me. At 55mins, my pizza turns up. I crack a joke with a driver about how he is the best delivery driver at Northwood Pizza Hut - he says nothing, looks disinterested and grunts at me. I say something really bad under my breath (not my proudest moment) and shut the door with my cold pizza in hand. Enjoy yourselves people!

We regularly order pizza from here, but never again !! The pizzas were not cooked enough, when we phoned and complained, she didn't believe me. Customer service is rubbish

Pretty decent pizza, some pizzas are a bit too greasy (to the point of affecting the base of the pizza) however all we have had have been delicious band the staff have always been very nice.

I made an order and did not deliver correct what I ordered but paid everything I ordered. I called Pizza Hut and they were extremely unpleasant to me. I never make any orders there. Nor recommend to anyone. 😡😡

I spoken to a extremely rude girl call Suai, I had a bad experience the last time I ordered and I was told that I was to be credited when I called back surprise surprise no credit the rude girl hung up on me and when I called back the rude attitude telling me that I was not to be given a “free pizza” to which I told her “I paid in full for my pizza I was given sub standard food” the general manager mohamed was reasonable and fair but all in all the food was substandard and the general service was poor. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

I kept on getting emails from Pizza Hut as I’m a loyal Pizza Hut customer. I’ve been loyal to Pizza Hut for over 40 years. Sadly the delivery branch at Green Lane Northwood got my delivery pizza wrong today as it was NOT cooked properly. I accept we all make mistakes in life so I rang a manager called Tony. This guy Tony was arrogant and refused blantantly to accept his mistake and refused to change the pizza. He expected me to take pictures write a letter and wait for a response up to 14 days. When I told him if I was dinning at a restaurant and they got it wrong they would put it right straight away. He refused and instead of apologising he was defiant. What a bunch of unprofessional franchisee. This branch is doing more harm then good for the Pizza Hut Brand. Now I know why Dominos are doing so well in the UK. Never again Pizza Hut after 40 year loyalty. Thanks to Pizza Hut delivery Northwood for destroying the good will of the brand. Really they deserve minus stars for such behaviour with a customer. The driver came to collect the horrible pizza as I’ve not been refunded as I think the franchisee at Northwood needs it more then me as a charity. Nothing short of bad service and a big CON!!!S

Just ordered two pizzas and quite frankly they were disgusting. Not cooked properly and both the garlic bread and pizza crust tasted stale. Will not be using them again - yuck

Having ordered a pizza for delivery online, I was informed 45 minutes after that the pizza could not be delivered to me. I required a refund for the food I had purchased on my card. Told that I had to contact customer services to get this back. Still waiting for my money over 1 week later- customer services don’t do this- it’s up to the store! In addition the assistant was rude at Northwood telling me her name was bob when I asked and then hung up! Is this now how this shop is trying to make money? By stealing it? Atrocious behaviour. Don’t use this branch

I went to go and collect my pizzas today and I was greeted with so much respect, a lady called vandana served me and gave me a 5 star service. I would highly recommend Pizza Hut Northwood to all my friends and family

An absolute disgrace. Ordered well in advance, then received email, “Your pizza WILL be with you by __ “ (they should not use this wording) Anyway, pizza was late by 15 mins so called shop... Her “Should be with you in 15 mins, its in oven now”. Me “Fine but it should have been here 15 mins ago, why are you cooking it now? Her “Oh one of our ovens isn’t working” Me “So nobody thought to be proactive and ring the customers who are all waiting? You knew you were going to be much later? Her “Sorry I don’t know what happened, let me check...Yeah it should be with you in 45 mins to an hour...” Me “I thought it was in the oven? I thought you said 15 mins?” Her [angry] “Well how would I know, I’m on the phone” Me “I have just caught you lying. Please cancel my order this is going to take too long” Her “Call customer services, we can’t refund you here” Me “Is the number for that free? It is not worth the price if it costs more than the pizzas I am trying to get refunded?” Her “I dont know” Absolute shambles, avoid at all costs. I’m currently out of pocket for pizzas I cancelled, waiting to see if I can even get a refund. They have robbed me. Needs to be investigated for poor practice.

Staff are always so polite and friendly, food gets delivered quickly and the gluten free pizza is fantastic!

The delivery driver forgot the drink that was part of our meal deal he said someone was on the way with it but no one came. When we called in the manager Omar said tough there was no notes on their system and didn't care! Worst customer service never ordering from there again!

The pizza was great. I ordered in advance, told them 30 mins and they had it ready on the dot. However, it gets 4 starts because the decor looks old and it is very red. too red for my liking. I know that it's theme is red but the amount of red make the place look unwelcoming.

For last 2 weeks we are getting half cooked pizza which upsets your stomach and gives you colitis. BEWARE HALF COOKED PIZZA BEING DELIVERED. Refunds are needed The authorities should be informed as people needing to go to A&E after eating these puzzas

Been using this branch for a number of years but tonight's service was terrible. I always use the Pizza Hut App to order, and always reorder the same deal. £25 deal (1 Hawaiian, 1 BBQ Beef, Nachos, Chicken Strips and bottle of Tango). I didn't think anything about and just clicked on re-order. About 30 minutes later it all arrived, however upon opening the pizzas up found that i was given a Beef Sizzler (with chili's) I checked the App to find that they don't do the BBQ Beef anymore so I phoned the branch only to be told that's what you ordered so that's what you got. They were not interested at all. Based purely on their customer service I WILL NOT be using their service again which is a shame as I have nearly every week for the past few years. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!! I only gave it 1 STAR as you have to rate it in order to do a review!! Domino's gets my custom from now on!!

Excellent quality food coupled with fantastic and friendly customer service from Lewis made for an above average dining experience. Great job Lewis keep it up. Will be using this service again
