Super Perfect Pizza in Hillingdon

A very small portions of dry Doner and Chips on their own with no salad or anything. The doner tasted old as well. :-(

Food was sent incorrectly. I asked for 10 hot wings and we found 4 Tenders combined at the bottom of the bag. Pizza was not 9” instead they sent 7” pizzas. Very disappointing and food was totally cold.

Ordered via Deliveroo, my order was accepted, yet over an hour later they rang me saying they don’t deliver to my area (they clearly do as have done before). I did ask why it took them over an hour to tell me that and they came out with a number of pathetic excuses. Then went on to not answer calls from Deliveroo as for refund and clicked ‘delivered’ on their side as to make refund all the more difficult. Do not order from here unless you want to be then re ordering an hour later! Also no tracking available so you’re left guessing.

They gave me a pizza I didn’t order !! They ALSO gave me a mouldy garlic sauce that has clearly been sitting there for MONTHS?

Honest review Experience on my recent visit. Dirty shop with mice running around. Poor customer service with broken or no English. Unprofessional and Dirty uniformed staff. Poor quality food tastes like eating plastic, rotten chicken and tasteless pizza. Please don't waste your time and money here..

The delivery time showed on the app was less than what It showed when I ordered. It’s probably to do with just eat than the restaurant itself. But the pizza was tough to eat

We asking medium base and bring this …. We call back and his say is my mistake and in your next delivery we give you garlic bread free…. Pizza also coming cold.

Very bad customer service. Very clearly ordered 2 cheeseburgers and chips and the very rude guy gave us 2 chicken burgers. When I went back with the food he called me a liar, talking down to me, started to raise his voice at me in the busy shop infront of customers and proceeded to be very rude. They have messed up the burgers more than once, given the wrong change. They have the worst customer service.

Onion rings were soggy, chips were dry (and cold but I can understand that to an extent) Burger was okay, the wings were decent. Had from there before which was much better, so this may have just been a one off

Paid for 2x stuffed crust pizzas but only received one with stuffed crust. When I called, the employee said that “it was expensive pizza and they did do it for me on one” even though I paid for it for both. Said manager will call me back but never did. Shameful!

The chips where chewy and the burger is rubbery

Dough didn’t taste fresh. Fries & mozzarella sticks taste similar to the frozen foods of Aldi.

Everything was perfect. The only let down was that we ordered a create your own and selected mushrooms twice and didn’t taste very many. However, despite a very tasty dinner and well worth eating again.

Only half of the order was delivered and the pizza was Half cooked! This place is far from super and definitely not perfect! AVOID!!

The pizza was really nice, however I ordered a chocolate shake I did not receive- they replaced it with a bottle of pepsi- rather than calling me to ask me if this was ok- I would certainly not spend over £3 for a bottle of pepsi- particularly not when I have crates of pepsi max arriving later from my food shop. If the restaurant had called me and let me know and refunded the shake this would have been fine, but as it is feel quite cheated actually. I have requested a refund for the shake via Just Eat

My pizza was gresy and some bits was burnt it didn't taste . Nice . I've ordered from your shop meany of times and never had a problem but for the price I paid . I rally weren't happy

Everything was amazing and perfect including the food however the pizza had a minor mishap featuring the fact that the thin crust was extremely thin and crispy like toast and uneven (I’m not sure if that’s how it was supposed to come)and the margarita pizza was a little patchy in colour however me and my family didn’t really care because it tasted 11/10 like always and it wasn’t as hard to chew as it was so thin so I recommend just eat and super perfect pizza a 20000% but not the thin crust if you don’t like hardly any crust and crispy and uneven crust along with patchy coloured pizza.

The pizza has great taste and its perfectly cooked 10 out of 10 recommend this place 👌

Chicken was pink on the inside and pizza was very oily and not a thin base at all.

First time I order from this restaurant and pizzas were hot and delicious. As we are on quarantine in hotel and was bored of eating regularly same food, so I gave try and it was really good. Thank you.

Ordered deep pan got a thin based pizza and burnt from the bottom which made the crust and base rock solid..service was good as they called me to confirm the order because it was the first time I ordered since a few years..wouldn’t bother again honestly..

The pizza crust was slightly over for my liking. Otherwise thoroughly enjoyed! Been coming to you for years. My fave pizza is Chilly Milly Spicy!

Very very very bad food here.We come from Portugual and we order takeaway for my child it’s chicken wings with chips but my all life we don’t eat like this waste food even my children don’t eat chips beacause every thing was burn.don’t go here if you think value for money

My experience with my order it’s average because I order 4 different sauces and I got the same ones. When my chicken wings they looked and taste weird. Pizza was burned and with less toppings. And I still don’t know why I got extra Margherita pizza when I wasn’t ordering it???

I didn’t like the taste of the pizza

I am a person that eats pizza very often and once I ordered my pizzas from here, I have not stopped since. Anyone looking for great value for money should definitely order from here, I would definitely recommend them if you are ever visiting hayes or just fancy a movie night with a pizza.

Garlic bread was all burnt around the edges and the BBQ wings were tiny. The pizzas tasted ok although lacked usual tastiness of pizzas

Priced reasonably, service can be better. Food has been good on occasions but its not gourmet so you get what you pay for. As I said value for money if you're after quick fillers, have good variety of options on menu.

Im not one to write reviews but, Brilliant place. Food is always top notch and delivery drivers are also very polite. This is now my go to place. Keep it up guys!

Honestly more needs to be done one the mixed kebab and tuna salad. Had to Chuck the tuna salad away Cux too much chopped onions in it and the taste wasn’t great. For the mixed kebab I managed to eat a little but was tasteless. Sorry needs more attention on the taste.

I always like their food as the dough is fresh and comes always hot. Their delivery men are always friendly and pleasant. The boxes where the food contains look clean and tidy. Definitely i recommend them to anyone that want fresh pizza.

After placing the order, I was told that the Grill chicken was not available so I requested to replace hot wings and peri peri strips. The chicken quality was not good, it was rubbery and hard. Definitely not fresh stock.

Food taste just as I remembered delicious at Super Perfect Pizza. Next time I’ll probably order the normal pizza instead of thin crust.

I ordered Hot wings and I was given grilled chicken!! This is the third time this has happened. won't be ordering from here again!! Food is tasty but is always luke warm.

Food came late and when it came it was very cold.

The chicken was off date and had a rotten smell coming from the inside of it. The rest of the food was stone cold. Thrown in the bin.

Asked for garlic bread with supreme cheese not stuffed garlic bread they sent it with pepperoni and when called to inform they said are you sure you cant eat, even after telling them we do not eat pepperoni! Pizza quality is a 4/10 First and last time ordering from here, distasteful food and service.

The food was not ready despite calling them 15 minutes before. They haven't even started. They argued with us that there was no call. Poor customer service.

Great food, but delivery time is always very late. Lucky the food is very tasty, so its worth the wait.

Any fried items you order from here all seem to have a stale taste. Other than that, this place is always great.

Ordered at 6:20pm. Received food 8pm! Rang them four times to ask where's my food. Kept saying driver on way. When he finally arrived, asked him why so late. Said he was dealing with another customers Payment issue. Annoyed, I took the food and asked if the food was still hot. He assured me it was. It was barely a warm pizza! Pizza wasn't nice, tough and lukewarm! Never order again from here again! Aweful all service all round!

Some the best pizza I've had. The pizzas themselves and also the pepperoni and cheese crust.

The food arrived early but it was lovely good value and very tasty will order from them again but maybe not pre order so early next time
