They leave the customer by them self they take ages to bring your food disgusting hygiene smells disgusting no gloves while cooking

Ordered via Deliveroo, my order was accepted, yet over an hour later they rang me saying they don’t deliver to my area (they clearly do as have done before). I did ask why it took them over an hour to tell me that and they came out with a number of pathetic excuses. Then went on to not answer calls from Deliveroo as for refund and clicked ‘delivered’ on their side as to make refund all the more difficult. Do not order from here unless you want to be then re ordering an hour later! Also no tracking available so you’re left guessing.

They gave me a pizza I didn’t order !! They ALSO gave me a mouldy garlic sauce that has clearly been sitting there for MONTHS?

Honest review Experience on my recent visit. Dirty shop with mice running around. Poor customer service with broken or no English. Unprofessional and Dirty uniformed staff. Poor quality food tastes like eating plastic, rotten chicken and tasteless pizza. Please don't waste your time and money here..

Very bad customer service. Very clearly ordered 2 cheeseburgers and chips and the very rude guy gave us 2 chicken burgers. When I went back with the food he called me a liar, talking down to me, started to raise his voice at me in the busy shop infront of customers and proceeded to be very rude. They have messed up the burgers more than once, given the wrong change. They have the worst customer service.

Very very very bad food here.We come from Portugual and we order takeaway for my child it’s chicken wings with chips but my all life we don’t eat like this waste food even my children don’t eat chips beacause every thing was burn.don’t go here if you think value for money

I am a person that eats pizza very often and once I ordered my pizzas from here, I have not stopped since. Anyone looking for great value for money should definitely order from here, I would definitely recommend them if you are ever visiting hayes or just fancy a movie night with a pizza.

Priced reasonably, service can be better. Food has been good on occasions but its not gourmet so you get what you pay for. As I said value for money if you're after quick fillers, have good variety of options on menu.

The food was not ready despite calling them 15 minutes before. They haven't even started. They argued with us that there was no call. Poor customer service.

Me and the family just dined here. The food was really tasty. The chips were scrumptious, the grilled chicken was delicious. The only suggestion I would make is to get some squeezy ketchup and mayo bottles on the tables ( as most other restaurants similar to this one does) It felt a bit parsimonious to ration us the ketchup and mayo on a plate. Overall, a very happy and pleasant experience.

Ordered pizza from here several times and have on afew occasions recieved the wrong order. On contacting staff to make them aware of this instead of amending the situation or correcting the mistake they refuse to send the right order on all those multiple occasions. This has completely put me off getting food from here again I hardly ever get what I order!

I ordered a "Desi Special" pizza via telephone. The man on the phone was very rude and aggressive. I was told the pizza would take 30 mins to arrive. When the pizza finally arrived it wasn't even cooked properly and I found a couple of long hairs in it. To top it off it wasn't even the right pizza! They had given me completely the wrong pizza! When I called up to complain the man refused to give me his name. He refused to change my pizza for the right one and also refused to give me a refund! He ended the call by swearing at me and calling me a pr*ck! I have never been so insulted in all my life. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE WRONG FOOD BEING DELIVERED TO YOU WITH HAIR IN YOUR FOOD!

Been going here a few years and it's good place to buy grilled chicken and pizza. The prices are decent and food is great.

the food tasted off. it was too late to call the restaurant as they closed and the next morning I left for my flight. I did not eat more than some bites from the pizza and was utterly disappointed.

Horrible pizza soggy and bland.i have ordered two pizza one was deep pan chiken tikka and one was thin crust pepproni.but they have delivered wrong thin crust pizza. Huge disappointment as we spend money for quality food .they have not given proper attentiin to customer's request. Never ordering again

Food tasted good, but one of the pizzas was missing 2 of the ingredients. We paid for 2 extra toppings which were there but the original ones were missing. Otherwise very nice, especially the chicken we ordered

This pizza shop in Hayes is ok if you are after a cheap pizza, but you have to wait a while to get your order as they only have one member of staff cooking.

It came 20 min earlier from the expected time so it was great. Delivery man very polite. Well packed with care. Chips were a bit soggy, if they were more golden and the box has some holes perhaps it will be better, so far it was nice. 2 extra dips on the house. Burger very nice but should be hotter, probably because the time that has passed before arriving. Battered wings and mozzarella sticks were delicious! Garlic bread was nice but it would be nicer if it comes with a herbs & grated tomato dip. I had a very nice dinner anyway!

Food was due to be delivered at 21:05 I called at 21:15 and they said 10 minutes, but sounded surprised about the order so I guess they just started making it then, and it arrived at 21:36.

Awful customer services on this occasion utterly disappointed - they didn't deliver the garlic bread and upon calling them I was told they won't deliver it now as they're too busy!!! What nonsense refusing to deliver something which I have paid for and no refund was offered either. The man on the phone was extremely rude and did not know how to deal with customers. Will be taking my services else where in future and make sure that trading standards are informed about this.

Disgusting customer service, nearly an hour late! Told by two different people when I had to ring up twice, first time I was told drive was there, next told he was just leaving! Disgraceful! Food quality average, then again how can you bodge up coleslaw and potatoe salad! Only good thing was when the driver arrive he was quite polite and professional! Will definitely not be ordering from here again!

Food delivered rather quick ordered three meals one chicken steak burger and two pizzas one of which was ham and mushroom the other bbq chicken, the burger and bbq chicken pizza was fine but the ham and mushroom pizza smelt and tasted a bit funny so rung up and ordered a new one received the second one quick but had the same problem again the pizza smelt like it or some of its ingredients had been cooked in old fat/oil, we are frequent customers on super perfect and never really had a issue till today, shall never be ordering from them again after our experience tonight

Takes way too long. Estimated delivery time 7.20pm it's now 8.10pm and I'm still waiting for my order. If you can't give a right estimated time don't give one at all! Really appalled

Ordered food and took over an hour to reach and it was cold. When it came they forgot the wings. Called up and said they will get it free next time. Definitely won't be ordering again.
