The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

I love the pizza although it’s over priced. The staff are always lovely in there and open the door. Always ready by the time i get there to pick it up. Would recommend

Ordered 1 pizza on the phone and it came to £30, I questioned this price and the arrogant staff member told me it's normally £11.99 but I ordered it via the phone. That's a £20 increase ( what a complete joke ) she wouldn't refund me and now I've has to waste 3 hours of my chasing the head office. Go somewhere else.

Delivery time was meant to be 19:10 the food turned up at 19:40, when it arrived it was Lukewarm, when I called up to explain this they were not interested whatsoever I ended the conversation with in future I will be ordering from domino’s he replied ok then bye, 2 large pizzas delivered cost £46 I expect it to be hot when it arrives and there was not much topping on them, we actually laughed about it because one of the pizzas was all the meats and there was hardly no meat on it, I would avoid this place and for the price I would go to the supermarket next time and cook them at home…. At least I know they will be hot.

Most of food was cold and the chicken wrap was appalling, definitely not worth £6. Will absolutely not be ordering from here again and would not recommend to anyone.

Slow service, crap food - pizza clearly was not fresh, and baked potato was cold had to ask it was warmed up - and sick after it... joke, don't bother

I went with Thomas W last month and we did not appreciate the food or service the workers where smoking in the kitchen and when I paid I gave a £20 note when i owed £16.50 and i didnt et my money back. Haiti is located in South America specifically in the Caribbean Greater Antilles.

Ordered food online at 5.20pm. Said 35 minutes for delivery. Rang at 6.40pm, said someone else had taken our food. Absolute shambles. Said they would send as a matter of priority. Food never arrived. Worst takeaway outlet in Wokingham by a country mile. Avoid. One star is too much.

Unfortunately 1 star is the minimum rating. This location used to be reliable and good quality; since outsourcing their delivery to Uber you now have to wait over an hour and a half for delivery and their solution is to wait until the pizza arrives cold then they will send a replacement, prolonging the time further.

I’ve previously left good reviews for godfathers as the Parmos are really lovely and well cooked - how we like them - and the coleslaw is great too. We haven’t ordered for a couple of months. This time we had it delivered - late - and the chips were half the amount than they used to be and stone cold. Sauces were only half filled, salad very dry and not much coleslaw. I’d have gave a 0 if it wasn’t for the fact that the parmo itself was still quite warm and the chilli sauce was still nice.

Ordered via the Application ... Awaited outside (1 min walk away) for the application to notify of ready to collect. Arrived at the store to be told its not all ready yet :-( 5mins later collected all the food, walked the 1 min back to the car to find parts of the order were luke warm at best. Pizza was really nice but the sides were not acceptable - Had this been a delivery it'd be freezing by the time it arrived unless the delivery vehicle had an oven! Certainly not value for money given I didn't want all their bundled deals that are aimed at larger orders. Wouldn't use again because of this

We’ve used this Domino’s on multiple occasions, but a recent experience in December 2022 has led us to write this review. We placed an order at around 18:20 on a Sunday evening, the food didn’t arrive until 20:00 and was like warm at best. I raised this with Domino’s at the time, they offered a voucher and next time I tried to use it at this store, the staff claimed they knew nothing about it! When I eventually spoke to someone who did know about the voucher, they said the delivery time would be over 1 1/2 hours, the reason for our original complaint! We’ve since tried to engage for a refund with Domino’s HQ and the owner of this “franchise” to no avail, so advice is to use another local takeaway store instead - do not use this Domino’s. Support local businesses instead, the franchisee of this store does not care about basic customer service.

I ordered pizza and two portions of chicken wings which are my favourite and the reason I actually order the pizza. I’m extremely disappointed with the size of them, they were the tiniest I’ve ever seen and due to this were dry. I called Nantwich Road in Crewe, I was shocked to receive the worst customer service. The manager was standoffish from the start which was upset me when he could’ve said I’m sorry for a start and I will send you a portion free next time you order which would’ve been fine but he didn’t. He actually said “I’m not going to say sorry because we’ve done nothing wrong, and he can’t help what size wings he gets sent” I didn’t like the way he spoke to me so I asked for his name and he refused, or head office number. He told me “if I gave away free food to everyone who complained they’d make no money and he would be out of a job, he’s on 60k a year, he also said I was the worst customer and complain about the size of chicken wings, this really annoyed me so I told him I would be posting this on Facebook so people are aware of the situation and poor customer service which was worse than the food situation, he said “go for it, I’ll be looking forward to seeing it” he put the phone down.I called back he said you’re barred and put the phone down.

Food was cold undercooked and order wrong. Called the restaurant and was told order would be corrected right away and never heard anything again. Seems to be new owners as the food was always excellent

Always correct order, always a good temperature. Why don’t you put chillies on the menu? Not jalapeño, normal fresh chilli is so much better, authentic and appeals to a different customer base. My son loved it and I did once I’d chopped and distributed raw chillies onto my order, but it would’ve been far better if the chillies were cooked. I’d order far more regularly if they sold real spicy food.
