Without doubt the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. Tastes like it’s been dragged through a nuclear power plant toilets, not even fit for the pigs

Only for 2 medium kebab with drink £23 ..over priced for size and the taste which was the worst I've ever tried...I gave them the food back cos the taste was gone and I could not eat it..it should not be opened in this kind of areas .

Visited today and ordered a 10inch pizza and kebab, tried charging me £30 for both till I questioned the man. The man then spoke to the other workers there and came back to me with a rude and arrogant manner, still very overpriced for what he had changed me for two items I ordered. The food was average, very little toppings on the pizza. Definitely wouldn’t visit again.

Ordered food for 6 people last week. It was ready dairly quickly which was the only positive. Ordered a donner pizza. For a takeaway pizza it was really expensive and there was hardly any donner meat or toppings on it. We also had shawarmas which again were really pricy for the small portion we received in the little box. The sauce wasnt a separate pot neither, it was only in the wrap. Chips were limp, shawarmas were erratic, one was really spicy and the others weren’t. For reference and hopefully they see this, the enclosed picture is what a donner pizza should look like. Well stocked. Very poor, Improvement needed. They don’t take card neither.

Horrendous. Lazy. Garbage. No love. Over priced trash. Re- fried chips and no toppings on pizza. They couldn’t care less.

They send me a different drink. I have asked for a drink with no gas...they said Kefir..and I received an Coca-Cola...the French fries are moist! Never order again form them!

Called as the chinese was closed ! Staff friendly, it didnt take long (15 mins), bit expensive 14" & 12" pizza, chips plus a topping £29. Wasnt greasy, very hot, would return but nothing special unfortunately.

Fue la estancia de una noche en la calle en Windermere y mi esposo y yo nos apetecía un kebab. Llamé y pedí kebabs y pregunté qué tamaño elegir para pequeños o grandes. En ese momento, el tipo me colgó, así que llamé y no obtuve respuesta. Este es el peor servicio al cliente que he recibido de una comida para llevar. Decir que estaba enojado es quedarse corto. Yo mismo dirijo un negocio y pensar que si alguna vez le cuelgo a un cliente y lo trato de esa manera, me quedo sin trabajo. Terminamos yendo a Lakeland Charcoal Grill, donde no podría haber sido una experiencia diferente. Fueron muy amables y atendieron todas nuestras necesidades. Mi consejo, si quieres un kebab, ve mejor a Lakeland en Windermere y evita a estos bromistas. ! !

No soy de los que dejan críticas buenas o malas, pero en esta ocasión siento que debo hacerlo, así que aquí está el resumen. . . personal desinteresado y agudo hasta el punto de ser grosero (¡Puedo dejarles algo de holgura en esto ya que el trabajo es lo que es! ! ), pero la mierda de coronación en la tubería de agua era la pizza en sí! ! ! . . La peor pizza que he comido, como digo, normalmente no me quejo, pero al final del día es una industria de servicios y el servicio y la comida eran muy deficientes. . . En su lugar, recomendaría un sándwich de Tesco

Investigué mucho para la entrega de pizzas en Bowness y Windermere, ya que hay algunos comentarios impredecibles en TA y Google para el área, eventualmente seleccioné Popeyes a pesar de que no entregan.Pedimos 3 pizzas de 12 pulgadas para nuestros adolescentes como una noche de lujo. Volví a aparecer 2 horas después y las pizzas acababan de salir del horno justo a tiempo.Olían delicioso y probé una rebanada muy delgada en casa. Sinceramente, creo que estas son las mejores pizzas para llevar.Los adolescentes los amaban.Excelente relación calidad-precio para una pizza deliciosa, la próxima vez que nos levantemos, volveremos a visitarla sin ninguna duda.

Miren bien, niños y niñas. No sé cómo describir la sublimidad de este establecimiento absolutamente espectacular. Express Pizzeria and Grill es sin duda el proveedor de alimentos más sensacional de este lado del 'Mere. Cada gota de salsa de Mustafa que aterrizó en mi boca sabía mejor que la anterior. Su carne era cálida y jugosa a un precio muy razonable y una especia MUY razonable. Mi vida ha cambiado para siempre. Me encuentro soñando con estas delicias culinarias en mis momentos libres, con los ojos vidriosos con salsa de chile y buenos recuerdos. Recomiendo esta tienda a todos con quienes hablo. Buenas noticias y despedida. Espero ver a mis buenos amigos otro día.

Open late but the servicewas poor. The staff were rude and uninterested. The chicken shawarma was forgettable, the meat was dry and there wasn’t enough of it. Pizza no better than a chilled £1.89 pizza from Lidl. Slightly expensive for the quality.

Halal restaurant. Delicious food. Burger pizza wings French fries all were very tasty and good servings. Fast service and great price.

Had a very good meal with the family, kids really liked the pizza and the kebabs with fresh baked bread were very tasty, service wasquick and good value. Food was also halal.

In holiday home to far to walk to the town, ordered to deliver. Quick service nice food. Chicken strips are spicy but nice!

Ordered a takeaway which consisted of two pizza's and some chips. £28.. which is on the expensive side in my eyes. I have had better pizza's, and the box of chips was half empty. For the price I would of expected abit better.

Me apetecía algo un poco grasiento después del trabajo, así que decidí aparecer y conseguir una envoltura de donner, ya que mi madre y yo veníamos a darnos grandes sorpresas casi una vez al mes, un gran error. . 5. 50 por una envoltura de tortilla con ni siquiera una pequeña porción de donner o papas fritas para rellenar la comida también vieron a 2 de los miembros del personal discutiendo si ponerla en una bandeja de poliestireno o simplemente envolverla, obviamente se decidió en este último pensamiento Me podrían enjuagar pensando que soy un turista. . ¡nunca más! ! !

Solo se le da 1 estrella ya que no se puede dar cero!Posiblemente la peor pizza que he experimentado. Seco y quemado, pero de alguna manera grasosa al mismo tiempo. Casi ninguna de las coberturas, lo que había allí era arrugado y de aspecto triste.Eso fue lo suficientemente malo, pero lo que lo convirtió en algo totalmente terrible fue el personal grosero.Me quejé de la pizza por debajo de lo normal y básicamente se me dijo que era difícil, ¡no podemos hacer nada al respecto! ! ’Pizza entró en la papelera antes de que tuviera la oportunidad de tomar una foto. 100% no lo recomiendo. Für ein Take away Döner 6,80 Pfund ist viel zu viel. Es war grad noch OK, man konnte es essen. Die Pizza Napoli klein war 5,80 Pfund (oder 5,20?). Wir würden hier nichts mehr holen.

Calzone.. wow flat much, cheesy but missing flavour. Garlic bread aswell, thin and hard, like stale hard. Its not the worst pizza place, but its hard to find a nice take out pizza anywhere in the lakes tbh.

Not sure about the negative reviews on here, I've been here many times and it's been great. Good customer service, good food and nice choice of sauces - really good sauces I have to say, very flavoursome and you can squeeze on your own at the tables. A bit on the expensive side but it's Bowness, what do you expect? Worth it in my opinion.

Me and my friends went to eat at this pizza express prices are very high no taste in food and very poor customer service dont bother going there .

The worst kebab ever. Asked for chips-none. Asked for garlic sauce-none. Chilli sauce was like pouring malt vinegar all over it. Meat as dry as anything. Absolutely horrendous

Visited here on a cold, wet night out in the pretty little town of Bowness, following some drinks locally. We both ordered a mixed Schwarma. Well what can I say, the food was lovely, beautiful big chunks of lean lamb and shredded chicken. Gorgeous!

Came for a break away came here for a kebab only for my boyfriend to fall ill 3 hrs after eating it.. complaining that he didn't feel right .. stomach ache and uncomfortable feeling.. then suddenly feeling nauseated had to run to toilet.still going back and forth . We've eaten from there before n felt like this but only till this time coincidently it happens again.. totally ruined our mini break. We're frequently in the area but definitely won't be eating from this establishment again.

We ordered 4 kebabs for a delivery to a hotel. The food came in the time stated and was lovely. All 4 kebabs were very tasty, meat was juicy and pitta bread soft. Definitely recommend.

I had a mixed kebab and wife had a pizza and kids got burgers and we all loved it, it was big pleasure for all of us, thank you guys it was absolutely amazing food we will be back shortly!!

We had probably the best garlic bread with cheese and jalapenos we have ever had but I was really surprised at the price, far more than I'd normally pay for a 12 inch garlic bread, over £7. The shop looks immaculate and a member if staff could be seen preparing a large amount of quality looking chicken breast. Everything was covered in cling film including the kebab meet waiting to be cooked. Overall great but deducted a star for the cost.

We ordered lunch here as hot n spicy pizza, Kofte Kebabs and chicken Shawarma. Food felt fresh and tasted great. Good quantity too, enough to feed the hungry tummies. The proprietor was friendly and enthusiastic.

Ordered a ham and mushroom pizza. Received a “Donna and mushroom” pizza. Absolutely tasteless bland crap. I have no clue what this is meant to be but ham it is not! AVOID. Go across the road to the Charcoal grill which is better.

We ordered a takeaway to the property we were staying at for the weekend and we really wish we hadn't bothered. Takeaway came quickly but half of order was missing. The food delivered was awful. We had a burger and doner kebabs. We all had a few bites and it was thrown away. Never again!

Paid a tenner for large kebab and chips and portion size was laughable at best. The quality was okay but did not compensate for the sheer lacking of substance that was ordered especially when it was the largest option on the menu.I had spoken to one server who was friendly but I had to remind about certain aspects of his job aka offering the suace that’s stated on the menu. But overall a disappointing and underwhelming experience. Will be trying the takeout up the road next time.

Pretty standard takeaway, with dine in option. Service was fast and the pizza certainly tasted good. If your after a quick bite I would recommend this place.

this is my first review and the reason for this is I found this place disgraceful, went in when it was fairly quiet (5 people in ) walked up to till where the staff member looked at me like a piece of crap and I had to ask him if I could order a margarita where he said nothing at all and just stared at me like I had asked for something unreasonable, he then folded out his hand without saying anything where I dropped him the exact money into his hand and all this time he said nothing and also nothing to the staff in the grill area ...........I waited for around 20 mins where it was only when another member of staff brought a pizza box over to counter and I presumed it was maybe mine but turned out to be someone elses who came in and ordered after me ......then after passing pizza to the other customer he chirped up and said and I quote " what did u order ? ...I said a large Margherita . then he shouted back into kitchen area " Large Margherita " ..basically had to wait another 10 mins at least to receive my order which I said thank you at counter and wasn't apologised for in any way and to top it off when I got round to waiting it 3 minutes later . it was completely tasteless and cheese tasted like washing up liquid some reason .....I will never go back there at all

Called in for a quick meal today , service was quick, place was nice & clean , staff were lovely and very helpful, the food was excellent and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area

If you want a quick tasty Pizza in a hurry this is the place to shop. The staff are really helpful, the shop is nice and clean & the price is reasonable.

Only staying in the area for one night while passing through, we decided to have something quick and simple for dinner that night. With 3 kids you can never go wrong with a pizza. We all had a pizza each and was never disappointed. Quick service and cooked just right, was delicious.

Arrived too late in Bowness for a restaurant so called into this little gem pizza and cheesy chips .. did exactly what it says on the tin .. hot fresh great taste, can sit in too with plenty of seating

Pizza was amazing. Best Halal food we had in the Lakes all week! Even gave us free garlic bread and chips on the house! Definitely recommend the pizzas!!

We tried the chicken and donner meat with chips that came with salad aswell. Very good and tasty food! Will definitely be back and recommend.

Dropped in at express pizzeria to grab a bite, I ordered 2 pieces of chicken and chips(witch they forgot, but didn’t charge me when I counted my change) and a deniz special pizza.

Kebabs and sauces tasteless, not sure about lamb but chicken kebab isn't marinated at all, would be good to add some seasoning like in other kebab shops in Bowness or Windermere

Popped in for an early evening bite to eat and had a barbeque chicken and ham pizza. It was a sweet and sticky BBQ source with lots of cheese and toppings. Probably one of tastiest I have had in a long time. We chose to eat in. Plenty of room and comfortable. Reasonably priced.

Called last week and eat in. Reasonable value for pizza, chips and drink. Freshly made pizza was nice. Bit bright and basic seating inside.
