Dirty hovel run by muppets, cannot cook a pizza to the order for the sake of their lives, don't waste your money, pizza absolutely covered in pepper , must of tipped the tub over and sent it anyway

Ordered Santas, was told not to bother, went ahead anyway. No one tells Cheg what to order. 12 inch pizza with the cheese and tomato, extra toppings too. Not bad. Few sides too. Not worth the hassle in the morning. Came out hot too. Not talking about the food.

Me and the wife after spending the day in clitheroe fancied a takeaway…ordered from just eat at about 7pm everything went through fine had a confirmation that would be delivered between 8:05 and 8:15 brilliant…only to have a follow up message 5 mins later saying that the order has been cancelled due to not having any drivers!! My question is why let people order and accept the order if you don’t have the drivers!! So thanks very much

Just had santas first in a while the food came in 25 minutes which I thought was good until I opened it !!! Stone cold kebab !!! Fridge cold !!! Soggy chips and chocolate fudge cake stale !!!! Absolute joke through the lot in the bin !!!!! 🤬

Pizza was cold, tasted nothing like a pizza, barely any cheese, toppings used were old and tasteless. Used to order quite a bit from them. Never again. Absolutely disgusting. Looks good on the leaflets only.

Got home from colne Rd outlet,,, only live 2 mins away,, food JUST WARM,, SALTY,,not a place to visit when ENZO'S just down road,,, won't be there again,,,,

Been a santas for years. The food is always good for takeaway and I cant fault the customer service either. The delivery drivers are always polite and on the rare occasion I have had an issue they sort it quickly without fuss. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely disgusting service guys driver spat at me I refused payment because they were 20 min late to get rang up n abused wich I have recordings off for any 1 who would like to listen, then police came aswell this takeaway is a joke overly priced n delivered by invisible tough men

the chicken was very undercooked. i will never ever order from santas again. such a shame this place used to be the best but there is no excuse for undercooked chicken.

On the whole, the service is good as is the food. Delivery times are reasonable and the delivery drivers fairly friendly. Nothing to blow you away, but good enough to keep our custom for over 6 years.

I love Santa's pizzas and their chicken kebabs are lush. Well done guy's. Delivery is excellent too. Never wait too long and food is piping hot when it arrives

I ordered a kebab and felt ill after it poor standard if this what Santa supplies there going to be some very unhappy kids at xmas.

Made a order for the family over the phone. Ordered a pizza, chips with extra chilli & garlic and presented a free garlic supreme voucher with one of their complimentary vouchers sent home. The order came to £8.20 and was confirmed by the operator taking the order over the phone. Went to pay at the Nelson branch and was told the order is £10.70. Mentioned to the staff that I was advised the order was £8.20. I had ONLY £10.00 on me so just for 70p they made me go to the ATM lol. By the time got back my food was literally cold and still took it. When I got home realised they had given plain chips instead so due to them firstly sending me to the ATM for the 70p and then ontop not getting the food right aswell as being cold I rang back the operator told him I will be returning the food back. 1: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATOR WITH NO KNOWLEDE OF ACCURATE PRICE FOR THEIR OWN MENU. TOTAL MISLEADING CUSTOMERS. 2: DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE DECEANCY TO SAY FOOD IS GETTING COLD LEAVE IT PAY ON NEXT ORDER THE 70p. THIS WAS BOTH THE COUNTER STAFF & THE OPERATOR WHEN I RANG & EXPLAINED. 3: ITS THE PRINCIPLE, LUCKILY I TRAVELLED IN A CAR TO COLLECT MY FOOD. IMAGINE IT WAS A PERSON WHO WALKED A LONG WAY THEY WOULD HAVE DONE THE SAME TO THAT PERSON ALSO. NON HUMANITY WHAT SO EVER. ITS NOT ABOUT THE 70P BUT THE LENGHTS THEY MADE ME GO JUST PAY THAT WHILST THE FOOD WAS READYBAND GETTING COLD.

Ordered take away to be delivered to work before hitting the road to travel for a wedding. Ordering easy, delivery very quick fantastic hot pizzas. Rang our dept. When arrived and I met in reception. Lovely delivery man. Fantastic service and great value 🍕🍕🍕

Chilli sauce isn't spicy at all, donnor meat cold pizza soggy and 90p for a small Ribena is extortionate.prices have increased and quality and value decreased.only eating it because I'm starving

Think they have got the name wrong. Should be called salty santas. Ordered kebab which was clean but very salty.and chicken wings could of set up my own salt mine with all the salt in them. Impossible to eat them.

Not the best it used to be very good you could see them making your food not any more ? It is still ok had better

completely revamped and fresh. its about the food though. dona done great with loads of salad in a fresh pitta bread. great value for money when I d run out of ideas and left over turkey ha ha

Best pizza I've ever tasted. OK the kebabs are smaller because they are in pitta bread instead of naan, but the amount of meat and salad is brilliant. Highly recommended.

He visitado este lugar para una orden de comida para dos. Pizza y hamburguesa comida. El precio era caro, pero pagué esperaba que la comida era muy buena. Mi pedido llegó dentro de la media hora, así que no puedo quejarme sobre esto, pero la comida era tan Soso y sin sabor, no podía creer que este lugar ha ganado premios. Pedí en línea como un regalo para mi hija, tuve que llamar a la tienda dos veces porque no me una confirmación por correo electrónico. Después de dar los datos de mi tarjeta me di cuenta los puntos dos veces no habían puesto en mi cuenta para pedidos en línea. Luego 2 horas más tarde la comida llegó y el conductor sacamos nosotros como me dijo que no habia pagado! Me dio los datos de mi tarjeta y código de seguridad dos veces en buena fe para un rápido servicio en línea sólo para encontrar que cuando me dio mi peldaño y pedir verbalmente no procesar los datos de mi tarjeta. Mi hija estaba realmente disgustado que el conductor llevó a su capricho y luego lo llevó lejos de ella. No hice nada malo y no confía en Santas de nuevo. He estado de pedidos en línea con ellos durante años y no he visto ningún puntos puso en mi cuenta para que no se deje engañar por este - registro sus puntos y no confía en ellos. También las patatas fritas, aros de cebolla y champiñones ajo son poco hecha y el pollo es grizzly. No recomendaría este llevar a menos que estés desesperado.

Excelente comida siempre a tiempo, pero la carne halal no suelen comprar, si es halal. No hay señales que decir pero buscó, pero poner eso a un lado, personal muy amable

Service is always very good whether you collect or they deliver. Food is almost always excellent although a couple of times has been not quite right just a bit bland or overcooked but overall they are pretty good. Decent menu, well priced and good service. Recommended!

Been there twice. Ordered chips once and a pizza the other and it was inedible. God knows where they got the ketchup from but just don't go there

I have been ordering from santa's for the last 5 years and have found every order slightly different in terms of quality and temperature. Sometimes my orders are fantastic and other times poor. My most recent order last week wasn't great, the food was lukewarm and the garlic bread was overlooked and therefore dry. On a plus note in majority of cases the delivery arrives on time

I am much impressed with santas. Now their pizzas are great. I wont ever touch doner meat as i dont know whats in it. The chicken strips are good. Sadly the burgers are in a teacake/balm cake that disintegrates before you can eat it. Needs improvement there. Also no paper tissues or plastic forks provided. Reasonable value for the money i pay. Im a regular and i do like the foodYou wont be disapointed.

Had Santa's pizzas,kebabs for years never let us down brilliant made just how we like keep it up!!! And we will always come back....cheesy chips are to die for mmmmm

This is a takeaway and they also deliver they do the largest pizza of your choice of filling in burnley as far as i know , they are all very tasty no matter what size of pizza u order and they deliver

Ordered a pizza and a donna kebab.pizza was fine but the donna kebab with salad arrived cold and pitta bread just collapsed due to the pitta being soggy as they always do,its time they started useing naan breads,no more kebabs for me from there

The santas special pizza is one of the best i have ever tasted! Also like the burgers and although the kebabs are smaller than other places, they are packed full of meat and salad so that makes up for it. Its quality over quantity lol. Highly recommend.

Love Santa's definitely our first choice for a takeaway in burnley we love the mixed kebabs and I love the Santa's special pizza .good value and always quick del and hot good customer service too

use to use these a lot,but last few times,base not as good as use to be,pizza over cooked or burnt on bottom,plus messed up order a couple of times,the last time pizza was burnt,so wont be useing again

This is a popular take away in burnley with at least 3 branches locally and are available to rider through just eat. Food is hot and arrived quick but pizza bases are a little thick and doughy for my taste.

A great Pizza takeaway.The pizzas are freshly made to order, the menu is large and varied and the pizzas can be altered to suit your tastes and dietary needs.In general great service and great tasting pizzas at a reasonable priceThey offer a free delivery service but have never used it so cannot comment on this.
