Domino's Pizza London - High Holborn in Camden - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

I mistakenly ordered a pizza to this location. In the past I’ve been able to get a refund when ordered to the wrong location, like the brilliant Domino’s in Wapping and Camden Street. After a MINUTE from placing the order, I called them immediately, but they told me my pizza had been ALREADY made, and that a refund was impossible. This of course is ludicrous and obviously a lie, and surely goes against Domino’s policy as I have been able to receive a refund in the past under similar circumstances. As I’m typing this, the pizza is still in its “Prep” stage. Do NOT order from this place. I’m not the first to make a similar complaint and certainly won’t be the last.

We ordered 42 pizzas to arrive at 7pm. Everything arrived right on time and all 42 pizzas were delivered by one person on a huge bike. Lovely delivery man and all pizzas were piping hot and delicious. A really good service!!

come in tutto il regno unito, Domino è una scelta giusta, per il prezzo e la qualità. in questo caso era possibile gustarla anche a tavola, a differenza degli altri posti. La pizza Domino italiana non ha nulla a che fare con quella inglese, questa volta vincono gli inglesi

I ordered 2 pizzas on Saturday at 11.35am. App said delivery was 20 mins to 35 mins. At 12.31 - almost an hour later and half an hour late, i called to restaurant to told the pizza were ready and will be with us in 10 minutes. At 12.55 i called to cancel due to delay. Restaurant said the pizzas were on the way and put the phone down on me. At 12.57 i called again to say we do not want the pizzas. I wrote to customer service from the app, who replied that they are refunding the money within a few days. When i asked if that was their response to the destroyed Saturday lunch, i got"We would like to offer you a free pizza from the menu or create your own up to 4 toppings for your next order. Please use the voucher code XXXXXXX valid until 12/2022 at participating stores. This is available online from the website only, not the app and cannot be combined with other deals or vouchers. T’s and C’s apply Kind Regards Customer Service Team" Make your own decision about them.

rang for a pizza delivery, so called member of staff said what do you want miserably, did not want to take my order, put the phone down on me, i rang again and he said yeah and put the phone down on me again. If that is the sort of cretin they employ i will take my custom elsewhere.

Where do i even start... the wrong pizzas and drink got delivered and by the time we finally got the right ones the food was freezing and just to top it all off it arrived like this. Looks like they’ve gave us the leftover craps from earlier in the day or dropped it out the box and ran it over? not even in an eatable state. We managed to catch the delivery driver as he was leaving and his response to seeing the pizza was “can you not just eat it”. Its outrageous, to say we are fuming is an understatement.

We stayed at the Travelodge Covent Garden, and this pizza joint was so close it was almost in the lobby. The pizza was very good, the service was good, and it was great for ending a full day of sight-seeing.

Very handy if you are a lone traveller staying at the nearby Travelodge. I had absolutely no complaints about the quality of the food or service Check online for offers

Not a big fan of Dominoes myself but my son wanted one so i participated. Staff were friendly and efficient. Order was taken and we had a monitor with the time food was going to be ready. It came spot on. Food was piping hot and i was pleasantly surprised. My taste buds may have been swayed.....

Located next door to the Travelodge, Domino's was handy for a late snack before bed. It closes at 11pm though, so beware of that if you're later!

Is it the best pizza I have ever had? No! But it was exactly what I was looking for tonight, American pizza is what I was craving and this hit the spot :)

Ordered pizza for collection. Watched app so knew when to collect. Arrived with one minute to spare and watched the name appear on the screen. Only one other order as well as ours was ready. Ours was ready on screen but no sign of it coming to us. Two staff members asked if they could help and both times I told them who I was. Then our name disappeared from the screen and all eight staff members disappeared too! Ten minutes later we got our order. It was delicious as always but service wasn't great. Next time we won't order online as it saved no time.

Can be great pizza, but such idiot delivery people! They rarely seem to be able to find my flat and delivery can take ages. Such poor training is really surprizing for a global chain.

I adore Domino's plain and simple cheese and tomato pizza. It comes with garlic sauce and it is well worth the money.

next to the travelodge hotel. The attendants are very nice and the pizza is good, very good and is ready quickly. There are delivery and the prices are good.

Visited during a stay in London after going to the theatre, children loved the pizza and so did I, they were very quick making the pizzas.

My pizza was under cooked and the cookies didn't taste like they had been made properly... I go here all the time but I was really disappointed as I love dominos... my partner got chicken and said it was horrible too... I get a dominos at least 1s a week but I don't know if I will be going again... sorry guys it just wasn't very good that night... maybe they were having a off day...

padrão ótimo, a única coisa que não curto é o sabor característico de muitas pizzarias americanas, o molho de tomate fica enjoativo. Por isso nas pizzas por pedaço em NYC a artesanal é imbatível ( adoro a de ricota ) Na Dominos, fiquei com peperonni individual

Atendimento muito bom. Uma mesa para aguardar sua pizza (15 min) mas o forte é a entrega, portanto, não é spere muito conforto. Se for comer po lá prepare-se pois não há pratos nem copos à disposição. Pizza muito boa com preço justíssimo e atraente.

Picked up a pizza here while staying at Travelodge a couple of doors away. VERY quick and as always with Domino's a top pizza ! Will be back !

As a regular Pizza Express visitor, we were down in London for the weekend staying near here, and looked for somewhere we could take the kids. After a bit of searching round we couldn't see anything else, we fancied, so went for the tried and trusted Pizza Express.There is a voucher on the website, but it saved me £2 on a £66 bill, so not really worth it. There are a few new tasty items on the menu, so good food, really good service and a not too expensive meal for a family.

After ordering the pizza was delivered to our hotel pretty quickly. Much quicker than other dominos I've ordered from in the past.

Ordered about 15 pizzas for an event recently. Great service, very friendly & efficient on the phone, they even sorted out a deal for me as I was ordering so much. Pizzas arrived bang on time, nice delivery guys, good pizzas. My colleagues were very happy.Will definitely use them again.

No Bad and the prices are acceptable, definitively not the best pizza i ever had but sometimes is worth it.

We thought we would get a pizza meal deal from here after watching a show recently,from memory it was 2 pizzas,some doughnuts and some wedges,it was about 15 minutes until they closed and we where told they had run out of wedges and doughnuts although we could clearly see them being dished up for delivery orders,i assume they couldnt be bothered to cook anymore so a poor rating from me.Also we where offered a much cheaper alternative to the missing doughnuts and wedges by the not so helpful counter person but we would have paid the same price? not good Dominoes....not good.

É uma ótima opção (não a melhor) para se comer em Holborn, Londres. Comida gostosa, e bom atendimento. Preço um pouco elevado.

I ordered a pizza that never came ! I called them twice, they were rude and mean. And then they never called back. Horrible service.

I was called to come down and pick my dominos food which I did but virtually saw no one out side. I called back dominos holborn and they said the delivery guy was outside my hotel, so I told them am standing right there and there was no one . I was asked to wait awhile that he was there before didn't see me and left ( which was a big lie ) that is the part I hate . They lied to me. Because when he eventually showed up in another 30 minutes wait , the receptionist at the hotel confirmed he never showed up before.My food was so cold I could barely finish it.To top his bad behaviour, he asked "how much change from the money I paid would I like him to give me", I was shocked ! After keeping me waiting, bringing cold food , he also wanted a tip and boldly asked , they worst is , he gave me a part of the change and boldly walked out with the other , I was so shocked I didn't even have a word to say. Am never using this branch again.

Usual winner with Dom's but the chicken strips were a real pleasant surprise. Veru convenient to the Travelodge next door so no need for delivery making it even cheaper.
