Not much on the plate for the price paid, the pasta was not excellent, the waitresses were nice but it was cold

DISAPPOINTED ! We ordered 2 plates of mushroom pasta with chicken and cream, having to pay immediately before even consuming even water! We couldn't even order anything else because the kitchen was supposedly closed while deserts continued to circulate in the room. A bland dish that made us sick that evening and for almost the entirety of my stay! In short, an address to avoid if you care about your intestines!

A restaurant with a great atmosphere, very good food and very fast and practical service! Welcomed by Libin, who was very helpful throughout the dinner! I recommend it!

Libin was a great service and he alone definitely deserves 5 stars! We were back the next day, but unfortunately Libin had the day off. Accordingly, we had a different waitress who initially made us wait for 45 minutes (we probably wouldn't have complained for longer) and then was extremely unfriendly. Accordingly only 3 stars

Service was very friendly. However, the portion of the pasta was unfortunately not in proportion to the price. Very very small portion. Unfortunately we weren't full afterwards. It's a shame because the store could do more.

“Nice” place with honest staff but they don't speak English very well. Low quality food, I ordered a pizza that was from the frozen supermarket, carbonara with cream, raw bacon and I fully advised against it. Exaggerated prices for the quality: 12 pounds for a frozen pizza, 2.2 pounds for water and 4.4 pounds for coke. The only positive thing is that the staff was honest in admitting that the pizzas were frozen.

Mistakes with our food as that of the next table. Had to go up twice to chase for a missing dish. 12.5% service automatically applied despite the fact we ordered at the till. Not a great experience.

Fomos num grupo de 6 pessoas, havíamos chegados em Londres naquele momento, cansados e com fome. E optamos por comer lá, ao lado do hotel, equipe muito educada e paciente que nos atendeu aquele momento. Além de toda a equipe, Libin nos atendeu muito bem. Recomendo

Great service from Maria and Maria (yes, there’s two of them working 😁). Food is generic. Affogato is generic ice cream and coffee, same with the cheese pizza.

Easily one of, if not the best mocha I've had to date. It was superb.

Tourist trap. The Pizza are probably premade/frozen since you can't order any changes (no shrooms, more cheese, etc.) The cakes are expensive. I bought one cake for 6£ only to see that the exact same cake was sold in a mall not far away. They literally just buy pre made cakes and sell them for double as expensive.

We had tea and cake which was ok, I just felt sorry for all the European tourists in here who had travelled to London and were then eating the expensive frozen pizza in here. I guess the UK’s reputation for bad food has to come from somewhere! On the other hand they all could have just walked 3 mins - 5 mins to find a pizza restaurant where they make fresh pizza, which would be way better and the same price.

Apparently there are only ready-made frozen pizzas. No change in toppings possible. And only card payment possible. Website not updated. Too bad.

Même si la carte est réduite, les produits sont de qualité et très abordables. Idéalement situé (côté cours de l’hôtel royal national) vous permet de vous sustenter après une longue journée de marche sans devoir vous déplacer a nouveau dans Londres! Le personnel y est fort serviable et très souriant ( nous y avons d’ailleurs dîner 3 jours de suite) Nous y retournons lors de prochains voyages!

Google maps indicates that Blooms is open 24 hours on Sunday. We arrived just after midnight and the doors were locked and staff were cleaning the interior.

The food was the best that it could be, their cakes and beverages were so nice, we loved it!

I love coming here. They serve good tea. It is comfortable and the music isn't loud and intrusive. Best of all are the staff. Albert the manager and his fabulous team are the best. So kind and friendly and always very welcoming. One of the places to visit that makes me happy. Thank you to all the staff.

I stayed at the Royal National and was excited for there to be pizza on site. The atmosphere is really nice and the service was good. The pizza however was just ok. I think it was overpriced for the pizza. In my opinion it needed more flavor in it. Also like others said, there is only one basil leaf on it. This place would be better if the pizza had more flavors and not just taste a little better than frozen store bought pizza. I found a better location across the street with better pizza that was flavorful.

I ate at Blooms Pizza Café when I stayed at the City Sleeper Hotel a few weeks ago, and it was excellent! I had the garlic bread for an appetizer and margherita pizza as an entree-- both were delicious and reasonably priced. It is connected to the City Sleeper / Royal National Hotel, making it easy to access if you are staying at either property. It is also close to the Russel Square tube station. My only complaint is that the service was a bit on the slow side, but other than that, I had a great experience here!

Wow what a hidden gem this place is 🥳, we were staying at the royal national hotel which is joined to this cafe so it was superb, we had 2 pizzas and 2 drinks and it came to £47 which we thought was abit expensivefor what it was but the pizza was amazing and the service was phenomenal. Thankyou for having us ♥️

the interior was very well decorated, however The margarita pizza was a cheese pizza with a single basil leaf on it and the service was slow and dismissive. It was an unpleasant experience and disappointing meal

I've recently visited the place which by the way is quite beautifully decorated,and I was welcomed by the very friendly staff.I ordered a Hawaiian pizza to go and I can say it is good value for money and was not greasy or of fast food quality.I think it's worth a visit!

It's not a gastronomic restaurant, but to eat a pizza or a salad in a home-like atmosphere, you've come to the right place. I had the Burratta salad, I was scared and pleasantly surprised. We ordered two pizza with a Caesar salad but after 15min manager apologised that there is no salad left! Believe or not after 45min they brought one vegetable pizza that we asked without corn but they served with corn!!! The other pizza came 15min after!! It was family dinner!!! No recommend here at all👎 they also charged us before serving our food!!

The atmosphere is pretty nice and it's located in a convenient palce. However the 3 baristas did seem to be overwhelmed when more than five tables had been occupied. The waiting time for a simple coffee was unacceptable and they've managed to get both the orders of my partner and I wrong.. After a few sips we've left. It was nice to sit and relax for a bit though.

We were a group, we ordered a drink each and they served us well. The only downside is that what I ordered was too hot and the price was close to €4.

Not gonna lie, I didn't expect a medium sized preheated pizza after paying 18 pounds. Staff is great as far as I know, place looks clean, but the "cook"'s job is walking to Lidl every morning to buy a 3£ pizza. Embarrassing.

Being two French people traveling in London and very pizza lovers, we don't understand the average reviews of this restaurant! The server was very attentive and gave us plenty of choice. The only downside is the price, which is a bit high, but in London and in an area where there are a lot of tourists we didn't find it exorbitant! Thank you for the welcome and for the meal, we didn't ask for more and we ask what people expect...

I'm not sure why there's a low rating, and I'm uncertain about what people might be expecting, but in my opinion, Blooms Café is a nicely decorated place. The cafe is spacious, and the bright colors lift your spirits on dull and gloomy London days. I genuinely enjoyed my time at Blooms Café.

I made a couple of visits this mornin - ordered some Americanos, a vanilla latte, as well as a raspberry croissant. Everything was wonderful! The 2 ladies who took care of me today were friendly and did a great job!

I've found this place generally okay, though for last few months I've noticed their upstairs always seems to be closed, even at busy times. Staff friendliness is generally okay, and I manage to sit here for up to an hour or so, and just read while I'm killing time. My only other comment is that I don't seem to be able to sit here without a member of staff trying to take away the drink that I'm still in the middle of. Yesterday, a waiter suddenly loomed over me, and tried to grab the cup that I had sat directly in front of me, which I hadn't finished with.

Bajamos a probar uno de los restaurantes próximos al Royal National donde estábamos hospedados. La pizzería también es del propio hotel. Son pizzas porque ellos lo llaman así, pedimos una vegetariana y una peperoni, en ambos casos apenas había algún ingrediente, parecían margaritas. Del precio mejor no hablar, en Londres todo es caro pero si además te cobran eso cuando lo que te dan es solo masa… No lo recomiendo Además no aceptan efectivo

On a acheté des boissons. Une fois terminées ils ont enlevés nos bouteilles et nous ont demandé de partir car on ne consommait pas...

So, I thought this would be an actual pizzeria but it was not. You couldn't customize the orders at all beyond what was on the menu meaning they were premade pizzas. They weren't really cool quite long enough at that. I felt so stupid coming here when I realized there is a better place pretty much across the street.

Fast easy pizza, good for when you’ve just gotten to the hotel after a long flight and just want to eat something that isn’t aeroplane food. Give them your room number from the Royal National Hotel and you get a discount on takeaway pizza which is nice. Limited menu but good for when you want an easy dinner. I got the vegetarian pizza and it came with corn which I thought was unusual, never had a pizza with corn but it was nice.

Commande de 4 pizzas, toutes un gout de pizza chewigun de supermarché. On me demande de payer dès la commande du plat, avant même d'avoir mangé, apparemment car des gens sont partis sans payer donc ils ont mis ce système en place, pas très accueillant. Nous avons pris le dessert ailleurs vu la qualité de la nourriture et le prix.
