They charge you for hot water which is ridiculous. Really disappointed there was no heart behind the service provided.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bloom’s Pizza Restaurant, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is super convenient, right next to the Royal National Hotel, which makes it a perfect spot for tourists and locals alike who are looking for a place to eat in a central part of the city. The pizza was definitely the star of the show. It was flavorful and cooked to perfection, with a crispy crust and just the right amount of toppings. You can really taste the freshness of the ingredients they use, which I appreciated. The restaurant itself has a cozy, welcoming vibe that makes it easy to sit back and enjoy your meal. However, I did notice that the menu was a bit limited in terms of variety. While the pizzas were great, I would have liked to see more options, especially for appetizers and desserts. A bit more variety could really elevate the dining experience. Despite the limited menu, I still had a lovely time at Bloom’s and would recommend it to anyone in the area looking for some quality pizza. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re staying nearby or just passing through central London.

Servicio excelente, muy simpático, aunque sería bueno que hubiese personal hablando español. Había variedad de pizzas, muy buenas y tardaron poco en venir. Precio algo caro, pero en el hotel, por lo que no llegas cansado para acostarte. Súper recomendado

Même si la carte est réduite, les produits sont de qualité et très abordables. Idéalement situé (côté cours de l’hôtel royal national) vous permet de vous sustenter après une longue journée de marche sans devoir vous déplacer a nouveau dans Londres! Le personnel y est fort serviable et très souriant ( nous y avons d’ailleurs dîner 3 jours de suite) Nous y retournons lors de prochains voyages!

Google maps indicates that Blooms is open 24 hours on Sunday. We arrived just after midnight and the doors were locked and staff were cleaning the interior.

The food was the best that it could be, their cakes and beverages were so nice, we loved it!

I love coming here. They serve good tea. It is comfortable and the music isn't loud and intrusive. Best of all are the staff. Albert the manager and his fabulous team are the best. So kind and friendly and always very welcoming. One of the places to visit that makes me happy. Thank you to all the staff.

I stayed at the Royal National and was excited for there to be pizza on site. The atmosphere is really nice and the service was good. The pizza however was just ok. I think it was overpriced for the pizza. In my opinion it needed more flavor in it. Also like others said, there is only one basil leaf on it. This place would be better if the pizza had more flavors and not just taste a little better than frozen store bought pizza. I found a better location across the street with better pizza that was flavorful.

I ate at Blooms Pizza Café when I stayed at the City Sleeper Hotel a few weeks ago, and it was excellent! I had the garlic bread for an appetizer and margherita pizza as an entree-- both were delicious and reasonably priced. It is connected to the City Sleeper / Royal National Hotel, making it easy to access if you are staying at either property. It is also close to the Russel Square tube station. My only complaint is that the service was a bit on the slow side, but other than that, I had a great experience here!

Wow what a hidden gem this place is 🥳, we were staying at the royal national hotel which is joined to this cafe so it was superb, we had 2 pizzas and 2 drinks and it came to £47 which we thought was abit expensivefor what it was but the pizza was amazing and the service was phenomenal. Thankyou for having us ♥️

I've recently visited the place which by the way is quite beautifully decorated,and I was welcomed by the very friendly staff.I ordered a Hawaiian pizza to go and I can say it is good value for money and was not greasy or of fast food quality.I think it's worth a visit!

It's not a gastronomic restaurant, but to eat a pizza or a salad in a home-like atmosphere, you've come to the right place. I had the Burratta salad, I was scared and pleasantly surprised. Afterwards we are in London, the prices are not the same as in France! However, I would recommend Blooms Café, for eating in the neighborhood! Thank you for the sympathy of the team!

We ordered two pizza with a Caesar salad but after 15min manager apologised that there is no salad left! Believe or not after 45min they brought one vegetable pizza that we asked without corn but they served with corn!!! The other pizza came 15min after!! It was family dinner!!! No recommend here at all👎 they also charged us before serving our food!!

Worst Service ever. Don't recommend.

The atmosphere is pretty nice and it's located in a convenient palce. However the 3 baristas did seem to be overwhelmed when more than five tables had been occupied. The waiting time for a simple coffee was unacceptable and they've managed to get both the orders of my partner and I wrong.. After a few sips we've left. It was nice to sit and relax for a bit though.

We were a group, we ordered a drink each and they served us well. The only downside is that what I ordered was too hot and the price was close to €4.

Not gonna lie, I didn't expect a medium sized preheated pizza after paying 18 pounds. Staff is great as far as I know, place looks clean, but the "cook"'s job is walking to Lidl every morning to buy a 3£ pizza. Embarrassing.

Overpriced but great café with great service.

Being two French people traveling in London and very pizza lovers, we don't understand the average reviews of this restaurant! The server was very attentive and gave us plenty of choice. The only downside is the price, which is a bit high, but in London and in an area where there are a lot of tourists we didn't find it exorbitant! Thank you for the welcome and for the meal, we didn't ask for more and we ask what people expect...

Breakfast offer of good coffee with milk and medium sized croissant for almost £5

I'm not sure why there's a low rating, and I'm uncertain about what people might be expecting, but in my opinion, Blooms Café is a nicely decorated place. The cafe is spacious, and the bright colors lift your spirits on dull and gloomy London days. I genuinely enjoyed my time at Blooms Café.

I made a couple of visits this mornin - ordered some Americanos, a vanilla latte, as well as a raspberry croissant. Everything was wonderful! The 2 ladies who took care of me today were friendly and did a great job!

I've found this place generally okay, though for last few months I've noticed their upstairs always seems to be closed, even at busy times. Staff friendliness is generally okay, and I manage to sit here for up to an hour or so, and just read while I'm killing time. My only other comment is that I don't seem to be able to sit here without a member of staff trying to take away the drink that I'm still in the middle of. Yesterday, a waiter suddenly loomed over me, and tried to grab the cup that I had sat directly in front of me, which I hadn't finished with.

Je confirme les avis négatifs. La burrata seule au milieu de 3 feuilles de salade et 2 demi tomates cerises pour 11£ payée d'avance! Plat renvoyé et heureusement le gérant a préféré nous rembourser afin d'éviter le scandale...

Omg.. one of the best pizza’s that I have had.. think the chef was called Madhu.. very friendly place and not over priced.. deffo will be back at some point.. highly recommended if your in the area

Bajamos a probar uno de los restaurantes próximos al Royal National donde estábamos hospedados. La pizzería también es del propio hotel. Son pizzas porque ellos lo llaman así, pedimos una vegetariana y una peperoni, en ambos casos apenas había algún ingrediente, parecían margaritas. Del precio mejor no hablar, en Londres todo es caro pero si además te cobran eso cuando lo que te dan es solo masa… No lo recomiendo Además no aceptan efectivo

Fuyez ! Les plats sont coûteux et sans goût, nous avons pris une burrata à 11 euros où il n'y avait rien à manger. Nous avons aussi prit une salade cesar qui semblait sortir d'un congélateur

On a acheté des boissons. Une fois terminées ils ont enlevés nos bouteilles et nous ont demandé de partir car on ne consommait pas...

payer 11£ pour une salade burrata ou il y a littéralement 1 burrata avec 3 tomates cerises. en plus de ces quantités astronomiques (ironique) nous devons mettre la table nous meme. et pour finir nous sommes obligés de payer avant d’être servit. po un conclure je ne recommande pas du tout mais merci pour la participation

So, I thought this would be an actual pizzeria but it was not. You couldn't customize the orders at all beyond what was on the menu meaning they were premade pizzas. They weren't really cool quite long enough at that. I felt so stupid coming here when I realized there is a better place pretty much across the street.

Fast easy pizza, good for when you’ve just gotten to the hotel after a long flight and just want to eat something that isn’t aeroplane food. Give them your room number from the Royal National Hotel and you get a discount on takeaway pizza which is nice. Limited menu but good for when you want an easy dinner. I got the vegetarian pizza and it came with corn which I thought was unusual, never had a pizza with corn but it was nice.

Commande de 4 pizzas, toutes un gout de pizza chewigun de supermarché. On me demande de payer dès la commande du plat, avant même d'avoir mangé, apparemment car des gens sont partis sans payer donc ils ont mis ce système en place, pas très accueillant. Nous avons pris le dessert ailleurs vu la qualité de la nourriture et le prix.

You must try this spot. After a long flight, traffic, and checking in to our hotel we discovered this wonder. Combination of superb staff, which included Madho and Sagar. The delightful menu, coffee options and snacks it is the perfect experiance to recharge at.

We hebben hier net gegeten. De pizza margarite was lekker en vers. Zo vers dat we allebei de pizza niet hebben kunnen opeten. De werknemers zijn zo alleraardigst en hebben direct de pizza's in een doosje gegaan zodat we het konden meenemen naar onze kamer.. Wees even alert. Je betaalt vooraf dus bedenk direct dat je fooi mee rekent en betaal dus extra voor hun goede service. We hebben nog wat warme drankjes meegenomen naar onze kamer en alsnog een fooi betaalt.😏. Dank jullie wel! Dochter Sophie & haar moeder.

Wished there were more halal food options but the service overall was impeccable. I recommend their hot chocolate with a shot of hazelnut- it came at a perfect temperature and was sweet but not sickly.

We were staying in the City Sleeper across the road from Bloom’s Café and decided to go for something quick to eat before a show we’d booked. You order at the counter (like a café) which was not a problem. My friend ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza and a Diet Coke and I ordered a Pepperoni pizza and Diet Coke- we paid £22 each for our orders. After sitting down, we realised this seemed a lot as the pizzas cost £15 according to the menu. On closer inspection, there is a tiny section of the menu in small print which says a discretionary service charge of 10% is added to every order. Whilst this seemed cheeky given that you order at the till, we had already paid so didn’t raise the issue. Our pizzas arrived after about 5 minutes and I was brought the wrong pizza (Hawaiian). I explained to the waitress that I had ordered pepperoni, and she apologised and said she would bring me the correct pizza out. After another 10 minutes, the waitress returned with a BBQ chicken pizza- again, not what I ordered. I told her once again that I ordered pepperoni, to which she was rude and suggested that I had asked for BBQ chicken (which is odd since the first one she brought me was Hawaiian!). I told her that we were running out of time to get to our show and so I would just like a refund for my order and would share my friend’s pizza. She was very resistant to me doing this and was rude about the whole situation. I went up to the till to get my refund (and requested the service charge was also refunded since the service had been appalling) and not once did any member of staff apologise to me. The pizza I shared with my friend was very poor. It was burnt underneath and tasted very much like it had come out of a freezer. It was definitely not worth £15 plus a 10% service charge. We eventually left and went to a nearby KFC for something quick to eat before our show. Overall the experience was terrible. I appreciate mistakes occur and was understanding the first time round, however to mess the order up a second time and then accuse me of being wrong was terrible customer service. The pizza they did get right tasted awful. The staff made me feel as though I was in the wrong for questioning their mistakes, and the experience was just unpleasant. We couldn’t wait to leave. It’s a shame as the setting of the café is lovely, but the service and food don’t match up at all.

The café is with both chair and sofa seatings, beautifully decorated, and nice views through the big windows. The staff are friendly and professional. The food and drink is delicious. 😋 There is an outdoor front garden affiliated with the restaurant, suitable for sports watching and summer party. 🎉 I would certainly like to visit again, because the milkshake is divine. 🤭👏

I see a lot of negative reviews. If staying at the National this is attached to it so very convenient for quick coffee. One night we did order pizza and no it wasn’t the greatest I ever had it was edible and average. Wasn’t expecting much more than that so it delivered. I was always treated well by the staff and welcomed with a smile.

Grauenhafter Service unglaublich teuer! Die Waffel meines Sohnes war verbrannt und statt eines Cafe-Creme, brachte sie ihn schwarz. Austausch war nicht möglich. Ein Kännchen Milch war dann schon alles, was den Geschmack aber auch nicht verbessert hat. Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen.

The cafe is quite beautiful and the service is lovely. We had the chicken Tikka and fries, which were really good. The Hawaiian pizza was slightly burnt and lacking. Would recommend this beautiful restaurant for a drink or snack.

Pizzas and milkshakes were good

We choose this restaurant because there was 20% reduction on pizzas as we were staying at the Royal National Hotel. The meal was fine, but as I was asking for a box to take away, I saw a mouse running in the kitchen behind the fridge ! We let the rest of our food and go as fast as we could, my friend having a mouse phobia ! We know that when there is one mouse in a place, the family isn't far ! Please do something about it because it's a question of public health !

The pizzas aren't the greatest quality for the price. Friendly people, but doesn't make up for the half eaten dinner.

Don't get the pizza! They force you to pay 10% service charge. For a small pizza you pay over £11. Just go to pizza hut or pizza express 5 minutes walk.

Relaxing, good service, good coffee and clean

Food was terrible. How they call themselves a pizza cafe I do not know. It was the equivalent of frozen pizza from the supermarket. Cocktails were also gross. Very pricey for the quality. Over £50 for 2 pizzas, a garlic bread and 2 cocktails and most was inedible. Do not waste your money or time.

this was the worst service. It took 45 minutes for us to receive our food after being told it would take 15 minutes. when we asked how long it would take the lady working simply walked away. we made it clear from the second we walked in that we were in a rush and only had a certain amount of time but we’re assured we would be fine however this clearly was not the case. when the food finally did arrive we asked if it was able to be taken away and the food was quite literally poured into a plastic bag. We then asked for any takeaway forks as we didn’t expect to have to use our fingers, we were then giving normal metal forms to which who i’m only assuming was the manager says “bring the forks back next time” as if this was all some kind of joke”. I hate writing bad reviews and would usually just leave it but this was absolutely awful.

This was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. The food took over an hour to come when they said it would take 10 minutes. The staff were rude and ignored me when we asked where the food was, when we explained we had to go as it had taken too long they put the food straight into plastic bags. The food was not appealing and not worth the stress.

Checked in late to Royal National Hotel so this cafe was still open. Great location and opening hours too. Would defs recommend. Salmon and cream cheese bagel is pretty good. Although would prefer the bagel to be toasted only while the salmon stays fresh. Panini’s are pretty good and I reckon it’s quite affordable too. The cafe itself is clean too. Staff are nice as well

We always visit Blooms when staying at the Royal National. The Pizzas are very good and reasonably priced . The staff are wonderful. Pleasant and helpful and always willing to share a joke.

OK pizza, some waiting for the pizzas (3 pizzas)... The club sandwich was not reccomendable, at least not the one I got served... Brown lettuce and rock hard bread, tasted absolutely nothing...
