Great experience, warm and friendly customer service, efficient service, all round a good dinner

Me and my girlfriend ordered gluten free doughballs. My girlfriend is allergic to gluten. We got served regular dough balls instead. The service was miserable and my girlfriend told me that she was stared at by one of the staff throughout our meal. I even made sure I have what we want on my phone and still they can't get it right.

Going out for dinner and being ignored it's not always been in my plan - this happened yesterday 07/06. Service was very poor, the manager ( I believe it was wwhile it didn't have any uniform) didn't even care about what we had to say, and we were treated poorly by the order taking till the end. I usually order the same thing and find the product not consistent, my usual one is St.Paul (super team - super food) Please retrain your team and ask for allergy while my intolerance didn't allow me to sleep well

Lovely place amazing pizza only critique is they don’t cut your pizza for you. Otherwise had a great dining experience would come back. Great student deal on at the moment I would recommend!!

Amazing service, we were served by Apurva. The food and timing was good and nice atmosphere.

Like a well garlic oiled machine, does what it says on the door perfectly well. Needed to quench my hunger while oit sightseeing and wanted the familiarity that Pizza Express provides. Food was of the usual good standard and staff were friendly.

Only for the food is good and the place is close to home would never come back here on every occasion the staff are woefully. They should not be working in the hospitality sector, maybe wash up or less public dealing roles.

Got to the Restaurant in pouring rain and was quickly given a table and somewhere to store a wheelchair. The staff were excellent , very attentive and quick with the drink then food. I had the Spicy American pizza with jalapeno and it was delicious, loved the slight scorch marks on the thin crust. Superb meal and I will return

Extremely rude waitress. Terrible service. Told manager... Wasn't even given a discount for her behaviour... Never have I been spoken to like that before but a staff member. Disgrace.

Rude staff I came with my 8 year old daughter after attending RF a&e and she was in a sling. Serving waiter was miserable and v rude hence the rating for atmosphere. I complained about the so called child friendly dessert which was a rock hard brownie other with other branches the children can at least break into these. Furthermore I had to ask for the babycinno that should be part of the meal. Not forthcoming, ended up getting my own extra cutlery from where they were located as no one bothered to even check in on us or if we requied anything else, seated right in front of the cooking area so not much excuse.Just rude service and I wouldn't return here much more friendly branches elsewhere to choose from.

Came in for a birthday meal with wife a toddler and friend and the staff were so friendly and attentive with us all. They were great with my daughter and even put a candle on my dessert for my birthday. Really friendly

Visited PizzaExpress for a social with my university friends. The service from Erida was fantastic. Highly recommend visiting the Belsize Branch! The atmosphere was brilliant.

I have come here a few times and it has been a great experience but yesterday I came in and ordered a garlic bread with mozerella with my three year old toddler who is an incredibly fussy eater. So, I bought her a small bag of KFC chips before coming in to make sure I can enjoy my meal and that she has a little bit of something. The bag was barely visible. The waiter approached me and was incredibly rude in his delivery and told me to put the chips away and my daughter began crying throughout my entire meal. Not once did he bother giving an alternative solution or feeling bad. Shame on you! Are you telling me if I had a bottle of milk or baby snacks I can’t bring them? I usually don’t bother typing up a review but this pissed me off so much. Had to hide the chips in my bag and give her one at a time as if I’m committing a crime. I understand if I sat down and didn’t order any food and was just feeding her chips, but I ordered food. So Yh, shame on that waiter. Never returning again. An absolute joke. Would not recommend to any mums with small toddlers that are fussy eaters!

The food is lovely and the atmosphere but I must say Erida is great. We have special dietary requirements and she is very thorough, careful and kind with our orders and food.

Food was good but it completely lacks any atmosphere, no background music at all, very bright lights and the decor is nothing at all. Shame because that really let's it down .

Do not order a takeaway pizza here! Absolute rip off - £14/15 for a 10 pinch pizza unless you pay £2 extra for a normal size. And it wasn't even sliced, unbelievable!

I have made an order for a part of over 16 kids and adults. The order process was super easy. I also received a recommendation on what kind of dishes to order and how many. We were greeted on time , delivered food very quickly and were all looked after well. By the end all was cleaned very quickly and there was no problem settling the bill. I highly recommend if you need a booking for a number of people!

A solid Pizza Express that delivers consistently quality food. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient if you need a quicker turnaround, especially with little ones. Family-friendly with crayons and colouring for the kids and a kids menu. Lots of outdoor seating for warm weather days.

This place is always a miss but just because of their location I end up getting stuff from here and then stop for a while because of the experience! Ordered for 7pm pickup and it is now 7:20pm and no sign of the pizza being ready. What’s the point of asking a “pick up slot” if I could have come to the Restaurant and ordered the same thing and for the same time it took! Ridiculous experience!

I visited this restaurant today with my terminally ill mum for lunch. The male waiter was very attentive, very patient and was very friendly and welcoming. The food was lovely also. Would definitely return!

I give a 3 as it may have been having a bad day (we all have them). The food wasn't up to the standard of other Pizza Expresses or as it was here in the past. A side order didn't come until I finally chased it (I patiently assumed it would arrive even though the servwr made no mention of it when delivering the mains)- when it arrived it was so small I wondered if the remains had been scraped into the world's smallest bowl. Meanwhile, the table next to us were missing a main course and the others had eaten by the time it arrived (they also had to point out the fact that something they had ordered hadn't been delivered. Finally, whilst I despise undercooked egg whites (eg runny), it's so disappointing to order a fiorentina pizza to find the egg yolk is totally overcooked (aka rock solid). Hopefully, it was just having a bad day. I've not been to this branch for years, but have been happy with a couple of others I've visited in the past year.

The staff in Belsize Park Pizza Express are so happy, bright and welcoming. They have all been there for a long time and receive us as though we are old friends. They make us feel so welcome and warm. The food is always excellent. The chef has been there for a long time too and always recognizes and greets us warmly. I love Belsize Park Pizza Express!
