I have experienced one of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten with you. The ingredients are awful with poor quality, the taste of the pizza was awful, the dough is excessively thick, and in general, I highly recommend you don’t waste your money in this shop.

I received the pizza and the ham tasted off / not good. Call the Kentish Town shop and speak to someone that identifies as the assistant manager. Explained the problem (ham on pizza tastes off) and he becomes really defensive, tells me there is nothing wrong with the ham as he just opened the bag. I asked if he tasted it he says no, and he can't do anything until 6pm when the manager arrives, this is now 1pm. Until then he is more than happy to keep serving the bad ham to other costumers and I have no pizza and no money. At least I think it was the ham... I know if something tastes off, the staff member was really dismissive and stated that I called previously to complain about something else, to me sounds like he is calling me a liar and I'm making up that there's something wrong with the pizza, it's very unprofessional. I told him he can come and get the pizza as I only had two bites and he says no, and begrudgingly agrees to give me a refund and hangs up in my face. Not the kind of customer experience you expect from such a renowned brand like Domino's. I've been a customer for more than 15 years and your loyalty gets repaid by staff being rude to you and basically calling you a liar. You won't be seeing my money anymore, you pay £20 for a pizza that is bad and on top you get aggravation and insults, what a business model! Disappointing.

Rude staff, website stated this site delivered to my location and took the order and money. I phoned about order and the staff member hadn’t got a clue. Rude and arrogant, refused to give name so I had a reference for refund. DO NOT USE. Still haven’t had my refund.

The sodas were placed on top of the pizza. It was delivered with the top smashed in. Half the toppings stuck to the lid.

I had 2 times pizza its horrible taste frozen what do you expect, me personally i wouldn't never ever eat domino's.

Never told me I get free garlic and herb with each pizza I bought. Paid an extra £3 for more sauces I didn't need. Pizza was good though, I got Hawaiian and a pepperoni

When places an order for the wrong time they were very helpful and sorted everything out quickly

I hate change! Years ago my staple was the Full House; removed, Deluxe was second choice.... Guess what, no longer available! Card only, doesn't accept cash! What is going on?

Its dissapointing when i compare to what it used to be, i think the qaulity at Domino's is not as good as it used to be, they got my order wrong but after returning they did rectify it, but honestly with the competition of other take away pizza restaurants Domino's needs to perform better especially if they want return custom even more so when the prices have been hiked.

Yesterday I’ve asked for Tuna pizza and got veg one! Today I’ve got Tuna pizza but bit salty. Wonder is that tuna fish ate lot of salt or what? 🧐

Avoid, avoid, avoid! Pre-ordered more than 3 hours in advance. Rang 15 mins before delivery time as showing no progress in the app. Was told delivery wouldn’t happen on time and she didn’t know when it would come. No apology! I cancelled the order. Shocking service, won’t use Domino’s again.

If this is a large (13.5in) pizza then I’m Harry Potter. Sorry Mr Manager who allegedly made the pizza himself. It’s not large. Didn’t want to call and complain again.

I’ve visited this store last night and the lady at the till instead of asking my name put on the board “PL” funny enough all the other customers had names on the board. Just because someone has an accent does not mean does not have a name and also I am not from “PL”.

I usually order pizzas from the Camden Domino's branch but yesterday it was closed so I ordered from Kentish Town. I thought all Domino's pizzas would taste the same, but the ones I bought yesterday had a very thin crust & very thin & hard dough. It was so disappointing not to have really nice pizzas that I'm used to when ordering from Camden Domino's.

Waiting for my refund and after 72 hours i rang them and they told me u will not get refund very rudely i spoke to rashid thaats they gave me name i order online.

Amazing service, lucas, Ali, absolutely smashed the service tonight got our pizza and more. Best pizza and more, best domino's ever!!! In London so happy with the service thank you very much 😊

Rubbish service. Waiting 25mins in the cold to be told my pizza was given to someone else and I could not get a refund. Counter staff need retraining.

Nice area to explore however rather busy and annoying one way systems lots of amenties around Close to big park Local shops Food places And so on

Worst service I've ever come across! Left waiting for over and hour for a pizza o was told would be 20 mins. Took forever to get through on the phone it's like the don't have any staff working there or at least none that works with any pride.

The driver came twice and waited for 1 min before leaving... what is he doing???? And he also “came” with the pizza more than an hour late. Teach english and maners to your drivers. Never coming back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude staff! Refused to take my order online and EVEN in store as they were 'too busy'. This was only at 8pm when they are supposed to close at 1am???!!! Learn how to run a business babe. Pizza isnt even that nice

Rude staff and whenever the store gets busy. They just refuse to take your order, even online. It’s not even 9pm... and it’s not the first time it’s happened to me.

All I had was cheese bread and wings came out under 15 mins. Good service.

Iglaas was very polite very helpful and great customer service i highly recommend this domino's pizza and i will be coming back. Plus jay delivered are pizza he was very polite to and he was a gentleman 5 star thank you

Consistently 1 hour + waiting times and we live very close. Tonight they called 30mins after ordering to say it would take 2 hours for delivery...ridiculous.

Worst service ever in my life from Dominos! BIG EPIC FAILURE! over 1 hour waiting and no pizza, no apology from the driver Samad and the Manager Lucus. The driver phones up telling me my pizza is here and i'm in middle of my shower waiting outside with in bathrobe and no sign. After calling the delivery man, he tells me he is in Chancery lane looking for my address when I'm in Kings Cross...next thing he gives the phone to some passer by to speak to me in order to direct the driver and being rude whilst the irony is i'm in the cold waiting and this stranger is asking for my postcode?? where is the privacy of protecting my address! Also where is the driver and why is he not speaking... very poor customer service as a result I called the store and left on hold so i called back the driver and he rejected my phone call! For the love god what am i meant to do to get a pizza which i paid for! After I got hold of the manager at the store, still no apology and this is the service you provide, terrible. ATTENTION TO DOMINOS HEAD OFFICE - TRAIN YOUR STAFF BADLY!! All this aggro over a pizza is very bad for your business and for the customers

Every time I've ordered I have waited over an hour for delivery, without compensation and we live fairly close.

Awful customer service - very rude on the phone.

Intenté realizar el pedido en línea, pero no se realizó, por lo que pensé que llamaría a la sucursal directamente. Era para alimentar a mis sobrinas ya que venía de Edimburgo y siempre ordenaba desde allí. ¡Esta fue una de las peores experiencias que he tenido con los dominós! ! La persona que hablaba por teléfono era grosera, poco profesional y no entendía mi orden en absoluto (quizás una barrera del idioma), quién sabe, pero hice mi mejor esfuerzo y no me fue bien. ! ! Así que no seguí con la orden ovs!

Nice food but waiting time is an issue

Taken over an hour to arrive, i understand its a saturday and they are busy, but they should notify you of the wait period before hand.

We ordered a delivery in advance, and it arrived 1:15 after the time we asked it for.

Terrible customer service and delay, no information, bad pizza. Avoid at all cost.

Amir at Kentish town helped me and my family eat tonight! After a glitch on Dominos website that caused money to be taken from my account and the order not to go through, Amir helped us by providing an email address and allowing me to send him screenshots of the transaction. Going above and beyond I really do appreciate the customer service Amir provided to me over the phone and the amount of support he gave through such a stressful time. Not many managers go that far so I really do appreciate it! 5/5

So poor!!! Dominos late/rude and never answer the phone. Chicken strippers always undercooked and a terrible experience Update 2018 defo has got better 👐

We waited an hour for our pizzas. Total chaos and confusion. Utterly inept, they couldn't tell me where our pizza was and yet they're prepared RIGHT THERE in front of you and the oven is RIGHT THERE begind the counter. Exactly how they managed to get it so wrong is a total mystery. Only go here for a collection if you've got an evening to spare.

More than an hour and a half waiting and they dont even answer the phone, never taking Dominos again, becaue these bastards allready took my money, via VISA, and my pizzas are just not coming.

I placed an order to this store with the phone which is still a thing and then an hour I waited for my food that never came. When I called up the store aparently my order was never placed and then they had the nerve to say if I'd like to pay for another one with cash apon delivery
