If I could give zero stars I would. One of, if not the worst eating establishments I have ever been to.I usually love a Pizza Hut buffet, but not this one. The waitress warned us that the ‘pasta machine’ (her words) was out of order as was the plate warmer. We decided to leave but having paid in advance were told our refund would take several days. The staff were hopeless and out of their depth. A MUST TO AVOID!

On the hygiene front the manager has a habit of scratching his face and running his hand through his hair and yes he was handling plates. We entered the restaurant and used the app so payed up front. All the plates were stone cold and coupled with other problems we decided to leave. Asked for a refund which was agreed but would take a few days. Quick to take money, don't care for customer service after. There is no way to phone anyone, blame it on social distancing and COVID. But customer care are working from home. No, they take your money and run.

Went here with a friend of mine and what a bad decision. Had the buffet, which was not a good choice! Not a great variety of pizza, no nacho chips as advertised, run out of pasta and refused to cook morea and even though there was just the 2 of us, we could see empty tables for 2 people which we then got seated in half an hour later. They could of got us in straight away! The manager was even telling everyone jn the queue about the wait. The organisational skills could of been better. I won't be going back or recommending pizza hut to anyone unfortunately.

have been to a few pizza hut buffets and sadly this one comes at the bottom of my list. visited today after looking round the shopping centre and wanted somthing to eat. was shown to my table by a helpful waiter and was informed it was now all order and pay online, i explained i didnt have any phone signal and he showed me how to connect to the shopping centre wi fi. I ordered the buffet thinking there would be a good range of choices and a bottle of pepsi due to there not being a option of unlimited normal pepsi which is a shame and cost me more. When i went to choose from the buffet i was shocked to see there wasnt a very good range at all and being someone with health issues i have to very careful and the majority of the pizzas were very thick crust which would be unsitable for me. I did think about requesting a refund until i spotted one which again isn't everyones favrioute but it was either that or nothing ham and pinapple so i just decided to go for that and take off the pineapple.the salade bar was limited no croutons or bacon bits so i went for the nachos. when i went up for a second time there was more of a selection of thin crust surely it would make sense to put this out with the others ? the staff wernt very helpful other then the guy metioned above and left me to struggle with trying to get my pizza onto the plate whilst in my wheelchair it was only thanks to other customers that any was put on my plate . They did let my husband eat his macdonalds in there which decent of again the man metioned above due to him being my carear. sadly only way i would come here again is if i didnt have any other option highly dissapointed

on arrival wasn’t the best welcome. and pizza was nice and came quick but deserts took 35 minutes so come and we only ordered ice cream and cookie dough and they had 3 other tables that’s it. and turns out that if u order it separately to your main then it doesn’t go through or something so was very angry as they should tell you that on arrival, no tortilla chips also weren’t given even tho it says free with every table. had to wait 10 mins to get ketchup. an hour later and mains still haven’t been cleared.

Poor staffing, can’t get attention from staff, ordering on line and out of pizza bases which is fine but say before we spend 10 minutes online ordering, pizza ok but salad was just embarrassing two tomatoes, little cucumber and a few strands less as bed , it was less than a quarter of a bowl, I know it free of sorts but blimey fill it up, when u try to talk to any one no one about never again sorry, A restaurant on a sat afternoon and empty that should of told me something in chapplefield

Ordered the bundle meal, large pizza, 2 sides and 2 desserts All going well. Put on a table well within seeing range. Asked to wave red paper for attention. WE WAVED THE PAPER, numerous times! We never got the second dessert. Waved our paper for 20 minutes and still noone came over. We left in the end! Wont be back. I was a waitress for 6 years in somewhere 3x the size and managed, sort it out.

Tempted by Pizza Hut with my young son in a busy Chapelfield on a Saturday lunchtime. Pizza Hut not overly busy with some visible free tables. After checking the menu and hovering about at the entrance whilst watching two staff deep in conversation ahead of me I stepped into the restaurant, unsure what to do. This at least prompted some recognition from staff, albeit just a rather curt request to get back behind the entrance. I realise that times are strained at present but no thanks - I decided to go home and make my own pizza and my own welcome instead.

Visited Pizza Hut Chapelfield 29/8/2020......the food was way below standards,the coleslaw is beyond tasteless,pizza was like a piece of cardboard and they have changed the normal fries to seasoned fries this week,no mention on the menu of this,my partner had the chicken bites which were very dry,a complete waste of our money,I have eaten in several pizza huts across the country and have never had a problem,but thiS meal was horrible,such a shame Pizza Hut Chapelfield,another young couple near us also said theirs was just as bad........

Food was delicious as per normal with Pizza Hutt however service was exceptional, Liam the manager was really helpful and managed to book us in even though it was busy and made sure that our order was exactly what we wanted. Would definitely come back again. Thank you Liam.

Terrible customer service following a poor experience. Everything out of stock, all vegetarian options out of stock and when we ordered a substitute after 45 minutes of waiting~they brought the wrong food out. Staff were arguing with customers and the toilets had no soap. At one point the c**t word was used in front of our 3 children under 9 years. As a family of 5 who regularly visit PH, we won’t be anymore. We visited PH in Chapelfield Norwich and it was 1 epic failure after another. CS are an absolute waste of space. There are serious issues at this branch which need addressing but all CS are worried about, are the numbers off my receipt which I don’t have. Oh well...we will have to eat pizza somewhere else.

Sadly the layout of this restaurant isn't well thought out for busy times of the day. We had a push chair and had to ask so many other diners if they could move their chairs (whilst eating much to my embarrassment) whilst we were shown to our table. The waitress just weaved through and left it to us to interrupt other guests. If there wasn't a suitable or accessible table then no offense would have been taken but frankly we felt awful asking other customers to get up or move their bags. All you can eat buffet was also a disaster. We went up and there was half a pizza remaining... asked for some more to be cooked and they said they were nearing the end of all you can eat service.

Friendly staff, great pizza , and even nicer cookie dough , service was quick , prices weren't too bad , only complaint was that the restaurant was cold in the evening.

Never had an issues with other outlets, however this visit was a none starter from a customer service point of view. So called manager was a disgrace to the company curt, rude and couldn't give a damn. Tables and floor a disgrace. Gawd knows what it would have been like had it been busy, plenty of other outlets in the area to go to.

Massive fan of ;pizza but these are just not authentic enough for me. Having just got back from hols was being a bit lazy so didn't want to cook. Would have been best in just getting a Pizza Express one from Sainsburys!

Fui a Norwich por un lugar de compras rápidas y decidí ir a la cabaña de la pizza y hacer que buffett un poco caro 11 para el buffet y 2. 90 para recargar gratis Coca Cola pero luego puedes comer y beber tanto como te guste pizza siempre caliente y siempre nuevas pizzas que salen frescas muy agradables

Fuimos para niños buffet después de sentarnos 20 minutos y no nos sirvieron nos servimos bebidas, dijo que estaba incluido en el buffet después de tener que pedir que nos sirvieran, aún no nos dijeron que en realidad no están incluidos y al final de la comida tuvimos que ¡Paga 10 por las bebidas! ¡Lolly la camarera cuando nos hizo una simple pregunta sobre el precio nos dijo que lo resolviéramos nosotros mismos! ! ¡Supongo que ella no puede contar! Muy mal servicio muy poco profesional.

No es una muy buena selección, comen en la mayoría de las pizzas cuando se les pregunta si se les dijo si se les había dicho alguna corteza delgada, así es como viene y simplemente lo sacamos. La única pizza delgada que vi fue una pizza de cebolla y esaEra una roca difícil de comer.No vale el dinero

We had a very attentive and polite server at Pizza Hut Norwich Chapelfield this evening. Unfortunately within 30 minutes of eating crispy chicken and fries there my six year old had crippling stomach pains and within 90 minutes he was vomiting. He was very upset and distressed because he’s only been sick once before. No other symptoms or reasons for him to be sick. I’m expecting a sleepless night ahead.

The food is lovely the staff are friendly and helpful the atmosphere is great it’s wheelchair accessable

It's your usual fare Pizza! I haven't seen a lot of changes over the years apart from the prices continue to rise year on year, best visit when they have special offers on.

Ocasionalmente visitamos Pizza Hut. No es buena comida, pero tienen un personal excelente y una buena relación calidad-precio. La calidad de las pizzas disponibles a través del Buffet parece haber mejorado con los años y la barra de ensaladas tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio. Lo único negativo es que aparentemente están deteniendo a Couscous, que es hermoso y también a la Pasta que personalmente no me gusta. Pero se ha ido otra opción.

Éramos las únicas personas en el restaurante, nos sentamos enseguida. Nos dijeron que ahora cobran por el bar de ensaladas será 2. 00 extra si pides una pizza. Parece un poco tonto cobrar por la única cosa sana que sirven cuando solía ser gratis. Solo pudimos elegir entre 4 bases de pizza, lo cual está bien, pero no pudiste elegir el tamaño de tu pizza. Íbamos a compartir una gran pizza, pero al final teníamos que conseguir 2 porque el tamaño no era lo suficientemente grande como para que 3 compartieran. El servicio fue bueno. Pero con este nuevo impuesto sobre el azúcar puede obtener la taza de recarga para 2. 49 pero para la bebida completa de grasa solo puedes obtener en forma de botella por 3 o algo. Si no bebes cosas con edulcorantes, entonces pagas la nariz o bebes agua. (Sé que no es culpa de los restaurantes, pero me parece una locura) obtuvimos nuestra comida rápidamente y fue agradable. No estoy seguro si solo esta ubicación ha cambiado los precios de la barra de ensaladas y el tamaño del menú, pero no volveré pronto.

Cuando vas a la choza de pizza sabes lo que estás recibiendo. . . . la comida siempre es buena aquí y el personal es agradable. Lo único con este lugar es que podría ser más grande (es decir, diez veces más grande) durante el día, ya que tendrás que hacer cola para este lugar, incluso más a la hora del almuerzo.

Friendly, helpful fast service , attention to detail accommodating a baby buggy , Dawn was our waitress and could not fault her, attentive and recommended a great pudding! Thank you , Look forward to my next visit!

Stopped here for a meal out. Not been to a pizza hut for years and was pleasantly surprise with the place. Food was quick to be served and by the end was full. The only issue is the noise from the other food places near by.

We were seated quickly. Took a while to get drinks to be ordered, then even longer for our food to be ordered.

We eat regularly at pizza hut, usually the longwater branch, but today whilst shopping, opted for the chapelfields branch. How different this one was, the attitude of staff was dreadful, I asked for chilli oil for the pizza and the response was ' it's on the salad bar, go get it' . Was I supposed to take my pizza over there to add oil? To be fair, there were only 2 staff members visable and they seemed rushed whilst the manager stood in a corner chatting with a group of lads. I guess we are used to much better from pizza hut, disappointing on this occasion.

We love Pizza Hut always popular with the children. Friendly service. Great salad bar and good food does exactly what we wanted!

Bien, así que fuimos aquí hoy para pizza medio día con mi esposa. Llegamos a ser recibidos por una verdadera encantadora dama llamada Donna. Ella era muy educado y amable y se tomara la molestia de preguntarnos donde nos apetecía estar. Como era muerto tranquilo pedimos una ventana escondido en una esquina, como mi esposa y yo tuvimos algunas cosas personales a discutir. Ella miró a su gerente que se sentó con la cara como un babuinos parte trasera, ella dijo es que está bien para esta pareja para sentarse al lado de la ventana? Para mi horror dijo y esperar a que "NO"! ! Me refiero oh dios! ! ! Nunca menos que todavía sentado en algún lugar y el camarero Donna trajeron la comida. Ella me pidió disculpas y perdón en su nombre! Pedimos 2 pizzas. 1 estaba bien, pero la otra parecía picadas por el lateral de una alfombra bien madurado de alguien del ático. ! ! Comimos nuestra ensalada y pizza pero mi dios, el gerente de pasada con un aspecto mirando como él quería hung, ja ja ja. Mi consejo al gerente que saco claramente no es feliz allí y promover Donna como nuevo director, vibrante, champán, y excelente en su trabajo. Segundo pensamientos ¿por qué no conseguir algunos de aprendizaje u cliente respeto en ella fuera de Donna como shon hoy por millas de sir. No me podía creer que no podíamos sentarnos en la esquina fueron como 8 mesas gratis. Pero luego de lo peor después de decirnos que no hay que dejar que otros jajaja, así que sentarse allí solo se rió. Me refiero quizás él era celoso que soy guapo y él me gustaba. Mi consejo sólo chicos comer aquí cuando Donna sirve usted y puedo mantenerlo lejos de Voldemort el director, la imagen a la izquierda como se puede ver el queso a este roedor era inexistente! ! !

Tuvimos una buena experiencia en los campos de la capilla, llegamos 4.49 2:15 pm el sábado y estaba sentado, tranquilo tras la fiebre del almuerzo observamos anteriormente. Camarera muy amable y servicial nos atendió y nos dirigió a la ensalada y dispensador de bebidas, comida...

Mi primera visita a Norwich y me tomó un tiempo para obtener mi rodamientos, incluso con un mapa. Al final encontré el centro comercial chapelfield. Esta cabaña está en el nivel superior terraza para comer en el centro comercial, rodeado de otros restaurantes famosos. Mi...

La comida estaba bien y el personal era amable pero la cubertería y vajilla estaban muy sucios, tomó años encontrar un plato de ensalada que no tienen porquería en ellos. También nos tomó 5 - 10 minutos reconoció aunque éramos los únicos en la cola!

Normalmente, mi visita a Pizza Hut sería en la noche, una comida con amigos, hoy fue un almuerzo rápido mientras yo estaba esperando en la ciudad para pasar por algún tiempo.

After Queuing for 10 minutes we were seated and told there would be a half hour wait for food. Orders were taken quickly and drinks brought. Our 15 year old granddaughter had a ' help yourself' orange drink' ( £2.75 ) while we had a mug of tea ( £2.10 each ). It arrived with a complete lipstick mark on mine so we complained and it was exchanged with apologies. The 2nd grotty mug had a horrible scum on top of the tea.Yes our pizza's were half an hour -lukewarm and not brilliant for £11.99 each . We ate with our fingers as after handwash they were cleaner than the cutlery provided which had food stuck to it. I avoided the free salad after watching children crowding round it. The only good thing was the staff who were all very polite.Needless to say we won't be eating there again.

After a day of post Christmas shopping my son and I fancied something quick, as Pizza Hut usually is. After waiting over 15 minutes for the waitress to spot us sitting there whilst I waived my arms for attention we decided to leave. She even served a table behind us as soon as they had sat down. She never even looked at us or acknowledged we were there. Her colleague had shown us to the table and had informed us we would be looked after. Useless service, waste of time!

Today me and my partner spent a day together in the city and decided we wanted to go for lunch. This was at peak time and everywhere was busy as we expected. When we got to your restaurant there was a small que but we were swiftly sat down by a lovely gentleman who we unfortunately didn't get the name of. Again very short after being sat down a gentleman took our order which came as a shock as it was quite busy and did expect a wait. We were surprised to this as myself and my partner both work in a very busy restaurant and know this can be difficult. Sadly it all went down hill from here, Myself and my partner both ordered the bottomless soft drinks and a sharing Hawaiian pizza with cheese bites. While we were waiting for our greatly anticipated meal we went to get our drinks. Both having Pepsi i was very put off when i realised i had pink lipstick on my glass. Rank. Making the best of a bad situation my partner got me another glass. When our pizza arrived i was disappointed to see we were given something else to what we ordered. We were not given the cheese bites rather we got the stuffed crust. When this was mentioned to the waitress that brought the pizza over (again we didn't get a name but the lady had purple hair) she replied "It's basically the same" which i believe is not the response we should have received. When i order food a restaurant i expect to get what i ordered. I understand that mistakes happen but this was not rectified to my satisfaction as a customer.When the waiter came back to ask if everything was ok he then added "enjoy your food" while laughing. As soon as this was said the waiter went back to the waitress and was obvious they were talking about us making my partner feel very uncomfortable. When we got round to nearly finishing the waitress came back over to ask if we had. At this point we were still eating and trying to gesture we were not as it would be rude to speak with a mouth full of pizza. We very much felt in the way as it seemed they couldn't wait for us to leave.

We visited with our 5 children for a birthday tea. We only come at special times as it's far, far too expensive for anything other than a rare treat. The children all had the "little" kids menu for the under 7's (3 over 7, 1 is 7 and 1 is 2) with no problems. It's £5.95 for a drink, main, salad and dessert. It's not bad for the price but could be cheaper. The meals were ok and the pizza was very nice. Although I do think £2.65 a drink is a bit steep for a squash/frizzy drink. I only have tap water as I don't drink enough fizzy drink to warrant the price. All in all it was a nice meal but will be a while before we come back.

We arrived before midday, so a quiet time, we were seated quickly the waitress said that she would be back in a minute, we waited and waited finally the waitress noticed us and remembered we were there, we decided on the buffet, we went up and almost all the pizza was gone they were cooking more but surely it should be ready to go out before the others ran out, the food we had was of a good standard and other than the slow service we were satisfied.

My friend and I had lunch here, our first visit here since our usual Pizza Hut (Orford Place) closed. Very impressed with the attentive service and they allowed me to sit at a table so I could feed my baby daughter 25 minutes before my friend arrived (and we ordered). Brilliant selection of pizzas at the buffet - and they were fresh and delicious! Great salad bar - no ladle in the blue cheese dressing but they soon found one for me and were so professional. Great location in the popular shopping centre. Highly recommend for wonderful pizza in the city centre!

Service slow but pleasant. salad bar messy. Pizza soggy. Worst thing was when I went to pay the cost of a Squash drink which was ordered for a 2year old with a buffet meal £2.65!! This was a weak small glass of squash I said to the girl it has been charged same price as a refillable fizzy drink and she said she was sorry but its Pizza Hut policy to charge this and I could write to head office as there was nothing she could do. I emailed head office and the reply was it up to the branch you went to what they charge for these drinks and when I next go in store I should mention it! So round in Circles I have been. Not Impressed! I told head office I was not happy about this and would put my experience on Trip adviser so others do not fall into this trap and check prices first. Most places give a free drink with kids meal or charge a small amount 50p.

my daughter visited this pizza hut yesterday with her 18month old toddler. He began to choke very very badly, my daughter gave back blows, on on the fifth one he expelled what he was choking on, but he had almost stopped breathing.Not one member of staff came to assist, ask if she needed an ambulance..in fact they IGNORED her.They werein fact getting customers out of the restaurant.I belive a toddler died last year after choking in pizza hut in Hartlepool.Luckily ,very luckily this didn't happen. Are your staff trained in first aid, or even or to treat customers ???I am absolutely disgusted with your staff. I want this matter fully investigated. I want her meal refunded, an apology and send my daughter some flowers.If you have a medical emergency don't have itin pizza hut, as they they leave you to die.

Great place to fill yourself up with the buffet, all you can eat pizza, pasta and salad, and all you can drink squash and fizzy.Good value and well worth a visit.

I started with salad which was great and free water with a lovely taste. But when the pizza came for me and my boys, the base was quite stale, the cheese very thin and patchy (none of the tasty stringy threads when you bite in and tear away a chunk) the tomato base again almost none existent and the pepperoni was dry old and tasteless with the edges of the pizza quite overdone. A few mouthfuls and I knew that it was awful. My 8 year old son thought the same. My 3 year old did eat a bit more but when he is in the zone he will chomp through anything.My wife didn't want to make a fuss even though I was sure I could legally offer them part payment for the small amount of pizza that we had eaten.So I politely told the guy my thoughts, paid up the full amount because I am a pushover and was told I could fill in a form online about my experience. I will do that but wanted to tell you all about it first. My wifes gluten free pizza that in Kings Lynn she usually loves was also dry and unpalatable but she ate most of it with a forced smile. Firstly, my daughter is 12 and we were questioned on her age 'yeah, but are you?' To me, her father! Totally disgraceful. Very very poor staff! Manager, with a beard, you are doing a very bad job pal!Food: typical greasy pizzas and deep fried Rubbish. The very last time Pizza Hut gets any of my pennies.

Myself and the missus have eaten here a couple of times and it's your standard Pizza Hut, really, but with a lovely view out on to the church grounds outside Chapelfield on a nice day. The last time we were in though, the pizza I ordered was literally in a pool of grease and had to send it back. BUT... to the credit of the staff, they were awesome and apologetic and even brought my re-order back with more food than I had originally ordered! Massive thumbs up for good customer service! We will probably return again.

I have visited this Pizza Hut twice recently and both times found it to be lovely. The salad and pizzas were really fresh and nice and the staff are so friendly. The only bad thing is it can be a little cold but we were there for an early lunch both times so perhaps it gets warmer when it is really busy. I really recommend this place for a well priced meal.

I had lunch with my boyfriend in Pizza Hut Chapelfield a while ago after shopping. A very polite and cheerful young man who appeared to be the host welcomed us and showed us to our table. It took a while for someone to take our order. Finally, a dark haired lady came over to take our order. No greeting, no smile, I don't know if she was having a bad day but she looked very, very miserable. She quickly took our order and left. More like a vending machine, not like a real waitress. The food arrived quickly and as always the pizzas were hot and very, very tasty. Our waitress didn't check back on us. We finished our meal and she finally came back to clear our table, again without smiling, without asking if we enjoyed our meal, without offering desserts. I asked for the bill which, not sure why, took her a while even thought the restaurant wasn't very busy. I would visit this establishment again because I do like the pizzas but next time I'd prefer to be served by someone friendlier and more professional, not a vending machine. Our waitress didn't introduce herself but the name 'Donna' was on the receipt.

The food was lovely, the service was good, the staff were attentive. Ideal for dinner with friends or family, we have visited before and had a lovely Pizza each time. It was busy with other shoppers when we visited, but we didn't feel we had to rush our meal. The view over the city is a lovely bonus too!

One price at around £6.99 eat as much as you dare! various mixed slices pizza, pasta and lush salad love this place one of favs btween 12-3pm during weekdays.

Stood waiting to be seated for ages, so seated ourselves. Then waited for our order to be taken for 10minutes, whilst there were four members of staff having a chat. So we went to the buffet ourselves and got out drinks before we got seen. Halfway through our meal someone came to us. So we had been there a good half an hour before a member of staff acknowledged us. Had to go up and pay obviously as the service was that poor. Never return. Then as we left I overheard the waitress say to the other we didn't leave a tip blatantly about us. So teach your staff to serve customers and not talk about them behind their backs.

I came here with my other half and had the buffet, it looked amazing and had so much choice. Everything was lovely and fresh! We got greeted by Jade I think it was, she was ever so friendly. She seated us and in a few minutes she took our order. Had a lovely afternoon and coming here finished it off nicely :)

Best Pizza Hut I've been to for amount of choices on buffet pizza. So many different varieties and constantly cooked so you keep getting fresh pizza out. Beautiful

Have been here a couple of times as the kids like it. The pizzas and the pastas are good. My main niggle is as a parent I wish they would do more fire healthy eating, too easy access to sugary drinks, the bowls for the ice cream are the same size as the bowls for the salad. Our servers have always been nice so well trained.

Came here to eat to be greeted with a list of unavailable items. Left to read menu and order taken. Food arrived quickly , pizza quite dry , macaroni cheese slightly burnt. Salad bar good and fizz OK.Service was cheery all in all not too bad.

Visited on a Saturday so the buffet unavailable, not there fault, but the pizza was no better than you could buy for 99p from Iceland. Salad bar is its only saving grace.Self service ice cream turned into milk within minutes.

All you can eat lunchtime deal is just great. Always a good selection on offer, hot & freshly made. Very friendly staff & great food, what more could you ask for.

Only 8 other tables in the whole restaurant, we waited 40 minutes for our starters to then be told they hadn't even started doing them yet so we received free garlic bread (which we ordered for starter anyway) then 5 minutes later our main course came but still no sign of our chicken bites for starter... It came around 10 minutes later so it was more like a buffet on our table... Our waitress was the only reason we didn't walk out... Her name was Jadey and she was so apologetic and it was obviously not her fault, she made the situation funny which was what you needed at such poor kitchen service. We were told the area manager only wanted to give us two free ice creams for the mix up, our waitress gave us a choose of any dessert... There was a trainee manager on site and I didn't see any managing from him, not even a sorry. Maybe I suggest having the brilliant waitress as a trainee manager and sacking the other poor excuse. I saw the area manager apologising to 6 / 8 tables, that must means there's a big Problem. It has given Pizza Hut a bad name and I used to love it. Thank god for Jadey.

Really love coming here to eat when in Norwich. Staff are really friendly. The menu has an excellent range of Italian food, all reasonably priced. Can occasionally be really busy but would still recommend!!

Myself, partner and 2 year had a lunch buffet here. Typical yummy Pizza Hut pizza. Filled a hole. I was disappointed with the lack of variety however. I only had cheese and tomato and pepperoni as the meat one had BBQ sauce all over, which I hate. Not sure why there wasn't a meaty tomato based pizza out. The drinks were great, refillable for £2.25 I think. You can get cherry, vanilla, strawberry Fanta, Pepsi etc. So a lot of variety there.Overall, not too bad for the price.

Visited here on the 21/02/2015, the food was great and not greasy. Me and my sister both had a pizza each, chips and two drinks and we thought it was great value for money! The restaurant was clean and tidy! Lovely salad bar which was topped up and fresh ! :) Definitely recommend!

We visited during our shopping trip with the kids, great value for money, and they accept Chapelfields Giftcards for payment.Lots of pizza's on offer and they didn't seem to run out, two different pasta and of course the salad bar included. Great value for a family meal out.

After shopping with a 2 month old baby, we needed somewhere to stop for a bite to eat. It was great and had a huge range on offer of freshly made pizza and pasta for the buffet even though it was 3.30 and due to stop at 5! The staff were lovely, the place was clean and they even heated up the bottle for us and made extra room for the pram. Couldnt ask for better! Plus the food was hot and tasty and brilliant for £6 each!

The buffet at lunch time is the way to go. Plenty of variety, vegetarian options. Stocked salad bar. Service was excellent. Good facilities.

Visited with the family, we had buffet and ordered my sons food which took ages to come out, restaurant was not busy, waitress did apologise and was lovely And offered the meal for free so a high five to her, but clearly kitchen is very slow!! Clean restaurant friendly staff just a shame about the wait

We visited whilst shopping for a quick bite to eat Opted for the buffet. We were seated quickly, there was plenty of choice on the buffet and the pizzas came out quickly when they were getting lowThe staff were friendly and efficient

It's a chain but it was fine. Food was as you'd expect. Service was good. All in all not bad. For a quick meal it was okay.

Love having gluten free pizza and being able to eat out as a family! Thank you Pizza Hut! Great fresh food!

After waiting a few minutes to get seated we were greeted by a waiter who was looking a little disheveled. He noticed we were holding one of the only to be opened by the manger prize coupons and asked if we were here just to get it opened. This wasn't the case and we were intending to have lunch. On finding out that we had this coupon he couldn't contain his excitement, he showed us to a table and said "if its the car i'm out of here," of course if it was he wouldn't be because its our prize. Once opened he shouted that it was a free dessert as if we had won the lottery. He then said we could either use it now or later because its valid till Sunday. After calming himself down the waiter left and a waitress took our order which was just the weekday buffet and three refill drinks. The plates seemed dirty and despite being in a hot store they weren't warm and the pizzas and pasta wasn't hot when we got it to the table. Once finished we ordered two ice cream factory deserts and were given two bowls which weren't very clean. We began to fill the bowls but out came a liquid of milky consistency which was warm and not frozen. When presented with the bill we asked for the charges to be removed for the ice cream desserts. He seemed unaware that the ice cream machine was faulty and came back thanking us for informing him. There was a problem with the fuse which was fixed for future customers.We then ordered a cookie dough desert as a replacement instead which was unappetizing.

Tends to be great food but always have to ask for sauces that have run out or Italian cheese which were always readily available.The prices are high and the place shuts too early for the location.

There is quite a nice atomosphere as you can see everyone all around the top floor level. Depending on your seat you can also get a nice view outside. The service is quick, other than that its pretty much the same as any other Pizza hut.

Quick service, lovely food & the waitress even found out if the goats cheese was pasteurised for my by personally looking for it! Thank you :-)

Situated on the top floor of the shopping centre and is set with its own tables. Waitress was prompt and hospitable and showed us to our table. The meal was delicious and quite quick to our table. The atmosphere was good even though you are in full view of the rest of the food court. The only gripe I could find was there was no lemonade in the 7up refill just tasted like soda water, but we settled for fanta instead. I would suggest you get there early for lunch as a queue can develop from people waiting to be seated When we come back next year we will certainly have our lunch there again. Excellent service all round.

Ate at the Chapelfield Shopping Centre outlet in Norwich last Saturday evening, accompanied by my wife and daughter - we were looking for a bite to eat before a theatre performance, and my daughter suggested PH as an alternative to the nearby Cafe Rouge, Carluccios and others all of which seemed a bit pricey for what we wanted. As my wife and I haven't been to a PH for a while it seemed like a good idea.Whilst the service from the two youngsters who dealt with us at this outlet was exemplary (and a credit to the brand) my wallet is still on a drip after receiving the bill - £52.55 for four drinks, three starters and two pizzas. Come on guys, £31.00 for two pizzas?? These prices fall into the "outrageous **$$take" category. OK, they were large ones . . . . but just how much does it cost to rustle up a pizza ????Another chain brand to avoid - we certainly won't be doing it again.

Went here for a quick bite early evening, and were quickly seated, and given menus. We sat next to a table that had just been vacated, but was not cleared even when we left. Our food and drinks were ok, although I found our shared pizza a bit dry, but my wife found it fine. Strangely the pizza was, as usual, sliced but into really uneven portions - some as big a quarter of the whole - others just a bite! With the free salad offer, and a drink each, we paid under £15 for two.
